Hello everybody, it's been a while hasn't it? Before we begin I want to visit an issue many of you have raised in the comments, the harem. I know I said this in a previous Author's Note but I'll say it again right here: the harem is SECONDARY; the plot is the main focus of the story and it is the main thing I will focus on. Will Izuku have a harem, yes. Will it contain all the women I mentioned, maybe. If I can find a way to insert the ladies in a way that feels natural in my opinion and still keeps the story flowing in the direction I want then I'll do it but if not then they will not appear.
The 'harem' as it sits right now consists of all the ladies I, and you the voters would LIKE to see in the story but that does not mean they will ACTUALLY appear. As such don't worry about the harem taking over the story as I too know of many stories that have fallen in quality when the harem became the most important thing. The harem is nice, it is a trope I personally like but in the end it is only a bonus feature.
As for pedophilia, Japan's age of consent is 13 so yes the characters ages are not an issue. Pedophilia is wrong and it is disgusting but all the characters in this story (who will be featured in lemons) are portrayed as responsible and intelligent enough to make choices regarding what they do with themselves and their bodies.
If I don't get to include all the girls then as I've said before I'll likely do a one-shot of how Izuku would have met and interacted with them as well as the effect they would have had on the story with a nice lemon to wrap it all up but don't worry about the harem running the story I have no intention of letting it be the main focus. I have too much suffering I need to inflict on beloved characters to ever do something so nice. 3:)

15 and 8 respectively is, while a lot, not a number I feel is impossible. Note that this means while those 15 are characters it would be nice to include the eight are the only ones at the moment I feel confident confirming will be in the harem. As I said earlier I will only include someone in the harem if I am confident that doing so will only add to the story and the fact that I am sure enough to include eight should tell you the confidence I have in what I have planned. I'm only going to say this one more time and then I'm never going to mention it again, the harem is not the center of the story, Izuku and his journey is. I have no intention of letting this story fall to pieces in order to cater to the shifting demands of the fans. If you don't like this don't read. Moving on the last three chapters of the current arc are up on P-ATREON but the next one will be posted whenever I get either an interlude written or the first chapter of arc IV. That will hopefully be sometime next month allowing me to post chapter 13 the first day of September but since I'll be starting college next month I don't want to make any promises I can't keep. Sorry but college comes first since I'm paying for it.
Lastly it looks like fanfiction now allows people to become beta readers. If you're interested I'm looking for 2-3 individuals who would be willing to look over my stories (either just Rival Heirs or anything I write). If you're interested pm me and I'll look over your profile.
Sorry about this not being a new chapter but simply due to the large volume of complaints I thought I'd just say something one last time before I began ignoring them going forward. It's kind of sad I have to do this but *shrugs shoulders* here we are.
