DISCLAIMER I DO NOT OWN BROTHERS CONFLICT IN ANYWAY SHAPE OR FORM

An eerie silence still seemed to linger throughout the room even after Robert had officially left.

"I can't believe she said that! She actually said that!" Markus whispered to Stephon.

"Yes," Stephon softly whispered back. He then cleared his throat.

"Alright lads, I think we've had enough excitement for today," he spoke up, "Markus did you get plenty of the statements?"

"Yes, right here," Markus said as he hit print, and a few copies started to come out of the printer. "Though Princess Ema, Lord Louis and Tsubaki still need to re-give theirs, and we'll need ones from all the ladies they were with."

"Yes, three of them are still waiting outside the palace grounds for such a thing," said Prime minister Cook.

"Richard, send an escort out and let the ladies in," Stephon ordered, "and find the other ladies and gentlemen that were with my boys when they were attacked."

"Your boys huh?" Markus whispered.

"Are you done printing?" Stephon asked.

"Right here, one for your security team and ine for the prime minister," Markus said as he collected the printouts.

"Thank you Lord Markus," Mrs. Cook said as she collected her copies. She looked them over, "these seemed to be in good order. I'll see these are put on file. Please make sure I am given the copies from the princess and her two brothers' testimony as well. And the ladies too of course, including my daughter's."

"Certainly Madam," Markus said.

"Your excellence," Ema said as she walked over to Mrs. Cook, "I'm very sorry you had to get involved with this. I also apologize for your daughter being put in danger."

"It's fine your highness, fortunately no real harm was done," Prime minister Cook assured her, "at least everyone got out of the situation unscathed. While we also have plenty of witnesses to testify that Robert is unfit to be king."

"That's right, Alex is still guarding Henry back in the conservatory," said Sophie.

"And we left our attackers outside on the terrace," Erica added.

"And there's at least two tied up in Granny's room," Owen mentioned.

"Plus there's those 4 back put at the royal stables," Azusa said looking towards Subaru.

"We should go back and check on them," Subaru said.

"Take some guards with you, just in case," Stephon said.

"Yes your majesty," both Azusa and Subaru said as they walked out.

"And I think I'll go help relieve Alex of guarding duties," Markus said as he headed out.

"Uncle, I hope you're not thinking about doing anything rash," Sophie said as she followed after him.

"Let him, I'm sure he'll enjoy writing it down later," Stephon said. He looked around at the other Asahina brothers.

"Boys, I am so sorry this had to happen. I didn't want you to suffer," he said.

"Your Majesty," Masaomi spoke up, "you need not worry about us. As I'm sure you've noticed, we can handle ourselves. That and we've come to trust you with keeping us safe. After all, you area grandfather to all of us."

"Thank you son," Stephon said before giving a sigh. "Why don't the rest of you boys say good-bye to your lady friends, or take them to a private room if you still wish to have dinner with them. Just get yourselves all something to eat. I'm sure you're all hungry."

"Now that you bring it up," Futo said. He snapped his fingers, "Ami, come let's find us a nice quiet place to sit and eat!"

"Not too far," Richard said, "some of my people are coming by to get Ami's statement too."

"I'm sure you'll find us," Futo said as he and Ami left.

"I wonder if I can make something personally for Hannah, once she's allowed on the grounds and gives her testimony," said Ukyo.

"That should be just fine. Why don't you head to the kitchen area and get started on something for the two of you?" Stephon encouraged.

"Thank you your highness," Ukyo said with a soft smile as he too left.

"There'll be a gaurd with him too," Richard said.

"I suppose we all owen everyone an apology for setting Robert off and triggering all of this," Bea mentioned to Tsubaki.

"No my dear, you didn't," Stephon insisted, "he was looking for an excuse for this since he foolishly brought Ema here and everything started going against him. If anything it was my fault for inviting you all here. I just wanted to find out more of Ema's world since I missed so much of it as she was growing up."

Ema rushed to him and hugged him again. "And I wanted to share it with you Grandfather! I didn't think it would go this far either!"

"Do I want to know what you guys did?" Natsume whispered to Tsubaki.

"She called off her engagement to Robert," Tsubaki said.

"And it wasn't all his fault," Bea added, "your other brother helped me mediate on it and I realized it was for the best."

"And I gladly take responsibility for that," said Kaname calmly.

"Well good then, see, this was all fated to happen," Hikaru said, "Lady Beatrice was supposed to break up with Lord Robert, he in turn was supposed to try and attack us, fail miserably and put Ema and Louis in their rightful place in line for the throne."

"Yes, that," Stephon muttered stroking his chin. "Um, did you lads all still want to head out and unwind from this?"

"Sure, let's head out," Masaomi said as he headed to the door himself, followed by Erica. Natsume, and Iori also walked out, each giving the king and Ema their own nod as they walked past.

"Want to go?" Tsubaki aske Bea, as he prepared to leave with her.

"Tsubaki," Stephon suddenly said in a serious tone. The couple both stopped and looked at him, a little worried.

"You better take better care of Bea than Robert ever did!" Stephon warned.

"Oh he will," Bea with glee as she and Tsubaki finally left.

All that was left was the king, Ema, Louis, Richard, Chrissy, the prime minister, Hikaru, Heather, Kaname, Yusuke, Lady Lilac and her grandsons.

"So did you guys really mean it when you said you'd step up and be queen or king in pleace of Robert?" Yusuke asked Ema and Louis.

"Yes," both replied together. They each turned and looked at the other.

"Are you serious Louis?" Ema asked.

"Indeed," Louis said, "my father was supposed to be your mother's successor until you were born and I've been told time and time again he would have accepted the position with dignity and respect for the responsibility it came with. How could I not try and uphold his legacy?"

"Yeah, that's why I'm serious about it as well," said Ema, "if things would have been different I'd have already be ready to be queen, even if my mother came before me."

"Wow," Yusuke said.

"This is amazing," Hikaru said intrigued.

"I'm sure many people will happily accept you," said Heather.

"I think this is something that needs some more discussion," Stephon said.

"Yes, I believe you are correct your Majesty," said Prime minister Cook.

"Like about what Grandfather?" Ema asked.

"Lots of things," Stephon said, "but for now, go and rest up. Get something to eat or go to bed. That way we can talk more about your decisions."

"Yes Grandfather," Ema agreed.

"Yes Cousin Stephon," Louis also said.

"Cousin Stephon?" The king said, "not as catchy as Grandpa but it works."

"Grandfather huh?" Kaname asked.

"Wataru's already calling me that, so why not?" Stephon said.

Why not indeed, Grandfather," said Hikaru as he led Heather towards the door.

"Heather," her mother called out. Both she and Hikaru turned and looked back at the prime minister. "I'd say I'd want you to come home with me when this is over. But you are a grown woman now and I can't protect your from everything. So if you want to stay with your boyfriend here, go right ahead."

"Thanks mom, and thanks for being there for me as a mother," said Heather as she hugged her mom one last time and then left with Hikaru. Kaname followed after them with a big smirk.

Ema also walked over and hugged her grandfather one last time before leaving with Yusuke and Louis.

King Stephon took a seat in exhaustion.

"Your majesty," Prime minister Cook said as she approached him, "if you wish, I can help get started on making sure parliament goes along with accepting Princess Ema and Lord Louis as your heirs."

"Mmm," was the only acknowledgment the king gave as he wave her off, "forgive me Madam, but I need to really think about this and I do mean think."

"I understand," the prime minister said as she walked out, "I'll just be conducting my own business in regards to Robert's actions with this for a short while. Then I'll be out of your hair."

"Yes of course, do what you must madam," King Stephon replied softly still looking deep in thought.

"Majesty?" Richard said as he came up to the king, "are you alright?"

"Yes I'm fine, of course I'm fine. I just," the king couldn't seem to finish his sentence. "This is a big development that I have to really ponder."

"What's there to ponder?" Lady Lilac asked, "you saw what happened? Katherine was able to project her true royal nature. You should be proud! She's a true queen!"

"Let's get you back to your room," Owen suddenly suggested, "I assume the two culprits are being removed.".

"Oh yes don't worry," Richard assured him.

"It was pretty cool hearing Princess Ema doing her own version of the GET OUT!, speech to Robert like that," Andrew mentioned as he helped roll Lady Lilac out.

"Well, of course, that's the best way to handle a nazi! You did it so yourself Stephon, remember?" Lady Lilac called out.

"Stephon and Richard watched as Lady Lilac left with her grandsons.

"Andrew was right, it was amazing to see and hear Ema telling Robert to get out just like how King Stephon the 1st and Queen Katherine did," Stephon said.

"I know, I often wished I had been there when either or had done theirs!" Richard agreed.

"King Stephon smiled but it soon faded again.

"What's really bothering you Sire?" Richard asked.

"Ema and Louis saying they're willing to be queen or king. I want to believe they are, and be happy about it, but," the king trailed off. "They're still new at this Richard, they're still not fully aware of what it means to be a ruler in such a sense. I don't know if I want to dump this all on them with so little experience."

"I know, I understand," Richard said, "but isn't that just one of the heavy burdens you are force to carry as king?"

Stephon looked at him with a smirk, "you son-of-a-bitch."

He then finally broke out into laughter, along with Richard.

"What do you supposed happened?" Wataru asked Jane as they stood outside waiting.

"I'm not sure," said Jane.

"Did, my big sister use the a GET OUT!, speech at that mean Lord Robert?" Wataru also asked.

"It certainly did sound like that," Jane replied. She remembered hearing about such a speech given by King Stephon the 1st and Queen Katherine. Everyone did. It was one of the things that made her proud to have such a royal family ruling the country.

Just then his brothers Azusa and Subaru came running out.

"Where are you going?" Wataru asked.

"We're going to check on our friends back at the stables," Azusa told him, "why don't you wait here for Masaomi?"

"Oh okay," said Wataru, "is everything okay? Lord Robert left looking mad and confused."

"Let's just say Ema gave him a real pice of her mind," Markus said as he came out with Sophie, "now if you'll excuse me Wataru, I too am going to have to be a brave knight and avenge Lady Sophie's mother!"

"Like in a dual?" Wataru asked.

"If he's lucky," Markus muttered mad.

"Don't worry Wataru, it'll be safe," Sophie assured him as she hugged him. Wataru beemed.

"Well there's a man in love," Futo said as he came out with Ami and saw the look on Wataru's face.

Ami giggled as they walked past.

Ukyo came out as well and saw the scene. He looked at Jane, "Masaomi will probably be out soon and he'll take care of the boy."

"Yes, one of your other brothers told him to wait for the oldest," sais Jane.

"Thank you," said Ukyo as he walked off, "you don't know where the kitchen is do you?"

"When you get to the main floor, take a left at the grandfather clock and just keep straight until you come to an elevator that reads staff elevator," Jane told him.

"Thank you," Ukyo said as he walked off.

"I better go catch up with my uncle," Sophie said as she gave Wataru one last hug and hurried off.

"She's so pretty," Wataru cooed as he watched her hurry off.

"Talk about your romantic," Erica joked as she and Masaomi came out. Masaomi nodded in agreement before walking over and picking his little brother up.

"How are you feeling Wataru?" he asked.

"I'm good, can I go check on Wind Storm?" Wataru asked.

"Absolutely," Masaomi agreed, "but not too long. Then we should get you something to eat and bed."

"But it's so early," Wataru complained.

"Yes and you've had a busy day," Masaomi spoke back.

"You sure you just don't want me to go to bed so you can hang out with your girlfriend?" Wataru asked.

Masaomi looked back at Erica who was smirking.

"No," he said, "if I wanted to hang out with her I wouldn't need the excuse to put you to bed early."

Jane also had to giggle at Wataru's question right as Natsume and Iori came outside. Iori quickly walked over to her and hugged her.

"I think it's over," he whispered to her.

"But not done," Natsume mentioned, "I'll be waiting by the main doors for the other women to come in."

"Your brother might be right," Jane said, "I don't see Lord Robert giving up just yet."

Iori hugged her a little tighter.

"But at least now he knows he'll have to fight intead of just taking," Iori replied as he hugged her some more.

"Hey love birds get a room!" Tsubaki said as he came out with Bea.

"Tsubaki please," Iori grumbled as he led Jane away.

"I always liked her, she seemed nice," Bea mentioned.

"Yeah," Tsubaki agreed as he walked on, holding her close. "So now what?"

"Well, if he's stupid enough, Robert's probably going to try one last move," Bea said.

"Yeah, have to wait and see about that," Tsubaki said, "but I was more referring to you and me?"

"Let's get something to eat, all those accusations and testifying work up an appetite," Bea insisted.

"Good idea," Tsubaki agreed.

"I wonder where Wataru went," Ema said as she came out with Yusuke and Louis.

"Probably went off with Masaomi," said Louis as gave a yawn, "I think I'm going to rest up for a while."

"Good idea," Ema said, "I should too." She rested her head on Yusuke's shoulder.

"I'll take you," Yusuke insisted as he awkwardly led her to her room.

"What a day, what a day, what a day," Hikaru said as he, Heather and Kaname came out last. He and Kaname shared a look. "Think the gods were working hard on this one?"

"They must have, because even I couldn't have predicted what all happened today," Kaname replied.

"What do you expect will happen tomorrow, oh holy monk?" Heather asked with a smirk.

"I expect a bright sun to shine with early dawn," Kaname said.

"That'll be a lovely sight to see," said Heather.

"Indeed," Hikaru agreed, pulling her close.

"Well, at least they've made it to the gate," Natasha mentioned looking out to the pasture where Wataru's alleged attackers were still limping along to get out.

"Yeah and how far will they get once they're out?" Rose asked, tending to their other stable worker Ted.

"Assuming they can manage to get out," Natasha joked, "oh looks like they have some help finally."

"Huh?" Rose asked as she came up next to her, "oh," she caught on, seeing some of the royal gaurds coming to the pasture and taking the two men into custody.

"Rose?"

"Natasha?"

Both girls turned and saw Azusa and Subaru along with a few other gaurds ran in from the other side.

"How did it go?" Rose asked.

"I think we won, somehow," Subaru said as he came over to her and hugged her.

"Won?" Natasha said.

"At least the battle," Azusa explained as he came and gave her a one arm hug.

"You still have those other 4 locked up?" one of the gaurds asked. A different gaurds hurried over to Ted and started tending to him.

"Yes, right in these two stables," Natasha said, hitting the door to Emperor's stable with one of her crutches. The horse gave off a loud neigh followed by cries of fear.

A few gaurds opened the door and the two goones inside came stumbling out in fear.

"That horse is crazy!" one cried.

"Yes just like his master," said Rose as she helped open the door to Valkyrie's stable and the other two goones as well.

"Alright, we'll help get you away from the big bad horsies," one gaurd teased as the four men were all taken into custody.

"It may have been a battle, but I like to think it was battle that will help you win the war," Natasha whispered.

"It sure that way, especially the way Ema told off Lord Robert," Azusa agreed, his arm still around her.

"What did she say?" Rose asked.

"Just told him to get out," Subaru told her.

Both Rose and Natasha looked astonished by his comment.

"She did her own GET OUT! speech?" Natasha asked.

"Her own what?" Azusa asked.

"There's these two famous speeches from King Stephon the1st and Queen Katherine where they told some Nazi officers to get out of their country," Rose explained, "it's so amazing Princess Ema managed to give her own!"

"Sounds like Ema really taped into her royal blood," said Azusa.

"Masaomi, did you do that?" Wataru asked as Masaomi carried him outside past the terrace along with Erica.

"Well I helped knock them out along with Mr. Mayter, but Erica's the one that tied them up like that," said Masaomi.

"You did?" Wataru asked looking over at her.

Erica shrugged, "when you have a handful of brothers at two different homes, you learn a thing or two."

Wataru laughed right as a few gaurds came and started to untie the men and handcuffing them.

They came into the stables right as they saw Wataru's attackers being led away on stretchers, while Azusa and Subaru's were being led out. They also saw the other farm hand being led out gently.

"Master Wataru!" Ted said when he saw the boy, "sorry you faild you sir!"

"That's okay, Wind Storm protected me," Wataru assured him.

Ted actually smiled at that, "that's awesome. He and you are really close huh?"

"Yeah!" Wataru said as he wiggled out of Masaomi's hands and hurried into the barn.

"Where's Wind Storm?" Wataru asked as he came in. There he saw his other two brothers with their lady friends who were giving their statements to the gaurds.

"Wind Storm's just in his stall," Rose told him.

As if on cue, Wind Storm poked his head out of his stall. He started neighing.

"I'm alright Wind Storm, I promise!" Wataru said as he hurried over to his horse and petted him. He could feel Wind Storm nuzzling him.

"Here Wataru," Rose said as she handed him some sugar cubes, "a hero horse like him deserves plenty of treats."

"Thanks," Wataru said, offering them to the horse. Wind Storm ate them up just like a kid with candy.

"Your little brother's a nice kid. Reminds me of some of my nieces and nephews," said Erica.

"Thank you, he seems to like you too," Masaomi said as he and Erica started to hold hands.

"You know, I couldn't help but noticed that you didn't deny I was your girlfriend back there," Erica mentioned with a smirk.

"Oh, well, um," Masaomi sputtered only to get a distraction from down a hallway of a horse neighing.

"Is everything alright down here?" he asked out loud.

Rose quickly hurried down the hallway and then came running back.

"Natasha! I think you better get down here fast! The mare's having her baby!" she said.

"Oh dear! What timing!" Natasha said as she hurried along.

"Can I watch?" Wataru asked, "is the baby and mommy horse going to be okay?"

"Let's see!" Natasha said as the whole group came to the birthing stall and looked in. Natasha smiled.

"I think she's going to be okay on her own, she's doing fine. We can just stay here by the window and watch," she assured all the people watching.

"I think you're right," Rose agreed. Everyone watched as the mare managed to push her baby out all on her own and soon a new baby foal was laying in the stall.

"Is it okay?" Wataru asked.

"Give it a minute," Natasha advised as the mare managed to get back up on her own and licked her baby clean. The foal twist and turn before sitting up. The mare nudged it some more before it managed to get up on its feet and make its way over to the mare and began to drink her milk.

"Wow! That was amazing!" Wataru said excited.

"Yeah, don't see something like that everyday," said Azusa.

"Is it a boy or a girl?" Wataru asked.

"We'll check later, after mom and baby have a chance to bond. A baby horse is no different from any other baby and we have to be careful of exposing it to diseases and such," Rose explained.

"This is turning out to be a real exciting day!" Wataru exclaimed.

"Yes, lot's of new developments, and who knows what will happen tomorrow," Masaomi said, still holding Erica's hand. He noticed Azusa and Subaru also with the hands or arms on or around Natasha and Rose. He was happy that the whole experience hadn't ended in tragedy, but a more favorable outcome.

"How, much longer do you think we'll have to wait here?" Hannah asked timidly as she, Emily and Elizabeth sat waiting in Emily's car outside the palace.

"I'm sure the prime minister will get us inside when she's ready," Emily insisted.

Elizabeth meanwhile was checking her phone.

"Lookd like King Dimitri and his son Prince Oliver are coming from Poulon, at least according to my office. Apparently there's a rumor circling that Prince Zane was shot," she said.

"Was he really?!" Hannah asked.

"Don't know, but they're thinking it's a false alarm given what's all happened this evening," said Elizabeth.

"Hey, someone's coming," Emily suddenly said as a gaurd came and tapped on Emily's window.

"Emily and Elizabeth Smith and Hannah Andrews?" he asked.

"Yes that's us," Emily said as she, Elizabeth and Hannah all pulled out their IDs.

"Go on in, they're expecting you," said the gaurd.

"Thank you," Emily said as she started up her car. She barely started to drive up to the palace when a limo came speeding out past them.

"Do you think Lord Robert was in there?" Hannah asked as the car blazed past them

"Probably," said Elizabeth.

"Wonder what happened in here exactly?" Emily said as she drove through the gate and parked her car.

The three then walked inside where they saw Natsume waiting for them.

"Hey!" Emily said as she hurried over to him, "what happened, everything okay?"

"For now," Natsume assured her.

"Where are your brothers?" Elizabeth asked.

"I don't know where Kaname is, but I think Ukyo said something about wanting to make a dinner for Miss Hannah," said Natsume.

"Oh that's nice!" Hannah said happily.

"But they'll need your statement first," Natsume was quick to add.

"Oh, well nothing really happened to me and Ukyo. At most I witnessed the two men following your brother in the dress and the prime minister's daughter," Hannah insisted.

"And you giving witness to men stalking my daughter and one of the princess' brothers will hold up well in my case against Lord Robert," Prime minister Cook said as she came down the stairs. "Why don't you come with me now to get your statement out ofthe way so we can get the more detailed information."

"Yes your Excellency," Hannah said bowing. The prime minister snapped her fingers and motion for Hannah to follow her.

"I wonder how long we're going to be here," said Elizabeth.

"If need be, you may certainly bunk in my room, my lady," Kaname said as he also came down the stairs with Hikaru and Hannah.

"Seriously, we don't mind," Hikaru insisted. Elizabeth gave the two a look.

"Or I'm sure if that's called for, I'm sure they can find her a room," Natsume muttered.

"Do you think it's going to come to that?" Emily asked.

"I don't know, but there's a lot to go through given what's happened," Natsume told her.

"Geez, how long we're we waiting outside?" asked Elizabeth.

"Come, we'll share the details as we wait for what new details to arises," Kaname insisted as he took her hand and led her away.

"Your brother's very persistent," said Emily.

"You have no idea," Natsume muttered annoyed.

Ema and Yusuke were practically supporting a sleeping Louis by the time they came to his room.

"That sure didn't take long," Yusuke complained as he tried opening his door and he and Ema stumbled in, still supporting Louis.

"Maybe he's finally feeling at ease over all of this, especially since he's finally gotten the person or people who killed his parents," Ema ssid softly. She actually smiled at Louis' sleeping face. He really did look like a man at ease.

"Sure, maybe," Yusuke half agreed as he practically dropped Louis in to his bed. Ema was able to help make it a more smoother landing. She and Yusuke then also helped position him in a more comfortable position so he could rest in peace.

"i hope when he wakes up tomorrow, he's still at ease like he is now," Ema whispered.

Yusuke barley nodded before he noticed a little movement along the upper part of the room.

"What's that?" he asked out loud right as the thing dropped down onto Louis' bed.

"Chay?"

"Hailey," Ema said, as she put her finger to her lips. "He's fine don't worry."

"Good," Hailey said as she moved over to the pillow and actually laid down next to Louis' head.

"Hey what happened to your guy?" Yusuke suddenly asked.

"Oh, Juli," Ema said as she realized he wasn't with her.

"He's helping to round up the squirrel troops," Hailey said from her sleeping spot, "he wanted to double check and see if there were any other loose ends to clear up."

"Oh, good old Juli," Ema said as she gave Louis a gentle pat on his head and walked out, along with Yusuke.

Louis barley opened his eyes at the sound of a door shutting. He then noticed little Hailey sleeping next to him.

'Oh, sweet Hailey, let's both get some well deserved rest and when we're done, I'll be able to properly thank you for looking out for me' he thought as he shut his eyes again.

As soon as he did, he suddenly realized he wasn't in his room anymore. Instead he was under a Mabebe tree with its peddles flowing around him.

'Why am I out here?' he thought.

"Louis?" a kind pleasant voice said from behind.

Louis slowly turned around and saw what looked like his parents behind him. Even Hailey's older sister Sally was on his father's shoulder.

"Mom, Dad?" he asked out loud. Both his parents smiled.

"You made it!" said his mother, "I'm so happy!"

"You mean I made it out of the car?" Louis asked

"Well, there's that too," said his father, "but what we really meant is that you made it to be a man!"

"You've grownup so wonderful, better than we could have hoped!" said his mother.

"We love you son! We always will. Continue to make us proud with everything you do!" said his father.

"I'll do my best, Father!" Louis promised.

"And i hope things continue to go well with you and Sophie! Her mother and I always wanted to see you two together!" said his mother.

"But we won't be mad if it doesn't work out. Just live your life as well as you have," his father assured him.

"I will Mother. I will Father," Louis said as it felt like he was flying to his parents' arms and could almost feel their embrace around as he slept with a huge smile.

"You going to get some rest too?" Yusuke asked as he helped Ema into her room.

"Hmm, maybe, I may also choose to stay awake for a short while longer, so I can ponder everything that's happened today," Ema said as she paced through her room.

"You mean you deciding you want to be queen?" Yusuke asked.

"That, and the whole attack in general, finding out about what really happened to my grandmother and her two babies, the hospital, that old apartment building," Ema listed off, "so much happened today. I should be practically dead by now, but, I just feel a little exhausted. I really feel like I've changed."

"Yeah, I guess so," said Yusuke, "does that include doing something as stupid as putting your own life on the line to save somebody like me?"

"What do you mean, somebody like you?" Ema asked.

"Someone who has never been or ever will be as important as you!" Yusuke said sternly.

"What's that supposed to mean?!" Ema asked, "you mean because I'm a princess your life is worth less than mine?!"

"Even before that was discovered! You are and always will be more important than me!" Yusuke insisted, "promise me you'll never put your life on the line for me like that again!"

At that Ema actually stormed over to him and slapped him across the face.

"What?" Yusuke sputtered, "what was that for?!"

"Don't you ever say that again!" Ema ordered, "I will tolerate that! Either as your sister, or a princess or as the man I love!"

Yusuke stared back at her confused.

"I, I can't stand here and let you speak bad about yourself! You are worth just as much as me! And I wouldn't have been happy without you in my life! Don't ever please tell me to not lay down my life for you!"

"You really mean that?" Yusuke asked.

Ema gently placed her hand on the cheek she had just hit.

"Why would I lie?" she responded as she managed to lean up and kissed Yusuke in the most loving kiss she could managed to muster.
