Hearing the flapping of three dragon wings, brought Issei out of his thoughts, and turned to face Raynare, Kalawarner, and Mittelt. The three's souls had been absorbed by Requiem during the fighting at the church while Issei was still using Ddrig. Once he was awakened, he had shown Issei the memories of the three and what they were supposed to do in Kouh Town instead of killing him. Issei understood that they were innocent as they had been brainwashed by the male Fallen Dohnaseek and the crazy exorcist Freed by someone else 's. It was their souls that Issei had trained in the soul transformation process that he had just used for Tosa.

The three women tackled Issei to the ground they nuzzled their face's into his chest. Patting the girl's head, Issei said; "Did you all think you were going to stay in my mind for the rest of your lives?" "No, but it was our nerves getting to us. We were only to see if you would be willing to marry one or all of us. We weren't sent to kill you but we did anyway. We thought that you might have changed your mind and would sentence us to be stuck in here. We wouldn't even be allowed back into Grigori because we had disobeyed my father's orders. So we would have deserved our fate." Raynare finished with a few tears in her beautiful brown eyes.

Hugging her, Issei said, "I know you did not do it on purpose. Requiem could feel the regret of killing me and that all three of you wanted to die. You don't deserve to be punished for being brainwashed." Kissing her on the forehead, Issei hugged the other two fallen and kissed their heads as well, saying "It is time to go see your new sisters. I will go in front first and they will listen to your story. Now, let's go" getting off the ground, Issei leads the three to his girls. Who was now eating a very nice meal where the lake they were in was.

As Issei and Kiba were talking, Issei had changed the lake that the girls were in into a dining room. The reason for the change was that he had heard Asia and Koneko's stomachs grumble; while their body may just be spiritual here, that did not mean that their real bodies would not get hungry. So Issei filled it to the brim with all of the girls favorite food ranging from elegant foods for Velena and Akane to simple sweets for Koneko. The girls for their part were a little apprehensive about eating, but with encouragement from Velena and Akane, they began to eat their fill.

Issei smiled as he watched from a distance, happy that his girls were where happy. He then felt a few grabby fingers near his waist. Placing his hand on her's Issei stopped Raynare in place as he said, "First we tell the rest of the girls your story, then I will fuck your brains out. But you need to be patient." Turning his head just thought to see Raynare's head on his shoulder with a small, cute pout on her face.

She said, "I just want you so badly, don't you feel all of the sexual energy flowing off of all of us? I thought you would have readily fallen to your dragon instincts to just fuck us." "Oh, don't worry. I am just holding on to the tiny shred of control I have. I want you all to know that I won't just have you all for fucking every day. I want it to have love, not just pleasure for just me." Issei finished, kissing her forehead. Becoming a blushing mess, Raynare let go of his waist. This allowed Kalawarner and Mittelt the chance to hug the man, As Raynare was blocking the other two from showing their affection. Chuckling at Raynare's pout and the other two striking their tongues, Issei said, "Let go ladies. We will be having a lot of fun when we are done talking." Nodding their heads, the three followed Issei down to the other girls in the harem.

Since he was in the dreamscape, Issei was able to fully mask his presence from the girls until he was literally behind Rias. The other girls were too busy talking and/or eating to notice that he was there. "Hey there beautiful, how is the dinner I made especially for you." Finishing with a little nibble on the right ear. Rias gasped and turned to see her man. She blushed when she saw his chiseled crest with a very nice six-pack, strong-looking arms, and more muscular legs. Kneeling on his knees, Issei allowed her to look into his brown dragon eyes. As she did so, her hands started to run through his brown hair, which was now a little longer than she thought it was; now ending at the bottom of his neck.

Issei smiled as he kissed her on the nose, saying "It is not every day that I get looked over by such a buxom woman. Do you enjoy the show?" "Yes, you fool. What took you so long? I and the others have been waiting For…." Smashing his lips into her, Issei stopped her in mid-sentence and deepened the kiss. While she was caught off guard for a moment, she reclaimed some control and kissed back, savoring the feeling of her lips on his. As the two kissed, the other girls caught sight of it and rushed to tackle Issei.

Ending the Kiss before the tackle happened, Issei laughed as the other woman in his life, minus Rias and the three fallen, tackle him. "Are all of you that greedy for my affection? Maybe we should turn the school into my fucking place instead of a place of learning." Issei chuckled at his joke.

"Ara, Ara" Hearing that sound sent shivers down his spine as he looked to see Akeno, Grayfia, and Venelana had gotten up from the hugging and had some very scary looks on their faces. It reminded him of the few occasions when his mother would be looking exactly like that when she was angry at his father. Holding their breast up with their arms, Akeno started, "Looks like we are going to" "Teach our new husband" Grayfia continued, "A lesson about education and that he should not think with his dick" Finished Venelana. They were about to do something when Issei held up his hand, with Asia and Koneko going upside down as they were holding onto his arms. He said, "It was just a joke. I know that education is important. I was just messing around."

It was at this point that Akane got up and kissed the three in rapid succession. Their knees buckled and all three landed on top of each other, blushing madly, and started to rub their women's hood. Raising an eyebrow, Issei asked, "What did you do?" "I just gave them a sneak peek of your manhood my love, it was better than knocking them out." Placing one arm under her chest, she used the other to point to Issei's crotch. Looking down, Issei saw that he was now only in his underwear. Looking back at Akane, he saw her toss his pants away; giggling as she did it. (I am going to watch her, aren't I) Issei said to himself as he got up, allowing Asia and Koneko to get out of his arms.

Sitting down on a bed that he created, Issei patted his legs. Asia and Koneko both leaped onto his lap with Asia on his right and Koneko on his left. The others pouted as they saw Asia and Koneko settle into his lap, nuzzling his chest. After a few seconds of pouting, the other girls got onto the bed, forming a u shaped form so they all could see issei and him to see them.

Rais laid her head of his shoulder asking, "What were you doing with Kiba?" "I was training him. I knew from Requiem that he was suffering from self-pity and hatred. I told him where the hatred needed to go and to not hate inatament objects. Not only that, but I also gave him someone. I am sure you will be shocked to see her." "No, it can't be. How are you able to bring someone back from the dead?" Rias asked, surprised to hear Issei's words. Since she was Kiba's master, she knew about the other children and about Tosu from Kiba himself, (When he had learned to trust her) and his teacher. She and Akeno also knew about his hate for the Excalibur blades and had been working on moving the hatred away from the swords to the man who hurt him. They had thought that they were getting through to him, but now they know that wasn't the case. Akeno, who also knew about Kiba's past, was shocked also but also interced to the last part of what Issei said. Looking at Issei, she asked, "How did you bring Tosa back from the dead?" This got everyone else's attention. Issei sighed a little as he explained everything, from Kiba's past to what had happened in the dreamscape. After explaining everything to the girls, everyone was silent. They were processing everything that Issei had said, this also included Akeno. She was busy wondering if the same technique could be used to get her mother back. she was so busy with her thoughts that she did not notice Issei was behind her until he wrapped his hands around her.

Kissing her softly, Issei said, "We can try to use it, but only when I have my human form. I would have to visit the area she died to even see if she is still in limbo. I have already done the scanning on you and I did not see any spirits flow around or in you, so it must be where she died." Kissing her again, this time longer than the first, Issei hugged her tightly as she began to shed a few tires. After a minute to allow her to calm down, Issei released his hold on her and wiped a tire from her eyes. Motioning the rest of the girls to get closer, Issei deployed his wings and wrapped them all with them. Once that was done, He said "The reason why I explained all of that is to explain what is happing next."

Dispelling the invisibility spell, the three fallen angels started to appear to the girls. At first, Rias, Koneko, Akeno, and Asia did not recognize them due to their faces still being covered. But when their faces were finally revealed, those four tensed up with both Akeno and Rias allowing some of their power to flow out of their bodies. To their credit, Raynarre, Kalawarner, and Mittelt did not raise their power to even defend themselves from what Akeno and Rias were doing. The three went to their knees and bowed their heads, which was confusing to the four. Issei used his tail to gently creas the checks of Akeno and Rias, which worked to power down the two. Turning her head, Rias demanded an answer as to the way they were there. Issei motioned for the three to raise and then said, "It would be better for them to explain. I am sure that their explanation will clear a lot of questions both you and Sona had about why they were in your territory without communicating with you first."

Seeing as she was not prospective of the proposal, Issei laid a hand on her bare leg and started to massage the inner thighs. This worked to calm Rias down as she lowered her power. As she did that, Akeno followed suit, but both kept up their graud as Raynare said, "I am sure it is shocking to see us, Lady Rias. It was a shock to us as well, that we would be given new life by Issei. But if you allow us to tell you our story, I am sure some of your questions about our actions will be answered." looking at the three, Rias nodded her head as she turesed Issei.

Allowing the three to climb onto the bed, Raynare Mittel, and Kalawaner would begin to tell their story. First, they started by reintroducing themselves, Kalawaner was a Scientist, Mittel was a special investigator, and the biggest surprise to them all; Raynare was the daughter of Azazel, the current leader of the Fallen Angles. This made Rias gasp in shock as she was the one to kill her back in the old church. To hear that she had killed the next person in line for the role of the leader made her wonder why she was acting the way she did. Seeing the shocked face on Rias. Mittel laughed at her as she said, "Do not worry princess, your not the first to be surprised. When I first met her, I did not realize the she was his daughter until she said PaPa when she interrupted the meeting we were having. I was so shocked I fell over in my chair." Finishing with a smile, Mittel came closer to the group along with the other two on the bed.

Sitting cross-legged, Rayner began to speak again, "First, I would like for what I am about to tell you to be kept between all of us in this space. If this information gets out, could cause great trouble between the three factions. It is all that I ask." getting a nod from the others, Raynare begins, " Lady Grafif, do you remember the last battle during the Great War?" "Yes, I remember it well. During the height of the fighting, I and a few others were holding down a statigie point that lead to the capital. A large group of Fallen angels was heading our way and we were getting ready to fire our spells. Then out of nowhere, they stopped. At first, we were scapitall about their intentions, but soon we all saw teleportation spells under them as they left. We thought they would pop in behind us, but they never did. It was right after that that we would get a call from rias' father, telling us about the cease-fire to deal with the heavenly dragons. We all assumed that the war would start again. We were shocked to hear that the Fallen had pulled out of the war and that the angles and our race would enter a cease-fire."

Rayner nodded as she said, "Yes, the war did inter a case fire to deal with the heavenly dragons. The war would have continued, but there was a disastoies that would force our race to decide to pull out of the war. The former leader of our race was dying from a disease, something that was never seen we all found out that we had been betrayed." A few ties fell from her eyes. Using his tail, Issei creased and wiped the tie from her cheek.

Kalawaner continued, "We had taken in scientists from, what we thought was human, to help in creating new medicines and as chemical weapons for the war. I was a young and naive person at the time and hoped to help the man. He was a brilliant man and was very charismatic. He told me that there was a special project he want me to work on, Azazle was now in command as our leader was on his bed. He was injured and to heal him, we created a special medicine that would heal the man. Seeing the effects helped him so much that both Azazel and the old man told us to give the medicine to the other troops to heal them. We did as we were told and soon we told them both that the troops would be ready. This was right after the Battle with the Heavenly dragons was finished." She possed, a small shiver went down her back as she remembered what happened next.

"I had been one of the test subjects before we had passed it to the troops. At first, everything was fine, but two days after the defeat of the heavenly dragons I had a funny feeling in my stomach. First, it was small, making me think that I had just pulled a muscle. But soon the pain grew and grew to a point that I was concerned about my body and went to a medic. After a few tests, the medic came in with a very concerned face. He told me that there was something wrong with my hormones. It was changing without any reason and there was a possibility that I would not be able to have children."

She look down as a few more ties started to show in her eyes. She continued, "I was so worried and wondered how it had happened. I had not had sex yet so I knew it could not be anything like that. As I was about to leave the hospital, that was when it happened. Thousands upon thousands of both Fallen warriors and their families started to flood hospitals all over our territories. I was initially summoned to my lab as I was trying to help the weled nurse in the emergency ward. Leaving the crowded room, I soon saw dozens upon guards running all over the place and they looked super worried. Then I saw the lab, it was on fire with many spell casters trying to put out the flames. I was apricot by two guards who asked me to follow them. I then saw where we were heading, we were going to the Grigori.

"Once I was in the main hall, I was asked to take a scan for a quick monument. After the scan was finished, the older of the two guards told me to sit in the chira and that I would be called in a moment. After a few minutes, the second guard asked me to come to the door and whispered to please be respectful to those in the room. After he finished he opened the door and what I saw broke my heart. Multiple people were lying on the floor, somewhere being attended to by medics while other were covered with blactes over their heads. I could feel the death in the air as I was motioned to one of the stecgers. On it was our former leader, his skin was black and his eyes looked dead. Kneeling to the man, I asked what had happened to him. It was just yesterday that I had a meeting with them and they look to be all healthy. Azazel came up behind me as he to knelt and said "I know that you have many questions as to what is happening now. I will answer them after you do what you can to help him, Please. The medic is too overwhelmed and he doesn't have long to live." After Azazel left, I then everything in my power to help the now-former leader, and he reached for my hands. Placing my into his, which looked frail, I said "How are you fleeing sir? Is the pain better?" He nodded his head as he tried looking for me. I told him to rest and to stop moving. He then started to cry uncontrollably, gripping my hands as he tried to say something. Thinking that he was hurting, I increased the healing power I was giving him until he said, "Do not waste your power on me. I have sanctioned our race to die. I am the greats traitor in our race's history. Please help the others and allow me to die." Then he took his last breath. I placed his hands on his chest and closed his eye. After placing the blanket over his head, the two guards from before came and took him out of the hall.

"Another guard came to me as I was still trying to help the other people in the hall. They said they needed me to follow them to the command center as that was where Azazel was located. Once there, I could see every single commander was factically calling to those on the front lines as Azazel was reading reports that kept coming to the room. Kneeling, I awaited his orders. After reading another document, Azazel look away from his desk and robbed the bridge of his noces. Seeing me there, He asked me "Did he pass away without pain? I nodded my head, wondering what was happening. Getting up from the desk, he motioned me to follow him as he went to a board with troop locations on it. Pointing to the map, He started to speak, "Over the last hour, We have been getting reports from all over our territory about a mistieris illness that is still ravaging our race. It started as reports of a small pain in the stomach area, then the pain increased to where people would report to medics." Passing for a second to collect his thoughts, he then continued, "Whatever this disease is has been able to kill the body in under thirty minutes to an hour depending on the person's magical ability. From what we can piece together, it is killing people by damaging the reproductive system and then draining the life force out of a person as our abilities try to fix the damage. As of right now, we are no longer fighting in the war and have sent letters of another cies fire to the other factions. Thankfully they have agreed to it and now we can focus on this distor." I nodded my head but asked how we have found that out. It was still two hours into the emergence that use sictneitce would still be trying to find out the cause. That was until it clicked into my head, the sheer amount of reports, the lab on fire, and the way it was killing people made it clear that this was a chemical attack. But who would do this? Who would be able to affect this many people unless… That was when Azazel handed me a piece of paper. It had a slit-charred look to it and it was also covered in blood. He told me to read. I began to read it and soon fell to my knees both in horror and shock. It was written by the man I had been working with and had developed the medicine with. It laid out everything, how he was a spy sent to us by the devils, how he created a special disease that would be activated when he died, that the disease would kill off any chances to have children with others within our race and make us weaker for the devils to kill off. I looked back up to Azazel as he offered his hand to me, helping me up as I steady myself on the edge of the table. I thought that the man was a good man and would help us in the future. To learn he was a spy was a shock to me and now it made sense as to the way our former leader was saying sorry. As it was he who had welcomed the doctor with open arms as they had known each other before the war. The doctor claimed to have been neutral until the Devils attacked his office and killed a few of his patients, which were fallen angels and Angles respectively. Our former leader believed him and even gave him his word that if he treated an enemy, then he would not be penalized for it. A few of the other members of our council did not like it and were not approving of his decision and a few were locale about it. But the former leader said he could be trusted as he trusted him. Those few then fell silent as they did not want to face the leader's raffe for not trusting himself."

Azazel said, "Everything he wrote is coming true. Every single Fallen angel that took the medicine you helped in creating is either changing the people's reproductive system or killing them. And it is not just adults, millions of children are dying as they are too weak to fight the disease and any woman who had become… pregnant… or where all… ready… pregnant have been losing…" he did not finish as he cried out. It had pain within his screams so I what he would have said. Babies were dying right in their mother's stomachs and there was nothing we could do about it."

It was at this time that Kalanare stopped talking as she was hugged by Raynare and Mittel. Issei stayed where he was, but looked at the faces of his girls. All of them had ties in their eyes. While they may have been enemies, it did not mean that they did not feel the same way. Everyone here, if it had happened to them, would feel the same way and would not feel saddened. It was surprising when Akeno hugged the three as she deployed her wings. This time did not hide her fallen wing as she said, "I think I remember my father talking about this long ago. He said that after the disease died out, many of the women who had lost their children or could not have children committed suicide due to the mental stress placed on them. I am right, aren't I?"

This time Mittel would answer, "Yes, you are right. I was in a special task force that was created to keep as many of the females in our race as sane as possible. Mainly we would use magic to place them in a trance-like state, but it was draining on us to keep up the magic and so we had to find a better solution. However it would have taken a few hundred years and many of the ones we tried to save, including our mothers, died by suicide. Thankfully, Azazel and Kalawanre were able to finally find a solution. Which Raynare here is the first product of the test." Akeno look over to Raynare. There was something different about her now that they aren't fighting each other. Besides, She was not there when Rias killed her as she was still in the forest repairing the damage done to it when they fought the three outside.

Raynare smiled as she said, "Believe it or not Akeno, I was the same as you. I was born a half-blooded Fallen angel-human. Azazel, my father, went into the human world one day and fell in love with a beautiful woman who would later become my Birth mother. They met at a bar one day as they were talking about medical stuff as she was a doctor and he a scientist. Soon the two began to see each other regularly, at first just to talk about work but then got more and more intimate. Soon enough they had some fun one night and both aperinetly enjoyed it so much they would start to date. After a year of dating, my mother found out that she was pregnant with me and told my father. At first, he was skeptical has the medicine affected everyone who used it, this included my father and so he thought in his mind that she was pulling a prank on him. She then sent him the ultrasound on his phone and from what I have been told He was so esatice that he teleported into her home and married her on the spot, forgetting that she did not know about the supernatural then."

She stopped and smiled as she remembered the story. Her mother would tell her stories about how she had learned about the supernatural and how she had become a hybrid. Akeno was shocked and asked, "Then how did you have the powers of a full fledge fallen angel? I knew for sure that you went half when…" "Because my father created a booster to give my body the powers of a fallen and not look like a half. It was easy for him to do and with the help from Kalawanre, it was a major success. But there are a few drawbacks. One I have to mate with a human, one who would be able to defend me from attack as I would only be able to do basic attacks. Two, I would only have one pair of angle wings for most of my life even with years of training my powers. And third, to keep my seat in line for the throne, I would have to Have a powerful person by my side to help me keep my fathers' policies in place." Raynare said as she interopped Akeno. To say that Akeno was surprised was an understatement. She did not know any of this and she had been hating her father and her race ever since the attack on her family. Looking down, Akeno had ties well up, emotions that she thought she would never show to anyone for the Fallen angels any kind of compassion. As the three former fallen hugged her, Venelana asked, "I hope you do not mind Raynare, but could you tell us how old you are" "20 years old. Akeno is two years my junior. She is now the first of the new blood Fallen angels in well over 100 years."

"What?!" all of them said. They were surprised that she was only two years older than Rias and Akeno. Grayfia then asked, "Then the way you looked older during the fight you had at the church…" "Yes, It is because of the special boost my father gave me. It made me look and feel older to those who I did not know so that they would not try and challenge me to the throne. Although that is a moot point now." Raynare interrupted her as she knew what she was going to say. It was at this point that both Rias and Akeno had fully powered down with all the others going to join in the hugging session Akeno had going. The younger members of the harem then collectively asked, "Did your guards ever find the man who sent the spy?"

All three shook their heads as it was Mittel's turn to speak. "No, we did not. We searched high and low all over our territory in search of anyone who had helped the man. Unfortunately, we could not find any other traces of the man besides those who worked in the lab. And we knew that since most of them were women, then they would not want to kill off the whole next generation of children. There are some lines that you just do not cross. While we did not find the man responsible, we did find clues and witnesses that helped in finding out that there were a few traitors in sections of our race that semilily disappeared and fled during the emergency. We have been hunting them down ever since the cease-fire began. In fact, Akeno, the mission that your father was injured in was one of those search-and-destroy missions. He had reported back that he had some more information gathered about those traitors when he was ambushed by someone. We do not know who it was, but thanks to your mother healing him we were able to get more information about those groups. It was during the healing prosses that Bargeal asked Azazel about raynare and how she was doing. Azazel answered everything he wanted to know as he had developed super strong feelings for your mother. Azazel was the one who said to go for it hoping that a child would be born and if so, He would guarantee both her's and the child's safety. Sure enough, when you were born many people in our race saw you as the start of the next generation. While raynare was the first, you, Akeno," Mittel pointed to Akeno who was looking dumfounded at this, she never knew that she was looked upon as the beginning of the new generation of Fallen children to thousands upon thousands of fallen families.

Mittel continued, "It is because of your birth, that we are now able to bring those who tried to commit suicide back into society. You and your mother were so integral to the rebuilding that Azazel wanted you and your mother to live in Grigori and your father to become next in line for the throne if he died and I was still too young to lead. Your father was so happy, that he said that he wanted to keep your mother happy. So it was decided to allow your father to stay with you until you turn 15 years old."

Akeno was ashamed of herself. She had been holding all of this anger about being a Fallen angel, even if she was only a half-breed, that she never thought about anything about her race. Mittel placed a hand on her shoulder as she added, "When we all heard about the attack on the shrine, every single Fallen cried. You were called the hope of the future and to have you taken away like that, even when you were just a child, hurt everyone. We wanted to search for your bodies, but when we learned that it was the Hajamie Clan that attacked you we all wanted to attack them. Azazel was the only one to hold us back, saying that if we attack the Hajamie Clan without evidence then we would be fighting a losing war. Of course, there where a minority of fallen who wanted to wage war but Azazel kept them down. We held a major funeral for you two which was attended by almost every man, woman, and newborn's who looked to you as a big sister. Your father was the last to leave your thumb that day."

Mittel took out a picture and handed it to her. She could see her father kneeling in the rain, crying as Azazel had a hand on his shoulder. Ties wheld up in his eyes as she looked at him. Mittel finished her talk, telling her that he would visit every time he was able. It would often be the case to send guards to bring Barquel back inside as he would have cried to sleep outside of the thumb. Akeno could not hold in her feelings anymore and started to cry. Everyone also felt ties in their eyes while Issei wrapped Akeno in his wings. Holding her as tight as ever, which was what she needed right now. Soon enough, Akeno started to separate from the hug as Issei smiled in front of him, whipping the ties from her eyes. Kissing her forehead, saying "I know you have been holding your hate inside. Now you know that not only did your father love you, but he has also been wishing to spend any monument he could with her. Even if he thought you were dead. I know you aren't ready to accept Him back yet, but when you do I am sure he will be astatic to see you alive."

Akeno just nodded her head, agreeing to the possibility of seeing her father in the future. Soon, Issei brought all of his girls into a big hug with his massive wings. Grayfia, who had been quiet during this time, then asked, "If you were supposed to date and or marry Issei, then why did you attack him and kill him?" "That was the male that you all saw us with, Dohnaseek. He was not supposed to be with us. He brainwashed us. We were staying in the old church when he attacked us and knocked us out one by one. The only thing we remember before waking up in the dreamscape was him talking to someone over a communicator. We did not know who it was." Raynare said, answering her question. Grayfia nodded, she knew about a faction within the Fallen angels' organization that was more warlike than the rest of the organization.

Issei, for his part, just kept the girls in his wings. He loved all of them dearly and was happy to hold them with him. It would be a few hours before he would feel the urge, the feeling of mating was slowly growing within him. He knew it would be time soon to make the girls women and to place his mark within their wombs.
