The following day the third Hokage is called to a private meeting with the Hyuga clan head.
"What is it you need, Hiashi?" he said with a level glare.
It was no secret that the Hyuga clan was interested in Naruto's jutsu after learning he read a book on the chakra network.
That and there was the fear he'd inevitably discovered the secrets of their clan's taijutsu.
Unfortunately, there is no way of knowing for sure since only Naruto knows how to use it.
They're a very high chance he might be the only one to use this jutsu.
The only ones who come to mind besides the Hyuga themselves are Kakashi and Sasuke when he fully develops his Sharingan.
Right now, he was more concerned about Naruto's safety from one of the strongest clans in the village.
"The elders of my clan are not pleased with Naruto's jutsu. but to make it clear, I am quite impressed he was able to do so, but they feel it should be classified as forbidden Jutsu."
"I figured as much, but to be clear as an Anbu, he's under my command. If your clan lays a single finger on him to stop him from using his jutsu, the consequences will be severe," he said firmly with a level glare.
"I wouldn't dare to do that. I am simply informing you of the Hyuga clan's stance on the matter," he explained.
"If that is all you have to say, you may leave now."
"Thank you for your audience Lord Hokage" he bowed before taking his leave.
As soon as the door closed, several anbu jumped down.
"I was afraid this would happen," Tenzo declared.
"After the display, it is a logical conclusion the Hyuga clan would express their displeasure."
"What are we to do?" Cat added.
"For now, I want both of you to keep an eye on the Hyuga for the time being. If you discover the slightest indication of a threat to Naruto, inform me immediately, and if the need arises, protect him," he commanded.
"Hai," and they were off.
Hiruzen turns around to face the village through the window. He could tell trouble was on the horizon.
He opens his desk draw, pulling out the letter the Raikage sent him.
He honestly brushed off the offer, thinking they could do it themselves.
But with the Hyuga clan expressing their disapproval of Naruto's shock wave Jutsu, he's forced to reconsider.
One week later
Hiruzen spent the entire week pondering the Raikage offer.
After learning the Hyuga's have been keeping an eye on Naruto that whole week, it further complicated the matter.
He expected this to happen, for naruto's safety and the fact they forced his hand, he's decided to accept the Raikage offer.
Hopefully, Naruto can learn to control Kurama's power to defend himself better.
It would get him out of the village to focus on rooting out those who pose a threat to him.
"Tenzo!" a moment later, he kneed before the Hokage.
"What is it, sir?"
"I've decided to accept the Raikage proposal to help Naruto control Kurama's power."
"Are you sure, Sir?"
"I don't have much of a choice since the Hyuga's have been watching him like a hawk waiting for an opportunity to strike," he said firmly.
"Am I to accompany the boy?"
"Yes, you use the first Hokage's jutsu."
"To keep Kurama in check if he fails?"
"Correct, now back to protecting Naruto while to set up the arrangements."
"Hai," and he was off.
Hiruzen wrote up a letter of acceptance of their help.
Two hours later, he sent the messenger hawk waiting for Raikage's reply.
With Naruto
Naruto had just finished his morning warm-ups.
He masters his shock wave jutsu now he is going back to perfecting his wind Nature.
He was fortunate to find a scroll containing various wind-style jutsu.
He masters great break, though, and air bullets. So now he is working on wind blades.
The concept was simple, build up wind chakra forming it into a blade coming off his knuckles.
Even though he has trench knives, he wanted to use his chakra in melee without ninja gear.

Thanks to the Rasengan training, this jutsu should be easier to master, hopefully.
He holds out his arms parallel to the ground concentrating on his chakra on his hands.
Using Asuma's knowledge of wind Nature and the Rasengan training, he saw wind blades growing from his knuckles.
Half a minute later, they were fully formed.
He does complete 180 slashing away at a tree. He cut two times with each blade before they disappeared.
"Dang, not again," he says to no one.
It was then he noticed an extra pair of eyes in the brush about 50 meters away.
Unfortunately, he could not deduce who was watching him, but he didn't pay him any mind.
He continued his practice for another hour before the second set of eyes entered the area.
This one he knew was Tenzo and a few moments later, the first set of eyes left in a hurry.
"What do you want, Tenzo?"
"The Hokage has accepted help from the Raikage to aid you in controlling Kurama's power."
"Really," he was slightly shocked at this.
"Hmm," was Kurama's response.
"Scared are we!"
"No, since it's pointless to try and control my power!"
"We both knew this day would come, surprise the Raikage was the one to bring it up."
"Did you forget what his name is? Killer bee made the offer."
"Forgot about that, well now that I've mastered both the Rasengan and my shock wave Jutsu, I think I can take you on!"
"You wish you're nowhere near the level even to have hope of mastering my power!"
"Guess we won't know till I try," Naruto said smugly.
Kurama wouldn't admit it, but he genuinely cares for the boy.
He never thought this would happen. Naruto has earned the right to use his chakra.
But he is not going to hand it over.
If Naruto really wants to master it, he'll have to pry it from his cold dead hands.
He let out an evil chuckle from the fun he would have from this. A shiver ran down Naruto's spine.
He knew Kurama wasn't going to make it easy, and that chuckle only solidified it.
He decided to call it a day but not before trying something new.
For the past few weeks, he felt something different about his chakra.
It wasn't a change in his wind nature, and it wasn't Kurama's.
"I wonder," he focused on this change before concentrating the chakra on his hand.
He made a small gap between his index and thumb, only for a spark to jump from one finger to the other.
"Ok, I need to talk to Kakashi about this!"
"We'll leave after we get word back from the Raikage. If I were you, I'd take this time to get your affairs in order."
"Got it, Tenzo senpai, oh is Kakashi in the village, or is he on a mission?"
"He just got back the other day, so I'd make it quick. But, unfortunately, he is liable to take another one in a few days."
"Hai," and he was off to Kakashi's.
Natsu landed just outside his apartment window before lightly tapping it.
A few moments later, it opens with Kakashi popping his head out.
"Was it Naruto?"
"I've noticed a change in my chakra over the past few weeks and was hoping you can shed some light on it."
He went back inside so Natsu could crawl in.
"Is it possible to show me?" he had sneaking suspicion what it was but wanted to make sure.
He repeated what he did earlier before looking to kakashi for answers.
He walked over to his desk, pulling out a piece of paper.
Naruto knew what that was only for kakashi to hand it to him.
He pours this new chakra only for the paper to crinkle.
"Well, it seems you acquired a second chakra type, lighting chakra."
"I figure I would have to wait two to three years before I get a second one."
"Well, considering I and the anbu trained you into the ground, it only makes sense you developed it now."
"Normally, I would ask you to help me out with this, but it seems I have to go to the land of lighting to master Kurama's chakra."
"I'm sure they would be willing to help you get a grasp of it before coming back home."
"Thanks, kakashi. I have to get my stuff together."
"All I can say is be careful."
"For which one?"
"Both" Naruto took his leave.
He decided to stop by his sister's place to let her know what's going on.
He knocked on her door. "Kukiko, you in there?"
The door opens a few seconds later, revealing his sister, "what is it, Naruto?"
She lets him inside, leading him to her couch.
He gave her a brief rundown of what's going on, including his second chakra type.
"I'm going with you!" she said with a glare.
Both Naruto and Kurama internally cringed as her tone left little room to argue.
"Ok, but we run it by the Hokage first."
"I'll make sure he lets me go," she said with conviction.
Hiruzen has been watching Naruto since Tenzo gave him the news, and he knew it was pointless to stop the girl.
She built up a reputation for being too stubborn. It was clear as day that Natsu rubbed off on her.
But it might not be a bad thing as it could give Naruto the resolve to overcome this obstacle.
Of course, he was proud that Naruto developed a second chakra type, and a surprise to learn it was lightning.
Two days later
Naruto is now standing before the Hokage, curious why he asked him when he has to leave for the land of lightning.
"What is it, Jiji?"
"Well, after seeing your progress as a ninja, I am now giving you the rank of chunin." He hands him the chunin vest.
"T-thanks, Jiji."
"When you are off duty, you are a chunin, and I aspect you to live up to that title."
"I promise not to let you down!"
"Good, now get moving. You have a long journey ahead of you!"
"Hai," and he was off.
He now stood at a hidden exit of the village wearing his chunin vest and gear.
For a few moments, his sister stood right beside him in her off-duty clothes.
They waited for Tenzo or Yamato when off duty.
A minute later, he stood right beside them.
"You two ready?"
"You now it Yamato senpai!"
"Let's get moving," he said, taking the lead.
With their high levels of speed, they made it to the coast within the day.
The following day a boat with markings of land lightning was pulled into the port.
There they met up with the crew only to run into Killer Bee.
"Yo, it's nice to meet you again, little Naruto," he said in a rap causing the three Konoha ninja to sweat drops.
"So, where to next?" Naruto said blankly.
"Right, first going to Meet my big bro, the Raikage," he rapped with his hands making some weird gestures.
After a two-hour boat ride, they made it to the land of lightning.
They soon discovered the city that is the village hidden in the clouds.
"Follow me," he rapped.
They complied, following right behind him.
Now they stood before the Raikage.
The Kage in question had dark skin with Blond hair, with a firm expression as he locked eyes with three Konoha ninja.
"So when do we start, and what is your name?" Naruto said curiously.
"Tomorrow, as I'm sure you had a long journey and need to recharge and the names A."
"Ok, then."
"I knew you'd have jonin from your village, but why is the girl here?"
"Oh, that's my sister in all but blood."
"Killer bee, show them around the village."
"No problem, Bro."
After several hours the three Konoha ninja more or less had a lay of the land.
Now they're at a restaurant with Killer bee.
"Why did your sister come along?"
"When she set her mind on something, very little will change it," he whispered in his ear "she can be as stubborn as a mule" Killer bee let out a small chuckle.
He knew all too well how stubborn the opposite sex could be.
Once they finish the night, they headed to a nearby inn.
It was a light sleep for all three, yes they were invited, but that doesn't mean they're safe here.
This was part of ninja life when you're in a foreign land.
The next day they met up at the port waiting on Killer bee.
After half an hour, he finally showed up, "Took ya long enough," Naruto snarled.
Yamato and Kukiko, we're out on edge from Naruto's declaration.
"Sorry, little man got caught up with an old friend."
"Where have I been here before?" he said blankly.
His fellow Konoha shinobi shares his thoughts.
For Yamato, his mind went straight to kakashi, and Kukiko mind went straight to the pervy sage.
"Let's get this show on the road," he rapped.
The group boarded a ship heading off to who knows where.
After a few hours, they landed near a mysterious island hidden within a deep fog.
Killer bee took the lead showing them around the island.
Of course, various wildlife made their presence known before fist-bumping Killer bee.
They now stood at the waterfall.
"Ok first thing first, you have to make peace with your inner self. Mediating here will allow you to confront him."
"Been there, done that!"
"Are you a serious little man?" He said with a blown-away expression.
Naruto recounted his tale when he faced his darkness after injuring his sister.
A guilty look graced Naruto's face before getting smacked by Kukiko.
"How many times do I have to tell you I forgave you and not let it weigh you down!" She declared.
"Sorry," he said in haste, getting chuckles from adults.
"Well, then, with that out of the way, do you have the key to the seal?"
"Give me a minute, summoning jutsu" with a poof of smoke as a weird-looking toad appeared before them.
"I take it. You need the key, Naruto?"
"You know it."
He extended his body, revealing he was a living scroll.
Naruto had the Key imprinted on his arm a few minutes later, "ready to go, Killer bee."
Killer led them past the waterfall, revealing an old decaying city.
"Ok, here we are. First, you have to open the door."
"How am I supposed to do That?"
He pointed to the statue only to give a small speech.
Naruto put his head in the jaws of the stone statue before a hidden doorway opened up.
Killer bee explains this unique place so the jinchuriki can confront their tail beast.
Taking the lotus position, Naruto found himself standing before Kurama staring him down with his red eyes.
"Anything you want to say, Kurama?"
"I'll admit it. I do genuinely care for you. But I'm not giving you my power so easily. You want it. You'll have to pry it from me with your own hands!"
"No problems here!" I matched his tone of voice.
Water built up around his feet, lifting him high in the air, so he's level with the paper-marked seal, ripping it off.
He activated the Key, unlocking the seal.
Instantly the spiral lock receded only for Kurama to push the cage doors wide open.
Naruto was sent back fairways only to conjure an Army of Narutos.
Half of them came running in, unleashing Shock waves after shock wave, hoping to get Krama off guard or disorient him enough to get his chakra.
Kurama was able to dispel most of them with his tails.
He was too focused on dispelling them; he failed to see many of them unleashing it on his underbelly.
Some hope it knocked him off her feet, but just before he got settled, the other half of the army came running in to nail him with consecutive rasengans.
Naruto summoned more clones as they all grabbed hold of him, trying to pull out his chakra.
But they were too late; Kurama, with few swipes with his tails, was able to dispel them all.
"It's gonna take a lot more than that, Naruto!" he said smugly, startling the boy.
"Crap!" he took a step back out of fear.
But he refused to give up.
He's come too far to turn back now.
He summons more clones, dividing them up.
The third would use shock waves, the next Rasengan, and the last will do wind-style jutsu.
With Kukiko
They all waited with bated breath as half of Naruto's body was a standard cloak, and the other was a dark red and black pattern.
All you could make out was his body shape.
"Come, Naruto, I know you do this!" his sister shouts.
"Hang in their Naruto boy," Killer bee added.
Yamato had his wood ninjutsu at the ready before adding, "come on, Naruto, you have to finish this quickly!."
With Naruto
His army of shock wave jutsu was doing their job, knocking him off balance.
Then the wind was throwing a combination of air bullets and great breakthroughs.
This added to the previous team keeping him off balance.
The final army all had Rasengan at the ready going in to strike.
They charged in when he was sent flying a short way before all simultaneously stuck him.
This one did a better job keeping him down.
All Naruto's left went after his chakra once more but to no avail.
Kurama sent the real Naruto back using one of his tails, skidding along the floor.
He tilts his head toward Kurama "damn it. I'm not strong enough" a stray tear went down his cheek.
Then a new sensation was wheeling up in his chest,
It was strange; it wasn't bad. In fact, it felt somewhat comforting.
But before he could dwell on his mind, his eye felt heavy.
When his eyes finally close, what can only be described as chains erupted from his body.
They shot out toward Kurama, who had a horrified expression recognizing those chains all too well.
"Kushina!"
When Naruto finally came, he was in an area around him covered in this orange, white scenery.
He noticed a woman with beautiful long red hair.
"Who are you?" the 11-year old asked.
"I've been waiting a long time to meet you, Naruto!" she said with a smile.
He didn't know why he couldn't stop a smile from forming.
"Do you know who I am?" her voice was sweet.
"No," he said with a hint of shame.
"Every child born has one," she hinted
His eye opens in shock before practically tacked her as tears streamed down his cheeks.
"I've wanted to meet you for so long!" he wails.
"It's ok, Naruto. I'm here for you now."
"Since you're my mom, who is my dad?"
She giggled at this before, "his name is Minato. You know him as the fourth Hokage."
Complete and utter shock replaced Naruto's happy Demeter before the two combined into one.
A few moments passed, and his father stood before him with a smile.
"Nice to see you, son," was all he said before hugging with all his strength.
"What happened on the night the Kurama attacked the village?."
The two parents trade glances before recounting the tale and their first encounter until Minato saved her from Kumo ninjas.
"What are your thoughts on A and Killer bee helping me with Kurama's power?"
"Well, he seems genuine when you met him, so I'll put faith in him. He'll be a proper leader."
"Well, Naruto looks like it's time to tame Kurama!" Kushin said with conviction.
The two men in her life shared a smile.
"One more thing, congratulations on mastering my Jutsu!" the father said to his only child; Naruto grinned at this.
When Naruto finally came back to the battleground, he summons another army of Naruto.
Crap, with Kushina helping out, he might actually do it….I knew you had it in you, Naruto."
Repeating the strategy before this time, Minato stood before the last Naruto clone added his remaining power to his Rasengan.
Kushina did as well, causing chains to form.
Not only was it more potent and more prominent in size, what looked like a chain-forming an X pattern around it.
He charged at Kuram one last time as the clone pulled hard on the chakra chains.
When the last Naruto struck Kurama, the Rasengan expanded several times as it wrapped Kurama chakra in chains.
His body was sent flying against the far wall. Upon close inspection, it looked like he was starving to death.
Second, Naruto's entire body was covered in golden chakra before he put his hand on his stomach, activating the sage of six paths seal.
He walked up to the cage with a proud smirk. He was met with the grinning face of Kurama.
"I knew you had in you, Naruto."
"Thanks, Kurama. Do I Need to keep you in there for the time being?" he said with caution.
"I need to recuperate the chakra you just took for now, yes."
Naruto let out a sigh of relief. "well, hopefully, this seal will expand my knowledge on the subject."
"I'm sure it will," he said with a yawn.
He looks back to his parents with proud smiles as they waved goodbye.
When Naruto finally came back to reality, he was tackled by his sister "Kukiko...I'm..having...trouble breathing" he struggled to say
"Oh, sorry you had me worried there for a second."
"I take it you pulled through?" Killer bee added.
"He didn't make it easy for sure, but you'll never believe who I met when things were looking bad."
"Who?" was the collective response.
"My parents Kushina Uzumaki and Minato the fourth Hokage," he said proudly.
"Better you find out this way than less than ideal means," Yamato commented.
"Why did the Hokage never tell me about them?"
"As the fourth Hokage, he has many enemies. So he felt hiding all connection was best for your safety."
The old Naruto would've freaked outgoing in a rage, but the new one not so much.
"Now that you control the nine tails chakra, time for the real training to begin!" Killer bee rapped for the umpteenth time that day.
In total, he spent the week getting the basics down before he felt they stayed too long.
Now they just made it back to the port.
"So, Naruto, boy, is there anything else we can assist you with while you're still with us?"
"Yes, actually before we came here, I learned my second chakra, its lighting."
"Hmm, I'm sure big bro would be more than happy to lend a hand."
"Ok, then let's see what he can teach me!"
An hour later
They all stood before the Raikage, trying not to flinch under his gaze.
"I take it the training was successful?"
"It sure was, bro, you'll never believe this," he looks to Naruto.
"Before we came here, I discovered my second chakra type, its lighting. So I was hoping you could help me out a little bit before we return to Konoha."
A's expression didn't change for a solid minute before responding, "sure."
They all followed A to his private training ground.
The training ground wide open area carved out of the mountainside.
"Show me what you have so far."
Naruto repeated what he showed to kakashi cause a tiny spark to jump between his fingers.
"that's it" he had a disappointed look in his eye.
A let out a sigh, "I got my work cut out for me," the other cringed at his words.
