DANNY AND DANI PHANTOM: REVENGE OF THE DARK PHANTOMS

Thanks to the Snap 7 years ago, Dan and Dana managed to escape from their thermos prisons. With the two in possession of the Gem of Infinity and the Staff of Reality, it's up to Team Phantom and their new allies to put an end to the Dark Phantoms' vengeful mayhem once and for all, but not before Danny and Dani has to neutralize the threat of a Guys in White submarine. 21. Chapter 20: Phantom vs Vampir

Here's chapter 20 everybody.

Chapter 20: Phantom vs. Vampir.

Dani has alerted Daniel of a incoming missile after AWACS Goodfellow warned her as well as Danny and Daniel of two approaching Su-57 Felon fighter jets as they were about to return to base. Suddenly, a stealth missile appear and was heading straight for Daniel's aircraft. Daniel at first couldn't see where the missile was coming from. Suddenly, his missile alert alarm went off. Daniel was about to turn his aircraft to evade, but the missile immediately hit his aircraft, damaging it, which got Danny and Dani's attention.

"Lancer!" Dani said.

"Reaper 4 is hit!" AWACS Goodfellow said.

Meanwhile, the culprits that fired the stealth missile were two Su-57s that have arrived at the mission airspace and piloting the two aircraft are none other than the mercenary siblings Tomas and Lillian Orloff, better known as Vampir Squadron. The two siblings have arrived at Ceuta, ready for a rematch against Danny and Dani and finally complete their assassination mission this time.

"Good, now we have less goons to deal with. Do it, Lillian!" Tomas ordered.

"Woo-hoo!" Lillian said, ready to take on Danny and Dani again.

Meanwhile, Danny and Dani puts their F-22s to full throttle, flying straight towards Tomas and Lillian's Su-57s to engage them again.

"It's those dang shadows!" Dani said.

"Back again, huh? Hope you're ready to fight this time!" Danny said.

"Engage to let Reaper 4 escape! We're calling off the withdraw!" Booker said.

"Roger that!" Danny and Dani said.

"Both of you, watch out for their missiles! The missile alert didn't go off in time! Hit me as soon as I heard it!" Daniel said.

"It may be that the enemy's missiles have stealth capabilities! Their missiles may hit you immediately after your missile alert goes off!" AWACS Goodfellow warned.

"So that's the trick!" Dani said.

"Stealth missiles?! You gotta be kidding me?! And that's a new low of them!" Danny said.

Just like last time, Danny goes after Tomas' aircraft while Dani goes after Lillian's. The two were about to get a lock on the Vampir Squadron's aircraft. However, Tomas and Lillian use their modified aircrafts' ECM capabilities to mess up Danny and Dani's Heads Up Display and their ability to easily get a lock on them. As the battle between the two sibling squadrons ensues, General Hawkins attempts to contact Tomas and Lillian.

"Calling out to unidentified aircraft! Cease combat immediately and withdrawal!" General Hawkins said.

"What the...?!" Danny and Dani said, not believing what they just heard.

"Brigadier General Hawkins is radioing enemy aircraft... On American channels!" AWACS Goodfellow said.

"Too late! We're already started!" Dani said.

"I repeat, withdraw!" General Hawkins said.

"Don't want anyone thinking we screwed up. The Phantom Twins is going down." Tomas said, exposing Hawkins.

"They're responding!" Dani said.

"What the heck is going on?!" Danny asked.

"You stupid idiots!" General Hawkins said.

"You call me a idiot again, I'll kill you!" Lillian threatened.

"You siblings can go to hell together!" General Hawkins said.

"Brother and sister?!" Danny and Dani asked in shock.

Danny and Dani couldn't believe what they've heard. Brigadier General Hawkins is working with these two mercenary pilots as their benefactor, confirming their suspicions about him the entire time. Danny and Dani don't have time to think about that now as Tomas and Lillian were firing at them. Danny and Dani then focus on avoiding their stealth missiles.

"Who are you two shadows?! Who are you and Brigadier General Hawkins working for?!" Danny asked.

"This is great! I get to chat with the man I'm about to kill." Lillian said.

"Well, you heard us, Phantom Twins. We're here to take your down." Tomas said.

"Bring it on!" Danny said.

Danny and Dani proceed to engage against Tomas and Lillian, but it's hard for them to get a lock due to Tomas and Lillian's ECM capabilities.

"Dang, their ECM keeps screwing up my lock!" Danny said.

"Same here! They've added a twist to their tricks!" Dani said.

"The shadows seem to have enhanced their ECM capabilities." AWACS Goodfellow said.

"Righto." Dani said.

"The seekers seem to be having trouble staying on the enemy. Fire as soon as you get a lock!" AWACS Goodfellow said.

"Trying our best, Goodfellow." Danny said.

"Dirty tricks aren't all they've got. They're both ace material!" AWACS Goodfellow said.

Tomas and Lillian gives Danny and Dani a hard time with their ECM and stealth missiles. The two siblings fired their missiles at Danny and Dani but misses with each shot. Danny and Dani then noticed more drones from the Phonoi approaching the airspace.

"Danny, those drones are gonna be problem." Dani said.

"I'll try to distract those shadows. Shoot down those drones." Danny said.

"On it!" Dani said.

As Dani goes after some of the drones, Danny takes on Tomas and Lillian. However, Tomas decides to go after Dani, leaving Danny to face Lillian.

"I've never been chased so hard by a man!" Lillian said.

"If we can shoot them down, it'll change our lives!" Tomas said.

Tomas then fires missiles at Dani. Dani noticed that Tomas is going after her, much to her frustration.

"They're completely focused on taking us down!" Dani said.

"Definitely. This woman is giving me trouble." Danny said as he tries to get a lock on Lillian.

"Come on, Danny! You got a hot chick right in front of you!" Lillian said.

"Sorry, but I got a fiancée. Not interested." Danny said.

"You're the only man I'll ever need, Danny!" Lillian said.

"Not interested, However, I'm interested in shooting you down!" Danny said.

Meanwhile, as Dani avoids Tomas, she gets a lock on one of the Phonoi's drones.

"Phantom 2, Fox Two!" Dani said.

Dani fires a missile, which successfully managed to destroy the drone.

"Target destroyed!" Dani said.

"Phantom 2 has splashed a drone! Projectile exploded! It's gone!" AWACS Goodfellow said.

"Worried about the drones much, Phantom Twins?" Tomas asked.

"More worried about you bozos and your employer!" Dani said as she once again avoids Tomas.

"Well we're not retreating, and neither will you! We end this here!" Tomas said.

"And we'll be the last ones flying!" Dani countered.

Tomas growled at Dani's remarks. Both him and Lillian have always hated Danny and Dani Phantom due to their employer and they have a opportunity to kill them once and for all.

"Haven't killed outside of a job in such a long time. Can you go crazy outside the job, Lillian?" Tomas asked.

"As long as I've got you and a strong man to subdue!" Lillian replied.

"Ain't no hitman gonna take us down!" Dani said.

"Better stop acting tough if you don't want to die again, traitor." Lillian said.

"Go on and try it!" Dani said.

"You better take that back!" Danny said.

"You know, you should tell me when it hurts!" Lillian said.

"You're the one who'll be screaming for help!" Danny said but gets a laugh reply from Lillian.

"Our reputation will soar once you're finished! The moment you turn your back on me will be your last!" Tomas said.

"We'll see about that." Danny said.

Danny then outmaneuvered Lillian before noticing another incoming drone. With Lillian not able to fire at him at the moment, Danny takes the opportunity to go after the drone. He gets a lock before firing his missile to destroy it.

"Marker drone down! Projectile guidance terminated!" AWACS Goodfellow informed.

As Danny and Dani engaged Tomas and Lillian, Dani once again noticed how the two Su-57s have no national markings.

"You're PMC, aren't you? That's why you got connections with the US and possibility the Russian military." Dani said.

"You'll have to shoot us out of the sky if you want the answer!" Tomas said.

Danny then managed to get behind Lillian's aircraft and managed to get a lock. He fires his missile, but Lillian managed to evade.

"Good, you're on their six! It's two-on-two, Danny! We can't lose!" Dani said.

"Sorry, clone but you'll end up being the loser!" Lillian counted.

"Don't ever say that word again!" Dani said.

Dani then went after Lillian's aircraft and gets a lock.

"She's got a lock on me!" Lillian said.

"Phantom 2, Fox Two!" Dani said.

Dani then fires two missiles at Lillian's Su-57. However, Lillian managed to evade the missile. Dani then realized how she and Danny are having a hard time.

"Danny, change frequency. They're eavesdropping on us as we speak." Dani said.

Danny and Dani then changed their radio frequency so that Tomas and Lillian won't hear their plan.

"Right, now it's just the two of us on the line." Dani said.

"What do you do, Dani?" Danny asked.

"Danny, those shadows seem to look for a pincer attack. I'll take on one fighter while you take on the other." Dani said.

"Good idea. I'll take on the guy. You take on the girl." Danny said.

"On it. Let's do it." Dani said.

Danny and Dani then change back to the original radio frequency before turning their F-22s to face the two Su-57s.

"It's time to end this once and for all!" Danny said.

"Come at us, Phantom Twins!" Tomas said.

"Here they come! Better up, Danny!" Dani said.

Danny then goes after Tomas while Dani goes after Lillian. Lillian immediately gets a lock on Dani and fires a stealth missile. Dani noticed the missile approaching due to the smoke contrail it creates. Dani immediately deploys flares to confuse the missile before she managed to get a lock despite the ECM problems. Dani quickly fires a missile and managed to hit Lillian's plane, but didn't destroy it.

"Shoot!" Lillian said.

"Excellent job! Phantom Squadron, shoot them down!" General Hawkins said.

"Please, just shut up!" Dani spatted.

"Yeah, you got other things to worry about, General!" Danny said.

Dani continues to engage Lillian in a one on one dogfight. Lillian managed to turn her aircraft around before flying towards Dani's plane. She once again fire stealth missiles, but Dani turns her plane around, causing the missile to miss.

"She's got some quick reflexes! This girl is not screwing around!" Lillian said.

Lillian continue to chase Dani and fire her stealth missiles but keeps missing most of the time. Dani then leveled her F-22 before performing a Pugachev's Cobra and gets behind Lillian's Su-57.

"She's behind me!" Lillian said.

Dani then focused as she waits for the seeker to get a direct lock onto Lillian's Su-57, which caught Lillian's attention.

"She's got a lock on me!" Lillian said.

"You're history! Phantom 2, Fox Two!" Dani said.

Dani then fire two AIM-9X missiles. The two missiles flew at high speed before successfully hitting Lillian's Su-57, causing it to go up in flames. Lillian screams in horror before her Su-57 explodes, killing her.

"Target destroyed!" Dani said.

At the same time Tomas, who was battling Danny, witness his sister's Su-57 exploding as well as hearing her final scream before her death, which horrified him.

"Lillian! Dang it! You'll pay for this, Phantom Twins!" Tomas said in anger.

Meanwhile, with Lillian gone, Dani decides to leave Tomas to Danny to deal with.

"Only one left! I'll leave the death blow to you, Danny!" Dani said.

"Roger that, Dani!" Danny said.

Meanwhile, Tomas, angry at the death of Lillian at the hands of Danny and Dani, starts to face Danny's F-22 before starting to fire a volley of stealth missiles, causing Danny to evade.

"Oh, I'll kill him! I'll kill him alright!" Tomas said.

At the same time, AWACS Goodfellow was monitoring the battle closely. Despite being a two-on-one advantage, the battle will still be difficult, with Tomas' emotions now in a haywire.

"There may only be one left, but don't let your guard down." AWACS Goodfellow said.

"Let's finish this once and for all, Danny!" Dani said.

"Dani, fly back at a little. Don't want you to get hit by a stray missile." Danny said.

"Roger that, Danny. Go get him, big bro!" Dani said.

Meanwhile, Tomas continue to fire volleys of missiles at Danny as he screams in rage and fury over Lillian's death.

"I'll kill you! I'll kill you! Ha, ha, ha! I'll kill you!" Tomas said in rage and fury.

"You psycho!" Danny said.

"You'll pay for this, Phantom Twins!" Tomas said.

"He's definitely lost his mind!" Dani said.

"Time to take advantage of that!" Danny said.

"Don't let the enemy's emotions make you lose your cool." AWACS Goodfellow said.

"Hah, I don't pity 'em, not one bit." Dani said.

Tomas continues to fire missiles as well as fire his aircraft's machine gun at Danny's aircraft in fury, hoping to kill Danny and eventually Dani in order to complete his mission and avenge Lillian.

"How dare you! She was my one and only!" Tomas said.

"Maybe you, your sister and your employer shouldn't try to kill us!" Danny said.

"What makes you a hero?! We tried to be heroes too! We really tried!" Tomas said.

"You're not even close to being a hero. What you're doing is not hero like!" Danny said.

As he is avoiding the multiple stealth missiles, Danny perform a series of maneuvers to get behind Tomas' aircraft. He fires his F-22's machine gun and managed to damage one of the Su-57's engines, making it trail black smoke. Danny then gets behind Tomas' Su-57 and after problem with the ECM gets a lock.

"You're mine! Phantom 1, Fox Two!" Danny said.

Danny also fires two AIM-9X missiles. The two missiles flew at high speed before successfully hitting Tomas' Su-57, causing it to go up in flames, shooting him down.

"He's down!" Danny said.

"Ahhhhhh! Lillian!" Tomas screamed as he's shot down.

"That's a hit! We got the shadow!" AWACS Goodfellow said.

"Take that, you jerk!" Dani said.

Danny and Dani then flew towards the burning Su-57 as it plunges towards the ground. They can still hear the breathing from Tomas as he struggles with his aircraft.

"Lillian..! Phantom Twins!" Tomas said as he continues to breath before manically laughing. "It's just as I imagined. No matter what we do, this is how we end. But know this, Danny and Dani Phantom. I'd rather go to hell than live in a world shaped by you! So yeah, we'll be heading there now!"

"Unidentified aircraft, eject." AWACS Goodfellow said but only heard Tomas' screams. "Eject, now!"

"I gotta catch up to her! This is only the beginning Phantom Twins! We'll have our revenge against you in his honor! For Vl-." Tomas said before his sentence is cut short as his Su-57 explodes, killing him.

"The shadow's blip has disappeared from our radar. At that altitude, it likely has crashed." AWACS Goodfellow informed.

"Serve them right." Dani said.

"And they're history." Danny said.

"Yes, the problem has been eliminated." General Hawkins said.

"Let's return to base, Dani. We got General Hawkins to deal with." Danny said.

"With pleasure." Dani said as she and Danny starts their flight back to base.

Meanwhile, Matias is still in contact a group of Guys in White agents at the outskirts of Ceuta as he sees that Danny and Dani has completed the mission, a mission he cause for them to his advantage.

"Meet us at the drop-off point. The Phantom Twins has removed all straggler Guys in White forces. That did make for a good sideshow." Matias said.

"I have no doubt that the Plan to Save Ten Million Lives or More will led the Human race and Guys in White to true victory." a Guys in White Phonoi agent said.

"Stop thinking so small. It's salvation on a far grander scale." Matias said.

With that, the Phonoi heads out for Ceuta while Danny and Dani heads back to deal with General Hawkins now that he is expose as a double agent.

And that's the end of the chapter. And that's also the end of Tomas and Lillian Orloff. A intense dogfight but Phantom Squadron won. But what was Tomas about to say before he got killed and Hawkins is revealed to be the person who hired the Orloff siblings. Now the question is why who he want Danny and Dani killed.
