Rider Time Zi-O: Roze from Remnant
Chapter 32 – A Blooming Silver Roze
Once more in the black void, Woz was reading through his book with a peculiar face, "Once according to this book, average high schooler Tokiwa Sougo embarked on a path that would lead him to become the overlord of time, Oma Zi-O. He has since abandoned this mission and chosen to live as Kamen Rider Zi-O, yet he will still be my Overlord."
Soon enough he stared at the pages before him, showing the upper body of the Colossus being torn threw and exposing the cockpit which revealed Another Kuuga.
"After managing to gain the upper hand against the Colossus, Miss Rose's group was in for a surprise as prior Another Riders began to emerge, the Time Jacker Tid being revealed to be alive still as he made his move and showed himself. With more chaos growing, and the fear of the public higher due to the struggles, what shall Miss Rose herself do about the incoming beast in the deep?"
Woz then began to walk away, "Perhaps a trial by fire… or perhaps, a miracle." He stopped and gave a chuckle, "Forgive me, I believe I've read too far this time yet again."
Remnant – Argus, Cliffside
Ruby quickly used the multi-call function of her Faizphone X, "Tsuki, get Maria to pull back here to hide in the forest, I need you all out of the air now! Sougo, Geiz, draw Tid back over here, we need to be all together if we're going to make it through this."
"Roger," All recipients called out to her before she hung up.
"Okay," Ruby took a deep breath as she noticed the Another Rider trio before them began to inch closer, "Since these guys are getting a bit stir crazy we need to keep them at bay until our full team reunites."
"Once we've got everyone pre-occupied we can have a few of us slip by to get the rest of our team," Qrow suggested.
"Right," Jaune gave a nod. "But none of the Riders, it'll be too obvious if you all go. Qrow can easily slip by."
"If we can get the ship back undetected I'll also get Maria to head out and try and find them," Ruby added.
"Well Musclebrain, you wanted a fight, here you go," Sento pointed out.
"Not like this!" Ryuga called out.
"You all can argue like dunderheads later," Weiss snapped as she gripped her Question Pendant, bringing out her Quiz Driver. She then let go of it before pulling out her Quiz Topper, having it turn into Question Mode before slotting it in, "Henshin!"
[FASHION! PASSION! QUESTION! QUIZ!]
Weiss held Myrtenaster up high as she stood still, the transformation flashing onto her as it completed.
"Wait hold up, since when could you do that?" Sento asked. "I thought you Remnant people weren't riders?"
"Two days ago, now focus!" Ruby ordered.
"Y-Yes ma'am," Sento gave a bow.
"Perhaps we should ask questions when we're not fighting," Godai gave a sheepish chuckle.
'Flame'
Another Wizard growled out as it swept its hand forward, launching out small bursts of fire towards the group. Of course everyone was quick on their feet, dodging in their own various ways. Weiss had opted to using her glyphs to block any coming her way while Qrow morphed into his bird form to get a sneak attack in.
"Pair up with a Rider," Ruby called out, "Do not focus any of these guys down alone but also spread them out so they can't cooperate."
Everyone gave a nod as everyone rushed forward, the trio of Another Riders doing the same. Jaune broke off from his team as Ryuga followed after him, the two drawing their swords out and slashing against Another Ex-Aid who raised his arms to block and brace against them. Despite this the two had managed to slowly force it to take a few steps back.
Another Ex-Aid moved back and held its arms forward, summoning a brown block between them to force the Huntsman in training and Rider to stumble back. It then kicked the brown block, shattering it and sending the chunks towards the two.
"Brace," Jaune drew his sheathe and extended it out, forming his shield. Ryuga got the right idea and ducked behind Jaune, grabbing on and helping him brace, the two defending from the chunks.
The Another Rider growled out before jumping up high into the air while moving forward, yelling as it planned to go for a leaping tackle.
"Not so fast," Ryuga called out as he pumped the lever to his Beat Closer once.
[HIPPARE! SMASH HIT!]
Blue flames gathered in Ryuga's weapon before he rushed in, slashing forward and striking at Another Ex-Aid's gut, "I get the feeling we can't lose!" Ryuga yelled out as he pushed harder, slashing and sending sparks flying as the Another Rider was sent backwards.
Another Ex-Aid looked back and saw a thick tree to land on, spinning and landing on the trunk, ready to push off.
"Not so fast," Suddenly the tree was split in half horizontally.
The Another Rider yelped out as it lost its footing and the tree slammed onto it as Qrow soon stepped out from behind, having morphed back to human form and cut the tree before the Another Rider could use it as a stepping stone.
"Huh, not bad," Ryuga admitted.
Nora and Ren meanwhile both dodged out of the way of Another Faiz's swipes, it rushing for Ren only to get grabbed and held in a full-nelson via Godai.
"Fire away!" Godai called out.
"Are you crazy?!" Ren asked.
"Just do it!" Godai answered.
Nora put a hand on her partners shoulder, "You heard him Ren," She said before grabbing her grenade launcher with both hands, "Light em up!"
Ren gave a nod as he aimed his weapons, firing off rapid bursts while Nora launched several grenades out.
Godai was lucky using Another Faiz as a shield for the bullets, as the grenades came closer however, "Chou-Henshin!"
From the explosions of pink that Nora's grenades had caused came Another Faiz flying backwards, Nora and Ren stepping to the sides as the monster slammed into the ground and skidded along before digging its claws in to stop.
Godai soon stepped out of the smoke, now in new armor. The gems on his knees, forehead, and Arcle along with his eyes were now purple. He had grey armor on his forearms and hands, alongside grey bulky chest and shoulder armor with purple lining. Surprisingly he had no scratches on him at all from being caught in the crossfire.
Nora whistled, "Whoa."
"It's just like Sougo and Geiz," Ren noted.
"Now then," Godai said before whirring could be heard, "Chou-Henshin!"
Ren tilted his head, "Again?"
This time Godai shifted into a slimmer form, the gems changing from purple to blue while his forearm and hand armor was now blue. His chest was blue and slimmer, even more so than his base form, and his shoulders were more compact and black. Without another word Godai quickly went over to a tree and kicked it, causing a few branches to fall, he gripped one before transforming it into blue and gold lined staff with two blue jewels at the tips of it.
"Did he just turn that tree branch into a weapon?" Nora asked.
"And here I thought he didn't have any," Ren noted, remembering how Ruby wouldn't actively use the Kuuga Ridewatch.
"No I do, just need to borrow from my surroundings," Godai said as he extended the pole-arm and began twirling it around. His head perked up, "Look out!"
Ren turned before jumping back from a swipe that Another Faiz had tried to get in while he was distracted. The Another Rider turned towards Nora only to get a hammer to the chest, sparks flying. It grabbed the head of Magnhild, trying to get a good grip to lift it and throw Nora off.
"Fat chance buddy, let go!" Nora yelled as she tried to pry her hammer back.
"Not so fast," Godai called out as he jumped forward and struck Another Faiz in the gut, the force from the attack making it let go of the weapon. "Let's go."
Finally Ruby, Sento and Weiss were grouped together, Ruby spinning her scythe to block against a fireball from Another Wizard.
"Let's begin the experiment," Sento called out as he took out two new bottles and shook them, swapping out Rabbit and Tank for them. "Ruby just gave me an idea, I'll cover the gap."
[ROSE! HELICOPTER! BEST MATCH!]
"I'm sorry, what?" Weiss stared.
"Don't question it," Ruby shifted Crescent Rose to its rifle mode and began firing at Another Wizard to cover Sento. Her bullets however were ineffective as Another Wizard brought up another stone barrier.
[ARE YOU READY?]
"Build Up!" Sento called out as the two half bodies slammed in from his front and behind, soon transforming Sento into his new form.
[JONETSU NO SENPUKI! ROSECOPTER! YEAH!]
Sento's rabbit half was replaced by an equally as vibrant red portion, this one having black thorn filled vines wrapping around his upper body with a rose themed left eye. Meanwhile his tank half was replaced by a cyan colored half, his left shoulder being the head of a helicopter alongside a propeller slung on his back with a helicopter themed right eye.
Sento attached the propeller blade to his left hand, holding his palm out as it spun rapidly before he rushed forward. The spinning blade did the trick, as any fireballs that Another Wizard launched out were dispersed with ease.
Another Wizard growled out, forming a stone wall in front of it to try and get Sento to slam into it. To its surprise it soon saw Sento holding his palm up, using the propeller to rise up before thorn filled vines rained down on it. The Another Rider gasped out as it staggered backs, sparks flying as the thorns dug into it.
"Let's go!" Ruby called out as she jumped over the stone wall using her weapons recoil, shifting it to its scythe mode and slamming it down on Another Wizard, sparks flying.
Weiss meanwhile used her glyphs to skate around it, "True or False, the Channel Tunnel is the longest rail tunnel in the world."
Another Wizard could only babble out and give growls, gasping as it was struck by an electrified Myrtenaster, sparks flying as the electricity struck it.
"The answer is false," Weiss called out.
"Eh?" Sento looked over at Ruby, "Would she know this?"
"It's the suit," Ruby tapped her head.
"Okay, well I've seen those glyphs, can she-" Sento was cut off as yelling was soon heard.
It had taken a while to get back and avoid Tid's constant attacks, but both Sougo and Geiz had gotten their Time Mazine's to land nearby.
Tid however had rushed in, slamming his body into both Time Mazine's. Geiz and Sougo yelled out as their machines were toppled over. Soon enough the Another Rider/Time Jacker landed, his monstrous form making a few cracks in the ground as Another Build was on his shoulder. It soon hopped down as Tid began to laugh, "You have no idea how much I've been waiting for this moment!" Soon enough he began spitting fireballs out of his mouth towards all of the current battles. "All the plotting and turning those poor fools into Another Riders, bending Oma's lackey to my will… I will savor this moment!"
Everyone could only yelp and yell as they either dodged or were tossed around from the fireballs, Tid not letting up.
In the Manta, Maria narrowed her prosthetics at this, "That's it."
"Maria, wait," Tsukuyomi's eyes widened. "Do not do what I think you're about to do."
"Oh I'm going to do it," Maria grinned as she activated the Manta's speakers. "Hey Ugly, I've got a pile of missiles with your name on it!"
Tid soon turned towards where the Manta was with a growl, "What?!"
"ARE YOU CRAZY?!" Oscar yelled out.
"Maria Calavera don't you dare think of doing this!" Tsukuyomi chided with a yell. "You have passengers!"
"Sorry kids, but sometimes the best tactic is simply the most direct!" Maria cackled as she sent the Manta straight towards where Tid was. The Manta's front missile pods began opening up before dozens of missiles were launched straight at the Time jacker.
Tid began to yell out as the missiles impacted against his body, thanks to being such a big target and being far enough from everyone, the missiles had hit their mark with only a few missing and only hitting near him.
"That should give them enough time for a counterattack," Maria grinned.
Wings could suddenly be heard flapping as the smoke suddenly was forced away from where Tid was, the Another Rider growling out as the smoke revealed he was still standing. Tid's eyes glowed brightly as he charged up energy in his mouth before launching out a beam of energy towards the Manta.
"Pull up, pull up!" Oscar yelled.
"Come on!" Tsukuyomi yelled out as she held her hands forward only for nothing to happen.
Maria gave a gasp as she tried to pull up and to the side, unaware that Tid was tilting his head to follow. Soon enough the beam struck the edge of the right wing, blowing it off and causing a small explosion.
Maria yelled out as sparks flew from the cockpit, the feedback from the blast causing various screens and panels to blow out, also affecting Maria's prosthetics due to her being hooked up still. "I can't see! My eyes!"
"No, no, no!" Oscar held his head.
"Take control!" Tsukuyomi yelled as she held on, the airship spinning as it flew downwards towards the forest near the cliffside.
"We're gonna crash! We're gonna crash!" Oscar yelled out as he tried to regain control to at least straighten them out.
Tsukuyomi noticed Oscar's tense movements relax for a second but that didn't stop her from worrying as they started to hit the trees of the forest. She quickly closed her eyes and held her right arm out in front of her.
Everyone else meanwhile had managed to recover thanks to Maria's little stunt, only to be shocked when the Airship was hit and nearly spiraled out of control. Oddly enough despite the sounds of crashing against tree's there was no loud impact heard or felt.
Tid stared at the supposed crash site, giving a low growl as he could feel something went wrong. He yelled out before taking off from where he was and flying towards where the Manta had seemingly landed.
"Crap, Oscar, Tsuki!" Ruby used her Petal Burst to launch deeper into the forest.
"Not good," Qrow was ready to move and follow when he was forced to raise his sword to block, Another Build jumping in and kicking at him. Qrow growled out before pushing, managing to force the Another Rider back.
"This is getting out of control," Jaune said before blocking a swing from Another Ex-Aid with his shield. He was relieved to see Ryuga come in with a kick, forcing the Another Rider off of him.
"Well what other options do we have?" Sento asked as he used his propeller blade to block a blast of fire from Another Wizard.
Weiss however wasn't going to leave her partner alone, "You all try and handle the situation here and I'll give Ruby backup!" She called out before forming glyphs in front of her, kicking off and sliding across to follow after Ruby and Tid.
There was no crash site, just a trail of tree's that had been broken through, the airship itself being beaten up from the front but also oddly enough, hanging in air just above the ground as time was stopped around it.
Tsukuyomi panted a bit as she staggered back from the cockpit, falling to her knees. "Safe…"
"That's the second time you've saved us," Maria said before giving a growl, trying to fix her eyes which malfunctioned.
"Thank goodness," Oscar let go of the pilot stick and relaxed in his seat.
Everyone however soon gave a grunt as the time stop came to an end and the airship had planted itself back onto the ground.
"Now then…" Tsukuyomi said before noticing that the Relic of Knowledge had gotten shaken out of Oscar's belt in the crash. She was ready to grab it before giving a scream, the back half of the airship was dug into before being torn off and flung away, Tid's monstrous Another Kuuga form being responsible for it.
"Crap!" Oscar called out as he got out of his seat, quickly bringing out his cane and getting beside Tsukuyomi, unintentionally kicking the lamp off of the remains of the airship.
"Well looks like one of the brats was with that old crone," Tid hissed out as he stared down at Tsukuyomi, "Just how did you obtain that power?!"
Tsukuyomi's eyes widened, wondering if Tid was able sense her using her time stopping abilities. "I…"
[ROZE KAMA KAMA CUTTING!]
Suddenly several red crescent waves slashed through the leaves of the tree's, striking Tid in the back and making him howl out as he stepped to the side as a result, swinging his arms wildly. Tid was ready to retaliate when several blue beams of energy launched out and struck him, one hitting his eye forcing him to reel back in pain.
Ruby soon jumped out of a nearby tree that was still around, landing nearby, "Not bad Weiss."
"Don't run off without me you dolt!" Weiss called out as she slid near Ruby.
"Sorry," Ruby gave a nervous chuckle before looking at the others. "You guys okay?"
"Yeah, Tsukuyomi saved us," Oscar gave a nod.
"Don't mind me, still trying to get my vision back!" Maria called out.
"We've got a situation right now," Tsukuyomi called back before taking out her weapon and aiming.
"Ruby!"
Ruby turned to the side to soon see Blake and Yang rushing over, the two looking tired and a bit roughed up but none the worse for wear.
"Yang! Blake! Are you okay?" Ruby asked.
"Just got out of a rough spot," Yang admitted.
"What's going on?" Blake asked.
Tid gave a yell, attracting their full attention, "I'll slaughter you all, starting with the Riders!"
"Remember that Tid guy I told you about? Turns out he didn't die after our last confrontation," Ruby explained as she readied Crescent Rose. "He attacked Cordovin and she's an Another Rider now, and we've got three others too."
"Looks like you could use some help then," Yang said as she drew out her Screwder and Spannerder and crossed them together, her Kikaidriver forming along her waist.
"Wait, you're one too?" Oscar asked.
"Just became one," Yang admitted.
"Seriously, of all the times," Weiss groaned out.
"Better late than never," Blake added as she readied her Shinobidriver and Shuriken Starter.
"Henshin!"
[DEKAI! HAKAI! GOKAI! KAMEN RIDER KIKAI!]
[DARE JA? ORE JA? NINJA! SHINOBI KENZAN!]
Attaching both devices to their respective Drivers, Yang and Blake both stood still and let their transformations fully form.
Tid tilted his head, "Another one?"
"You ready to take him down sis?" Yang asked.
"Always," Ruby gave a nod as she readied herself, "Oscar stay back with Maria. Team RWBY, let's show him what Riders can do."
"Right," Oscar said before suddenly feeling the lamp was missing, his eyes widened when he saw it was gone from his belt, "No, no, no, no!" He called out when he suddenly saw the faint blue glow near Tid's feet.
Tid took a step forward, his foot landing near the lamp when he suddenly felt the presence of it. Looking down he snatched it with his monstrous arm, smacking his lips together as if awaiting a delicious meal he held it up to him, "This object… it radiates such power…" He then lifted his head up and opened his mouth.
"No!" Ruby rushed forward with Petal Burst despite everyone's yelling for her to not.
A gulp could be heard after Tid dropped the lamp into his mouth and then swallowed it whole. Soon enough dark energy began surrounding and coating his body, soon releasing a pulse of darkness which sent Ruby skidding backwards as a result.
Tid's body grew larger as it turned a jet black, gold detailing alongside blue veins running all along it as he gained two more arms, having a grand total of four. His wings grew and spread out as well, having a sickening yellow color. He then laughed, "This power is amazing! I am no longer Tid but Ultimate Kuuga! I shall become the first Rider of this world and rule over all with the ultimate darkness!" He yelled out, the power starting to cloud his thoughts and actions as he fully became Another Ultimate Kuuga, the harbinger of darkness.
The Another Rider could only yell out as it could feel power coursing through it, stomping around as it didn't seem to care about the Riders at the moment.
Yang stared up and took a step back, "Ruby?"
"Can we even beat that thing?" Blake asked.
"I uh…" Ruby was trying to come up with a plan when suddenly the faint sound of alarms could be heard in the distance, and not long after that the roar of a giant Grimm.
"What was that?" Tsukuyomi asked.
"That sounded like a giant Grimm…" Yang trailed.
It wouldn't be long till they got their answer via the destroyed airship's barely working comm unit.
"All units to battle stations, Cordovin isn't here to help us so we need all fighters up in the air! We've got Sphinx and Manticore coming from the mountains alongside a Leviathan-class Grimm coming from the shore!"
"I doubt the robot Codovin was piloting is operational with the cockpit damaged… we've lost our Airship. We have the Time Mazines but we also have four Another Riders and an upgraded one," Ruby was trying to run the numbers through her head and things were looking bad on all ends.
Maria finally gave a grunt as she hit her prosthetics hard enough for them to get back up and running, "We need to get that lamp to Atlas and that Another Rider has our ticket out of here. We're going to need all hands on deck for it."
"You're right, we do need to fight," Yang gave a nod. "Grimm are attracted to that Lamp and if Tid's somehow enhancing it, we won't be safe for long. But, we can't just leave the city defenseless like this."
"She's right," Weiss agreed. "We have Sento, Ryuga and Godai. They're veterans who can go all out compared to us new Riders. The city is just as much priority as the Another Riders."
"It's like you said, a Huntress is supposed to protect others to the bitter end," Blake answered. "And since we're Riders that commitment is doubled."
"Looks like I was right about your generation," Maria gave a smile.
"Die! Die!" Another Ultimate Kuuga yelled out as it released a brief pulse from its body, its eyes glowing bright as dark energy charged in its mouth.
[KUUGA!]
Suddenly from the sky the Zi-O Unit equipped with the Kuuga Ridewatch shot downwards, kicking against Another Ultimate Kuuga and sending the massive Another Rider sliding backwards through the forest.
"You guys alright?" Sougo asked as the Zi-O Unit soon began opening fire via its arm cannons to keep Another Ultimate Kuuga stalled.
"Sorry we're late," Geiz called out as the Geiz Unit landed nearby. "That bastard's just really tough. We didn't want to prolong a confrontation, especially since we're out a vehicle."
"That's fine," Ruby replied. "Geiz I need your Time Mazine."
"The hell do you need it for?" Geiz questioned only for the Leviathan's screech to be heard, now he knew what she wanted, "Oh hell no Ruby, we have a fight going on!"
"Yes and the city's in danger because of our reckless plan," Ruby argued back. "We took too long and probably stirred up enough anxiety and negativity to get all the Grimm here alongside them being attracted lamp. Now let me in or I'll pry that tin can open and force you out myself!"
Geiz sighed, "What's your plan?"
Ruby looked down a bit when she realized her main plan was to try and use the Time Mazine to deal enough damage to the Leviathan but figured that might be enough. She did however laugh a bit when she realized her next best bet, soon pointing at her visor.
"Ruby, when I said "trial by fire"…" Maria said, getting out of the destroyed Manta and rejoining the others as she realized what Ruby was up to.
"I did it at Beacon and at the farm," Ruby argued before taking out the Ridewatch that was created from her last usage of it. "And if my gut is right then I might just have a way to beat it on my own."
"You really think you can do it?" Weiss asked.
"This is an insane plan and you know it!" Geiz argued.
"We don't have much of a choice," Ruby admitted.
"That's fine because she won't be alone," Tsukuyomi answered as she walked over. "You support Sougo and the others, I'll pilot."
"Like I'm leaving you two to do this alone, I'll be going as well," Weiss spoke up.
"We'll hold down the fort with the others, do what you need to," Yang looked at her sister, despite the two wearing helmets they could already tell each other's expression, each giving a simple nod.
Geiz opened the hatch of the Geiz Unit before hopping out, "I hope you know what you're doing Ruby."
"I hope so too," Ruby muttered before heading inside, Tsukuyomi and Weiss following after her.
Tsukuyomi soon got to the cockpit, closing up the hatch before shifting the Geiz Unit back into its vehicle mode before launching high up into the air.
"Now then," Geiz turned only to see the Zi-O Unit get rammed backwards, it flying over the group on the ground as it soon landed on its back.
"Kill all, smother all!" Another Ultimate Kuuga yelled as its eyes glowed brightly. It unleashed a beam of black energy from its mouth, moving its head from side to side as it struck the forest all around them with it. The beam however didn't burn or cause the trees to combust, but instead turned the foliage grey as they dissolved into ashes.
Only a few stumps were left as ashes began flying around, the forest turning into a massive clearing as now the fighting at the cliffside with the others could be clearly seen. Everyone at the cliffside turned in surprise and stopped their fights briefly to see what had just happened, the damaged airship alongside Another Ultimate Kuuga in full view.
"Okay first that monster screech and now this?!" Ryuga questioned. "Too much, too much, I demand a take back!"
"No take backs!" Sento called out as he blocked against Another Wizard before kicking it away.
"Then let's not hold back," Godai suggested before smacking Another Faiz away with his Dragon Rod.
Remnant – Argus, City Shore
Flying up high in the Time Mazine the trio of Ruby, Tsukuyomi and Weiss were able to see the situation, and hear it thanks to Tsukuyomi tapping into the comm systems of the Argus Military Base.
It was chaos in the ocean outside of Argus, Manta's were all flying around in aerial dogfights with Manticore's and Sphinx's while the Leviathan slowly trudged through the water to approach the city.
The Leviathan itself was a gigantic, bipedal aquatic sea Grimm, having four humanoid limbs and a long tail. It held four gills on each side of its neck and a set of dorsal plates protruding from its back with red webbing between them. The head was dolphin-like, its mouth filled with sharp teeth and it having three yellow eyes on each side of the head alongside external ribs and bone plates on its hands and thighs.
Despite being in dogfights, a few Manta's had broken off and fired at the Leviathan, making it realize it needed a different approach. It soon submerged itself by diving below the ocean before swimming forward.
"All units, be advised: Leviathan-class Grimm has submerged but is still on approach. Preparing hard-light shields, over!"
"We're getting slammed by hostiles out here! Where is Cordovin?!"
"I just said she wasn't coming, we need to hold the line ourselves!"
"So what exactly do we need to do?" Weiss asked.
"With you here we have two vehicles," Ruby replied. "The Time Mazine and your Queen Lancer summon, I'll ride on it while you stay in here to keep focus. Tsuki will work on distracting the Leviathan while I prep up."
Weiss looked off to the side, she didn't doubt her partners plan but she was still worried, "And if your plan doesn't work."
"Then I retreat back into here and take over piloting," Ruby answered as she went over and took her partners hands to calm her down. "A rider powered Time Mazine should be enough, but I don't want to risk one of our only transports to Atlas now so that's why we're going with Plan Silver."
"And you're absolutely sure on the Queen Lancer?" Weiss asked.
"Your Rider form even if you're not fighting should boost your Aura and Semblance," Ruby reassured. "You'll be able to handle it."
"Heads up," Tsukuyomi warned as an indicator popped up on the cockpits holographic screens. "It's back."
It wasn't long before the Leviathan ran out of deep water to swim through. It surfaced with a loud roar as it fully reached the shallow water.
"Argus Base, this is Manta 3-4! Leviathan has hit the shallows and resurfaced! We need those shields up now, over!"
As the Leviathan approached, several large metal poles began forming around in a circular motion. There was an outward one right near the Leviathan and a smaller half ring right in front of the Argus Military Base. Between the spires hexagonal patterned walls of Hard-Light Dust were erected. This created a strong barrier which the Leviathan rammed straight into, and thankfully was able to stop.
"Target stopped, engaging, over!" A pair of Manta aircrafts swooped in, firing missiles and landing clean hits against the Leviathan's skull as they passed.
The Leviathan though was not deterred, simply backing up and gathering a large amount of energy in its mouth with its gills glowing in response. It then unleashed a constant beam of energy against the hard-light barrier. The barrier was able to hold, at least until the Leviathan got smart and started shifting the beam over, hitting one of the poles and destroying it.
Ruby, Tsukuyomi and Weiss could only watch in horror as the Leviathan roared in victory, without one pole the entire hard-light barrier was completely disabled, allowing it to trudge forward to the last one.
"I retract my earlier statement about the robot being too much…" Tsukuyomi managed to get out.
"All squadrons fall back to evacuation procedures. Disengage Leviathan! I repeat, disengage! Over!"
Ruby looked over, "Tsuki can you get us in that channel?"
"I can, why?" Tsukuyomi asked.
"We need them to keep fighting," Ruby said as she readied herself, her friend managing to force the Time Mazine to link up to the Argus Military's communication systems. "We can stop it!"
"Who is this? Identify yourself!"
"I'm a huntress," Ruby responded simply, figuring small talk was out of the question. "My team and I are heading to the Leviathan and can weaken it for you to attack!"
There was silence for a few moments with Tsukuyomi and Weiss wondering what the answer would be.
"Unknown craft, your ship is currently flagged as hostile. You will receive no support, over."
"Fine," Ruby answered back. "We'll do it alone if we have to."
"Very well, good luck but this is on your head if you fail."
"I know, we'll hit it when it stops at the next barrier." Ruby admitted as she closed the comm channel.
"I'll activate the temporal cloaking now," Tsukuyomi said as a shimmering effect went around the Time Mazine, while it was still visible it sent out a signal around it to keep anyone and anything from immediately picking up on where it was.
"So we're just invisible?" Weiss asked with a skeptical tone.
"Well we have to be if we park these things on Earth," Ruby remarked.
"Alright I'm going in!" Tsukuyomi called out as she began to make her approach as the Leviathan continued to march forward.
Remnant – Argus, Cliffside Clearing
Sougo on Geiz's orders had put the Time Mazine off to the side in what little cover was left to keep it from getting damaged in the ensuing fight. It wasn't long before the Time Riders, Yang, Blake, Maria and Oscar joined in with everyone else.
Another Ultimate Kuuga's yell could be heard as it began launching out and raining down dark fireballs to strike against everyone, needless to say, fighting against the four Another Riders and their leader was starting to get a bit overwhelming. There was also some confusion at first with Yang as Kikai but once everyone heard her voice they had to quickly get used to it.
"So where did Ruby and the others run off to?" Sento asked as he ducked underneath a kick from Another Build only to dodge against an incoming fireball.
"They went to deal with the Leviathan and Grimm," Maria called out as she dodged out of the way of a fireball, giving a smirk as she jabbed backwards with her cane, hitting Another Ex-Aid in the shin when it tried to sneak up on her.
Another Ex-Aid was then jabbed in the stomach by Oscar to force it back. The farmhand flourished his weapon subtly, "So it's up to us to hold down the fort."
"With only one Time Mazine though," Sento muttered before looking out at the Colossus robot standing still in the ocean, the cockpit was damaged but everything else was likely functional…
"Heads up," Yang called out, grabbing Another Faiz from trying to claw at him before kicking it back, "Can't have you wilting just yet."
"Eh?" Sento soon realized he was still in RoseCopter form, "Oh…"
"We're getting nowhere though," Blake noted as she quickly jumped back to avoid a fireball, taking aim and firing at Another Ultimate Kuuga with Gambol Shroud. Of course the shots despite being enhanced were ineffective.
Surprisingly however Another Ultimate Kuuga had chosen to simply sit back and watch. Whether it wanted to be cruel and strike only when necessary, or was still adjusting to the power boost was anyone's guess.
"We need to start clearing out Another Riders," Sento called out. "I have a plan to help Ruby on her end but I'm not leaving you all here."
"Ah!" Sougo called out. "Blake, Yang, you're new Riders, meaning you can take out the Another Riders without us needing to. There are four of us so we'll take them all out simultaneously."
"Then we Seniors will support," Godai said as he spread his arms out, yellow electricity crackling around him further as his form began to shift. His shoulders turned blue with gold lining, also gaining gold lining on his chest plate and forearms, the Arcle gaining a gold frontal plate around it. His Dragon Rod becoming a twin-ended spear.
"You can charge yourself up too?" Nora asked before holding out her hammer, "Can you give me a boost?"
"So you're the same, I can't give too much but here's what I have," Godai crossed his rod with Nora's hammer, channeling electricity through it as Nora began absorbing the charge.
Another Wizard quickly tore out a large tree stump from the ground using gravity magic, tossing it over towards the two. Godai was the first to strike, jabbing forward and splitting the stump in half. Nora ran forward before jumping up, electricity gathering in her hammer before she slammed it down directly in front of Another Wizard, the monster yelling out as it was thrown backwards.
[VICTORY NINJUTSU!]
Blake suddenly jumped into the battle holding her Gambol Shroud in its cleaver formation. Her bladed shined with purple energy as she began slashing against Another Wizard, jumping back when it tried to summon a stone barrier beneath her to trip her up.
"Let's take them out quickly then," Blake said, figuring her quick reflexes and elemental skills would prove useful.
"No holding back then," Ryuga called out as he took out an orange knuckle device with a port for Fullbottles on top, taking out a charred bottle with an orange cap and shaking it before slotting it into the knuckle and slotting it in place of his normal adapter.
[BOTTLE BURN! CROSS-Z MAGMA!]
Suddenly a large metal version of the knuckle formed behind Ryuga, the Rider turning the crank of his Driver as bubbling could be heard from the transformation set piece. "You all are going to want to move back!"
[ARE YOU READY?]
"Henshin!" Ryuga called out as the set piece tilted forward, pouring hot magma all over Ryuga that hardened instantly, with snaking dragon heads forming out from it and hardening up as well. The knuckle resumed its original position before punching forward, shattering the hardened magma and revealing Ryuga's new form.
[GOKUNETSU KINNIKU! CROSS-Z MAGMA! ACHACHACHACHACHACHA ACHA!]
The form held an orange gradient bodysuit with black rock-like armoring that had yellow dragon eyes on the chest, shoulders, forearms and shins. In addition to that were fiery wings lined with rock-like armoring at the top. His helmet was orange with wilder dragon-like eyes and a black rock-like dragon face front and center, completing his visor.
"Now that's pretty hot," Yang remarked.
"Is now really the time?!" Oscar asked.
"I feel power overflowing… My souls on fire… My magma is surging!" Ryuga called out.
"Now I can get behind this," Yang quickly ran up and lightly punched his shoulder. "Let's go, two dragons together."
"I get the feeling we can't lose!" Ryuga called out as he pumped his fist before charging for Another Ex-Aid.
Yang summoned her Ember Celica before using it to launch herself after Ryuga, using another set of shots to launch her upwards. She then came down and punched just as Ryuga came in and punched, the two slamming their fists into Another Ex-Aid simultaneously as the Rider staggered back.
"Sento, go ahead, we'll take care of things!" Sougo called giving a thumbs up. He then looked at Geiz and held out the Build Ridewatch, "Let's trade Geiz."
"Sounds good to me," Geiz drew out the Faiz Ridewatch.
"Thank you my successors and predecessor," Sento gave a flick styled salute before taking out two new bottles.
[TAKA! GATLING! BEST MATCH!]
[ARE YOU READY?]
"Build up!" Sento called out as he ran for the cliff.
[TENKUU NO ABARENBOU! HAWKGATLING! YEAH!]
An orange and grey blur slammed into Sento, his rose half being replaced by an orange hawk themed half that gave him wings on his back and a hawk-styled left eye. While his helicopter half was replaced by a gunmetal grey gun themed half, giving him a triple barreled gun for his right eye. The wings spread out and grew as he kicked off the ground and dived down towards the ocean, soon rising up as he flew towards the inactive Colossus.
Remnant – Argus, City Shore
Making their way to the Leviathan was easier said than done, they were indeed undetected by largely everyone else. That worked to their advantage as well as their detriment, as Grimm and Manta's nearly ran into them several times.
The three girls were very hopeful when they saw the Leviathan get very close to the hard-light shield, hoping it would try and ram it again.
"We go in now," Ruby suggested.
The Leviathan was smarter than they gave it credit for, simply wanting to be closer now that it knew what to target. It charged up for another beam before firing, Tsukuyomi barely getting the Time Mazine out of the way before they ran straight into the beam. The beam crashed against the hard-light shield until it was shifted enough to take out the pole generating it.
The beam continued towards Argus itself, but it was far up enough to only blast and break apart a cupola on top of one of the buildings before the it died out.
"Weiss, get that summon ready, Tsuki distraction procedures now!" Ruby called out as the hatch opened up.
Weiss gave a nod before stabbing into the floor, summoning her glyph and bringing out the Queen Lancer just outside the hatch.
Ruby ran before jumping on it, the hatch closing up as the Queen Lancer summon flew off with the huntress Rider on it.
"Shifting to battle mode," Tsukuyomi called out as the Time Mazine shifted to its robot mode, without a Rider it held a blank watch with a red dot for a face. Tsukuyomi dismissed its temporal cloaking so that it could be detected and took aim before firing at the Leviathan to distract it, "Over here!"
The Time Mazine began circling around and firing, the shots from it doing enough damage to the Leviathan to keep its attention on it. TheTime Mazine then slowed to a stop when Tsukuyomi saw Ruby and the Queen Lancer entering the Grimm's blind spot.
"Okay, okay, you can do this…" Ruby tried to pep herself up and get herself ready as she remembered Maria's words, "You can do this!" She then noticed the Queen Lancer had stopped, taking a deep breath once she was sure the Leviathan's attention was on the Time Mazine.
Trying to clear her mind and focus was easier said than done, the battle against the Grimm in the sky alongside the blasts nearby were making it hard to focus. Ruby though had slowly but surely managed to start to block out everything, closing her eyes and focusing on the fluttering of the Queen Lancers wings alongside the ocean to calm herself.
She started simple and slow, an old memory of her father and Yang when they were still kids, memories of her team, her friends like an orange haired robot girl named Penny, even Jaune and his team… including Pyrrha. Of course that was the tipping point, the faintest image of Pyrrha causing Ruby to frown beneath her helmet.
Less than pleasant memories began to form, Tid towering over her and the other Riders who were weakened, Kasshine kidnapping her as her friends could only watch. The night she saw Yang had lost her arm and Blake wounded during the Fall of Beacon, the aftermath with Yang becoming despondent due to the events that night. But soon enough the two biggest deaths of that night that she was witness to, Pyrrha being disintegrated by Cinder, and Penny who had been ripped apart just before the Fall.
Loud growling could be heard as Ruby was snapped out of the bad memories, her eyes widening beneath her mask as she saw the Leviathan staring straight at her. It had caught her out of the corner of its eyes and turned when it saw her armored form, a singular armored being catching its interest greatly. It stared down the huntress rider, breathing heavily as Ruby wanted to take a step back but couldn't due to the small space of the summoned Queen Lancer.
"Look this way!" Tsukuyomi did not like that the Leviathan was focused on Ruby now, and any attempts at firing at it did nothing to provoke it.
"No, no, no, no!" Ruby called out as she tried to figure out why the Leviathan was ignoring Tsukuyomi entirely, was her Rider Form really that enticing to it?
The Leviathan reeled back as it opened its maw, lunging towards Ruby who shrunk back and held her arms up.
"RUBY!"
The familiar sound of time stopping occurred next to Ruby who lowered her arms and looked forward, the rider giving a light gasp at the sight before her.
The Leviathan was stuck in place, a green tint around it as its body gave glitch effects occasionally. Its maw was right near Ruby and would have bit down and swallowed her had it not been frozen.
Tsukuyomi couldn't help but stare at her hands in surprise once she realized what had happened. The Leviathan was the biggest thing she had attempted to use her new powers on. But she knew that the effect couldn't hold forever, "Ruby I don't know how much longer it will hold!"
"I'll make it count," Ruby said before closing her eyes and concentrating again, this time grabbing a blank Ridewatch and clasping it in her hands, shifting her hands into a meditative stance that she saw Takeru do one time.
Taking a deep breath she focused once more, calling on memories of her team again, their time at Beacon Academy and all the adventures they had found themselves wrapped into. She gave a smile as she thought back to the more relaxing and happier moments regarding everyone else, Team JNPR, her uncle Qrow, Oscar, Maria, and finally back to Penny.
She then thought of all the crazy and fun times she had with her family away from home, Junichiro helping her and treating her as part of the family alongside Sougo. Geiz and Tsukuyomi's hectic arrival and it making living at 9-5-DO more interesting, even her birthday there while bittersweet was still a joyous occasion as the other Riders helped pitch in with gifts and sweets.
Finally her positive thoughts shifted to a cliff overlooking a sunset, a figure in a white cloak blowing in the wind. The figure turned around to reveal a woman that looked almost like her, wearing a similar black outfit to her own huntress gear. But this woman was older, holding a different hairstyle and a kind smile that gave Ruby warmth even if it was just a memory. This was her mother, Summer Rose, and this was the final memory Ruby needed.
The time stop around the Leviathan began to fade as it stayed still in confusion before reeling forward, unaware of what Ruby was plotting.
Ruby opened her eyes as the digital lettering on her visor flashed from red to silver in an instant, the lettering shining brighter than ever before. A massive white light was released from the visor as the area was engulfed in a massive white light.
The Leviathan had reeled back as the light hit, the light shining for several seconds before fully fading and allowing everyone their sight back. And soon enough the results were clear.
The Leviathan was petrified in its reeled back state, completely turned to stone by Ruby's assault. The light was so strong that Ruby's lettering had yet to go back to normal.
"Now then," Ruby soon looked in her hand. The Ridewatch had shifted shape it being flat from the front, the color being a pure red with silver thorn-like detailing just like the back of the prior Ridewatch she created. In the center held a silver image of Roze though with an enhanced visor it seemed like.
As if reacting the two watches created from both displays of Silver Eyes floated away from Ruby before latching together, the black framed fully colored image of Roze moving to the center as the dial turned. Soon enough the lettering on the Roze Visor shifted back to its normal red.
"My new… power…" Ruby held out her hands and caught the combined Ridewatch in her hand.
Stone crackling could soon be heard as Ruby looked up, narrowing her eyes. She had figured that this might happen which was why she needed this new Ridewatch. The Leviathan while petrified was still able to partially move its body as the upper half only acted as a coating. As such, the Leviathan managed to break free from its head and neck.
"Was that really not enough?!" Tsukuyomi questioned.
Ruby took a deep breath before holding her new Ridewatch forward, a silver flash occurring as she pressed the button causing the Leviathan to reel its neck back slightly.
[SILVER ROZE!]
Ruby then turned the dial on the double Ridewatch, the black Ridewatch frame holding the colored version of her mask sliding back to the side it was on before it combined. In one swift motion she pulled both halves apart.
[ROZE!]
She slotted the red and silver thorn filed watch in her Rider Time slot, while the more traditional styled watch with the dial was slotted into her Armor Time slot. "The shining light of a Silver Eyed Warrior… these watches contain that!"
A more techno sounding standby played compared to the ticking and digital beeping of the primary form Ridewatches. Ruby unlocked her Ziku Driver as two rounded thorn-rimmed mirrors formed on both sides, the mirrors containing silver digital numbering flowing through them as they reflected against each other.
With one spin, the Ziku Driver was rotated and locked back into place, the numbers on the mirrors clustering together to form 'Rider' in silver Katakana in the Roze visors rose-like shape before they were launched out of the mirrors and combined together as they launched forward. The mirrors rippled before turning a bright white, shining light onto Ruby.
[SILVER TIME!]
The two mirrors soon slid towards Ruby's back and shattered the light shattering off Ruby to reveal her new form, which was heavily different than previously.
[KAMEN RIDER~! (RIDER~!) SILVER! (SILVER!) SILVER~! ROZE!]
Her black bodysuit with thin armoring was now pure silver, but kept the red rimming around her ankles and at the tips of the boots. Her shoulder armor was silver and still rounded but medium sized compared to their prior small nature, having two red roses painted on each side. Her chest plate was silver now with two thin red watch straps that were similar to Geiz' traveling down her right and left side and going down just a bit below her Ziku Driver. The popped collar that was reversed was no longer there, instead being replaced by a twin tailed flowing black scarf with silver and red thorn detailing lining both ends.
On both sides of her waist was silver skirt-like plating with black accents coming from underneath her Driver's strap. Silver cloth covering the front and back with black thorn accents on both. This kept her skirt-like appearance that kept her mobility intact. The knee and elbow armor were black with the two watch holsters changing to a bright red, her hands gloved black still with red armoring alongside the red accents on her shin armor.
Her helmet was relatively the same, but held two red watch straps on the back of her head that lined up with the two straps on the back of her chest plate. The back of her helmet was silver while the front portion was black, the helmets shape retaining Geiz' styling. The face plate itself was a pure red on top and bottom, a black spot in the shape of a rose taking up the center. The silver katakana spelling 'rider' soon shot back, latching on and not making an impact due to the digital nature of her Rider persona. Her forehead crest this time was that of the Rider-Katakana instead of her Rose pendant. Along the edges of the visor were silver thorn filled vines, those connecting to the sides of her helmet, each side holding large versions of the rose pendant she'd wear that covered the sides of her helmet.

The light from the transformation was so bright that the partially petrified Leviathan began howling out as a couple of Manticore's and a Sphinx broke off to help it.
Tsukuyomi could only stare in shock at the new form before her on the video feed.
"Those loud noises…" Weiss said as she opened her eyes, easing up but still keeping the summon going. "Did she…?"
"She did," Tsukuyomi said as she spread out the data screens, showing Weiss a close up of Ruby's new form. She then got warnings in the cockpit, the Manticore's and Sphinx flying straight towards Ruby, "Look out!"
[SILVER CRESCENT!]
Launching out of her Driver's screen was the silver Katakana for 'Rider' in the shape of Roze's visor. Suddenly coming together, red thorn filled vines began extending out of the lettering, a flash of silver revealing a new rifle that was smaller than Crescent Rose but still hefty. It had red thorn detailing alongside the front faceplate of the Roze Visor being mounted sideways near the back on a Ridewatch slot.
Ruby immediately took aim, holding the Silver Crescent with both hands and fired at the Manticore Grimm. With only two shots hitting each directly in the chest and head, both Manticore Grimm were shot down, the two disintegrating as they fell.
"Stronger normal shots than Crescent Rose," Ruby noted before taking aim once more.
[RIDER! RIDER SASU!]
Shooting out a red beam of energy she pierced directly through the Sphinx coming her way, the Grimm gasping out as it disintegrated before reaching her.
"She's dealing with Grimm in only a few shots…" Weiss' eyes widened.
"And without a finisher," Tsukuyomi added, noting that the Rider Sasu attack was simply a special attack and didn't have the charge of a usual finisher.
Ruby then took aim and began firing at the Leviathan, though despite her powered up shots they were still unable to truly affect the giant Grimm due to its size. "Not enough…" She trailed before noticing a tab near the lettering of the Rider Face. Pushing the dial the lettering suddenly shifted to reveal 'Silver' in katakana.
[ROZE SILVER!]
Ruby immediately took aim as she saw the Leviathan lashing its neck around trying to break free fully, once it had lowered its head enough she pulled the trigger.
[RYOSHI SASU!]
From the barrel of her rifle, a silver blast of light launched outwards, the light taking a more pointed shape as it struck the Leviathan's set of right eyes. The Grimm shrieked out as it was struck, the attack flashing as it instantly burned and scarred its eyes.
"Let's finish this now," Ruby called out as she pressed a button near the side of her weapon, the weapon itself shifting and changing shape as it grew longer, a staff-like protrusion extending out as the Rider Face was now towards the head of a pole-like weapon.
[SILVER HENKEI!]
Ruby gripped the weapon firmly, the head of the weapon forming a glowing white tip made of light, creating a spear for her to use.
"Let's go!" Ruby quickly used her Petal Burst to launch upwards, shining white petals replacing the holographic ones she had in her base form. Reforming high up into the air Ruby took her stance, holding the weapon so it pointed downwards.
[RYOSHI SASU!]
Ruby yelled out soon tossing it down and towards the Leviathan. The Silver Crescent spear slammed straight into the Leviathan's skull between its eyes, the Grimm shrieking before suddenly growing still as it raised its head, its maw being left agape. From the Silver Crescent cracks of light began to form, spreading and traveling down the skull. The silver Rider then went to initiate her finisher.
[SILVER FINISH TIME!]
"You wanted to eat me? Well you'll get your wish!" Ruby called out as she launched downwards, kicking out with her right foot as the katakana for 'kick' on the sole of her boot began to flash slowly. As if reacting to her kick the cracks of light began to grow and travel even further along the Grimm's head and went down towards its upper body.
Both Tsukuyomi and Weiss had the same response when they saw what was going on.
"Is she insane?!"
"Weiss, get ready to catch her!" Tsukuyomi called out.
"On it," Weiss gave a nod as she dismissed the Queen Lancer summon from where it was, while Tsukuyomi shifted the Time Mazine back to its vehicle mode and began moving it closer towards the water.
[SHINING TIME BLAST!]
The sole of Ruby's boot began to flash faster and brighter as she dropped straight into the maw of the Leviathan. The cracks of light began to pulsate further and began growing deeper to where they pierced directly through to the inside of the massive Grimm. The light from the cracks began forming a white orb of light right near the middle of the creatures massive gullet.
"Take this!" Ruby yelled as the sole of her boot fully began to shine white as she slammed her foot into the orb of light. In an instant an explosion of white light erupted from inside the Leviathan, a ray of light erupting from its mouth as the stone portions of its body shattered and disintegrated, the remaining freed portion doing disintegrating as well.

Ruby could only give a yelp as she fell through the black particles of the disintegrating Grimm before giving a grunt as she landed on the Queen Lancer summon via her stomach, "Oof!" She coughed as she managed to get a firm grip before sitting on it.
"Ruby Rose!" Weiss called out from the cockpit of the Time Mazine as it lowered itself to meet her.
"Oh… I'm in trouble," Ruby gave a nervous chuckle.
The people of Argus had managed to mostly see the display before them, most in fear once the Leviathan broke through the last barrier. But once Ruby's display of light occurred and the Leviathan was stuck for the most part, there was hope. Alongside the other flashes and its defeat by someone unknown to their eyes, the death of the Leviathan had everyone cheering.
However there were two in particular who were watching, a camera shutter being drowned out by the cheers of the public. Tsukasa was perched atop the edge a roof that was vacant and in view of the fight, he couldn't help but give a satisfied smile.
"And so she blooms… just like a beautiful rose," Tsukasa remarked.
"Yes, she has grown," The mysterious woman stood beside him, hands clasped and lowered before she went to remove her makeshift hood she used her scarf for, letting it drop as her face and hair was just like the woman in Ruby's memory, Summer Rose.
"She's probably just as strong as you were back then," Tsukasa remarked.
"I'd say she's probably stronger than I was." Summer smiled before it turned into a playful smirk, "Looks like she really takes after me though."
"Only your family would pull crazy stunts like that," Tsukasa rolled his eyes before he stared out at where the Leviathan once was. "Like Mother, like Daughter I suppose."
"So what's the plan now?" Summer asked.
"Well their time here has definitely been enlightening in all regards," Tsukasa stood with a stretch. "But it's time I continue to get to the bottom of all this."
"Still planning on doing it alone?" Summer asked.
"Perhaps, after all you're one wild card we need to keep secret for now," Tsukasa said before he turned and began to walk off, a dimensional curtain appearing in his path. "Let's get going."
"Right," Summer gave a nod, following after Tsukasa before looking back towards the ocean with a small but sad smile, "Stay safe…" she trailed before turning and following after the world traveler.
It didn't take long for Ruby to return inside the Time Mazine, of course she had yet to dismiss her transformation due to Tsukuyomi and Weiss looking it over.
"So you've gotten your first true upgrade," Tsukuyomi noted.
"Yeah," Ruby said as she looked herself over, "Guess it took the Silver part seriously."
Weiss gave a nod, "But just enough personal flair with the red and black accents to show that it's you."
"An accurate summary," Tsukuyomi gave a nod. "But it looks like you can't access Weapon Time anymore."
"Probably not," Ruby realized as both slots were taken up by the transformation. "But I can definitely feel a lot of energy flowing through me. I still need to get a handle on this form though."
"Well it can destroy Grimm with ease," Weiss noted.
"But there was also the finisher and its other attacks," Tsukuyomi noted as she pulled up the video footage, it showing the light based attacks. "While I'm not sure it fully draws on the Silver Eyes, it definitely uses the main element behind them, light."
"Light, huh?" Ruby looked at her hand.
The trio's conversation was suddenly cut off when the Time Mazine began giving warnings before getting rocked.
"What's going on?" Weiss asked.
Tsukuyomi quickly activated the cameras and saw that some Manticore Grimm were rushing in and trying to take the Time Mazine down, "What are they doing here, they should be too busy with the airships!"
"Uh oh, I think they might have seen me as a threat, but since they can't find me they're attacking the next best thing in the area," Ruby realized before hurrying over, "I'll take control!"
The Time Mazine quickly shifted into its robot mode, punching out as it sent the Manticore hurtling backward. The face shifted to the normal Roze Ridewatch as it became the Roze Unit, the machine letting out red blasts of energy that struck the Manticore coming near it and the ones it had punched away.
"Unknown aircraft be advised, the Grimm are breaking off from our forces and heading towards your direction, we are attempting to follow but there's too many to shoot down."
"Oh no," Ruby did not like the scene she was staring at, most of the remainder of Sphinx and Manticore Grimm were all heading straight for the Roze Unit.
As the swarm of Grimm began to make their approach, soon enough a powerful burst of air shot in from the side, sending them all tumbling into each other and even tearing some apart.
"Wait, what?" Weiss asked.
The Roze Unit turned to the side, the trio inside suddenly in shock at what was approaching from the cliffside where the battle was still raging on.
It was the Colossus mecha that Cordovin had used, though its frontal area was still torn up from Another Kuuga ripping its way out. Its arm was held out as it began loading up another dust cartridge, this time sending out a ball of Lightning Dust out, striking the remainder of the Grimm swarm and getting most electrified and disintegrated. A few Sphinx and even some Manticore realized what was going on and quickly broke away heading back to fight against the Airships to keep from getting immediately annihilated.
Tsukuyomi could only stare, "Cordovin?"
"No, she was turned into Another Build," Weiss shook her head.
Ruby went to try and open up a comm channel to the Colossus, "Then who?"
However it wasn't long before the Colossus began transmitting to all Atlas personnel and the Roze Unit.
"Hello everyone in the Atlas Military," A familiar Genius Physicists voice called out. "While your leader is not here, I your non-resident Genius Physicist am here to assist you all!"
Ruby, Tsukuyomi and Weiss could only stare at the screen, "SENTO?!"

Chapter 33: Time to Say Goodbye
Author's Note: And so Silver Roze debuts! Well partially, since I'm also counting next chapter as her debut as well. There's a lot that went into deciding this and why this was the first form change Ruby would get. With V6 delving more into the Silver Eyes it felt like the best opportunity for it, plus with idea on other forms, this is the only one that works in this timeframe. It probably does feel weird having her get a Zi-O II styled upgrade before Sougo but I felt it still worked honestly.
Of course I'll hold my thoughts on Silver Crescent for now, because this chapter had a lot of stuff. Like if you wondered why I didn't use Another Ultimate Kuuga during the Kuuga tribute, this is why. And given I don't have Shingo in this story I had to improvise with the Relic of Knowledge. I mean it is a super ancient mystical artifact, so I feel like that could power up an Another Rider exponentially. But of course the biggest nugget of information revealed was Summer Rose being our mystery woman that's appeared with Tsukasa. While I can't say anything else, expect her to get more involved as time goes on while the mystery unravels around her being alive alongside her involvement with Decade.
Speaking of Decade there was a question I had gotten last chapter that I do want to address. No I do not hate Yusuke's first name. It's just the fact that I do plan on diving into Decade a bit more heavily than Zi-O did and that means a possible appearance by Yusuke Onodera. That is why I will specifically use Godai and Onodera to differentiate the two from the start since they're both Yusuke. I hope that cleared up any misconceptions that might have popped up.
That being said, things are definitely going to be interesting next chapter, which is also the last chapter of the year and on Christmas too! I'd like to take a moment to thank everyone for reading, reviewing, giving kudos, giving the favorite/bookmark treatment as well as the follow/subscription treatment for this story. I did not expect this story to grow in a following as greatly as I did and I'm very thankful for everyone's support. I'll see you all next time for the last chapter of the year.
