In the skies...
Layla: I'm in a flying duckboat, on a mission around the world, finding scattered Rusherz and the other Guardians, while there is a crazed emotionless lunatic sending Megacore powered Blitzborgs after us...if you were to tell me this weeks ago i would suggest going to a shrink.
Claw: I'm wishing it to be true.
The team were heading to their next location of Malaysia. Layla was still wrapping around the information given to her in her head. It was like that for mostly everyone.
Jessica: Soo...what are we going to do once we get back?
Everyone looked up at that.
Peg-Leg: Who knows how long RZ will be out, not to mention we still have the situation of no know weakness of Sinous.
It was quiet for a while, then Joseph and Ish sighed.
Ish: Let's look over what we do know.
Joseph: *Nods* Well. First things first, our second abilities powered up by the Crusher merging with us is enough to destroy these new Blitzborgs.
Swoop: It could also be a high possibility that this could be beneficial facing Sinous, so we might not be able to defeat him but be at his equal level.
Bolt: *Coughs a bit* If possible, once we get closer to the states, we contact the military forces not just of the US but of other countries...this is becoming a global crisis now.
That was true...the fact that these Blitzborgs were now on a Rusherz man hunt across the globe now, the leaders would notice this as well as the fact that the storm is not natural. Liberty contemplated these facts.
Liberty: Your correct, as much as we don't want to involve lives of humanity in this...it is unavoidable now.
The Guardian flinched at this.
Stephen: You worried they might get caught in the crossfires of the Rusherz able to fight, right?
The Rusherz nodded.
Steed: We can't have a repeat of WWII.
Pillage: I know...
It was quiet for a while, till Alex snapped his fingers.
Alex: We could have teams.
The Guardians joined in the idea wave immediately.
Marty: We could have the earth's armies fight away from the Rusherz and us.
Amara: We could also have Arron and Warren make special armor for them, not like the Guardian armor but enough to prevent life threatening injuries and death.
The Crusher joined in, their holo forms appearing.
Behemoth: If we may...might we be of assistance.
This caught them off guard a bit.
Harpy: We can still merge with you, however we can still control the large metal forms from afar...or from what we practiced with-
Guardians and Rusherz: *Shocked* PARDON?
Jack: *Shocked* When the hey did you do that?
They chuckled.
Cimarrón: While you were in school and/or at the stadiums and under RZ's watch...to be honest we're surprised you guys didn't find out.
Pouncer : We basically caused damages in the simulation room so much we're surprised that the cracks were not noticed.
Lasso: AND now we got more questions now-
It was then the duckboat shoke, the sounds of low rums being heard.
Troy: *Eye twitched*...They can fly now...
Pillage: LAND LAND LAND!
The Crusherz immediately vanished and landed the plane onto Malaysia.
The site of the duck boat was shocking enough, but the fact that these new Blitzbots could now fly was jaw dropping to him...
?: That energy...that's the Jet's Megacore energy. Maybe it was a good idea to bring this...granted I'm not sure how they would react, welp...showtime.
Guardians: *Sending their second merged Crusher powers to the bots; frantic* KEEP DRIVING! DRIVE AS FAST AS YOU CAN!
Rustler: *Frantic* KID WE'RE DOING OUR BEST WHILE ALSO BEING IN THE RULE LIMIT HERE!
Freefall: *Frantic*IS IT REALLY IMPORTANT RIGHT NOW!?
Needless to say once they landed it was complete madness. Here they were driving around a town all thought night making sure they did not crashed into building or people.
Alex: TRY AND LEAD THEM OUT OF THE TOWN! WE MIGHT BE ABLE TO HAVE A BETTER CHANCE TO FIGHT WITHOUT CASUALTIES!
Splashdown: W-WE'LL TRY!
The duckboat manage to dodge another building as the heroes attempt to lead them away from the sleeping citizens. Finally, they reached on of the cliff sides of the country, the wheels skreeting to a halt.
Jack: FINALLY! Now we can get some action.
Forger:...Um, you seeing the numbers?
Tua: *Gets out of the Duckboat* Guys!
They all came out, seeing the large group of Blitzborgs...larger than the last one.
Ricky: Looks like they either multiplied or there was that many in the first place.
Red Crest:...No...there was more while we were being chased. Their numbers have dwindled.
That caught everyone attention.
Amara: Then what-
Suddenly, one by one the Blitzborgs around the rims fell. Soon the only the middle of what remained of the large group was left.
Ash: Whose-
?: GUYS NOW!
Whoever that was, they had no time to answer as they armored, merged, and got to work. Immediately Ish, Joseph and Alex tackled the Blitzbots onto the left, allowing Ash, Ricky, and Jack to take out the center with a triple combined power move. Amara and Layla snuck behinds the borgs tackled by Ish, Joseph and Alex and took them out, while Tua, Marty, Stephen and Troy took out any Blitzborgs that got near their friends. The assistance of the voice helped them out till finally, after so long, the Blitzborgs were reduced to ashes. The Rusherz cane out and went to the others, with Soar staying inside under the Crusherz servalince in case.
Peck: You all okay?
Ricky: Yeah...now who-
?: Seems you all have gotten more powerful with this, nice to also see you all safe.
Stephen: Okay, i know that voice from anywhere.
...Now they heard the voice CLEARLY, slowly turning to the cliff edge at the being. They first rays of morning crept up blinding them a bit. There was also a glow very familiar to them that came out from the beings back a bit.
Ish: That's...A megacore?
They blinked before they unsheilded themselves, and starred at-
Lasso: C-Ch-Cheif?
Chief smiled, his scarf flowing in the wind. He was wearing a red jacket, rimmed with gold with a "W" patch on the left side of his chest. He did have some gauze around some parts of his arms and legs, but it did not look serious. Around his back was a newly glowing football, a logo present on it.
Freedom: Is it him?
Chief: *Smiles warmly* You have no idea how happy i am to see you.
There was silence between everyone, before Lasso slowly went to Chief. Tears pricked his eyes as he came closer.
Lasso: Is it really you? Y-You look so-
Chief smiled and pointed to the Megacore on his back.
Chief: Good idea to bring this along...I'm, not nameless as they said I was, not recently...I'm now Chief, the Commanders Rusher.
He grinned...and then Lasso tackled Chief in joy off the cliff into the water below. The Guardians and Rusherz immediately went after them, thankful it was one of the famous diving cliffs.
Bit later...
Everyone laughed as they were soaked from getting Lasso and Chief out.
Stephen: Dude, warn us next time.
Lasso: *Wringing his bandana out* Can y'all blame me! Greatest news i heard in days!
Chief smiled, they were all sitting on the beach calming themselves after Lasso unexpected leap of faith with Chief.
Jack: It is...so, Commanders is their name now huh?
Chief nodded.
Chief: Yeah, truth be told i wanted to tell you guys but then Sinous came along and derailed things.
Ash: That's why you have your Megacore? Why didn't you-
Chief: Leave it at the HOK? Honestly everything was moving so fast that was the last thing on my mind.
Bolt: Understandable...
It was quiet on the beach for a while.
Stephen: Soo, now what...
Liberty sighed.
Liberty: First, Chief...are you-
Chief: Aware of what is going on...in a way yes. I knew something was up with the Megacore flickering back and forth. I knew one of the Megacores must have been drained...it's Soar's right?
They all flinched there, Chief sighed.
Chief: I figured, Sinous took his Megacore when he first appeared.
Ish: He was barely alive when we meet up with Bolt in Japan.
Chief: He drained it down to the-JAPAN!?
Freefall nervously chuckled rubbing his head.
Freefall: YEAH, i may have scattered you all around the planet.
Chief eye twitched.
Chief: I thought you all were closer but-*breaths out* this has gotten more complicated. HOK is down too right?
Joseph: Yes, But we know Arron and Warren have been at work bring it back up.
Jessica: And the Crusherz have been hard at work getting up from place to place, as well as the upgrade you saw.
Chief smiled at that, relived that even though they have been through complete MADNESS with Sinous, they have been working hard to fight back.
Chief: That's really good to hear.
They all smiled, then something clicked in their heads.
Claw: A-Are you all thinking what I'm thinking?
Layla: Yeah...hey Chief?
Chief: I think i know what your thinking, can't hurt not to try.
Back on the duckboat...
Soar was looking from the window, wondering what was going on. He was sitting on the chair as he turned back in.
Soar: I HATE being useless.
F-18: It's better than being dead right? I mean being drained down is one thing, would you rather be six's feet under.
Soar chuckled at that
Soar: Dark, but you make a good point.
Shadow: Not to mention the being that helped them is probably explaining-OH! Here they come.
The door opened and Soar eyes widen seeing who walked in with the Guardians and Rusherz. Chief step forward in front of Soar, who still manage to quickly hug the now Commander's Rusher seeing Chief's and the Megacore new look as Chief hugged back.
Soar: W-When-
Chief: Later, for now..
Chief placed the Megacore on the pedestal near the screen. It glowed as the Crusher, who were quickly shaken out of their shoke, went to work. The Duckboat came on as Amara went to the computer and started to type.
Amara: Alright...Australia...and-*click enter*
Troy: Hope this works.
The duckboat drove off, before a portal appeared and it vanished.
Australia...
Hunter and Dean watched as the wildlife of the outback lived their lives from a pair of binoculars.
Hunter: So cool, i can't believe we get to see this so close...well, as close as we can be without worrying about getting eaten.
Dean: Yeah, Dad was pretty excited about us going on a trip.
Hunter: Hey, *takes binoculars down* How do you think the others are doing?
Dean: *Takes his down* I hope well, that storm back in the states is hectic, but I'm sure they are alright. I mean, We're Guardians, we can handle ANYTHING.
...It was then the peace was disturbed the load bang and animals noises of a Duckboat appearing from a portal in front of Dean and Hunter.
Hunter:...Wha..
Dean:...PARDON?!
