A/N Have fun! Please leave me a review if you liked it, they motivate me intensely.

"Rachel can be a little intense." He said during dinner. "If you don't want to come Wednesday that's fine. I'm sure you've got better things to do."

"I can't think of anything better to do than singing with you. I cleared my schedule until the 18th. My assistant flies in that morning and my first appointment is the 19th."

"So we can catch up?"

She nodded. "That was the idea."

"Great, I've been keeping an eye on your career but other than that.."

"Same here, when I heard you were going to nationals in New York.. My assistant wouldn't let me leave for more then 15 minutes, but I saw New Directions perform. They were great, I was happy to learn you won."

"Why didn't you come look me up?" He asked surprised. "I tried to see you but you have a lot of security, I couldn't get them to give you a call to ask if you wanted to see me."

"Really?" She cursed on the inside, she always hated her security and now even more so. "I didn't have time to stay any longer, I had a concert to give. Besides I didn't want to see you for ten seconds and then leave again." She smiled at him. Besides she thought he had a wife, she didn't want to hurt herself further.

"I'm so happy you got your dream job."

"Thank you, but enough about me. How are you? Dealing with the whole Terri thing?"

He shrugged. "It was really terrible, I was expecting to become a dad and she just faked a pregnancy. I told her I was filing for divorce, I couldn't trust her anymore."

Alicia grabbed his hand from the other side of the table. "I'm sorry Will."

"Thanks, are you looking forward to seeing all our old classmates?"

She laughed. "You mean all the kids that used to bully me? Hell yeah, I've got a feeling they're going to be a lot nicer to me now. What about you?"

Will shrugged. "I'm kind of impartial at the moment, plus Terri will probably be there. The best thing about the reunion is that it brought me you. That's the only reunion I really care about." He caressed her hand with his thumb and smiled at her. "I really did miss you, my best friend. I haven't seen you since my wedding with Terri."

"I know, we both became busy after that. You with Terri, me with work. Do you enjoy working at McKinley?"

"I do, I love coaching glee. Seeing those kids transform is really great. You should've seen them when we started, they really came together. The jocks, nerds, cheerleaders. Only glee can make all those different groups come together."

"I remember being in glee with you, Mr Popular asking me to sing with him. You really transformed me too Will." She smiled at him and glanced down at their still joined hands. Will's thumb stroking her hand. Was she imagining things or was Will flirting with her, big time.

Will noticed her glancing at their joined hands and let go immediately. "I'm sorry, I didn't notice I was doing that."

"It's fine, I liked it." She looked up as the waiter put down her plate and blushed slightly. "Do you ever regret not pursuing a musical career after NYU?"

"Sometimes." Will shrugged. "But it was the right choice at the moment, I really wanted to marry Terri. She didn't want to leave Lima and I wanted to be with her. Besides, I majored in teaching for a reason. I just never thought I would use the degree that quick." He smiled. "You must be glad you went to LA?"

"I am, it is really my dream job. But life's a lot more complicated than I thought it would be. Fame is.. a lot. I can't really go anywhere without being followed, I can't just be me all the time. I have to think about my image all off the time. That's not something you think about when you're 17, you know? Every new guy I spend even 5 minutes with is immediately photographed and printed as my new 'love interest' it's.. crazy."

"Are you involved with anyone?"

"Not yet." She smiled at him, trying to hint that she wanted to be involved with him. "I haven't had a relationship in… 6 years or something. The relationships I did have, never lasted very long."

"Why not?"

She blushed profusely. "I.. uh.. it didn't feel right. Plus I've always been bad at flirting, so that doesn't help." She smiled. 'They never measured up to you.' Is what she would've liked to say.

Will laughed out loud. "Really, you're bad at flirting? I'm sure there are plenty of men around the world who want to be with you, you just have to say the word and they'll be by your side. No flirting needed."

Alicia smiled. "I'm sure there are, but I don't want them." 'I want you.' She thought to herself, but she would never say that out loud. He didn't want her when they were 15, nothing has changed. "Do you want anything more? Otherwise we should go back to my hotel." She then saw how he started laughing. "No! Not like that. Just to talk some more, maybe think of a song to perform for your glee club on Wednesday."

"Sure, let's go."

She woke up the next morning in her hotel room, Will had dropped her off after dinner. He'd come up and they continued talking for a little while longer before he had to go home, they'd completely forgotten to pick out a song. She booted her phone and was bombarded with messages and missed calls, including missed calls and texts from her agent. She decided to just call back her agent instead of reading all the messages, since they would probably just say that she should call him.

"Hey Sven, you called me a million times?"

"Alicia! Finally! Why did you turn off your phone! You never turn off your phone!"

"Because I've got the week off, wanted to sleep in. What's wrong?"

"I send you a picture, look at it."

"Putting you on speaker." She said as she did and went to her messages to check what he sent. "Fuck." She said as she saw the picture, it was an item about her and Will in a gossip magazine. "I gotta warn Will." There were pictures of them at dinner, touching his hand and them entering the hotel together. "Make sure he doesn't give a comment. I'll call you back."

"Give Kimmy a call after, she's in Lima with a bodyguard for you. Don't go anywhere without them."

She sighed. "I will, bye."

She dialed Will, he'd given her his number last night.

"Hello?" He said.

"Will, Alicia."

"Ally, thank god. I didn't remember your room number and the hotel wouldn't put me through unless I knew."

"I'm guessing you're being stalked?"

He glanced outside, there was a mob of photographers in front of the school. "You can say that."

"Did you say anything? Open your mouth at all?"

"No nothing, figured that was best until I talked to you. I just pushed past them until I was inside."

She let out a breath. "Thank you, that's great. Please continue to do that. I'm sorry I got you involved in this whole mess that is called my life."

"It's fine, I don't mind."

"My assistant has flown in with a bodyguard, once they get here I can go outside. My team has forbid me to go anywhere until then. I'll find a way to sneak us into the school, I really need to talk to you about this shit-show. Give you a PR crash course. Listen Will, I really am sorry. I will fix this, I'll make sure they leave you alone."

"Ally, really it's fine. I'm not used to it, but I can handle it. I'll just keep my mouth shut and do my thing."

"I don't think you get how big of a deal this is Will. Its not just you and me, everyone will be involved in this. They're… animals. They'll tear your life apart. No stone will be left unturned, your glee-kids, your parents, Terri.. They'll dig until they find something."

"Oh.." Will said quietly. Maybe he wás underestimating this.

"I'll be there as soon as I can."

She hung up the phone and sighed loudly, running a hand through her hair before she grabbed her phone again and dialed Kimmy.

"Alicia, good morning."

"Morning. Sven said I should give you a call."

"Yeah, we're almost at your hotel. What room are you in?"

"121."

"Ok, we'll be there in about 10 minutes."

"Ok, see you soon." She hung up the phone and got dressed. She was just fixing her hair when there was knocking on her door.

"Alicia?" She heard Kimmy call out.

She opened the door for them. "Hey" She smiled at Kimmy and then at the bodyguard standing there. "Nice seeing you again, Jamie was it right?" She recognized him from her tour last year.

"Yes ma'am." He smiled at her.

"Please call me Alicia." She watched how he nodded as she stepped aside to let them in. "Kimmy, I'm so sorry." She smiled at her assistant/friend. "I told you to schedule yourself off and.." She just shook her head. "I'm sorry. When the tour is over you can take as much time as you want. I promise I will just sit inside and watch Netflix."

Kimmy laughed. "It's fine Alicia, I know you didn't plan this." She held up the magazine with the article of her and Will. "I hope you had a nice evening with him."

"I did." She grabbed the magazine and looked at the pictures, sighing loudly. "But I don't think.. look what hell I'm putting him through." She threw the magazine on the bed. "This is why I don't hang out with guys you know."

"He looks like he's worth it." Kimmy smiled. "He's hot."

"Should I wait outside, ma'am- Alicia." Jamie said, he felt that this was maybe a little personal and he wasn't needed here anyway.

She shrugged. "Whatever you want, I'm assuming you signed a NDA anyway." That's what her team usually did before they employed someone, to make sure nothing she would say could get back to the press.

"I have."

"Then I don't care." She walked towards the mirror to finish her hair. "I want to go and see Will." She told them.

Jamie and Kimmy looked at each other before Kimmy spoke up. "You sure that's a good idea? The press are swarming the place, we won't be able to get in unnoticed."

"I've got a plan for that, I'll need some help though.." She grabbed her phone and sent a text to Will.

They drove past the front of the school unnoticed, it was swarming with press, once they arrived at the back they stopped the car across the street, it was a lot quieter here. She sent another text to Will.

"Still people here Alicia." Kimmy said.

"Give it a minute." She waited until she saw the glee club arrive outside, they were swarming around a woman that was roughly Alicia's build and length. She was wearing a wig that resembled Alicia's hair colour and she had put on giant sunglasses and a big hat. The glee club quickly led her outside, pretending to be shielding her from the press as they almost ran towards the parking lot for a car. The press reacted immediately and followed them towards the parking lot to take as many pictures as they could while shouting questions about Will. Alicia smiled. "Let's go." She quickly ran out of the car, followed by Kimmy and Jamie quickly catching up to run in front of her. "I owe them." She said as she looked over at the parking lot where she could see the press all putting down the cameras as the wig and hat were taken off. Once inside the school she saw Will, waiting for her.

"Ally." He smiled at her. "Good enough?"

She hugged Will. "That was great actually." She pulled back and sighed before looking at him. "Really, Will, I'm so sorry. Upending your life like this." She shook her head. "Maybe I should just leave you alone, tell the press that you were.. I don't know.. you wanted me to help out the struggling glee club.."

"It's fine." He smiled at her as he took her hand. "Really."

"It's really not, you've got photographers everywhere. Digging into your life, your parents, Terri." She shook her head again. "I shouldn't have come, I shouldn't have done this to you. You don't deserve this, you don't deserve any of this. I'm putting you through hell, it was selfish of me to come. I should've known better, I thought I could manage a week without being seen.. It was stupid, if I'd known this would happen I wouldn't-" She couldn't finish her sentence, Will had grabbed her face and kissed her. She put her hand on his chest and kissed him back. Kimmy smiled and Jamie turned away discreetly.
