CHAPTER 10

Yo, welcome to the next chapter to Ultimate Fusion. This chapter is simple, just fights happening all over, nothing too much really. Our chapter begins as Gohan, now a Super Saiyan, faced down the imposing figure that is Cooler. "Hahahahaha! I see you've finally gotten serious, well then allow me to retort, Haaaaah!" Cooler powered up, his power now reaching his max.

"Gohan… I have a plan." Tien said as Gohan looked at him. "Right now, I need to recuperate my strength, after that, I can get you an opening. I can stun him temporarily with my Neo Tri-Beam. That can give you the opening you need to finish it." Tien suggested.

Gohan nodded as he turned to Cooler, "So, are your futile attempts to strategize done?" Cooler mocked. Gohan remained silent and got into a fighting stance. The two rushed towards each other, before they clashed Gohan disappeared as he reappeared above Cooler. He was about to kick Cooler, but he turned around and grabbed Gohan's leg as he slammed him on the ground. Gohan grunted but powered through the pain. He put his fingers towards the centre of his face, "Solar Flare!" Gohan screamed as a white light filled the area, blinding Cooler

"Argg." Cooler tried to cover his face but he was blasted as he was sent flying, Gohan didn't relent as he flew above Cooler and backhanded him, crashing to the ground. Cooler, as if the attack didn't affect him, flew up towards Gohan and sent a punch to Gohan's face. Gohan ducked under the punch but got kneed in the stomach, hunching him over. He put his hands above his head as he sledgehammered Gohan in the back, sending him to the ground. Cooler followed and as Gohan crashed, Cooler followed up with kick to the stomach, he reeled back and tried to do the same attack but before his kick connected, Gohan screamed, the shockwave of his power causing Cooler to stumble back.

Gohan flew towards Cooler with a punch, the punch was parried as Cooler threw his own punch at Gohan's stomach. Gohan front flipped, dodging the attack as he axed kicked Cooler in the head, slightly stumbling Cooler backwards. Gohan held his hand out, "Hah!" a yellow energy beam consumed Cooler, a hand comes out of the energy blast as it grabs Gohan's face. The blast dissipates as Gohan is slammed headfirst onto the floor. Cooler held him up as his hand glowed yellow. He was about to blast Gohan but was interrupted by a small energy attack, hitting him in the neck. Cooler looked in the direction the attack came from as he saw Tien with his finger pointing towards him. Gohan took this chance as he grabbed the hand that was holding him as grabbed the elbow and pushed it outwards, breaking his elbow. "AHHH" Cooler screamed as he held his now broken arm. Gohan jumped and side kicked Cooler on the side of his midsection, sending him flying and rolling on the ground. Gohan jumped to Tien side, "Hah… Hah… are you ready?" Gohan asked as Tien nodded. Tien flew high above in the air as he puts his hands together by the tips of his fingers and thumbs, then he opens them up and zooms in on the Cooler through his hands.

Cooler groggily stands up, holding his arm, "Grr, I've had enough of you!" Cooler shouts out in frustration as he puts his hand in the air, "Now I'll not only kill you, but I'll destroy your pathetic little planet!" A supernova began to form once more but was interrupted.

"Neo Tri-Beam! Ha!" Tein shouted as yellow glow filled the area. Cooler instantly was brought to the ground as a square crater formed around him. "Ha!" Cooler tried to get up but was brought down by a barrage of Tri Beams.

Gohan cupped his hands as he brought them to beside his hips. "Ka… me… ha… me… ha!" a large blue beam fire from Gohan as Tien seized fire, he panted as he slowly fell to the ground, passing out.

"Ha… ha… damn you!" Cooler says as he stands up. He quickly looks to the air for Tien but his eyes widened as he saw a large Kamehameha quickly approaching him. He put out his hands in front of him as he fired a similar sized yellow ki-wave, clashing with the Kamehameha. To his surprise, the Kamehameha easily over-powered Cooler's attack as it approached closer and closer. "W-What's happening! You didn't have this power before!" Cooler grunted as he struggled to hold it back.

Gohan looked towards Cooler with pure anger expressed upon his face. "First the Saiyans, now you! I'm tired of you people thinking you can just waltz onto our planet! I won't allow it!" Gohan shouted as he pushed more and more power into the attack. The Kamehameha completely evaporated Cooler's attack, leaving Cooler to hold the attack.

"Now you're dead!" Gohan gave one more roar as pushed the last of his power in the attack. Cooler couldn't hold on anymore as the attack enveloped Cooler. "Noo!" Cooler shouted in pain as he was erased by the attack. The attack continued onto the area where Piccolo and Cooler were fighting.

SCENE CHANGE

A few moments ago, Piccolo looked at King Cold as he powered up to the max. Piccolo smirked as he got into a fighting stance. The moment King Cold reached his max, Piccolo was already in front of him as he punched Cold straight in the face, but he barely budged. King Cold tried to counter with a punch of his own as Piccolo jumped over the punch. Piccolo put his hand in front of as an explosive ki-blast blew in King Cold's face, temporarily blinding him. Piccolo landed behind King Cold, "Ha!" he fired a large ki-wave, enveloping King Cold, sending him a distance away.

Piccolo smirked as he saw King Cold get up, even more furious than before. "Damn you! Damn you!" King Cold screamed in anger as he charged towards him. Piccolo charged towards him as multiple afterimages phased through him once again, this time, King Cold didn't look behind him as he continued charging forward, punching through every afterimage. Arms wrapped around his upper and lower body as King Cold was trapped, "W-What the-"King Cold struggled as he tried to free himself.

"Just before you blindly rushed me, I sensed something." Piccolo said as he looked towards the area Gohan was fighting in. "Gohan… the power I'm sensing, he's definitely become a Super Saiyan. Now he's about to kill the other one." Piccolo smiled as King Cold continued to struggle to no avail.

Piccolo stood there for a few seconds, waiting. He smiled, he threw King Cold behind him as he flew far above the ground. King Cold looked towards the direction he was thrown, his eyes widened to see a large Kamehameha rushing towards him. He tried to fly away but the blast was faster than he had anticipated, he was caught in the attack, "Ahhhh!" King Cold screamed in pain.

Gohan had a confused expression as he felt another body hit his attack. His focused wavered as the attack weakened. He took a moment to sense that Piccolo was above ground and King Cold was the one being caught in his attack. His expression changed as the attack grew once more, the attack curved slightly as it reached space. The attack went further and further, until it exploded, vaporizing King Cold.

"Hah… hah…" Gohan breathed heavily as he fell out of his Super Saiyan form and dropped to the ground. Tien descended next to Gohan, sitting down, panting in exhaustion. Soon after, Piccolo landed next to the two, he put his hands on them as they glowed yellow. They slowly stood up, less tired than before.

"Good job you two, but we mustn't rest yet. The androids are still a problem." Piccolo said as he wasted no time, flying off towards the area. Gohan and Tien followed without another word.

SCENE CHANGE

Gogeta, in the air, looked towards the area Gohan, Piccolo and Tien were in as he saw a very powerful Kamehameha, flying into space. He smiled, 'Quite powerful. He's grown a lot in a short time.' He thought as he was kneed in the stomach. He hunched over as he looked up to 18, looking at him with disappointment.

"Your attention is supposed to stay here, it's no fun when you're distracted." She said, kicking him in his side.

Gogeta flew but caught himself, "Well then, now you have all my attention."

18 smirked, "Good." She rushed towards him. Before she reached him, his eyes slightly widened as an invisible force attacked her from all fronts, sending her backwards. Gogeta didn't let up as he appeared above her, sending a spinning kick on to her stomach which sent her plummeting to the ground, right next to 17. he backflipped in the air, charging a blue crackling energy sphere in both hands above his head and launching it down towards both 17 and 18 in an enormous rain of energy bullets.

He ceased fire after a few seconds as smoke filled the area where 17 and 18 were. "Did he do it?" Yamcha asked as the smoke slowly began to clear. A green glow was amidst the mist as it fully revealed 17 and 18, unharmed and in a green barrier.

"And you said you were fine." 17 mocked as 18 rolled her eyes.

"Just shut up and watch." 18 said. The barrier fell as she was about to rush him.

"I'm joining you. It's obvious you're not going to win alone." 17 said.

18 snapped her head towards 17, "Don't. you. Dare." She threatened, she didn't wait for him to respond as she rushed towards Gogeta. Gogeta leaned his head back, dodging the punch as he backflipped kicked her in the chin, sending her flying upwards. Gogeta grabbed her leg as he flew the ground and smashed her, creating a large crater. Gogeta flew up, still holding her leg as he threw her up in the air. 17 now was beginning to be worried.

Gogeta's eyes glowed as invisible blasts hit her in multiple areas. He raised his hand above his head as a rainbow orb formed, he immediately launched the rainbow sphere towards the dazed 18. Unable to dodge, the attack connected with 18 as the attack generated a large prismatic explosion.

"18!" 17 shouted in worry. 18 fell out of the smoke, unconscious, as she began to plummet to the ground. Gogeta looked towards her as 17 caught her before she crashed. Gogeta put his palms in front of him as a large blue ball formed

"Uhh… isn't this going a little bit too far?" Krillin asked

"Nah it'll be fine… I think." Yamcha replied, not too sure.

"Big-Bang Kamehameha!" he shouted, a large blue wave of energy emerged from the ball, shooting towards the androids at a fast rate.

The attack connected as another large explosion was generated, sending massive winds and dust that everywhere, causing Krillin and Yamcha to cover their faces. The gang waited a few seconds as the explosion died down, the smoke cleared to reveal a green barrier around 17 and 18.

"Ain't this interesting." Gogeta said as he landed next to them. 17 got on guard as he put 18 behind him, "I have a proposition for you." Gogeta said.

"And why should I care about your proposition." 17 calmly said as he prepared to fight.

"Because I confirmed that you guys truly aren't pure evil. My last attack would've killed her if she was." Gogeta stated, shocking 17 but he didn't show it.

Gogeta looked behind him, "You guys." He shouted, getting Krillin and Yamcha's attention. "Gohan and Piccolo should be here soon, go to Bulma's house, I'll join you soon."

"Are… are you sure?" Krillin asked as Gogeta nodded.

"Trust me, I'll be fine." He replied as the two looked at each other, nodded and flew away.

He turned back to the androids as he returned to base form, "I can heal your sister if you'll let me."

17 looked at him warily as he stepped aside, "Fine, but I'm keeping a close eye on you." He threatened, Gogeta stepped towards 18 as he kneeled and put his hand over her stomach, 17 made sure to keep his eyes on him and be prepared for anything. Ki began to ripple around her body as her wounds began to heal, a few seconds later, Gogeta stood up.

"There, she should wake up right about now." And true to his word, 18 began to wake up.

She groaned as she lowly stood up, "Ughh, what… happened?" she asked as she saw Gogeta, she instantly got on guard as she jumped back. She was confused to see her brother next to her enemy, "17, what are you doing?"

17 sighed, "He said he has a preposition for us, he healed you so I thought I'd hear him out." He replied.

"17… you know I trust you, but are you sure about this?"

He nodded as she relaxed and walked towards them. "Fine, guess I'll hear you out."

Gogeta grinned, "Great! Now, I'm sure number 20 implemented within you the information of my fusing correct?". They nodded, "Well, it seems like the spy cameras didn't get the person who did this. I'll be honest, even I don't know the person but I'm planning to find him. Soon, I'll going to space to look for him and I want your help." Gogeta stated.

"But why us? We were enemies not even 5 minutes ago." 18 said.

"I know, but you two did say you're doing thing for fun right? Well I'm offering you to join me on an adventure in space? Surely that's more fun than terrorizing the planet." He explained.

The androids looked at each other, as if communicating, "Not like we have anything better to do…" 18 said as 17 nodded. "Fine, we'll take you up on that, but don't think this makes us friends. We're just looking for our own fun." 17 stated.

"That's all I needed. Let's go, the others should be near Bulma's by now." He said as he flew off.

The androids looked at each other, "Think we're making the right choice?" 18 asks

"It was either this or dying, we really didn't have much of a choice." 17 answered.

"Tch… just like we didn't have a choice with 20." She said bitterly.

"He's different from 20… I doubt he'd force us to do anything." He said.

"… I hope you're right." They flew off, joining Gogeta as they head to Bulma's house.

SCENE CHANGE

"Uh… what's going on here?" Asked the voice of Trunks, who had returned to see what had changed. As he landed, he was surprised to sense everyone at Capusle Corp and with confusion, he flew to see what was happening. Absolutely nothing could prepare him to the sight he saw there. Not only was the whole crew there having a feast, but also 17 and 18.

Gogeta looked behind him, seeing Trunks as he smiled. "Hey Trunks! Look at our two new friends here." He said, putting his arms around the two androids.

18 rolled her eyes, "We're not friends, didn't we just discuss this?"

"Yeah yeah, that's how they all start out. Anyway, Trunks, I have something to show you." He said as he walked over to Bulma, beckoning Trunks to follow. He followed as he looked towards the androids, still not believing the androids were actually being civil and… not mass destruction machines.

Bulma was having a conversation with Chi-Chi, both Trunks and Goten sleeping in their arms. Their conversation came to a halt as they saw Gogeta and Trunks approaching them. Bulma, seeing the two, waved at them as she out a finger on her mouth, also pointing at the sleeping children.

"Hey dear, how are the children doing?" Gogeta whispered.

"You know how they are, angels when they're sleeping but demons when awake." She said with a smile.

Gogeta stepped aside as he pointed towards Trunks, "I'd like you three to officially meet, this is Trunks, our son from the future." Gogeta introduced. The two fell silent, shocked, they looked between at the younger and the older Trunks, now seeing the similarities. Bulma stood up as she walked towards Trunks, with baby Trunks in tow.

"I see… I guess it makes sense now. Seems like my little Trunks turns out to be quite the handsome man" She giddily said.

"Uh… yeah, it's nice to meet you…" Trunks awkwardly said, not exactly sure how process this situation, although he was happy that he was born in this timeline… although although he did see something else that was interesting.

"Oh, and I'd like you to meet my other kid, little Goten here." Gogeta said.

Trunks was, once again, bewildered, "Both of them are yours?" he asked

"I did tell you I'm going to see if you'd be born… Chi-Chi just happens to be caught in the crossfire…" Gogeta said, a little bashful.

Trunks didn't even know how to respond to that. "I'd like to know, was Goten born in your time?" Gogeta asked

Trunks nodded, "But in my timeline, I'm a bit older than him. About him, he loves to fight surprisingly, he's almost like Goku, just has a bit more life skills. He also loves to help others. Overall he's a good kid, a child any mother would be lucky to have.". Chi-Chi smiled, she was happy to know how her child would turn out to be such a lovely young man.

"So many changes… it's interesting really. Well, we can truly conclude that these timelines are absolutely nothing alike, if me existing wasn't an indication in the first place." Gogeta said as Trunks nodded.

"You can go meet the others, I need to talk to Bulma and Chi-Chi here about something." Trunks nodded as he went to see the rest.

"Quite interesting don't you think?" Gogeta said as Bulma and Chi-Chi nodded.

"At least we know our babies will turn out." Chi-Chi said excitedly.

Gogeta hugged the two, being careful to not wake up the children. "With mothers like you two, it's not that much of a surprise.", the three stood in silence for a moment, taking in the moment.

"Anyway, for the real reason I'm here. Bulma, I'm going to need the spaceship again."

Bulma raised her eyebrow, "You want to go to space?" She asked.

Gogeta nodded, "I've taken care of Frieza and his family, and the androids are not a threat anymore. It's time to go find the person who fused us, and I'm taking those two with me." He said, pointing at the Androids

"Speaking of the androids, I heard a few talks saying those two are the ones you're supposed to be fighting. So why are you going in space together?" Bulma asked.

"To be honest, they're not all that bad. They were turned into androids unwillingly, and now all they want to do is to have fun. They even killed the guy who turned them, so that's how I know they… won't exactly try to kill me if I offer them more fun than fighting me. Which is why we're going to space." He explained.

"I see, very well then, I'll look it over and make sure everything's fine. Give me a week or so."

"A week? Isn't that a bit too long to check up a perfectly working ship?"

Bulma rolled her eyes, "Of course not, it'll take me a few hours at best. But we are going to spend time together as a family for the next week, it's non-negotiable."

Gogeta shook his head with a smile knowing he wasn't going to win this one. "Fine fine, I'll let them know." He was about to leave but Bulma grabbed his shoulder.

She leaned into his ear, "Between us, that girl you're going with is kind of hot… I'll be really grateful if you can bring her into our bed." She whispered, but load enough for Chi-Chi to hear.

Chi-Chi slightly blushed and Gogeta was not surprised. He smiled as he walked over to the two androids.

"Aren't the two of us enough? You have to bring in another girl?" Chi-Chi asked.

"I'd say the more the merrier… plus dealing with a Saiyan's energy is a bit too much for me." Bulma answered. Chi-Chi shrugged her shoulder, she couldn't disagree with that.

With Gogeta, he walked over to 17 and 18, who were talking by themselves as most where a little hesitant in approaching them. "Yooo!" Gogeta greeted.

"So?" 17 asked.

"One week from now. We're heading to space." He responded. "For now, you can live with us."

"You know, for someone who was our enemy. You're quite hospitable." 18 said.

"I can kind of relate with you guys." He said, causing the androids to raise their eyebrow in confusion. "Don't get me wrong, I love who I am now. But I didn't exactly asked to be fused." The two nodded in understanding. "Anyway, come, I'll show you to your rooms." He said as he left, the two androids following behind him.

SCENE CHANGE

A woman walked on a plain field, the exact area where Gogeta fought the androids. She held out her hand as a barely visible bug landed on her hand. She took out a small case and opened it as the bug went inside the case, she closed it and put it back in her pocket.

"Gogeta… you've grown quite strong, I won't make the same mistake as my foolish husband did. Basterd deserved to die, but I'll wait… wait until I gather enough data. And then we shall meet." She monologued with a smirk as she turned and walked away.

I hope you enjoyed! Sorry for the delay. Next chapter will be 17 and 18 going to space and beginning a new arc! This arc was mainly for Gohan so Gogeta didn't get much much development, but that won't be the case next arc. Anyways, I'll be seeing y'all next time, later!
