Near the shores of Ireland...
Liberty was heaving over the edge of the duckboat, turns out the pain medication was not helping with the seasickness as it did for the wounds. Stephen was patting his back comforting him while Joseph and Swoop watched from afar.
Joseph: Yeah... pain meds and sea not a good combination. Got to remember that.
Swoop chuckled a bit...but sighed as he turned to Joseph.
Swoop: You, doing alright? I know it's been a few months since, ya know...
Joseph nodded.
Joseph: Just tired, really thought we would stay together but...life sucks.
Swoop: Know the feeling, your not the first close friend of mine to get his heart broken. It'll get better.
Joseph: I know just, hurts right now.
Swoop: Yeah...Lasso still hurting too.
Needless to say the Cowboy Rusher also felt betrayal by Kristie's departure, opting to stay close to the others for a bit. That was his way of healing, they all had their own ways of healing.
Joseph: Stephen was a nice change after all the madness.
Swoop: Yeah, he's a great guy.
Stephen: In and out Lib, in and out.
Liberty: *sea sick* W`H`Y...
The two chuckled at that scene as they turned to see the land of Irish green.
On land...
Jack: *Gets some more burn ointment* Seriously, now we're dealing with a genocidal psychopath.
Blow-Torch winced as he felt the medicated cream on another of his burns, he was covered in them when Jack found him in the fields. He had explained everything to him as Jack lead him back into town.
Blow-Torch: *Winces* Y-Yeah...do me a favor and hold off on him with that information okay. Till we find his weakpoints don't want you ending up like us.
Jack: Gotcha. I understand completely with what you told me about this Sinous...I can also tell your worried about the others.
Blow-Torch gave a winced sigh, before his eyes caught something.
Blow-Torch: Jack...look..
Blow-Torch slowly pointed to the four beings walking around, recognizing them as Joseph, Stephen, Swoop and Liberty who was getting over his sea sickness.
Jack: Hey that's-HEY GUYS! OVER HERE!
They saw him and Blow-Torch, wincing at the burns as they walked over.
Swoop: Ooooo, that's looks bad.
Blow-Torch smiled a bit painfully.
Blow-Torch: Hey, i made sure you and the others didn't get fried. Worth it.
Stephen: Heya Jack!
Jack: Stephen, Joseph. I assume you know of the situation given that Liberty and Swoop are with you.
Jack: Yeah...figured something was wrong when i saw Blow-Torch in a burnt spot in the field...
Joseph was internally flinching at those burns. Mixes of 1st and 2nd degree burns that would most certainly take a while to heal. The NFLRs pings, as a map appeared showing red dots on the screen, where Blow-Torch was found.
Liberty: Dang it, their looking for us.
With that, and making sure the three Rusherz were guarded, the three armored up and head to the field fast.
Blitzbots and Blitzborgs scoured the field. These bots had some kind armor on as the three Guardians landed with their Rusherz watching from a safe distance.
Joseph: HEY METAL HEAD!
They turned and-
Jack: Oh yikes they had blood on them. Well..let do-
The bots turned their hands into blasters and NEARLY took out their heads if Stephen had not tackled them down to aviod it. The bots continued to blast them constantly not even given them a chance to attack as they dodged.
Blow-Torch: This is bad...
Forger appeared on his watch, making a two shield coins appear. Blow-Torch grabbed on and threw it to Jack who placed it in his NFLR, as for the second on.
Liberty: Absorb it Blow-Torch.
Blow-Torch: Pardo-
Forger: Please do it there is no time.
Blow-Torch did just that as the Bots began to surround them and Swoop panicking as Harpy holo form appeared on his.
Swoop: *points to the battle* HARPY-
The next thing he knew the holo-Rusher flew out of the watch and then out came Crusher Harpy, everyone noticing how silver the Crusher is, as well as the colors of the respective team it was based off. Those colors were iambi and smooth. Harpy then screeched the bots away, stunning them as he turned to the three Guardians kneeling.
Harpy: Guardians...
Joseph: Okay...so, that's what those shield coins can do. Harpy, nice new look.
Harpy nodded, appreciating the complement.
Joseph: Alright then, Harpy...SHOW ME WHAT YOU GOT!
Harpy nodded before turning to Swoop as Joseph raised his NFLR.
Harpy: Swoop, say 'Harpy, merge!'
Swoop nodded, though still confused as to what just happened.
Swoop: HARPY MERGE!
Harpy glowed before turning into a ball of light and went into Joseph shield coin. The next thing Joseph knew his armor matched that of the Crushers.
Stephen: Ohhhh nice! HEY BEHEMOTH, MERGE!
Jack: Oh i see, FORGER MERGE!
Blow-Torch and Liberty nodded.
Blow-Torch (Liberty): FORGER (BEHEMOTH)!
With a sharp wave both lights of Crushers Forger and Behemoth merged with the two Guardians shield coins and they too had the same armor style as Joseph, but in their respective teams colors.
Liberty: Okay...so that's what they do...
The minute a bot got close to the three Rusherz, Jack sent a torrent of fire streaming at it and melting it.
Jack: HAHA! Look at this!
Blow-Torch gave a small, but proud grin as the other two got into battle. Stephen created a large torch before smashing the flames onto a group of bots and Joseph mouth cover opened a LOYD screech came out shattering the bots. With that they took down the remaining bots with a combine tackle. Panting, the Crusherz went back into the Rusherz NFLRs and the three Guardians de morph.
Joseph: That, was, incredible.
Swoop: Thank you RZ! Remind us to thank him personally when we get back to Canton.
Joseph: Yes but first...everyone alright?
Stephen gave a thumbs up while Joseph nod in response. The three Rusherz gave grateful smiles as they came over.
Jack:...Question now, How the heck did you four get here?
Stephen placed an arm around Jack who gave him a confused one back.
Stephen: Jack, let me take you see the SS. Search and Rescue.
