Knowing Her Better

Inspired by Yella Beezy and Chris Brown's "Restroom Occupied"

Downtown Gotham City, Midnight Selene Nightclub

6 months ago, Billionaire Bruce Wayne opened a nightclub for his wife, Selina Kyle-Wayne. Now, they will be celebrating their 2nd anniversary at Midnight Selene with their friends and family.

Bruce smirked as his wife was walking up to him seductively. She wrapped her arms around his neck.

"You know, I'm really enjoying being called Boss Lady."

"You deserve it all, Lady of Gotham."

Selina gave him a soft peck.

"I saw a few of your league friends. Is Clark coming? Diana came alone. I thought after seeing them flirting and all at our Christmas Party, they'd made things official."

"Hm. It's complicated."

"Oh, like us? That keeps the fire going. The chase never gets old."

"I've caught you now."

"The game is never over for us," she smiled. "Let's go greet more guests."

"Selina..."

"Don't start, just do this for me, please." She trailed her hand down to the slight tent of his pants. "We'll have our own private party soon enough."

Bruce couldn't resist. "Fine."

Diana Prince sat at the bar. "Martini," she said to the bartender.

"Coming right up," the bartender smiled and winked.

Diana gave him a slight smile back then sighed.

It had been a long week for her with not Ambassador and heroic duties but family drama with her mother, sisters, and the Gods, and her love life with her best friend, Clark Kent and the man she had ever met, Steve Trevor.

7 years ago, Colonel Steve Trevor crash landed on her home island of Themyscira. Growing up, Diana had always wanted to travel to the outside world but her mother, Queen Hippolyta forbid it. She wanted Diana to focus on her royal duties as one day, she would become Queen, but ultimately, she wanted her only daughter to be safe. Hippolyta didn't trust the outside world of man. But knowing that Steve would have to get back to man's world, Diana had to convince her mother to let her accompany him, on the condition Diana would prove man's world had truly changed. Diana's sole focus was to learn and teach.

Upon arriving to man's world, Steve helped her through all the protocols and she was introduced to his assistant, Etta Candy, and family friends, mother and daughter, Julia and Vanessa Kapatelis. Julia was a Professor at Harvard University. At that time, Diana wasn't quite yet fluid with the English language, Julia was able to understand Diana, given she spoke Greek. Julia welcomed Diana into her home to stay and became a sort of foster mother to Diana to help her adjust more to man's world.

Diana was grateful for all their help and grew to care for them, but she never wanted that to be misconstrued by Steve. She wasn't looking for any romantic relation and wasn't interested. Though, Steve pushed wanting her to go to dinners and events. It felt more like she was a showcase for him, even if that wasn't his intention. He would speak to her as if she was a child or that she owed him something.

Flashback: 4 years ago... Boston City Hall

Diana stormed out of the building with Steve running after her.

"Diana! Diana, wait!"

He grabbed her arm but she yanked away.

"How dare you speak to me that way! Am I not to have an opinion? I didn't agree to that decision. It is wrong and will only hurt those more who are still living on this property."

"Diana, I know that this is unfamiliar to you, but that's why you have me."

"This is not the way, Steve. I care for the betterment of the children, not helping give more money to the greed."

"It's complicated. There's no win in this. Don't worry about it, too much." He smiled taking her hand. "Come on. We can can grab a bite and-"

"I have work to do."

"You said that last time. Come on. We haven't spent anytime alone."

"Why would we need to be alone?"

Steve chuckled. "Seriously? Diana, I don't know what else I have to do to make this anymore clearer to what we are to each other."

Diana frowned a bit. "I'm sorry, Steve, but my feelings for you are not in that way. I do care for you but as my friend."

"There's no one else that can have with you what I do. I am the one that has helped you, who knows you."

"No, you don't know me. And so it was never out the kindness of your heart? It was never genuine? It was just to have your way with me?" Diana questioned angrily.

"That's not what I'm saying."

"What are you saying?!"

"Diana, all I've done has been in the best interest of you...of us."

Diana shook her head. "No, it's been for you." She sighed. "I have to go."

"Is it because of him?"

"Because of who?"

"Superman."

Her heart fluttered as she looked at him a bit shocked.

"Pft...I knew it."

"I don't have to explain anything to you."

"Diana, you can't trust him."

"Why not? He has been honest with me, kind, and respectful. He cares nothing for praise for what he does, selfless, and doesn't abuse the power he wields."

"Are you sure about all of that? He is a ticking time bomb. You are being too trusting. Too naive."

"I'm not a child, Steve! You are still holding a grudge after you and your team attacked him! He didn't know but when he did, he apologized. No one was hurt."

"Now you are seriously taking up for him?!"

"I'm taking up for what is right! I'm done here."

"No, don't leave. I-"

"Wonder Woman!"

They both turned to see Superman flying down waving.

"Speaking of the damn devil."

"Stop it, Steve."

"Hey, Diana," Superman smiled.

"Hi, Kal. What's wrong?"

"Trouble in Budapest. Cyborg tried contacting you. I told him you were in a meeting so I came to get you."

"Thank you."

Steve scuffed and rolled his eyes.

"Colonel Trevor, good to see you," Kal held out his hand form him to shake.

"Right... you two should get going. Diana, we'll finish our conversation at another more private time."

Diana frowned. "Let's go, Kal."

As Diana and Kal flew off. Steve walked away back into City Hall mumbling under his breath his disdain for Kal.

The flight to Budapest was quiet. Kal glanced over to see Diana with a very serious expression. She seemed so far away. He flew under her.

Diana looked down, shocked finally realizing he was there. "Kal!"

He laughed. She shook her head and laughed with him.

"That's better. I hadn't seen that beautiful smile of yours. Can't go a day without that."

She blushed. "Kal..."

"Oh, I'm sorry. I don't mean to cross a line. I mean I take it Steve still doesn't like me. I'm not sure what else to say or do."

"You don't have to say or do anything. I've told him he is wrong about you."

"Ah, so that's what the argument was about. I'm sorry, Diana. I don't want to get in between you and Steve, causing a rift."

"No, it's more complicated than just that situation. But like I said, you have nothing to apologize for."

"I respect what you and Steve ha-"

"There's nothing romantic between us. It never has been. That's why he is so...angry?"

"Oh..." he paused for a moment. "I see. Diana, if there is anything you need to talk or vent about, I'm here."

She smiled again. "Thank you."

Flashback End

She became more open to Clark and they spent more time together outside of the Justice League. The more she was getting to know him, the more she was falling for him. The feelings were quite mutual for Clark and he didn't hesitate to show it but he never pushed her. He was so patient and respectful. He had the power that rivaled even Zeus, physique and facial features that seemed to be sculpted by Adonis. A God in his own right.

So many thoughts ran through her mind. Possibilities with Clark, she couldn't believe.

Diana wanted to take a new step with him but the feelings frightened her. They both had responsibilities that required their full attention. A serious relationship required just as much attention. She knew she and Clark would have that understanding as they do now just as friends. But how would a serious relationship change their dynamic? She didn't know whether they could take that risk of their friendship.

"Diana?"

She blinked out of her daze and looked to see Steve with his girlfriend of 2 years, Michelle Johnson. She was a secretary for the Bureau of Prisons.

"Steve, Michelle, hi."

"Wow, Diana! You always look so amazing. You have to one day sure your beauty secrets."

"Oh, Michelle, you don't need any beauty secrets or anything like that, right, Steve?"

"Yeah...uh...right..." he kissed Michelle's cheek.

"I think I see one of my old colleagues."

"Oh, give me a sec, I'll be right behind you."

"Ok!"

As Michelle was about to walk away. Steve pulled her into a kiss.

Michelle blushed. "Oh, Steve. Such a romantic."

Diana then dropped her smile and narrowed her eyes.

"What are you doing, Steve? This isn't you."

"What are you talking about, Diana?"

"Michelle is a good woman. She loves you. Be happy, Steve. That's what I want for you. I can see there is something beautiful between you two. You just need to see it too not be blinded by what never was. Do not hurt her."

"I don't need you giving me dating advice when you've never loved anyone before. Where's Clark? Is he done stringing you along or was it you pulling the strings?"

"What has Clark ever done to you to make you so angry and hateful towards him?"

"I don't trust any of those superpowered jocks."

"Kal isn't like the others."

Steve shook his head. "After all this time, you still want to take up for him. Blinded by his godliness."

"I'm not blind to anything but you sure as hell is. Bye, Steve."

Diana got up from the bar, storming off.

"Diana?"

"Oh, Bruce, Selina! Congratulations and Happy Anniversary," she hugged them both.

"Thank you, Diana!" Selina said.

"I haven't seen Clark yet?"

"I'm sure he wouldn't miss this."

"So you haven't talked to him?"

"No, not...yet."

"Hm."

"Don't worry. Like Diana said, he wouldn't miss this."

"Right. We have more guest to greet..."

Diana raised her eye brow. "You? Greeting guests? Wow, Selina."

"Yes, he is playing nice for me!" She laughed. "He was even demonstrating quite a lot of patience with Lois Lane earlier during our interview."

"Oh...I would e thought Cat Grant would be the one wanting a gossip piece."

"She was our first interviewer. Ms. Grant and Ms. Lane seemed to also had a little scuffle."

"Oh my..."

"It was just verbal little cat fight. Nothing too serious but livened the party up a bit more!" Selina laughed.

"It is quite lively, with great music and just spectacular all around."

"Thank you, Diana!"

She smiled. "Well, I'll let you two get back to it."

Bruce touched Diana's shoulder. "When he gets here, you two should talk."

She hesitated for a moment then nodded.

Bruce and Selina walked closer to the entrance.

"Congrats!"

"Congratulations!"

"Happy Anniversary!"

"Mr. and Mrs. Wayne!"

Bruce grumbled under his breath.

"I would think after all this time, you would be used to the attention and cameras."

"No. It never gets easier and I don't like it."

"Don't be a grouch. Give the cameras that sexy playboy smile and it'll be over soon enough."

Bruce then saw Clark walking in.

"Clark. Didn't think you were coming."

"Bruce." He shook his hand. "Selina, you look lovely."

"Thank you, Clark!"

"Sorry I'm late, deadline and off planet mission."

"You aren't late at all. Don't listen to Grouch."

"Happy Anniversary! You two deserve true happiness with each other."

"Thanks," Bruce said. "Diana is here by the way. You two need to have a serious talk."

Clark smiled. "Yeah, I know."

"I mean now."

"Oh..right! Yeah!"

"And...Trevor is here. Diana seemed upset when we saw her."

"I see...thanks for the heads up, Bruce."

As Clark walked away, Selina grinned up at Bruce.

"Look at you. The love bug bit you."

"No, its those two are a headache and annoying with the unnecessary back and forth."

"Uh huh. Whatever you say, Grouch," Selina reached up to kiss his cheek.

Diana was leaned over the rail and closed her eyes for a second listening to the music. She sighed trying to relax.

She then tensed feeling a hand on her hip. She quickly turned with a frown.

"Ka-Clark?!" She gasped.

"Hey, Di," he grinned. "I'm sorry for startling you."

"I...no...it's okay..."

He titled his head. "What's wrong?"

"Oh...nothing..."

"Diana." He wrapped one arm around her pulling her closer and cupped her cheek. "You know you can tell me."

She couldn't help but smile back seeing his charming smile.

"How do you do that?"

"Do what?"

"The way you look at me...I don't know...things just change."

"For the better, I hope."

"Yes," she smiled again.

"I know how much you like dancing so...come on. I'll show you I got moves," he wiggled his eye brows making her laugh.

"You are so silly!"

Clark laughed and pulled her to the dance floor.

With him, all the stress and worry went away in an instant.

Entering into their own world, loud, thumping beats drummed steadily, rendering everything else silent in comparison. They were so close with Clark's entire front pressed into her back.

"It's just us right now," he said, his lips touching her ear, and even then she barely heard him.

She nodded and suggestively danced against him. She feels his excitement grow against her and a small moan escapes her. She hopes he doesn't notice, and continues to dance.

He grinned. Of course he heard her.

Diana let her weight drop fully onto Clark's chest. She bit her lip as he slowly ran his hands down her side. He wrapped his arms around his waist and she tilted her head on his shoulder.

"Diana..."

"Yes, Kal?"

She turned to face him.

His eyes undress her, and she can feel her body quickly respond. She looks down at his lips and ran her hand through her hair as she brushed her body against his. Clark held her so close as they swayed with the song and it was so much tension between them.

Diana heart started racing as she looking deeply into Clark's eyes. He was giving her the same look he did when they first kissed 1 year ago.

Flashback: London

Diana Prince and Clark Kent were standing in front of Diana's condominium building.

"I've never actually took a stroll like that. To really enjoy the nightlife of London. Thank you for dinner, Kal."

"We can take more strolls if you would like? I should be thanking you for not only saving my ass earlier but this last minute interview."

"I very much would." Diana giggled. "Oh Kal, we are a team. We protect each other. You know how much I love talking about awareness for children and how these kind of things are important but even if not that, I couldn't say no to you."

"Still, Di." he smiled.

"Hmm?" she questioned teasingly.

Suddenly, she felt like the world was in slow motion as Clark tilted his head, and put a hand gently on her face, slowly and carefully pulling their lips together. It was her bright luminous eyes that undid him, and he felt himself falling and did nothing to halt his descent. In that moment there was nothing but her, and the sweet exotic scent of jasmine.

Pressing his lips gently to hers sent a wave of sensations coursing through them both that they never experienced before. Clark slowly pulled away, but left his forehead leaning on hers. He smiled at her and Diana melted at his smile, but she was frozen. Clark mistook her unsure facial expression as being upset.

"I'm sorry," he quickly blurted. "I shouldn't have done that. I…I'm sorry…"

Diana snapped back into reality. "No..." was all she could say.

Clark gave a small smile and looked at her skeptically.

"I was just surprised is all. A very good surprise...that I don't mind again..." she smiled suggestively.

With that sweet smile of hers he surrendered, bringing his lips to hers once again, one hand softly stroking her cheek kissing her mouth fully. Lips so soft, the taste they couldn't get enough. Clark's hand fell to her waist and slowly moved up and down her back. He was so gentle. It seemed that the earth shifted beneath them and gave way as Diana twined her arms around his neck, slender hands tangling into his hair as he pulled her in closer while moving his mouth over hers in a slow rhythmic dance. To his delight he felt her moving in time with him.

How long they had spent in front of the building kissing, neither couldn't recall. Clark knew right then that he loved her and wanted to spend a lifetime savoring her kisses, her love and, in turn, loving her with every ounce of his being.

They pulled away again, and embraced. Clark held her tightly and Diana loved it, his arms around her, his breath on her neck. She hugged him a little tighter and rested her head on his shoulder.

Flashback End

Diana glanced off and surprisingly saw Steve glaring at them. She quickly turned to look back up at Clark who was frowning a bit.

"You shouldn't have to feel this way. You did nothing wrong. What's between us is just between us."

"Clark..." she sighed. "I need a few minutes."

"Diana, wait."

She shook head and turned heading to the women's restroom.

Clark sighed deeply and clinched his fists walking over to Steve.

"Steve."

"Kent."

Michelle smiled. "Hi! Are you a friend of Steve's?"

"Just an acquaintance," he smiled back. "Clark Kent," he said shaking her hand.

"I'm Michelle!"

"Nice to meet you, Michelle. May I speak with Steve for a moment?"

"Oh okay! Well I need a refill. Meet me at the bar after, babe." She kissed his cheek and walked away.

"I don't have time and have nothing to say to you."

"Well just listen., dammit."

He saw Clark's eyes turn a glimmer of red.

Steve sighed. "What?"

"What's your problem with Diana?"

"I don't have a problem with Diana."

"Really? Why is it that every time you're around it's this awkward tension and Diana feels as if she's done wrong?"

"That's on her. I've done nothing but try to support her."

"Support her by controlling and talking down to her?"

"You don't know anything!"

"I know that Diana cares! She doesn't care how you think she should or want her to. But she cares and that's all that should matter."

"I don't need some super jackass preaching to me. You think you are better than me? That you're better for Diana? You're not! I know her!"

"I don't think I'm better. This isn't a competition. This is about respecting and understanding Diana as the amazing, beautiful woman she is. You know her? Really? Name one thing that nobody else would know."

Steve paused trying to think. "I don't have time for this." He was just about to stand up but then Clark put his hand on his shoulder making him sit back down.

"Do you know how much she can't stand being showcased in front of officials. Sometimes she gets this twitch in her eye or speaks in her native language when she's frustrated or angry. When she really sad but can't show it, she works out extra hard."

"Diana never said this. She's competitive. Working out is all she has done growing up with a tribe of warrior women."

"It's not that simple and you are just proving her point. There are things so obvious but means so much more when it comes to her. She bites her lip when she's worried or nervous. She speaks slower sometimes because of her accent so she wants to make sure she's saying the right things. She likes to sniff books, particularly old ones because she believes the making of the books tell a story too. She likes to be alone while polishing her weapons. It takes her back to being at home training. She also likes to sing. She doesn't care much for fancy dinners. She tries to eat healthy but fast food is sometimes a guilty pleasure. She'd stop by to see my Ma or I bring her Ma's fried chicken and apple pie every 2 months to satisfy her craving when we have monitor duty together."

"You only know all this because she told you. You are with her."

"I actually paid attention to her. Took the time to truly get to know the real Diana. Not the Princess, not the warrior, not Wonder Woman. But Diana. It wasn't easy, but I never gave up and tried to make her be or do something she didn't want and wasn't ready for. I gave her all the time she needed so when she was ready to open up, I have her my full attention and never questioned or judged her. We don't agree on everything but I still respect her. If you really cared for who she is, you would've noticed all of this before. And no, Diana and I weren't together but that changes tonight. She's happy for you, let her be happy and be happy for her. That's all I have to say."

Clark walked away leaving Steve stunned.

Clark quickly went to the women's restroom. He could hear only two heartbeats inside, one being Diana. Without any hesitation, he walked in.

"Diana, Clark is such a good man. Just tell him."

"But Mera, I-"

"Tell me what?"

Diana gasped. "Kal! You shouldn't be in here!"

"I checked before. It's fine. Hey, Mera."

"Hey Clark. I should leave you two alone. Go find Arthur."

"Wai-"

Mera nudged Diana's arm.

"See you guys later."

When Mera walked out and the door closed, Clark quickly locked it.

"Kal? Really?"

"We need to talk, Di. No more waiting. What is it that you have to tell me?"

"Kal, I..." she bit her lip and looked away.

Clark caressed her cheek and gently turned her face to look at him.

"Diana, you know you can talk to me but if you're not ready yet then let me say what I have to say, okay?"

She slowly nodded.

"You are the most beautiful woman I've ever known. Inside and out. To have the honor of getting to know you, for you to trust me and be so open with me, the partnership we've built and the time we've spent together, means so much to me. I never thought I'd meet someone who would truly understand me like you do. For so long, I lived in secret. With you, there's no hesitation, no secrets. I love you, Diana."

"Kal..."

"That doesn't have to change anything right away if at all. But you need to know the-"

She cut him off with a kiss, letting her hands touch his face gently, feeling the softness of his skin. Pulling back slightly, she smiled.

"...truth."

"Kal, you've had my heart for the longest of time. The more time we've spent together made that so much more clearer. I was just confused at first...a little afraid because I've never felt this way before. You are the one man...the one person I trust the most. I love you, too," Diana kissed him again.

Clark's hands tangled in her raven hair, deepening the kiss, never wanting it to end. Diana moaned into the kiss, unable to help herself.

Diana lifted her left leg to curve around his outer thigh. Clark untangled his hand from her hair and grabbed a handful of her thigh, just under her derrière, and his fingers came dangerously close to the hem of her denim skirt. She felt and heard, him growl loudly into her mouth as he ground his hips in her, pulling her impossibly closer. He hummed against her lips and in the process grounding their hips together, they both groaned at the delicious friction. Diana was lost in Clark; his hands on her body, his tongue working its magic inside her mouth and around her own tongue, and his full, soft lips sucking on hers.

Their hearts were pounding and blood rushing.

Outside the restroom door, there was a line slowly forming.

"What the hell? The door won't open!"

"Is someone in there?"

"I don't know."

KNOCK. KNOCK.

"Hello? Is someone in there?"

KNOCK. KNOCK.

Back in the restroom...

Diana finally pulled away from their kiss, heavily breathing.

"We should leave."

Clark used his heat vision to completely seal the door.

"Clark?" she questioned.

"They can wait. I can't."

With that, it took Clark about three seconds of weighing up the pros and cons of continuing before his mouth was on hers once more, a soft swirl of his tongue over hers. His teeth snagged her lower lip and held it for a couple seconds before he gently nipped it and soothed the bite with a swipe of his tongue.

"I want you tonight," he said in her ear. "Right here, right now."

"I want you, too," she replied, kissing him as she spoke.

The music was pumping all around them, vibrating her core, making their kisses even more fervent and hurried. She was breathing heavily. Clark looked at her with such open passion and want, a look that told her he needed her, now. She was latched onto him, her arms flung themselves around his neck. Next thing Diana knew, with his hands firmly planted under her ass, lifting her up. She wrapped her legs around his waist as she still planted kisses anywhere she could put them. Clark captured her lips again, devouring her mouth as he walked them to the sinks and plopped her down on the edge.

Clark's raw need for her was overpowering. He groaned in her ear, his voice making her shiver all the way down her spine.

"Oh, Gods," Diana panted between sloppy, wet, and open-mouthed kisses she was leaving all over his cheeks, nose and neck.

She was too far gone in her desire for him, that she didn't much care where they were nor the banging on the door.

So without missing a beat she worked at the belt and button of Clark's jeans as he pushed her skirt up and over her hips and her thong to the side. Diana glanced down once she successfully had his jeans unzipped. She gasped seeing how impressively well endowed he was. She looked up at Clark, who had the most sexiest cocky smirk. A god in his own right in all the ways of its meaning but yet, he still remained humbled. That all the more turned her on.

"Say it, Di..." Clark hissed between clenched teeth. "I want to hear you say it."

"Make love to me, Kal. Take me. I'm all yours..." she whispered seductively to him.

He positions himself at her entrance and in one deep hard stroke sheaths himself deeply in her. Both of them moan and gasp at the raw need between them, stunned at the feel. The sexual tension usually found between them is nothing next to this.

Clark leaned over to suck on her earlobe, nipping it, and thus eliciting a high pitched whimper from Diana. She gasped and clung onto him, her nails scraping his back through his shirt as they thrust against each other.

"Can't believe… we're doing this," Diana said and grabbed his face in her hands and kissed him.

Clark had increased their speed to match the beat of the music as Diana was trying to talk and ended up making her speechless, and she started writhing atop the edge of the sink as he pummeled into her repeatedly. She moaned, back arching from the sheer force he used. Clark's eyes squeezed shut, fighting hard against losing control but all attempts at control were forgotten as he thrust into her. His mouth suddenly suctioned itself onto her collarbone, and she bit down on her bottom lip hard, digging her nails into his shoulders and cried out over and over with each wave of pleasure that rolled over her humming body, electrifying her.

Outside...

Bruce and Selina was enjoying a drink until the security guard came up to him.

"Excuse me, Sir?"

"Yes, Roger?"

"There seems to be a problem with the women's restroom. The door won't open."

"What do you mean?"

"Seems to be stuck pretty tight."

Bruce frowned. "Alright. I'll go check it out."

Bruce quickly made his way to the restroom.

"Apologies for this inconvenience. There is another restroom on the other side of the club." He tried pushing the door open. The door wouldn't budge at all. Then he notice the side of the door seemed melted. "Dammit, Clark!" He said under his breath. He sighed turning back to the other guest. "Yes, please, the other side is available and again, apologies for the inconvenience. This is occu-" he paused for a slight second to correct himself. "Out of order."

With Clark and Diana...

Clark picks her up while still in her and leans her against the wall as she draped her toned leg over his arm. He starts bucking into her and she uses the wall for leverage. Gasps and moans escape them. Diana runs her fingers roughly through his hair and yanks his lips to her. She bites his lower lip and he groans. Clark started to thrust hard and fast, with no evidence of slowing down.

"Oh, Gods yes!"

"Diana…!"

"Kal...!"

Diana pressed her chest to his, causing another growl from him. Her soaking wetness surrounding him with tight heat and he buried his face into her neck, groaning as he thrust into her again and again, bracing against the wall, feeling nothing but her warm, slick center surrounding him, clenching him, tightening around him with every thrust. Her head thrown back against the wall, eyes flutter close, Clark's lips fastened on her throat… her breathless voice turning him on even more.

Clark pinned her hand to the wall with his own, entwining their fingers as he felt himself racing towards release. Diane bucked against him, meeting his every thrust, both of them grunting and gasping in time to their rhythm.

Diana's fingers threaded in his hair, tugging his head up to her mouth. She explored his mouth with her tongue, almost completely dominating him, in spite of him pushing into her every few seconds. Clark groaned into her mouth, feeling himself move closer and closer to the brink.

And for a moment everything was still, and it must have been a pause in the dance music, as the DJ was certainly ready to 'drop a beat', as they say, and then suddenly everything came rushing back: the music was pumping again and so were they.

Diana could no longer control the sounds she's making as she reaches her end.

She cried out, back arching as she threw her arms around his shoulders, burying her face in his neck, panting. Clark groaned at the feel of her walls tightening around him. She came in forceful, powerful waves of ecstasy again and again and her eyes rolled to the back of her head as they washed over her four, five, six times…

One last, lusty "Kal-El!"

Clark groaned "Diana..." under his breath in response.

He tried to slow down but he couldn't. With a few more sporadic thrusts, he came hard and deep inside her for what seemed like endless moments. Diana shivered at the feel.

Clark leaned back against the wall, holding them up. He slowly pulls out and they both, a hot, panting mess.

After a few seconds of silent panting, he spoke. "I was a fool for not doing this sooner." he murmured.

"You mean pinning me and making love in a public restroom?" she asked teasingly against his neck.

Clark chuckled. "I mean telling you how I really feel. As for making love to you, not necessarily in public like this but I will take every chance I get. I want every day and night with you."

"Every day and every night. I love that."

After a few more seconds, she released her legs' death grip of his waist and Clark slowly slides her down his body until her feet touch the floor again. They untangled and straightened their clothes, stealing glimpses of each other. When they are finished he pulled her back into his arms, into a soft passionate kiss.

As Diana kissed him back, a small smile hit her lips.

"We should get out of here. My place?"

"Yes, ok."

Clark open the door with ease, breaking his seal without breaking the door hinges too much.

Clark and Diana jumped slightly seeing Bruce with his eyes narrowed.

"When I said talk, I didn't mean..." he sighed and shook his head. "Nevermind."

"Don't worry, Bruce. We didn't cause too much damage if at all. Whatever minor, I'll fix."

"You broke the door, that's not minor."

"It not noticeable."

Bruce sighed again.

"We are sorry, Bruce. Kal and I will make sure everything is back in order," she smiled reassuringly and latched on to Clark's arm.

"You two should go before anyone sees and figure out what happened."

"Right. Congratulations again, Bruce. Really. You and Selina have been through so much. This is good for the both of you."

"Same to both of you."

As, Bruce went back to the VIP area with Selina, Clark and Diana walked through the crowd to the exit.

Steve still at the bar with Michelle saw Clark and Diana arm in arm smiling at each other. He scuffed and then sighed. Clark's words kept repeating in his mind. He couldn't fight it and to see Diana happier with another man, as selfish as he knew it was, still pissed him off. But he couldn't do a damn thing about it.

Clark and Diana walked out the club. They laughed together as Clark twirled her around. A group of women awed at the sight of Clark pulling Diana into a gentle kiss.

He took her hand intertwining their fingers.

They walked along the sidewalk until no one was around and then they flew up to the beautiful clear night sky.

They were two lovebirds finally free to unapologetically express their love for each other.

Metropolis: Clark Kent's Apartment

As soon as they walked in and Clark closed the door, they wasted no time stripping each other of their clothes. Clark took a moment to just stare at her in all her naked glory.

"Diana, you are exceptionally gorgeous," he smiled at her and she blushed.

He took Diana's hand and guided her to his bedroom bathroom to the shower. He slide the door open reaching to turn the shower on. With the water steaming hot, they stepped in together. Clark slid the door back close.

Now under the water, he buried his hands in her raven locks, tilted her head back and sealed his lips over hers. Diana opened her mouth letting out a moan. The moan reverberate all the way to Clark's groin. Diana snaked her arms around her lover's neck pushing her breasts against his chest and his member against her lower regions.

They cradled each other and feeling their deep relaxed breathing synchronised with the steam rose around them, water spraying Clark's back. They remained there for what seemed like a timeless age, concious only of one another, until Diana with a sigh reluctantly drew away to look into Clark's eyes.

Diana moaned into Clark's kiss. He smiled against her mouth, tongue playfully dragging along her bottom lip, and one hand moved to brush the hair from her shoulder, the other trailing along the undersides of her breasts, spreading moisture up until his fingertips tapped at her hardened nipples. She chewed happily on his upper lip and sidled closer, sighing again at how sweet he was as he kissed her so softly, his hands finding hers and lacing them together, stretching them above their heads.

He murmured something soft, shifting their bodies, and she protested when he took his mouth away, blinking in tumult but unresisting when he turned her until she was flush back to chest with him.

He felt wonderful against her, and Diana sighed again, letting herself relax and eyelids go heavy, head rolling along his broad shoulder when he curled around her. She enjoyed the hot, slick, naked press of his front along her back and obeyed his insistent knee nudging her legs apart. Strong fingers gripped her hips, guiding her in a slow, sensuous tempo of back and forth, side to side as he ground himself against her backside, hard and heavy and sliding between her folds.

She tugged his hair when his hips retreated, dissenting his withdrawal before nodding encouragingly when he replaced the touch between her legs with his fingers.

Oh, those magic fingers…Diana moaned when they danced between her legs, tapping, flicking, circling, bringing her just to the brink of insanity before easing away, only to restart over and over again, rebuilding her climb. Her empty hands and arms fought for purchase, searching frantically until one somehow wrapped behind her head to grip his hair, the other clasping his arm that had banded across her breasts.

Gods, but he was relentless, seemed to relish her utter surrender to him and continued his onslaught relentlessly, so long the water began to run cool between their bodies.

She was nearly incoherent while she writhed, tossing her head, the wet strands of her hair whipping around them both. Their bodies danced, slipping and sliding for long, long moments, her hips searching insistently, bouncing, enamoring him as he peered over her shoulder and watched her breasts jostle and shake. Still, he remained quick and shrewd, parrying her movements, distracting her with the glide of himself, the touch and flicker of his clever, clever fingers.

He gave a hoarse, surprised laugh when she caught him unawares, lifting and swirling to slide him inside of herself. And she began to crest, muscles tensing, delighting in his sexy groan as he began to fill her slowly, so slowly. Waiting impatiently for the press of his pelvis firmly against her backside, knowing he had all the control and could withdraw at any moment—gods knew he'd withdrawn from her before when she had surrendered all control to him, though his reward to her for her patience had been mind shattering—she mewled, keened, moaned his name brokenly when he didn't resist, didn't withdraw, and instead jerked his hips back and pumped for her once, twice, thrice.

She came hard, head thrown back and clumsily colliding the crown of her head with his as he leaned forward to dig his teeth into her shoulder.

She was still quivering, knees struggling to hold her upright, gripping his hair tightly and digging half-moons into his skin when he flooded her insides, climaxing behind her with a ragged, guttural groan of satisfaction.

"I love you," he told her quietly.

She swayed a little, not quite getting her balance the first time, but he caught her before she could slip, and they both laughed.

Diana turned to face him. "I will never get tired of you saying that. And I love you, too."

"That makes two of us," said Clark, and his eyes lit up in a smile so bright that it warmed her heart even more.

Clark turned the now cold water off and slid the door open to grab the towels.

He quickly wrapped a towel around his waist then helped Diana dry off and wrapped the towel around her body.

"Kal, you're spoiling me already."

"You deserve it."

He picked her up and carried her to the bed. He gently laid her down taking the towels off of them tossing them to the floor. He pulled the covers over them. Diana laid her head on his chest. He held her, slowly running his hand up and down and back as she fell asleep.

3 hours later...

Clark woke up to the sound of his cell phone buzzing on the floor in his pants pocket in the living room. He eased out of bed not to wake Diana and quickly went to answer.

"Yeah, Bruce? I knew you would call."

"Don't get cocky, Clark. But luckily, no one saw you and Diana. However, I had the security footage edited a bit. But don't ever do that again!"

Clark chuckled. "It's not like you and Selina haven't ever done anything like that. I bet you've been on top of every roof top in Gotham."

Bruce was paused then scuffed. "That's none of your business and anyway with you whispering, I'm guessing Diana is with you."

"Yeah...and I need to get back to her."

"I know you're happy for me and Selina. But I'm happy for you and Diana."

Clark smiled proudly. "Thanks, Bruce."

After hanging up the phone, Clark went back to his bedroom. He smiled seeing Diana still peacefully asleep.

He eased back in bed but Diana felt the bed dip beside her. She opened her eyes with the rustling of the covers as Clark shifted, trying to get comfortable.

"Kal?"

"I didn't mean to wake you, Di."

He wrapped his arms around her and pulled her back to him.

"Is everything alright?"

"Yeah, yeah, of course." He kissed her forehead. "Bruce called letting me know no one saw us but he did edit out some of the security footage."

"Oh..." she giggled softly. "I still can't believe we did that!"

"It was fun," Clark smirked.

Diana raised her brow then smiled. "Yes..." she admitted. "Our little risky escapade was fun."

"I can't stop saying it but it's true. I love that gorgeous smile of yours. I promise you, Diana, I'll do all that I can to make sure that smile never leaves. I know it won't be easy for us but-"

"But it's all going to be worth it. We are partners through and through."

"I love you, Diana."

"I love you, too, Kal."

Clark's thumb stroked along her jawline so tenderly. Then Diana tilted her face upward, that same thumb brushed over her bottom lip. Clark smirked and leaned over to kiss Diana's forehead, but she reached up at the last second and pulled him down to kiss her lips instead. He chuckled against her eager mouth. And then his warm, soft mouth claimed hers, kissing her softly, gently. They truly loved each other unconditionally. Happy just being with each other, enjoying whatever it was that was blossoming between them, knowing that they had all the time in the world.
