Chapter 4 In and Out

Days went by since Eep had arrived home as a giant. Both the Croods and the Bettermans did their best to help Eep. The Bettermans studied Eep trying to figure out what had caused her to grow into a giant as well as provide her with large amounts of fruit to feed her. The Croods went about cheering Eep up as well as finding various animals to eat. Eep's diet now mainly consisted of meat since there were a large abundance of animals and she didn't want to risk eating all the fruits in the area fearing she might starve her family and the Bettermans.
The meat diet was fine for a while, until Eep had a hard time popping. The Bettermans quickly fixed that by making a large concoction of berries and large leaves that were good for digestion. They even made a giant cup for Eep to drink from. The Bettermans and Croods would gather the berries and leaves and crush them using stones before pouring them into the cup. They would then step into the cup and squash the berries with their feet to make sure they were all crushed.
One day Dawn was working on the feet crushing by herself and she was getting very tired, so she slipped and fell into the berry juice. Dawn was under the liquid for a while, when she heard a loud stomping sound. Eep was on her way to drink the juice. Dawn tried to get up and call out to Eep, but the cup was lifted in the air and Dawn was sloshed around in the juice. Eep lifted the cup to her mouth and began to pour the juice into it! Dawn desperately tried to swim away, but she got poured out into Eep's mouth and was swallowed around with the juice.
GULP!
Dawn screamed as she was sucked down the esophagus and towards the stomach.
*SPLORSH*
There was a sickening squelch as Dawn slid out of the bottom of Eep's throat, dropping a few feet before landing in the hot, mushy slurry in the pit of her stomach. Dawn gasped in horror as she slowly realized what must have happened to her. Just seconds ago, she'd been swallowed whole. She was still alive... which must have put her inside of Eep's belly.
Dawn retched as the stomach gurgled loudly, the rippling organ sloshing its contents all over her. A thick glob of spit and mucus from Eep's throat splattered onto her a moment later, running down her naked body in thick, slimy rivulets. Dawn gagged again as she choked on the sour air inside, retching as she slowly, painfully realized that she was literally inside of someone else's stomach. Just like food.
Dawn got to her feet and sloshed through the contents reaching one of the stomach walls and bandaged on it and called out to Eep.
"Eep! It's Dawn! You swallowed me! You have to spit me out!" Cried Dawn to her friend, but her voice was drowned out by the noise of the stomach and couldn't breach the stomach walls.
Dawn cried out as Eep's gut violently squeezed down on its churning contents, forcing a burst of gas up her throat and out of her mouth in the form of a hearty belch.
"UUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRRRRPPPP!"
Eep smiled as she gave her belly a nice pat, unaware that someone was inside it. Dawn realized she needed to find a way to survive Eep's stomach and get out. She searched the stomach for anything that could be of use and came across the giant leaves of the juice and got an idea. Dawn carefully went about wrapping herself in the leaves as tight as she could forming layers. She hoped it would be enough to protect her from Eep's stomach acids. All she could do was wait for nature to take it's course.
A few hours later Eep went into the canyon to do her private business. Eep removed her pants and proceeded to do her business. Inside of the body Dawn was wrapped in leaves when suddenly she felt a great pressure pull her down and squeeze her. The sensation went on for several seconds and the next thing Dawn knew she was falling and then she hit something with a wet squish.
"All better." Said Eep's voice nearby.
It has worked! Dawn was alive and out of Eep's body! Dawn pushed through the leaves on her body pushing some slimy muck off of herself. Eep's waste. Dawn managed to push the waste off and free herself from the leaves. She jumped out of the mess taking in her surroundings and noticed Eep was looking down at her.
"Dawn?! What were you doing in there?!" Asked Eep.
"You accidentally swallowed me. Don't worry I'm ok." Said Dawn.
"I swallowed you! Oh Dawn! I'm so sorry!" Said Eep.
"Hey it's ok. It was an accident and I forgive you." Said Dawn.
"Ok." Said Eep.
"Now let's take me to a place to clean up. Promise me to be more careful and not do that again and that we never talk about what happened." Said Dawn.
"Fine by me." Said Eep as she picked Dawn up and they walked away to clean Dawn up.
