Chapter 53 – Specter Siblings 2019
"As it is written in this book, average high schooler Tokiwa Sougo embarks on a path which leads him to become the overlord of time, Oma Zi-O," Woz spoke inside of his narrative void, pacing near the black clock that was in place, "Despite choosing to spend the day in their own ways, my Overlord and his companions all end up drawn into the business of the Fukami Siblings. As the disciples of an old foe, Danton, return alongside another old face, Xibalba."
Woz walked along as he stared at his book, various images of the fights from before playing, Ghost, Necrom and Zi-O fighting alongside each other. Of course the images soon showed Kanon transforming into Kanon Specter.
"A new Rider however enters Ghost's ranks," Woz said before closing his book and walking off, "And thanks to the efforts of Kanon Specter and Roze, one of the three disciples of Danton has been defeated. Though that means little as there are still the other two alongside Xibalba…"
Earth – Early March 2019
Xibalba gave a gasp as he was kicked in his head, being sent stumbling to the side as a result of the attack.
"What?" Tsukuyomi asked.
Everyone looked over to see who had attacked Xibalba, the familiar black and blue accented leather outfit revealing to both Tsukuyomi and Geiz that they knew who it was. It was Makoto Fukami, Kamen Rider Specter.
"Kamen Rider Specter…?" Geiz asked.
Makoto turned and saw Geiz, noticing the armor and lettering, "You must be one of the ones Takeru talked about, don't worry, leave this to me."
"But-" Geiz was ready to step forward only for Weiss to firm up her grip on his wrist causing him to sigh, "Fine…"
"Damn… so they did draw you out…" Xibalba hissed as he stood up, "No matter, I'm not giving up my power!"
"That's not for you to decide," Makoto summoned his Ghost Driver before bringing out a purple backed eyecon with a glaring red demonic eye. Pressing down on the button unleashed bright purple flames as he loaded it into his Driver.
[DIVE TOO DEEP!]
"Henshin!"
[GEN KAIGAN: DEEP SPECTER! GET GO! KAKUGO! GIZA GIZA GHOST!]
A silver bodysuit formed, various jagged blue lines running along the suit. He held purple forearm and shin armor, all having jagged silver detailing that resembled flames. His parka was a deep purple coloration, having silver detailing and two flaming eye symbols on the shoulders, pulling back the hood he revealed his helmet, being a silver version of his Specter helmet but with various blue lining alongside his two horns having smaller ones branching out.
Specter brought out his own variant on the Sunglasslasher, the Deep Slasher in its gun mode. He took aim, firing at Xibalba who countered with fireballs. Despite this, the shots from the Deep Slasher pierced through the fireballs and struck against Xibalba, sparks flying.
"Stay out of my way…" Xibalba hissed as fire began to form around his body.
"After what you did, no way," Specter answered as a deep purple aura surrounded him, he gave a yell and charged forward, switching his weapon to its sword mode and slashing an incoming fireball in two. The fireball was split before impacting around them, kicking up explosions.
The Ganma Ultima and upgraded Rider began dancing around each other, clashing blades in an effort to overtake the other. Despite this they didn't seem to break past each other until Xibalba landed a hit against Specter's shoulder. Specter let his weapon drop only to close in, quickly performing a rapid series of punches against Xibalba's stomach and chest.
Xibalba gave a gasp as he staggered back, raising his sword only for his wrist to get grabbed. Specter slammed a palm into Xibalba's wrist to force him to let go of the sword, smacking it away.
"Why you," Xibalba gathered fire in his free hand before launching it at Specter's feet to blow him away.
Specter however crossed his arms to brace while leaping backwards. He landed and stepped backwards while readying his finisher, "Let me show you the path I've chosen!"
[GENKAI DAI KAIGAN: DEEP SPECTER! GIGA OMEGA DRIVE!]
Specter leapt up into the air, purple energy forming into a glyph that gathered to his right leg. He then kicked out with a yell, clashing against Xibalba who braced by crossing arms. Specter gave a yell and pushed further, sending Xibalba stumbling backwards.
Xibalba managed to stand up only to gasp out, his armaments sparking heavily before they vanished, the Copy Kanon being separated from him.
Copy Kanon shook her head before seeing Specter and smiling, "Brother!"
"Eh?" Oscar looked back and forth, "They're siblings?"
"Sort of," Specter said as he began to walk towards the Copy Kanon only for several blasts to land at his feet, a few blasts hitting Xibalba and sending him flying.
Muller and Kamiyu soon came into view, rushing over to Copy Kanon and grabbing onto her.
"Rio, it's good to see you!" Muller called out, "We knew we could draw you out like this."
"You all…" Specter turned and gripped his fist, "Just what are you going to do with her?"
"She'll be our bait for you, because if you don't willingly come with us by the end of the day, her life is forfeit," Kamiyu explained.
"You wouldn't dare…" Specter hissed out.
"She and the other three were always meant to lure you out, so there is no harm in losing them," Muller explained calmly, "All we want is you, Rio, the Ultimate Lifeform."
"Remember you can't think about this too long," Kamiyu said, taking out a crumpled paper and tossing it towards Specter, the two disciples then vanished with the Copy Kanon in burst of black smoke.
Xibalba gave a yell before crouching down and leaping into the air, everyone watching as he vanished between buildings in the distance.
"Okay, just what the hell is going on?" Geiz asked.
"I might have an idea," Weiss said as she checked her phone, seeing Sougo's messages.
Specter dismissed his transformation and walked over, "We should regroup with my friends."
"Hold up, just what's going on?" Oscar asked as he hurried over, "You're that girls brother right?"
"That's right," Makoto gave a nod, "If I'm correct given what Alia told me, she's one of my five sisters."
Everyone all gave nods at that.
"Oh."

…
…
"EH?!"
Uhr was currently sulking in a chair on the rooftop patio that the Time Jackers were currently lounging around at. He had pulled his legs up and wrapped his arms around them to sulk while Ora laughed loudly.
"I'm sorry, run that by me again?" Ora asked before laughing further.
"Shut up," Uhr buried his face into his knees.
"But you got tossed by a girl!" Ora pointed out with a laugh.
"How was I supposed to know she'd just flip me instead of contracting?!" Uhr called out as he finally had enough and stood up, "I told you she wasn't human either!"
"I just think you had some bad luck after you got so full of yourself last time," Ora remarked.
"Now, now…" Finis soon walked over, "Normally this wouldn't be an issue but I suppose we could see it as a sign."
Uhr turned, "A sign?"
"Where have you been?" Ora asked.
"It's a sign that things are starting to stir and pop up unrelated to us," Finis said as they ignored Ora's questioning, "It's likely why Swartz has been silent, he figures he'll do research on where to go next while the Riders sort out their own growing issues."
"So what, we just sit back and wait?" Uhr asked.
"Precisely," Finis replied, "We deserve a bit of a break after all the issues we've been through."
"I suppose I could use a break from those annoying guys," Ora admitted.
"Then I guess we'll just sit back," Uhr replied as he put his hands in his pockets before walking over to view the city, "Actually, what happened to Shiro-Woz?"
"Seems like without Geiz Revive he's gotten out of our hair, so to speak," Finis replied.
"Good riddance," Ora replied.
It took a while but thanks to Sougo's text, everyone was able to return to the Daitenku Temple, though of course Geiz had stopped Makoto from heading straight there, giving him a Blank Ridewatch. Once there, the amount of Riders and allies was so great that they couldn't have the usual meeting in the dining room and its surrounding rooms. So their best bet was the downstairs lab that was also usually used as a meeting room. Thankfully with the higher floor, there was more than enough room for everyone. Naturally though, the meeting couldn't immediately start due to everyone needing to introduce themselves to each other.
But that didn't solve the secondary problem in the room which involved both Fukami siblings. There was a slight tension in the air as the two stared each other down, though it was mostly on Kanon's side.
"So…" Yang whispered.
"Yeah I kind of figured it might be awkward…" Ruby muttered.
"So should we like… say something?" Sougo whispered back.
"It would probably be best to let them sort things out first," Alain muttered as he leaned over to address Sougo.
"Are you sure about that?" Geiz asked, "We're wasting time."
"Says the guy with no sibling," Yang replied.
"And what's so important about that?" Geiz asked.
"Just trust us, it's a family thing," Ruby crossed her arms and gave a nod.
Makoto figured he'd start, "Kanon…"
"How did you find out?" Kanon asked.
"Alia told me, she figured I had a right to know," Makoto replied, "You approached both her and Alain about this, remember?"
"You shouldn't be here," Kanon stared at her brother firmly, "You shouldn't have to deal with this."
Makoto gave a sigh, "Listen, I understand-"
"No you don't!" Kanon snapped before turning away from everyone, "I saw what you went through when this happened before. You shouldn't have to be dealing with this. You have me, Alain and Takeru to take care of it."
"But Kanon…" Makoto trailed as he began to step over, "They're our-"
"They're my problem," Kanon said as she then turned and walked towards the steps, rushing out of the basement.
Makoto could only stare at where Kanon had left before looking towards everyone, "Sorry about that, I'll be right back."
Yang and Ruby watched as Makoto slowly made his way up the steps, the two looking at each other.
"I go for the younger sibling you go for the older?" Yang asked.
"Sounds good to me," Ruby said before giving a bow to everyone, "Sorry, Yang and I will be right back!"
"Yeah, feel free to discuss anything relating to a plan, we'll catch the cliff notes!" Yang called out as she hurried off after the Specter Siblings alongside Ruby.
"What do those two even think they're doing?" Geiz asked.
"Sounds to me like they figure they can help those two out," Weiss said.
"You really think they can?" Oscar asked.
"Ruby and Yang have been in a similar position to them before, both of them having an argument and trying to understand each other," Blake recalled, "I'm sure they can get through to them."
"In the meantime we should probably catch everyone up to speed regarding the current situation," Takeru suggested.
"That would be a good idea," Alain agreed.
Makoto gave a sigh as he sat in the dining room of the Daitenku Temple. He had thought of going after his sister but figured that she might need some space. He barely registered Yang looking around and passing him.
"Hey," Ruby said as she walked over and sat down at the table with him, "You aren't going after Kanon?"
"I think she might need some space," Makoto admitted.
"She probably needs to sort all of her feelings out," Ruby guessed, "She mentioned that she couldn't stand to let you suffer through this again. But from the looks of it, it sounds like she's suffering."
"She always depended on me," Makoto said with a light chuckle, "I was always the big brother, making sure she was okay, fighting as hard as I could for her sake. I'm sure she knew that, so she was probably devastated when she couldn't help me back then."
"I see," Ruby said and looked down, "I sort of know the feeling. Yang's my big sister, so I always looked up to and depended on her for a while. But of course as I grew older I wanted to prove myself, prove that I could handle things just like her."
"I suppose given everything I've gone through it makes sense," Makoto gave a nod as he clasped his hands together, "I know after Takeru's fight finished she worked on training her body, and after what my father tried to do…"
"I suppose that just shows how much she cares about you," Ruby said before giving a smile, "Now I wouldn't butt in… but I do think you should talk to her."
"But…" Makoto trailed, remembering how he couldn't even get a word in.
"Give her a bit to cool off of course," Ruby said, while also knowing her sister would help do some of the work, "But you two should really talk about this, since this does involve both of you."
Makoto couldn't help but chuckle a bit, "How is it you know what to say to me?"
"Well like I did say, I have a sister," Ruby smiled, "Yang and I couldn't help but reach out and help you two since we were dealing with issues of our own a while back."
"I suppose that's the good thing about family," Makoto admitted, "Even if we have our disagreements we can still come together in the end."
"You're right about that," Ruby said.
"So what exactly is this stuff?"
"Old historical junk, that's what."
"It looks all the same to me, and gives me a bad feeling."
"Oh come on, it won't be like the last time."
Two guards were currently walking through a warehouse that held dozens of crates huddled into stacks at various points. Various labels on the boxes pointed to these having been shipped in from out of country.
"You say that but I totally think it will be," The first guard said.
"You're worrying too much, there's no way some wind abomination is going to come in and take us for a ride like back at Futo." The second guard remarked.
As if tempting fate with those words, the door at the far end suddenly exploded. Out from the smoke came Xibalba who gave a low chuckle, "Here it is."
"You were saying?!" The first guard questioned with a glare.
"Hey this is a white abomination, not a wind one!" The second guard corrected.
"That's the sticking point?!" The first guard asked.
"Shut up!" Xibalba yelled out as he unleashed a blast of energy at the guards' feet, blowing them back into several crates, "Idiots…" He muttered as he walked past them and began looking through the crates before finding what he was looking for, "Here it is…"
The crate he had discovered had ended up having the label of 'Alexander the Great Exhibit: Handle with Care' on the side of the box.
Kanon was currently sitting on the steps leading up to the Daitenku Temple, having her knees up high and wrapping her arms around them. She was currently deep in thought due to just everything spiraling out of control for her.
"Hey…" Yang announced her presence as she stopped a few steps away from Kanon, "You alright?"
Kanon was brought out of her thoughts and she turned back, "Yang, right?" She asked before shaking her head, "I just…"
"Well I'm not your brother, maybe you can get this off your chest with a stranger," Yang suggested as she went to sit next to the female Rider, "Talking will probably help."
"Why can't he understand that I just don't want him to be hurt?" Kanon asked.
"Is that really what this is about?" Yang asked, "Because judging from what we've seen, he seems to be fine with this whole thing."
"…" Kanon stayed silent, realizing that Yang made a good point, "But…"
"What's this really about?" Yang asked as she gave a grunt, shifting to a more relaxed posture, "This isn't just about trying to alleviate your big brothers burden is it?"
"Recently my brother and I learned the truth," Kanon admitted, "Our true father was man named Danton. He tried to create the ultimate lifeform via human modification. We were the most stable of his creations but were taken away at a young age. Eventually he returned and we found out the truth, Makoto took it the hardest, and I couldn't do a single thing to help him through it."
"Wow," Yang managed to get out, surprised by the origin of the two, "So I take it then the four sisters you mentioned are also a part of those creations?"
"Brother ended up destroying the lab where they were created, but I suppose some of the stasis pods were still intact and functioning these couple years later," Kanon said as she lowered her legs and placed her hands on the ground, "And now Danton's remaining followers found them and are trying to use them to lure my brother so they can absorb him and become the ultimate lifeform."
"So I take it you haven't been a Rider for very long?" Yang asked.
"I only recently became one," Kanon gave a nod, "After Takeru's run as Ghost I focused on training my body, pushing myself harder, I didn't want to be one who was rescued or had to be helped anymore. I wanted to be strong, strong enough to protect my brother's smile."
"Well given how my little sis was gushing all the way over here I think your good on the strong part," Yang gave a chuckle as she gave Kanon a light slap on the back.
"I suppose you're right," Kanon gave a soft laugh.
"But you should also make sure you take your brother's feelings into account," Yang added, "After all he didn't seem that bothered. Instead of cutting him off and trying to coddle him, you should let him show you his strength too."
"I suppose I got so caught up in being strong that I sort of forgot that," Kanon said as she looked forward.
"Hey I get that though," Yang admitted, "I try to do a lot for my sister to make sure she's safe. Sometimes I go too far admittedly… still working on that. But I know I need to take her feelings into account, and I think that's an important part of being a sibling, trying to strike that balance."
"I guess… I should hear him out then," Kanon said as she stood up, turning around only to stop, "Brother…"
Yang glanced back to see Makoto and Ruby walking over, "Oh hey sis, guess you finished your talk."
"Yep," Ruby gave a nod.
Makoto looked at his sister, giving a reassuring smile, "Kanon, it'll be okay now."
"It hasn't been that long after everything happened," Kanon admitted, "So that's why I wanted to handle this alone. You've already been through enough."
"You've changed quite a bit, Kanon," Makoto smiled, "I appreciate you looking out for me, but I've accepted who I am for a while now."
"Big brother…" Kanon trailed as she looked down, "I've relied on you too much… that's why I became a Rider, so that I could help you for once."
"And I appreciate that," Makoto walked over and put a hand on his sister's shoulder, "So lend me your strength, and I'll lend you mine. No matter where they came from, those Kanon's are our family."
"I know they are," Kanon gave a nod, "I just…"
"Like I said, I've accepted who I am," Makoto smiled, "I'm not bothered by it anymore."
Ruby and Yang couldn't help but give a smile as they watched the two siblings talk.
"Speaking of," Makoto spoke up, "What were you planning to do once you saved your sisters?"
"I wasn't entirely sure," Kanon admitted, "I was going to give them a chance to just live their own lives, without being restricted to us."
"If you're fine with it, and they are, then I wouldn't mind them living with us," Makoto mentioned.
"Family needs to be there for each other, after all," Yang spoke up.
"Yeah," Ruby agreed.
Kanon couldn't help but give a smile as she looked at the two, "I suppose you're right."
"Now then, we should get back to the others before they worry," Makoto suggested before he gave a wince, a bright light shining in his pocket.
"Hey, what's that?" Ruby asked.
"Huh?" Makoto reached into his pocket before taking out the Blank Ridewatch he had been given. It was now fully formed into a black base with a blue dial and button. The face of it being the Specter Damashii's faceplate, "Is this why that Geiz guy gave it to me?"
"Oh huh, guess helping you two out with your issues activated it," Ruby noted as she held out her hand, "I'll be taking that."
"Of course," Makoto gave a nod and handed it over, "Thanks again."
"Eh it's what we do," Yang waved it off before noticing how bouncy Ruby was after receiving the Ridewatch, "Like your new toy?"
"Yep," Ruby smiled as she stared at the Specter Ridewatch, "I feel back on track!"
"This is terrible, there is terrible news everyone!"
The four soon turned to see Onari rushing over towards them, nearly tripping over in the process.
"Onari, what's wrong?" Kanon asked.
"The news, we've got a paranormal incident!" Onari called out as he gestured for everyone to hurry over.
The four looked at each other before following after Onari, heading inside to see a very packed dining room with everyone staring at the television. The report was very standard in terms of a monster attacking, but it was the footage that was being shown that caught everyone's attention. It was a horde of Ganma Commandos walking through the street being led by Xibalba. His appearance had changed as he was now wearing Grecian body armor alongside a long cape, its head being engulfed by a helmet that resembled an animal's open mouth.
"Jeez," Yang groaned, "The dude has an entire army backing him."
"That coat…" Takeru narrowed his eyes.
"It gained the power of Alexander the Great?" Makoto asked.
"You guys have dealt with this particular one before?" Sougo asked.
"A long while back there were various groups trying to obtain Alexander the Greats power," Makoto explained.
"It looks like Xibalba ended up obtaining it through different means," Takeru noted, noticing how in control Xibalba was compared to one of its other users.
"What exactly is he doing though?" Weiss asked.
"If I remember he was after one of the Fukami's sisters," Geiz replied, "He had absorbed one to get stronger. Something tells me he's trying to make up for losing one so he can take them all."
"We aren't letting that happen," Makoto replied before taking out the crumbled piece of paper and opening it up, "I know where he's heading. With our group we can kill two birds with one stone."
"Strike twice at once huh?" Geiz asked, "I like it."
"Then let's make our game plan," Sougo suggested.
Xibalba gave a laugh as he marched along the streets, making his way towards the abandoned building that Muller and Kamiyu had set up base in.
"I'll storm that place and take them by surprise," Xibalba told himself as he marched forward with his army, "Then I'll take those Artificial Humans and become the strongest!"
"Sorry but you won't be doing that!" Takeru called out as he rushed into view alongside Sougo and Geiz.
"We Riders are here to make sure you don't get any closer," Sougo declared.
"There's only three of you," Xibalba stated before laughing, "You think that scares me!"
"That's why we're here to back them up," Yang announced as she, Weiss, Blake, Oscar and Tsukuyomi soon ran over to stand alongside the Riders.
"Three Riders and five helpers, that wont' be enough," Xibalba boasted as he brought out his massive sword that the Alexander Damashii had granted. He pointed it forward as he wasn't afraid of their declarations.
"We'll see about that," Geiz gave a glare.
"Get ready you two," Takeru said as he looked towards the two Riders before he readied a different Driver, this one being a large gold Eyecon that was the size of his Ghost Driver, it having a lever on one side and a massive button on the other, "Let's go, everyone!"
[EYECON DRIVER G!]
"Right," Sougo and Geiz called out as they readied their base transformations.
"Henshin!"
[RIDER TIME!]
[ZEN KAIGAN!]
[KAMEN RIDER ZI-O!]
[KAMEN RIDER GEIZ!]
[KENGOU HAKKEN KYOSHOU NI OHSAMA SAMURAI BOUZU NI SNIPER! DAI~HEN~GE~!]
Soon enough a flood of Parka Ghosts erupted from the new Driver before forming the Grateful Damashii, the gold and black armored Ghost being adorned with the faces of the 15 Luminary Spirits that fought alongside him.
As the three Riders completed their transformations, the others drew their personal weapons and took fighting stances.
"Destroy them all!" Xibalba yelled as the Commando's began rushing forward to attack the Riders and their allies.
Ghost gave a yell as he rushed forward alongside Zi-O and Geiz, the trio leaping forward and punching at the first Commando that got near them. Yang and the others had rushed in not long after, jumping into the pile of Ganma Commando's and working to break their way through the massive army.
"You fools will be overwhelmed by my sheer numbers!" Xibalba gave a laugh.
"You talk as if we're alone!" Ghost called out as he punched a Commando away, he then looked down to see several glowing spots on his Driver, "But we aren't!" He then began pressing down on the lever and pressing down on the side button to initiate the Driver's main function.
[MUSASHI! ROBIN HOOD! NEWTON! BEETHOVEN! GOEMON! RYOMA! TUTANKHAMUN! NOBUNAGA! RASSHA!]
Soon enough from the belt, the various Damashii's that were selected began pouring out, summoning their own blank black Ghost armor styled bodies. The eight took their stances before splitting up to assist in the fighting.
"Let us go forth, Takeru!" Musashi called out as he drew his dual swords, slashing a path through to Ghost.
"Right," Ghost drew out both his Gan Gun Saber and Sunglasslasher, dual wielding as he slashed through the horde.
Geiz was currently kicking Commandos away before using his Zikan Zax's bow mode to shoot them in the head to finish them off.
"You've got good aim!" Robin Hood called out as he unleashed a flurry of arrows from his weapon, striking several Ganma that were trying to sneak up on Geiz. Geiz could only give a thumbs-up before smacking a Commando that was near him before shooting it away.
"Coming your way," Netwon declared as he punched forward, using his repulsion glove to launch the Commandos towards Yang.
"On it," Yang gave a yell as she sent several powerful punches against their abdomens, striking through them. She then rolled towards Newton, "Hey, thing you can bring some closer?"
"Of course," Newton used his attraction glove to pull a Commando towards the two, Yang stepping up and punching straight against its head while firing a round from her gauntlet, fully destroying it.
"Now I can get used to this," Yang cracked her knuckles.
"~Allow us to show you our perfect harmony~!" Beethoven sung as he brought out multicolored strings of music notes that broke apart into separate notes. This had also caused the Commandos in the area to suddenly start floating in the air.
Weiss gave a nod and stabbed Myrtenaster into the ground, summoning various glyphs that were positioned in front of the Commandos. Soon enough the musical notes launched through the glyphs, all of them becoming strings of music once more and shooting through the Commandos, destroying them.
"What a beautiful day!" Goemon called out as he brought out a Sunglasslasher, holding it with a reverse grip and cutting through several Commandos, "If only it were night then we could see beautiful fireworks!"
"Then the fireworks of our enemies will have to do," Blake called out as she swung her weapon around in its sickle form, leaping around and over Goemon to slice through and weaken the Commandos for him.
"Take this, and that!" Ryoma called out, having a Sunglasslasher but in its gun mode, firing at various Commandos to cover Oscar, "Strike at my openings!"
"Yes sir!" Oscar decided to use his training to his advantage, Geiz teaching him to use his small size to help in fights. He had slipped past a Commando, tripping it up with his cane as it passed by. Oscar then swung at a Commando that attempted to charge at him to knock it back.
Tsukuyomi was currently shooting at any Ganma Commandos that got near her while Tutankhamun use the Gan Gun Hand in its sickle mode to slice through any that got close. Several Commandos leapt in the air, Tsukuyomi quickly holding out her hand and freezing them in time.
"There we go!" Tutankhamun swung his scythe forward, unleashing a mystical pyramid with an eye for the center, it sucked up the frozen Ganma inside before enclosing and exploding.
"Young Zi-O, it is an honor to fight alongside you again!" Nobunaga called out as he batted away a Commando with the end of the Gan Gun Hand before taking aim and shooting it in the head.
"Likewise sir, I can't believe I'm doing this… again!" Zi-O called out in excitement as he ducked underneath a swing, standing back up and kicking a Commando away before bringing out the Zikan Girade in its gun mode, firing and destroying the Commando.
Xibalba couldn't help but be surprised, what was once a small group of eight had doubled in size. And the Luminary Spirits that acted as partners ended up syncing up well with the others. Xibalba gave a yell, enlarging his sword with dark purple energy before swinging it down towards the fight.
Ghost and Musashi saw this, the two crossing their blades and raising them high before blocking the slash before it could hit anyone else. The two gave yells as they charged forward, scraping their blades along the massive one as they ran forward, soon slashing past Xibalba and causing sparks to fly.
Ruby, Makoto, Kanon and Alain had used the gigantic fight as a distraction, the four entering the enemy base as they made their way into the main hall. Soon enough they were confronted by Muller and Kamiyu who held up two Ganma Eyecons and had the four Copy Kanon's behind them.
"So you have arrived Rio," Kamiyu replied.
"But it seems like you wish to prolong the birth of the ultimate lifeform," Muller noted.
The two disciples activated their Eyecon's, Kamiyu transforming into a Ganma Superior with a gold coat, the Ganma Superior perfect. He then drew out a large bronze sword to fight with. Muller transformed into an Ultima but with black armoring, becoming the Ganma Ultima Ebony.
"Like we're really handing him over to you," Ruby gave a glare.
"You can stand down now and save yourselves the trouble," Alain readied himself.
"If he wishes to be stubborn then their usefulness is done," Muller turned and unleashed an orange wave towards the Copy Kanon's. Soon enough Muller converted the copied sisters into orange energy, absorbing them into his belt before giving a yell.
His body had been enhanced, gaining heavier chest and back armor with gold spikes growing off the shoulders and back, bone-like extensions coming from the back holding two giant knives which Muller now held. His helmet had covered to a gold mono-eye visor with three horns, two sticking out the sides and one sticking from the top.
"No…" Kanon muttered.
"Don't worry," Makoto reassured, "I can save them from being fully absorbed. Trust me."
Kanon gave a nod, "I will."
"Why do you continue to struggle?" Muller asked, "If you care so much for those four then why not be absorbed instead?"
"So that's your entire plan right?" Makoto asked, "To become the Ultimate Lifeform?"
"Exactly," Muller called out, "It is all to continue Master Danton's dream!"
"My father… was indeed the man who brought me to life," Makoto admitted, "But that dream of his is gone! He died as he smiled at the blue sky…"
"Enough!" Kamiyu yelled out as he swung his sword forward, showing he was losing his patience, "We'll just defeat the four of you here if you wish to be stubborn!"
"Let's go everyone," Makoto called out.
"Right!"
"Henshin!"
[RIDER TIME!]
[KAIGAN/TENGAN!]
[KAMEN RIDER ROZE!]
[SPECTER! READY GO! KAKUGO! DO KI DO KI! GHOST!]
[SPECIAL! YUKOU SAIKO! SPECIAL NA GHOST! GO GO GO GO!]
[NECROM! MEGA ULORD! CRUSH INVADER!]
The four Riders stood together in their base forms, all of them readying themselves before charging straight towards their opponents. Specter and Kanon Specter rushed directly for Muller, the two grabbing onto him and dragging him off to the side.
Muller swung his blades forward to try and keep the two from getting close, but Specter had ended up coming in for a punch against his side. He had quickly worked on slashing to keep Kanon Specter away, but was drawn by her flourishes in thinking she was going to attack. That wasn't the case as Specter slipped by and kicked him in his head.
The Specter siblings quickly ducked underneath a set of horizontal slashes, Specter striking Muller in the arm while Kanon Specter struck at the disciple's chest. The two had gotten too close however as they had ended up getting slashed against twice by Muller. Sparks flew as the brother and sister staggered back, the two needing to rethink their strategy.
Muller attempted to move forward, slashing only for his arms to get grabbed by both Specter siblings. The two then turned and slammed their elbows into his chest before he received a punch and a two handed palm strike from Specter and Kanon Specter respectively.
Muller was at a loss for words when it came to him being pushed back, "How is this even possible?!"
Roze and Necrom meanwhile went to fight against Kamiyu. The two ducked underneath a wide swing, Necrom performing a palm strike while Roze performed a side kick. The two had managed to strike him in the gut and force him to stagger back.
"Let's try this out," Roze readied her Specter Ridewatch.
[SPECTER! WEAPON TIME! GAN GUN HAND!]
Roze rotated her Driver and held out her hands, summoning the Gan Gun Hand and initiating its rifle formation. She took aim and began firing at Kamiyu, a few of her shots were deflected but she managed to strike him with the rest, "Not bad."
"Allow me to assist," Necrom said as he brought out his own custom version of the Gan Gun Hand, the Gan Gun Catcher. He switched it to its gun mode and began firing at Kamiyu.
Kamiyu gave a gasp, blocking with his sword as he tried to brace against the shots, but with both Roze and Necrom firing at once he was slowly but surely overwhelmed. He gave a yell as he saw them close in while they were shooting, swinging his sword to strike at them.
Both Necrom and Roze had raised their Gan Gun weapons to block the strike, wrapping their arms around the sword and prying it away from Kamiyu.
Kamiyu gave a gasp as he raised his arms, sparks flying as he was forced backwards by their attacks as they had immediately shot at him again.
Xibalba could only watch as his army was slowly but surely being decimated by the teamwork of the Riders, their allies and the Luminary Spirits. Ghost recalled the Luminary Spirits once there were barely any Ganma Commandos left before removing the Eyecon Driver G and summoning the Ghost Driver.
"I think it's time we finish this," Ghost said as he readied a new Eyecon, it being crystalline in color as it had an infinity symbol on top of it.
"Why?" Xibalba questioned as he took a step forward, "Why do you get in my way?"
"I won't allow you to absorb their siblings," Ghost said firmly, "Why are you even after more power? I thought that…"
"Thought that there were those of us who were satisfied with becoming human?" Xibalba asked, "I was a hunter, an exterminator, one of the highest in the Ganma World. But then I failed and was left to remain as a lowly Assault until we were stripped of our powers. But now with Danton's disciples making their move I can take advantage of their experiments."
"You don't get to think of them like that," Ghost gritted his teeth behind his helmet as he gripped his fists tightly, "They're alive and want to live, just like anyone else!"
"You…" Xibalba trailed, "You sympathize with them?"
"I won't allow you to make them suffer, because there's someone else waiting for them," Ghost said, remembering the girl that was Danton's daughter, Chloe, and how she was also related to the Fukami Siblings, "I won't let you get near them."
"Big words for a human," Xibalba remarked.
"Humanity's potential… is infinite!" Ghost called out as he loaded his Eyecon into his Driver.
[MUGEN SHINKA!]
Ghost readied himself as a new Damashii exited the Ghost Driver and began flying around him, this being pure white with silver patches and orange lining, two large pointed shoulder pads being present with no sleeves. After the Damashii circled a few times,Ghost initiated the form change.
[CHO KAIGAN! MUGEN! KEEP ON GOING! GO, GO, GO! GO, GO, GO! GO, GO, GO! GOTTA GHOST!]
The Mugen Damashii circled around, unleashing white feathers before flying high up. It descended onto Ghost who had gained a crystalline transient body, the patterning holding infinity symbols that shined multiple colors. The helmet was also crystal coloration, the front of the faceplate being black with the eyes being a bright orange in contrast to prior forms.
Zi-O and Geiz had broken through the ranks of the remaining Ganma Commandos, the two having just witnessed the transformation.
"Whoa…" Zi-O stared a bit as he could feel the power radiating from Ghost, "So is this like his strongest form?"
"Probably," Geiz said as he looked at the new form.
"Then let's go all out, Geiz!" Zi-O said as he took out Zi-O II.
"Finally," Geiz sighed in relief as he took out Geiz Revive.
"Hey hold it!" Weiss called out as she stabbed Myrtenaster into a Commando, "I thought we discussed that-"
"Don't worry Weiss," Zi-O reassured as he looked back, "I'll make sure he doesn't overdo it."
"You two have your fun. We'll keep the rest of the small fries busy!" Yang called out as she elbowed a Commando in the face.
"Good, because I've had a long enough break," Geiz pointed out as he readied his form change, "Let's go, Zi-O."
"Right," Zi-O gave a nod.
[KAMEN RIDER~! (RIDER~!) ZI-O! (ZI-O!) ZI-O~! II!]
[RE-VI-I-VE GORETSU~! GORETSU!]
The two transformed into Zi-O II and Geiz Revive Goretsu, respectively. The Riders then stepped forward to stand alongside Ghost.
"If you think your numbers and shiny new toys scare me than think again," Xibalba called out as he raised his sword, enlarging it before bringing it down, "I'll slaughter you three!"
Geiz was first up, raising his Zaclaw as he used Revive Goretsu to brace against the massive slash.
Zi-O quickly drew out his Saikyo Girade, charging it with energy as he ducked and ran forward.
[RIDER! RIDER GIRI!]
Zi-O gave a yell as he slashed past Xibalba, managing to land a clean hit. Sparks flew as Xibalba turned only to get struck in the face by Zi-O who had slashed with his Saikyo Girade once more.
Xibalba raised his sword, slashing down only to be blocked by Ghost who had appeared in a burst of gold sparks, Gan Gun Sword in hand.
"We won't let you go any further," Ghost called out as he pumped the lever of his Driver once.
[INOCHI DAI KAIGAN! KANASHIMI BREAK!]
Blue energy spiraled around the Gan Gun Saber as Ghost forced his sword forward, breaking through in the clash before slashing Xibalba directly in the chest.
Xibalba gave a yell as he unleashed a blast of energy from his palm, his attack speeding past gold sparks as Ghost had vanished.
[HAOU GIRI!]
Zi-O quickly rushed in, switching his Saikyo Girade to the best face, multicolored energy gathering as he slashed past Xibalba.
[INOCHI DAI KAIGAN! TANOSHII STRIKE!]
Ghost was now high up in the air, having used his abilities in Mugen to warp high up while instantly changing his Gan Gun Saber into its bow mode. He pulled back a multi-colored string before unleashing a rain of arrows down upon Xibalba.
Ghost landed before dodging several energy blasts from his opponent by gliding backwards.
[SPEED TIME! REVI-REVI-REVI! REVI-REVI-REVI! REVI-I-VE SHI-PPU! SHIPPU!]
[TSUME RENZAN!]
Geiz quickly sped forward after shifting into Revive Shippu, he became a blue streaking blur that sped and slashed past Xibalba numerous times.
"Why…?!" Xibalba yelled out as he staggered from the attack, using his sword to keep him braced up, "I had worked so hard… kissed up to too many damn rulers… I had hoped my status would allow me to gain so much power, but then… you stupid Riders… I'll make you stupid Riders pay for making a mockery of me!"
"You wished to have more power than those who you despised," Geiz replied, "Not a bad goal, but it sounds to me like you got what was coming to you."
"If the Kamen Riders stood in your way then they did it because you were a threat to this world," Zi-O called out.
"Never…" XIbalba hissed out as he stood his ground, gathering his energy, "I will obtain great power and destroy all who stand in my path!"
"Then I'll show you the true power of humanity, it's infinite potential," Ghost called out as he pumped the lever to his Ghost Driver once more, an infinity glyph forming behind him and filling his right leg with multicolored energy.
[INOCHI DAI KAIGAN: MUGEN GOD OMEGA DRIVE!]
Ghost yelled as he kicked out, energy flooding the sole of his boot as he slammed it straight into Xibalba. He gave a yell and pushed through, kicking past the Ganma Ultima.
Xibalba could only gasp out as he was struck through, sparks and electricity escaping the center of his body before he exploded in a bright display. Ghost landed in a kneeling stance as he stood up, Geiz and Zi-O walking over to them as they heard yells. It wasn't long before the remaining Ganma Commandos were thrown to the ground, exploding as the rest of their group had finished cleaning up.
"Think the others are doing well?" Zi-O asked.
"I'm sure they are," Ghost gave a nod.
Necrom and Roze gave gasps as they dodged back from several energy blasts that Kamiyu had brought out. The two then quickly braced with their Gan Gun Weapons, both Riders wincing as their weapons were blown away from them.
"He packs a punch," Roze admitted as she shook her wrist.
"I believe it's time we should finish this," Necrom removed his Eyecon before concentrating, gold flames surrounding it before it transformed it into a Toucon Boost-like Eyecon. He slotted it back into his Mega Ulorder but simply pressed on the button.
"Sounds good to me," Roze brought out her Silver Roze Ridewatch before splitting it, "Chou-Henshin!"
[SILVER TIME! KAMEN RIDER~! (RIDER~!) SILVER! (SILVER!) SILVER~! ROZE!]
[YUJOU KAIGAN: BURST! ORE GA BURST! YUJOU BURST! TOMETE MISERU ZE! OMAE NO TSUMI O!]
In a burst of gold flames, Necrom's armor and Damashii changed, now sporting gold armor with black flames on his legs and arms. His chest plate was now gold as well. Any of circular portions on the bands of his armor now changed to red. Gold flames exited his shoulders, with his helmet now having a gold rim with a red visor, flames surrounding it.
"Gold and Silver, I like it," Roze grinned as she was now in her upgraded form.
"Let us follow the call of our hearts!" Necrom called out as he rushed forward, raising his arms as he braced against the energy blasts from Kamiyu. He then lunged forward, grabbing onto the Ganma Superior Perfect and grappling him.
Roze used Petal Burst to close in, leaping up and hopping on Necrom shoulder before flipping over Kamiyu. She turned and brought out Silver Crescent in its spear mode, stabbing at the Superior Perfect's back and causing sparks to fly.
Kamiyu gasped out was he was struck by the attack before he coughed, Necrom's foot being planted in his stomach as he was sent flying backwards. Kamiyu had managed to land only to gasp out, Alain immediately rushing for him.
Necrom gave a yell as fiery gold energy gathered in his palms, each strike becoming scalding hot as he began performing multiple hits against Kamiyu.
Roze moved in after Necrom, swinging Silver Crescent to block a counter grab from Kamiyu. She then pushed forward and spun to force Kamiyu back before stabbing forward, "Take this!"
Kamiyu yelled as sparks flew from his body, "I-Impossible!"
"Let's finish this," Necrom said as he readied his finisher.
"Let's," Roze agreed as she dismissed Silver Crescent before initiating her Ziku Driver's finisher.
[SILVER FINISH TIME! SHINING TIME BLAST!]
[YUJOU DAI KAIGAN: BURST! OMEGA DRIVE!]
Silver and Gold energy gathered around Roze and Necrom respectively, the two leaping into the air and kicking out with the right legs. The two flew towards Kamiyu who sent energy towards them to disrupt them. The finishers were too potent however as both Riders kicked through the energy before kicking at Kamiyu. With two yells the Riders kicked against the Superior Perfect, the force of their attacks launching the disciple of Danton backwards and into a wall.
Kamiyu could only yell out as he slammed into the wall, energy overloading him as he exploded upon contact.
"Kamiyu!" Muller called out before giving a grunt, Kanon Specter and Specter closing in on his side and kicking him backwards.
"It's over," Kanon Specter called as she took a defensive stance.
"We will save our siblings," Specter called out as he took out a Mugen styled Eyecon, this one having a blue infinity symbol with horns sticking out. He then loaded it into his Driver, a similar Damashii to the Mugen Damashii emerging from it but with a blue coloration.
[SEVEN SHINKA!]
[SHIN KAIGAN! SIN SPECTER! PRIDE! GREED! LUST! WRATH! ENVY! GLUTTONY! SLOTH! BREAK! DEADLY SIN!]
Specter's transient state became silver with crystalline blue armor, the coat landing on top as he also had his own variant on Mugen, Sin Specter. He threw back his hood and pumped his lever once, rushing forward as blue energy gathered in both of his legs.
[SHIN DAI KAIGAN: GLUTTONY BITE!]
Muller rushed in and stabbed only for Specter to kick out at him, a monstrous energy skull erupting from the Riders leg and biting down on his blade and arm. Muller then gave a gasp as he was assaulted by a rush of kicks, the same construct emerging and biting down on him multiple times.
Specter gave a yell as he kept up his assault, giving a yell and spinning while kicking. The energy construct formed once more before biting down hard on Muller.
Muller gave a yell as his body destabilized. His armor shattered as he reverted to his Ganma Ultima Ebony form. The shattered armor turned into orange sparks before flying off to the side and forming the Copy Kanon's once more.
"No…" Muller gasped as he turned to try and reach the Copy Kanon's.
Roze quickly got in the way, bringing out Silver Crescent as she took aim at Muller, Necrom quickly got beside her, taking a defensive stance as the two formed a makeshift barrier.
"You aren't touching them," Necrom said.
"You've got bigger things to worry about too," Roze reminded.
"Huh?" Muller tilted his head before quickly turning.
[DAI KAIGAN: SPECTER! OMEGA DRIVE!]
[SHIN DAI KAIGAN: LUST BULLET!]
Kanon Specter rushed in, energy gathering at both her arms and legs. She went for two chops, energy filling them as she batted away Muller's attempts to defend himself. She then spun, energy unleashing itself from her boots as she kicked him twice before she fell to a crouching position.
Specter meanwhile had brought out his Gan Gun Hand, taking aim as multiple spectral versions formed. Once Kanon Specter was in the clear, Specter pulled the trigger and unleashed a storm of bullets against Muller, sparks flying as the Ultima Ebony was struck and sent staggering back.
"Impossible… we should have had the advantage!" Muller called out with a gasp.
"That's what happens when you underestimate Kamen Riders," Kanon Specter called out as she ran back towards her brother.
"Let's finish this together," Specter looked at his sister, the two sharing a nod before initiating their finishers.
[SHIN DAI KAIGAN!]
[DAI KAIGAN!]
"Let me show you… the path I've chosen!"
"Listen to the call of… my heart!"
Specter and Kanon Specter both readied themselves as a multicolored glyph appeared behind them, sending energy into their legs as they glowed in a blue and pink aura respectively.
[SHIN SPECTER! DEADLY OMEGA DRIVE!]
[SPECTER! OMEGA DRIVE!]
The two launched upwards and kicked forward, Specter and Kanon Specter gaining six feathered energy wings of blue and pink respectively. The two kicked straight past Muller consecutively, sliding and landing in a crouched state.
Muller could only gasp out, turning and trying to reach towards the siblings only for his body to destabilize, giving a yell as he exploded in a bright display.
"That was so cool!" Roze called out as she pumped her fist into the air.
"I suppose it was," Necrom gave a chuckle.
Everyone soon dismissed their transformations not long after, Ruby rushing over to the two siblings.
"You two make a pretty good team," Ruby said as she stopped near the two.
"Well it's thanks to you and your sister that we were able to settle everything," Makoto smiled.
"We appreciate it," Kanon gave a bow.
"Oh you know," Ruby gave a chuckle as she rubbed the back of her head, "Meddling around in a Riders business and helping out is just what Team RWBY does."
"Speaking of your team," Alain noted as he walked over.
It wasn't long before Takeru arrived with Sougo, Geiz, Tsukuyomi, Oscar and the remainder of Team RWBY.
"Looks like you all cleaned up house too," Yang smiled as she walked over.
"Makoto," Takeru hurried over, clasping his hands together before holding them out, "Yay!"
Makoto gave a smile as he raised a fist, gently punching Takeru's nearest palm. The two friends gave a light laugh as they finished their little victory shake.
Alain meanwhile walked over to Sougo, "I'd like to thank you for helping out despite not knowing much of our situation."
"Oh it's no issue," Sougo waved it off, "We other Riders should help each other out right? Plus Takeru's a friend."
"Well if you need any help in the future, feel free to ask," Alain smiled as he held his hand out, "The Ganma World will be happy to offer any assistance."
Sougo couldn't help but smile as he took Alain's hand and shook it, "I'll keep that in mind, it was an honor meeting you."
"Likewise," Alain replied, "I hope that you can achieve your dream one day."
"That's interesting to see," Blake mused, "Someone encouraging Sougo's dream wholeheartedly?"
"Well duh," Sougo smiled as he looked towards Blake, "We Kings got to stick together!"
"K-King…" Weiss managed to stammer out, "Did you say King?"
"Oh yeah, Alain's not only a Kamen Rider but the ruler of the Ganma World," Makoto explained.
"He's the what?!" Geiz questioned as he turned to look towards Alain and Sougo, surprised by this revelation.
"Guess Sougo's dream isn't that weird after all huh," Ruby had a smug look on her face as she crossed her arms.
It wouldn't be long before everyone parted ways, Alain, Makoto and Kanon staying behind to fully raid Muller's lab and make sure no equipment was left. Or at least they assumed…
Night fell on the old lab that had been used by the disciples as a figure walked through the darkness. It kept walking over to a wall before slamming its hand against it, shattering the wall and revealing a hidden stash of Ganma equipment alongside artifacts to empower the equipment.
"With the timeline intact, things should seemingly go as planned. However thanks to the current Rider's conflict growing and growing, everyone will use that opportunity to further their own goals… including me."
The figure held two white gloved hands, one holding a sack while the other began to work on stuffing any piece of Ganma equipment or artifact into the sack.

Chapter 54: Double Dragon 2019
Author's Note: Well hello there mystery person who just grabbed a bunch of Ganma Equipment. Now I should mention that while guesses are welcome, I doubt you'll figure out who it is until I give more hints. So originally I had this arc planned out since the original goal was for everyone to meet Alain and Makoto with Ruby getting the Specter Ridewatch after I skipped it. But with the TTFC Specials coming out and the first one ending on a cliffhanger that I hoped would be resolved, I paused on writing it but kept writing Roze. In fact, for this particular next batch of chapters, these two chapters were the last ones I had written.
Also in an amusing turn of events, I decided to reference one of the prior chapters what with those very unlucky security guards that were in the W Chapter showing up again. That being said thanks for reading and stay tuned for next time as we tackle something I've very subtly hinted at ever since I first introduced Build, and that's Cross-Z New World.
