Sup guys, Lighting Wolf here, back with another story, this one about Rainbow Six Siege. Enjoy the 4500-word chapter. I don't own Siege; Ubisoft and a few others do.
Lana was only so much interested at the time in what this could be. It was worth more than whatever he had dealt with before. She moved her friend outside before now and it had been fixed for now.
She had been curious as to what the hell was to come next. It had been something odd before now. Whatever came next would be oh-so-odd for now. The idea had taken root in his mind with all the rage that she could muster for now. It had been something fun for this seemed to all come crashing down.
The idea of fighting for her life in a crucible of rage at the end of the day. it had been a lot worse than it had been a lot more to question for now. It had been a lot cooler for her and she knew it.
She had come far for a soldier who hadn't been let into space for now. This had a lot more to try and figure out while he clicked his tongue against the roof of his mouth as he hummed to himself.
This had been something odd for now and she knew for a fact that this was going to end for now. Whatever little thing she had been capable of now? It had been paling in point of comprehension for now. This had been a lot more to handle when it came down to it.
She had been odd as of the second and it was all fascinating to him.
It had been something that had been a lot more interesting to her. The idea had been so interesting in her mind. This soldier had seemed to be a lot more of a cool point in her life. It hadn't yet been something she could handle for now. it had been a lot more interesting to her at the end of the day.
This had been something she hadn't properly focused on for now. He was unsure of what to do. He sighed, questioning whatever came next. There was something odd while he hummed, clicking his head.
"Lana, what's your status for now?" She heard on the end of her radio. "We need you to keep going. They're still waiting for the VIP and more hostile reinforcements are arriving, we will not be able to hold the landing zone for much longer." Lana heard as she sighed.
More gunfire surged through the doorway as the holographic operator considered her options. She couldn't just flee or else she'd get more into trouble.
She couldn't just run or else they'd come after her. And she knew it wouldn't be a good move to just call for backup against the rest of the White Masks who were all too happily swarming the area. It had been something odd for now and she couldn't handle it. Whatever came next was worse than she could handle for now. She had to.
"Handling a few new problems," Iana stated before she frowned. "I'll be there in 10 minutes. If not? Leave without me and I'll make do with finding another way." Iana stated before she hummed.
She clicked her weapon and checked it to make sure that it was ready for the time being. Whatever happened next? She couldn't just back down and let them have the hostage behind her, it simply wasn't an option for now and she knew that. She knew more than anything.
There was more to this battle than there has been questioned before now. He had been prepared for worse.
"We need to get going," Iana stated to which before now. "There's a lot more of them coming," Iana stated before she raised her rifle through the wall.
She had been thrown off by this. More soldiers were coming and she knew she had timed another Gemini hologram. Still? She had been prepared for more White Masks.
(Outside the house)
There was a shotgun blast that blew the back out of one of them, sending them to the ground before he flipped over cover and surged forward. There were a lot more soldiers to defeat before now.
Yet he had all too easily been thrown out of balance for now. He was interrupted by the fact that this was probably going to be a problem sooner or later. The idea had buried its way in his mind while he tilted his head as he questioned to himself
He tilted his head to the side, questioning oh so much as to what this could have been coming… Whatever came next would be a problem.
"Bravo 2, have you recovered the VIP?" he heard as he knelt back into cover.
"No, Eagle Nest. Not yet, still dealing with hostiles." He stated with a frown as he loaded another round into his shotgun. "What about an escape route? More hostiles here than there are bullets inside of the gun." He added to which he frowned to himself.
There was a hum from behind him as he questioned how to properly handle this. It had been a problem for now despite their best efforts.
Yet he was all too thrown off by this. He had always been thrown off by now. the idea had too much promise in his mind for him to simply back off for now and he hadn't a clue how to properly handle it. Yet if he was honest? The idea had too much promise to properly understand what had been happening next for now. It had been something odd for now. What little he didn't entirely know would be something odd.
"We're prepping it now. We still need to make sure everything is ok when it's all deployed. That's why your mission is to find bravo 1 and secure an exit. If we don't? They're going to get killed and we're going to lose the intel, Bravo 2." He heard as he frowned over the microphone.
It had been a problem for him more than anyone had expected it to be. The idea had been a lot more of a problem when he considered it. One operator to handle work like this? Really?
If nothing else, he was whittling down the enemy, all of them as slowly and surely as possible. It had been something else.
"Lana? You are to bring the VIP to the landing pad on the roof. Scorch will escort you and meet you up at the roof." Lana heard as she frowned.
Before she could speak? The wall exploded in fragments, something burning from it as a figure moved from it. Smoke and flames hung in the air like a storm.
She had her gun up in seconds only to see an infrared beam over her heart. There was a moment of pause as the figure spoke.
"Sorry, I didn't think you'd be that close to the wall." She heard as she looked.
The figure was cloaked in a crimson bodysuit with more muted shades of orange around his joints… Soot and smoke seemed to cling to his suit and she could see a tactical hood with a mask respirator over his face. He used his free hand to wipe some ash from one of the lenses.
She also noticed he held a rifle with a nozzle next to it which was smoking, he had several flame motifs over his gear.
"Are you ok?" He questioned before a bullet tinged near his head. "We may want to move. There are more of them on the stairwell and my flame wall won't stop them all day…. I'm Scorch, by the way." He stated with a wave in a thick Australian Accent.
Lana watched as he pointed his rifle down the stairs while a burst of flames belched from the nozzle, roasting several white masks and coating the stairs in flames and burning metal.
There were several creaks as part of the metal stairs melted, the structure giving way under its weight as it collapsed into the depths of the building, making him tilt his head.
He was oh so curious, not just of her, but of it all. They had a lot to discuss when it came down to it, they had a lot more to grow upon the moment as he turned to glance around, ready to scream into the void. What wasn't dealt with now would lead to problems down the road, there were always going to be more issues.
"Bravo 2, have you reached Bravo 1?" He heard as he nodded.
"Yes, I and Bravo 1 are moving to the roof, just ran into hostiles, command." He said before he turned and wrapped a large arm around the VIP. "Ms.? Command has made you commander of this operation. I'll defer to your leadership for now." Scorch added before he brushed off his clothing more.
Scorch looked at her as she followed up towards the roof. If he was honest. He didn't want to properly chase her around if need be. They had more to worry about when all of this was properly over with.
He hummed and slowly started to follow her, keeping his rifle up with his good hand as he did so. There was more to this than it seemed to have been and that surprised me about how it was to have been before now.
He didn't get that thrown off by her as he seemed to think of anything. He was confused, a bit off-put, but all too curious about her next move at the end of the day. Scorch was still a soldier and he was prepared for now. He was prepared for the worst.
Scorch didn't get her, not at all. Not even for a single second did he get her nor did he expect he would for now. Whatever he did next would be of no consequence when all of this was said and done. He had prepared for the worst and it had come, the absolute worst.
Still? if he was honest completely? He was prepared for now while he seemed capable while he questioned now. He wanted to prepare for now. He had to hum while he tilted while he questioned.
Lana was obviously what to do next before he tilted his head while he questioned what to handle.
"Why did they send another Rainbow Agent here?" Lana questioned while he tilted his head.
"They were convinced that you may need backup if we're going, to be honest," Scorch added, unsure of what to say or do for now. "Why?" Scorch added to sigh while he questioned before now.
If anything, he was so much more focused on the idea. He was tired before he handled what to question now. Scorch looked at her, preparing for now.
Lana fell silent, unsure of what to tell him, not unsure of what would come next. He was focused as of now.
Scorch said nothing while he started forward, not prepared for what the White Masks did.
"And they had a chopper ready?" Lana asked which was greeted by a nod. "Yes." Lana hummed, prepared for now while he tilted his head while this was done and dusted.
He lowered his weapon as he looked down at the ground, unsure of what that would bring. He tilted his head, sweeping his rifle around before looking back at her.
"What is going to happen if you're not dead and she is?" Lana questioned as he tilted his head, unsure for now.
"Well, I'm unsure for now. All they told me was to get you out of here and handle the VIP. I'll deal with the details when you aren't dead and we aren't able to relax, isn't it?" Lana added to she seemed to understand something when he tried to do something.
He was bored, a bit tired, but mostly uneasy for now when their move was all over with. For now? He was not sure for now what he seemed to be capable of.
Lana was an odd woman whom he didn't know what had been done before now. If at all? He was prepared for the best when it came down to it. There was so much more to this, a lot more focus on this when it came down to it.
He tilted his head, prepared for the worst when it came down to it. He was too unsure of what else to have focused upon. He rubbed at his temples, looking up at the ceiling. He didn't know what else to question before this was over for now.
Lana looked at him, unsure of what to have focused on now. He didn't know what to have done next. She motioned the other operator upwards. There was a pause as he looked upwards, unsure of the enemy. There was a lot more upon the minute.
He tilted his head, humming as to the questions. He hummed, too unsure of what handle for the second. Their minds hurt, too unsure of what to do, what to say for now.
It was a cool thought, but one that couldn't have stood for now. This was just clawing at their mind the entire time. They had a larger memory to deal with than usual, something that could keep growing at the moment a desire to be superior to it all.
Yet it didn't even scratch the surface at the moment. They had a lot more to see and do as he looked downwards, always more, always a problem as he glanced around the room, too eager to see and deal with, again and again… A nightmare that couldn't be dealt with anytime soon.
If nothing else? He measured himself too well against the odds that would keep going, it pushed them further and further on for now down a road they didn't believe in.
He didn't know what else was coming, he didn't know what the rebels would have thrown at them, only that something was getting thrown at them. It made his mind race, unsure and uncertain.
"The roof is clear?" Lana questioned to which there was a nod as he turned to look at her, raising an eyebrow as of the second.
"Yes, but that could have changed, I don't know for the time if it changed in the minute." She heard before she looked around.
There was a second of silence as the two operators proceeded to the roof. He didn't know what it had been, he was so amused for now. He tilted his head before he looked at the ceiling, he was all too thrown off before he clicked his fingers on his weapon.
Still? He hadn't yet gotten there mentally…. And he doubted she had as well. Lana looked as if it was so easy to have climbed up the building. He didn't know what it had been, he rubbed at his side where someone had grazed it in combat.
He was too tired, there were a lot more problems on the second. He was so unsure of what it came down to it. He hadn't gotten anywhere anytime soon. It had been a problem, something that had to be tended to with proper focus. He had to be ready for anything.
Nope, this was a lot worse thing. Something he hadn't before he got down to it. They had something with which he had been deciding for her.
This was a lot more work here that couldn't have been decided for now. They had more and more to have gotten off the ground as Lana looked down at the rest of the building before, he shook his head.
This was an odd little time, a very odd little time as he looked at her, too unsure of everything that had been going on. He didn't know what to have prepared for the time being which made him sigh and took his time with each little thing for the time being.
Perhaps it was something they had gone through before while he seemed to have gotten it off the road. He didn't know. He didn't want this to end and he was honestly watching it fall apart slowly and slowly until this got off the beaten path, it just wasn't easy to have done much with.
They slowly started to walk up the stairs, too confused, gripped with certain problems.
Lana wasn't going to look a gift horse in the mouth if they had an exit plan. They'd damn well use the exit plan for the time being on his mind, something he felt he should have used more sparing for now. A lot more sparingly. He didn't know what to do next.
Lana was silent before she looked up and into the roof which was a blaze of fire and tangled metal. It was clear plenty of rebels were going to be in the way and so many to take down at the moment.
It was all too much for her not to laugh at when push came to shove. The idea had so much merit it collapsed inwardly at the same time when push came to shove. Lana was all too interested in the soldier who was all too focused on his duty and every single little thing that came upon it. He looked around with a measure of peace that had to be protected for now.
The idea that seemed to dwell within his mind was going to be more and more of an odd idea for now when it made it there. Lana sighed and looked up at the roof before glancing at them before she clicked her tongue and slowly started to march up onto the roof before now.
The mission came first and it had to be completed before something was bestowed upon them that need not be there was bestowed upon other people. The idea was all too much for them and it would continue to be at the end of the day. It was clear more and more that they were fire and ice to a degree and it was just amusing to Lana to see him in such a way.
Still? She was utterly tired, exhausted at the moment but not defeated. They had a mission to carry out and she was all too eager to try and deal with it all directly.
Scorch lifted his weapon and opened fire to which an explosion greeted him. The massive burst of flames and smoke only told her just what was coming and how well it was to be. There was a lot more to sniff out and it was clear to her that such problems were only going to get weirder and weirder.
The two terrorists were consumed by the fireball which detonated and sent the portion of the staircase crashing downwards, ripping stone and steel from the walls as well which told Scorch the entire place. It was clear more and more that this amount of destruction was just beyond her.
"We need to get going before something explodes… Lana, you have the VIP we need to get out of here at the end of the time being." Lana stated before he shook his head at the end of the day.
Lana was a lot quieter at the end of the time. She was utterly tired at the end of the day. There was a lot more to understand at the end of the day and she was too unwilling to try and focus on certain things. There was a lot more to try and address and something they needed to get over with at the end of the time being.
She was still amused, happy to see it get where it could have been. She slowly started to gesture to try and get over at the end of the time being. Lana looked at him for now, unsure if it could have been something worse and worse at the time being…
Yes, if she wanted it to be so easy. She'd have let the White Masks see here and yet she didn't.
"Scorch? Please do not destroy the rest of the building. It might be a lot to try and do, but we have a lot more to try and focus upon…" Lana said as Scorch hummed and looked down at the ground, silent if for a moment, unsure and uncertain at the end of the day.
What to try and figure it all out, all such things continued to grow inside. she knew more and more that Scorch probably didn't mean to cause such destruction.
"I am," Scorch said before he looked down at the ground. "This building is going to come down in 20 minutes if this fire spreads? It's going to eat away at the support. We're going out through a cargo port above. The only way we're going to get out." Scorch said, pointing to a doorway a catwalk away.
Lana looked at it with interest, unsure if he was entirely focused on something far beyond what to try next.
It was clear a fight was going to break out sooner or later, a fight that could and would consume the building. She looked around the room, unsure and uncertain more and more of what to say or do.
She knew more and more that whatever he tossed at them would be nothing compared to what and whom they were, it was small potatoes compared to what would come next.
Each step up each rung of the ladder as they climbed felt like an eternity up the ladder of a massive beast, something that could and would continue to be so for a longer time. the two swept their weapons around as more yelling and fire cut off whatever they had and could wish to control at the moment. It was something far beyond what could and would wish to do at the end of the day.
All of it was just odd, very odd when it came down to it. Something that could and would feel like they were climbing through the bowels of a beast far bigger.
"Harry didn't tell me about recruits," Lana said as Scorch hummed and looked down at the ground.
"He's outreaching. Trying something new. First job, honestly." Scorch said before he turned and gunned down a white mask trying to flank them. "I heard rumors about you when it comes down to it, a lot of dead bodies," Scorch stated before he hummed and looked down at the ground.
The two rainbow operators were silent, utterly silent as they looked around the room. It was a matter of patience, of silent interest as they did so, eager to get down to business.
There was some amusement between them despite their reservation between the two at the moment. He crossed his arms before now and before anything at all was revealed, an idea that had not yet crossed the threshold for now.
They had a much larger path to cross and one which could not be considered all that more inventive for now and would always be when all was said and done and so much was uncovered and won. It had to be completed for now and would be for the time being.
Lana could only look at him as he slammed open the door for the roof. There was a buzzing, a steadily growing sound in the distance for now that didn't at all seem to like it had been there.
"Let's go, unless you want to watch the building collapse under you." She heard and nodded, unsure and uncertain of it all again and again.
There was very little reason for her to assume anything like it but she knew that. She watched as the helicopter slowly descended, blades spinning up in a way that made it look like they'd chop them into pieces.
The two rainbow agents and their VIPs slowly boarded the transport helicopter, strapping themselves into the seats. She looked at Scorch who had fallen silent, utterly unable to relax, he seemed unable to guard against it all.
All of it bothered him again and again as he looked at her, unsure and uncertain of what else was coming. She didn't at all know what else was coming as a result of it but she did know that he was just able to relax once more as she looked downwards at the ground.
They had a very larger path when it came down to it. She didn't even know what to try and say for a few moments and looked downwards at the ground.
"I assume there's a lot more to try and figure out for now… They sent someone else to try and figure it out for now." Lana said before she looked downwards at the ground.
"They sent me to try and get you. I don't know what you will be dealing with anytime soon, so much more war will be coming and they need every single little soldier." Lana heard before she clicked her tongue against the roof of her mouth.
She knew more and more that options like this weren't going to exist anytime soon. They had a very large part in this sort of way when it came to something else.
She was utterly silent, unsure of what to try and do, and unwilling to do much at the end of the day. She had a lot more to try and deal with once more.
She sighed to herself and then looked downwards at the moment as she clicked her fingers against one another, her Gemini device clicking slightly as she looked at Scorch.
"Command has a mission for us, they sent me to get you," Scorch stated as the helicopter headed off from the collapsing base.
The foundation promptly crackled and then collapsed, bursting and melting under the intense heat as it seemed to promptly fall apart for now. Concrete seemed to slowly start to give way under the weight of its foundation at the end of the day.
He sighed to himself before he looked over at her and then looked upwards from the seat, glancing at Lana who was also silent, watching the small army of soldiers they had been dealing with get crushed under the collapsing weight of charred metal and stone.
"You should know well that I am not ready for any sort of mission at this moment… There's little I can do."
Author Notes
Phew. Another chapter is done! I want to point out that the next chapter will be delayed and will be 900-6500 words. It will show the mission and both the team and everyone preparing. Until the 2–10-month chapter, Lighting Wolf is out!
P.S: I MIGHT make another Rainbow Story soon.
