Back in Japan...
Stephen and Liberty returned to the others, Freefall immediately bandaging the Giants hands. Joseph watched the scene from afar, thinking.
Joseph thoughts: There's got to be a way to slow down whatever is allying Soar, if this continues he won't last a few days *taps his hand on his head, a metal tapping sound being made which annoyed him a bit*...stupid arm-
Joseph looked up.
Joseph: Armor...what if..is it possible?
Joseph silently went into Soar's Hospital room. Soar was heavily breathing as Joseph took a deep breath.
Joseph: Well, Here goes nothing...
Joseph lifted his hand as the energy from the armor went into Soar. He began to hear ringing, but it was not painful. He heard his name being called and being asked what he was doing. Then everything went black for a bit.
Swoop: JOSEPH WHAT THE HEY!?
Joseph moaned as he looked up to see the the Eagle had manage to catch him and everyone was looking at him in concerned.
Joseph: D-Did it work?
Soar: *Weak weakly* You did something.
Joseph turned to see Soar sitting up a bit. Though still pale, he had the spark he had seen in the Rusherz returned to him. He reached to the bed...where he saw his hand not in armor.
Ish: Whatever you did you also got out of being trapped in the armor.
Tua: And you still got the powers...somehow..
Joseph sighed in relief, both that Soar was not near death's door and that he himself was out of the armor.
Marty: Incredible! You actually did a energy transfer while not locking your Guardian powers! I didn't know that was possible!
Jessica: Yeah, but...are you okay though? You had been in the Guardian armor for a few days?
Joseph: Yeah, just tired a bit. Soar, you okay?
Soar chuckled weakly.
Soar: Not right as rain, but not close to the grave...but i have to wonder, how is it that i was so close to death?
Ash: That Sinous might have drained the Jet's Megacore empty...but, now what?
That gave everyone present a chill down their spine at the thought.
Troy: Why do i get the feeling that's not a good sign.
Juniper: I have a bad feeling about what happens next...
Meanwhile...
Sinous watched from an orb, intrigued at the events that just occurred.
Sinous: So, Soar has escaped death for now...well, noting to worried about.
Sinous looked at the NOW DRAINED Jet's Megacore, before dropping it and walking to a group of strange looking Blitzborgs. The Megacore wobbles weakly as the dim light showed an army in front of Sinous.
Sinous: My creations, it is time for the hunt. I know this took some time to energized you with power, and thus is might have some issues with those Guardians reuniting...but this will just mean fun for us.
The borgs looked up and Sinous gave the command.
Sinous: NOW, HUNT...
In the Pillapianes...
Layla went inside the house that was a part of a hotel area, seeing Amara inside and the later immediately gasped seeing Claw in her arms.
Amara: Claw as well?
Layla: *Blinked* As well, who else?
The door opened and Layla was nearly tackled to the ground by a frantic, worried Spot. Amara held Spot a bit to make sure he did not tackle Layla in panic. Layla went over to the couch and laid Claw on it, Spot immediately jumping on and curling next to Claw.
Amara: I ran into Spot in town, he was looking for a ship. From what he told me Claw had push him away from a borg and they got separated. Spot landed closer to shore. Poor guy was in a frenzy when i found him...
Layla: I saw, what the heck happened that they ended up here.
Amara shrugged.
Amara: I don't know, Spot was not in the position to say anything. All i got was a name, SINOUS.
Layla eyes narrowed at the name.
Layla: I don't like the sound of that name...
Amara: Same thing when i heard it the first time. With the facts that we still can't contact the others, Sport and Claw being here, as well as this Sinous possible being the culprit...i think we're facing a new threat.
Layla sighed, looking out the window before flinching.
Layla: I think we are...*beckons Amara over quietly* look outside but be quiet.
Amara crept forward and looked out the window. Outside were strange looking Blitzborgs, their veins glowing and hands being as sharp and knives and swords. Hearing whimpers, they turned to see Spot trying to hide himself AND Claw.
Layla: Okay, that's all the explanation i need for right now to know these guys are bad news. Let's go Amara!
Amara nodded before going to Spot and Claw.
Amara: Spot, you and Claw hide in the basement...i promise we'll be fine and back.
Spot nodded before taking Claw downstairs. With a shout Amara and Layla armored up and headed out.
With the Guardians,
The hologram of Traitor appeared, panicked as he looked at the heroes.
Traitor: GUARDIANS, RUSHERZ, EMERGENCY!
Everyone turned to Ash's NFLR, the original six as well as the two Rusherz confused.
Jack: Explain later, what's up?
Traitor: BLITZBORGS HAVE APPEARED IN THE PILLAPIANES!
Stephen: Wait what-
Joseph: *Sighs and rubs his temples* Oh great now we have them to deal with...*Stops and looks at Ish* Ish, is there anyway we can transport Soar to the duckboat?
Ish: I think so, Bolt?
Bolt shrugged, still trying to process how much information they are missing.
Bolt: I can ask the staff if it's possible.
Juniper: We better do it fast, something tells me the real challenge has begun.
Joseph and Ish nodded in agreement, knowing full well that Sinous has unleashed his second game plan.
