Determine and Choices
In one of the lounges within the Imperial Palace of Pendragon, Guinevere, Carine, Cassius, Xavier, and Rowan were watching the events of what was happening regarding the Special Zone and their sister Euphemia. They were shocked when they saw Zero and him speaking about the plot that was carried out the agency Pluton with their siblings Castor and Pollux being involved.
"Pluton," Cassius said.
"You must be joking," Guinevere said.
"Hmph, this is just disgraceful," Carine said.
"Yes it is disgraceful," Xavier said, "I can't believe Castor and Pollux and those agents would resort to something so reprehensible."
"No, that's not what I'm getting at," Carine interjected, "I'm talking about the fact that they stupidly got caught. I'm talking about the fact that Castor and Pollux didn't keep their mouths shut."
"Are you not bothered at the fact that they were framing Euphemia for their scheme?" Rowan asked.
"It's only bad for the fact that they got exposed," Carine said.
"So you see nothing wrong with what was happening?" Rowan asked.
"No I don't," Carine said, "do what you need to do. This is the real world not some fantasy… you're just as bad as Euphemia."
"I'm sure Schneizel would disagree," Xavier said.
"Maybe… but that really doesn't matter," Carine said.
"Why do you say that?" Xavier asked.
"You and Rowan seem to like to ask a lot of pointless question," Carine replied sounding annoyed.
"Pointless questions?" Rowan replied confused.
Area 11 (Japan)
The light blue flagship was hovering over the Special Zone and the areas surrounding it. The returning Black Knights were spread out in Area 11 helping people as well stopping and capturing agents of Pluton that remained. People were starting to gathering in the Special Zone and news reports were following the events that had occurred. Meanwhile the Avalon was hovering in the air that was near the Viceroy Palace in the Tokyo Settlement. In the bridge of the flagship, Lloyd and Cecile were looking at the monitor and were seeing the plans and activity of Pluton that was uploaded on the net courtesy of the Black Knights.
"So it's all true," Lloyd said.
"Pluton, so they're the ones that are behind this and they framed Princess Euphemia," Cecile said, "They caused that explosion near the zone killing both Elevens and Britannians."
"So now I wonder," Lloyd said as he was curious, "what our dear boy is going to do?"
"Suzaku?" Cecile asked.
"Yes, with everything that has happened so far, is he going to change his mind or is he going to still going to stick with the hope to change things within," Lloyd said.
"Oh," Cecile spoke with a sad expression, "Lloyd, what do you think we should do?"
"Oh, are you really asking me?" Lloyd replied looking at Cecile with amusement.
"Lloyd, please take this seriously," Cecile replied annoyed.
"Oh believe me, I am taking this seriously," Lloyd said.
Cecile wasn't sure if Lloyd was being seriously. Meanwhile Cornelia and her loyal subordinates were overseeing things as they were able put Pluton down including Kinman who was put in charge of the operation against her sister Euphemia. They also saw things that were uploaded on the net about Pluton and their plans that had to do with Euphie and the Special Zone. Cornelia was livid at the fact that fellow Britannians were willing to kill her and her sister and set up the plot and tried to frame her sister as a terrorist. Cornelia vowed that she was going to make people who were involved pay for what they had done.
"They will pay for this," Cornelia said with a venomous tone.
"Milady," Darlton said.
"I've made my decision," Cornelia said as she turned to her subordinates, "I will meet with Zero and Void."
Meanwhile within Mt. Fuji, the leaders of Kyoto had just made their decision to pledge themselves to Zero. Zero accepted their pledge and vowed to care for their lives. Euphie looked and was amazed that the clan leaders were determined while Suzaku was shocked at the fact the clan leaders were just willing to pledge to Zero. Void was pleased as was Jeremiah.
"Very well," Zero said, "I accept and with that, your lives are in my hands and I will care for them. Now the time has come… for us to rise up and liberate Japan," Zero raised his right arm towards the clan leaders, "our revolution begins now."
"Yes, it's time," Void said as she walked and stood next to her brother.
"Revolution…" Euphie spoke.
"Revolution?" Suzaku spoke surprised, "Wait, what revolution? What are you going on about a revolution?"
Zero turned to Suzaku, "As the way things are now, this is the opportunity to take back Japan, take it back from Britannia."
"What?" Suzaku replied shocked and then he shook his head, "No, you can't."
"Oh and why not?" Zero asked.
"Do you really need to ask?" Suzaku replied, "Do you think that Britannia is just going to just let it happen? I told you before Zero, the war is over and Britannia controls Japan now. They are not going to just let it slip out of their hands."
"It's true, we know they won't but we will fight back," Zero said.
Suzaku was surprised again with Zero's response and then he had a dark expression.
"And I bet you intend to involve the people in your 'revolution'," Suzaku said as he looked disgusted, "You can't be this selfish, you can't! You can't!"
"I will not drag people who do not wish to fight," Zero said, "only those who wish to fight will join us."
"Even so, you're still going to drag innocent people," Suzaku pointed out, "I get it, you're not the type of people that will force people to fight but it's going happen whether you do it or not because if you plan to make a stand in Japan, people will be dragged in your pointless and selfish fight," Suzaku shook his head, "I won't let you do that."
"It will not get that far," Zero replied, "preparations have already been made. Japan will be liberated and we will be able to counter against Britannian forces when they come."
"And what about Viceroy Cornelia?" Suzaku asked, "Do you think that she's just going to just let this happen? She's still in charge of Japan right now and I doubt she would just allow this to happen under her watch."
"Maybe… or maybe Cornelia might act differently because of the events that had happened," Zero said.
"What are you talking about?" Suzaku asked.
"Think about it," Zero said, "Euphemia was not the only one targeted. Cornelia and her subordinates were targeted as well and even Marrybell was attacked as well."
"Again, this was done by Pluton," Suzaku pointed out, "they must have done this on their own, especially whoever commands them."
"And who do you suppose gave the order?" Zero asked, "Do you know who the one that is commanding Pluton now?"
"I don't know," Suzaku replied.
"That's right," Zero said, "you don't know but surely you know it was someone higher up, hell it could be someone in the imperial family or someone with ties to them."
"Zero…" Suzaku spoke.
"Britannia is riddled with corruption," Zero said, "and as you saw, they have no problem sacrificing and killing their own citizens and the ones that were killed were loyal to Britannia's ideals and against the Special Zone and look how they rewarded them. This massacre on Japanese and Britannian people is inexcusable. The same thing will just keep happening again and again here. They will look for any excuse until the Japanese are no more or break them down to mentally or maybe even both."
"That's…" Suzaku spoke and shook his head in disbelief and then he turned to the members of House Kyoto, "Even with that said, do you all realize this will not end well. You will lose this fight and when that happens, things will only get worse for the people even for those who don't desire to fight Britannia, they will suffer the same fate and why?" Suzaku looked back to Zero with a glare, "Because you Zero had to be selfish and an egomaniac just like I always said you are."
"You see it that way Suzaku," Kirihara said, "however, enough is enough."
"Lord Kirihara," Suzaku spoke looking at Kirihara.
"Look at what has happened," Kirihara said, "Euphemia tried to bring peace and coexistence with the Special Zone and look how they responded."
"Again, this was done by agents of Pluton, not Britannia as a whole," Suzaku pointed out, "you can't be irrational in thinking that it's a good idea to take on Britannia just to hope to free Japan in response. It's not going to happen. Don't be so willing to just follow Zero's lead. It's not going to end well for you. Like I said, you'll lose this fight if stand against Britannia and it will result of things being worse for the Japanese, whether they were the ones who supported this or ones that were against this."
"Suzaku," Euphie said.
"It'll be okay," Suzaku said facing Euphie, "if we work with the police or even talk to Princess Cornelia and even Prince Schneizel himself, this will be solved and there's no need to start another conflict," Suzaku faced Zero, "Zero, you already proved that Princess Euphemia is not the one to blame, that should be enough and we can go from there."
"Yes we can go from there," Void said, "but not in the way that you are implying."
Suzaku flinched and clenched his teeth as he knew what Void herself was implying.
"I will repeat myself," Suzaku said as he was getting upset, "if you do this, the people will suffer for this. You're going to cause despair to other people because of your own ego and selfishness."
"Say what you want Kururugi," Zero said, "but the decision has been made."
Suzaku flinched and clenched his fists, "So you still are just going to go through with it."
"I am," Zero said, "we all are."
"You…" Suzaku spoke.
There were sounds of machines that had occurred and it brought the attention of others as one of the bodyguards rushed over and informed them that three expected people arrived to give their reports to Zero and Void. The masked siblings nodded as it was who they expected. Not long after that, the doors opened and it was Kallen, Alice, and CC that had arrived. Suzaku was surprised to see CC.
"Y-You're…" Suzaku spoke.
CC looked and saw Suzaku.
"Hello Suzaku Kururugi," CC said, "how interesting to see you again since Shinjuku."
"Ah y-yeah," Suzaku replied and then he looked at Kallen and Alice, "Kallen… Alice…"
"Suzaku," Kallen said.
"Hey," Alice said.
"You two," Euphemia said.
"Oh Euphemia," Alice said, "I'm so glad you're okay."
"Yeah thank goodness," Kallen said as she and Alice had sad expression, "this should have never happened."
"It was my own naïveté that allowed this happen," Euphie said with sadness.
"No, you can't blame yourself on this," Kallen said, "You didn't cause this. They did it… those Pluton bastards did this, not you."
"Please don't blame yourself," Alice said, "you didn't cause the massacre."
"You two…" Euphie said.
"They're right," Void said, "and it's not just them… we all feel the same way."
"You're not a murderer Euphemia," Zero said, "You're not a terrorist. People know this now if they didn't already."
"I see," Euphie said as she closed her eyes.
"Rest assure that the Black Knights are with you Euphemia," Zero assured.
"That's right," CC said, "we won't let anything happen to you."
"That goes the same for us," Kirihara said.
The Six Leaders of Kyoto nodded and Euphie opened her eyes and felt touch that she was getting support.
"Thank you," Euphie said.
"Zero, Void," Kallen said, "Everyone is gathering at the Special Zone and counting."
"Very well," Zero said, "we will begin but first, there's something that I have to do."
"Something you have to do Zero?" Euphie asked.
"Yes," Zero said in a dark tone.
Todoh, Void, Kallen, CC, and Alice knew what Zero had in mind while the others wondered what Zero was going to do.
"One more thing Zero and Void," Alice said, "Cornelia actually wants to meet with you and she wants to see Euphemia."
"Cornelia…" Euphie said.
"Yes of course," Zero said, "we'll meet with her after taking care of the other matter," Zero turned to Euphie, "Euphemia?"
"Yes I want to see my sister," Euphie said.
"Todoh, go with Euphemia to meet with Cornelia," Zero said, "You can rendezvous with your direct the Four Holy Swords."
"Understood," Todoh said with a nod.
"Kallen," Zero said, "Alice."
"We'll accompany the Six Leaders here and head for the Special Zone," Kallen said.
"Everything will be ready for you by the time you two arrive," Alice said.
"Thank you both," Void said.
"We're happy to be in your care you two," Kubouin said.
"It is our pleasure," Kallen said with a nod.
"We'll see you there Euphemia," Void said.
"Thank you," Euphemia responded, "all of you," Euphie then turned to Suzaku and Jeremiah, "let's go you two. I'm sure my sister is itching to see us."
"Yes Your Highness," Jeremiah replied.
"Yes of course," Suzaku said.
Suzaku looked on and frowned at the members of House Kyoto for their decision to pledge themselves to Zero. He was upset that Zero was going to lead people to take a stand against Britannia with the attempt to free Japan from Britannian control. He figured that he might have a chance to speak with Cornelia since he was going with Euphemia to meet with her sister. Suzaku thought this would be a good idea to inform Cornelia of what was going on and believed that she would be able to solve it since she was still the Viceroy. Meanwhile people were gathering in the Special Zone and Sancia, Lucretia, and Dalque looked on as people gathered and were all ready to hear the Black Knights.
"People are gathering," Dalque said, "Are things going to be okay?"
"I hope so," Lucretia said as he had her hands together.
"This is it for us though," Sancia said, "We went against Pluton, which means we went against Director VV and we know that he's not going to let it go."
"Yeah he's going to make sure we pay for betraying him," Dalque said.
"So what are our options now?" Lucretia asked, "Do we run and hide… or do we join them?"
"Yeah, what do you think Sancia?" Dalque asked.
Sancia closed her eyes and thought about what she was asked and then not long afterwards, she opened her eyes and nodded.
"Let's go," Sancia said.
The carriers of Peace Mark and the Japan Liberation Front arrived at the shores of Japan specifically in Kyushu and they were greeted by Black Knights who were waiting for them as they waved at them and two of them were Rakshata and Diethard. Members of Peace Mark and the Japan Liberation Front disembarked and met up with the Black Knights.
"How are things?" Katase asked.
"Everything is set up," Rakshata said, "as Zero said, 'All conditions are clear'."
Katase looked around seeing his country.
"I never thought that I would return to my country like this and so soon as well," Katase said.
The Black Knights along with Peace Mark and the Japan Liberation Front coordinated with their preparations of the things that were coming to fruition. Later on, Euphie, Suzaku, Todoh, and Jeremiah arrived at a building that was not far from the Special Zone. They entered the building and there they met with Cornelia with Guilford and Darlton were with her.
"Euphie!" Cornelia said happily.
"Cornelia," Euphie said happily.
Cornelia rushed over and gave her younger sister a hug. Euphie hugged back happily.
"Thank goodness," Cornelia said, "thank goodness that you're okay. I was so worried."
"I'm sorry to worry you," Euphie said with tears from her eyes, "it seems that all I have done is make you worry. I'm so sorry."
Cornelia shook her head, "Nonsense, this is not on you. You're not the one to blame."
"Oh right, Sister…" Euphie said.
"I know," Cornelia said and then she turned to Suzaku and Jeremiah, "thank you both for protecting Euphemia."
"It is not a problem," Suzaku said, "As her knight I was merely doing my duty."
"I was merely doing my duty as a loyal servant," Jeremiah said with a bow.
"Still I want to thank you both," Cornelia said, "especially you Kururugi."
"Me?" Suzaku replied.
"Yes, it seems that my sister made the right choice to make you her knight," Cornelia said.
Suzaku was surprised to hear Cornelia say those words as it was Cornelia finally accepting him as Euphie's knight.
"Thank you Your Highness," Suzaku said being grateful.
"Cornelia," Euphie said happily.
Euphie was happy with what Cornelia had said as she was happy that her sister had finally accepted Suzaku as her knight. Cornelia, Guilford, and Darlton then looked at Todoh.
"Todoh, I didn't expect you here," Cornelia said.
"I just came to accompany them," Todoh said.
"I was expecting Zero and Void," Cornelia said.
"They'll be here to meet with you," Todoh replied, "with that I'll be taking my leave. I'm sure you want to spend time with your sister."
Todoh left and the others looked on.
"I will be stepping outside," Jeremiah said.
"Gottwald?" Cornelia asked.
"I will keep watch," Jeremiah said with a bow.
"Very well," Euphie said, "thank you Jeremiah."
"Yes Your Highness," Jeremiah said.
"Jeremiah," Guilford said.
Jeremiah turned to Guilford.
"You might not be so incompetent after all," Guilford said.
"…I see," Jeremiah said, "thank you Lord Guilford."
Jeremiah left the room as the others watched. Outside, Jeremiah saw Todoh and the Four Holy Swords.
"Jeremiah," Todoh said.
"Todoh, thank you for your assistance," Jeremiah said.
"No need to thank me," Todoh said with a nod.
"I still want to thank you," Jeremiah said.
Todoh and the Four Holy Swords nodded to Jeremiah and they left. Back in the room, Guilford and Darlton nodded and looked at the Cornelia.
"Your Highness, we'll be right outside if you need us as well," Darlton said.
"Thank you," Cornelia said.
"Kururugi, come join us," Darlton said, "We should let the sisters spend some time alone together."
"Yes I agree," Suzaku said.
Darlton, Guilford, and Suzaku went outside and joined Jeremiah. Suzaku had a worried expression and made a decision and turned to Cornelia's knight and her military advisor.
"Lord Guilford," Suzaku said, "General Darlton, there's something that I feel that you should know and it's something that Princess Cornelia needs to know as well."
"Hmm, what is it Kururugi?" Guilford asked.
"Kururugi," Jeremiah said.
"They need to know," Suzaku said and then he turned to Jeremiah, "I'm sure you agree Lord Jeremiah."
"What is it?" Darlton asked.
"It's about Zero and Void," Suzaku said.
"Zero and Void?" Guilford asked, "What is it? Princess Cornelia plans to meet with them."
"Yes and they said something that I felt that you all need to know," Suzaku said.
Meanwhile Zero and Void with CC arrived in the light blue flagship.
"Nunnally, are you sure about this?" Zero asked.
"Yes I'm sure," Void said, "I should be here for this as well Lelouch. Please let me be there."
"…Well, okay," Zero said.
CC suddenly placed her hand on Zero's shoulder and Zero looked at CC who gave him a nod.
"I could do this if you want," CC said.
"No, I need to do it," Zero said, "it would not be right for me to place the burden to either of you."
"It's not a burden," CC said, "I am with you all the way."
"So am I," Void said.
"Thank you," Zero said.
Not long afterwards, Jinta was in one of the rooms with the Castor and Pollux who were still tied up and sitting in chairs. The doors opened and Zero, Void, and CC arrived and entered the room.
"Ah you're here," Jinta said.
"You!" Castor spoke in a venomous tone.
"Damn you!" Pollux spoke in anger.
"Castor and Pollux," Zero said, "know this that you will not get what you want."
"What do you mean?" Castor asked.
"Euphemia is still alive," Void said, "and the Pluton agents are being rounded up and taking in custody."
"You're lying," Pollux said.
"No, they're not," CC said, "Euphemia is still alive and not everyone in the Special Zone is dead. In fact, people are actually gathering in the Special Zone as we speak."
"You mean to say that you actually made it time?" Castor asked surprised.
"It wasn't just us," Zero said, "the fact is that there are others who made it possible for Euphemia to survive including Kururugi, Gottwald, and even Marrybell and her Glinda Knights."
"Your plan to ruin Euphemia and have her killed in the process has failed," Void said.
"Tch," Castor responded with hatred.
"You two are really something else," Zero said, "it's quite disturbing. I suppose it is the result of the environment back in Britannia or perhaps it is the result of your time with the Geass Order."
"What?" Pollux replied.
Zero and Void took off their masks revealing their faces to the twin princes.
"You two…" Castor said, "So you decided to show your faces to us."
"It's been a long time dear brothers," Nunnally said.
"Just revealing your faces just like Lelouch and Nunnally," Pollux said.
"Hmm, from the tone of you two, you don't seem surprised," Lelouch said as he and Nunnally closed their eyes.
"We're not," Castor said, "we already knew that it was you two however…"
"Go ahead and open your eyes and—" Pollux spoke.
Pollux was cut off from what he said his head was suddenly grabbed by Jinta who then covered his right eyes as he tried to activate his Geass.
"Got him," Jinta said.
"Thanks," Lelouch said.
Lelouch and Nunnally opened their eyes as Jinta was holding Pollux covering his Geass powered eye. Castor was livid that Jinta was holding his twin brother.
"Hey, release my brother!" Castor demanded.
Pollux struggled to free himself from Jinta's hold. Castor clenched his teeth angrily and turned to Lelouch and Nunnally.
"Hey order your monkey to let Pollux go now!" Castor demanded.
"Don't call Jinta a monkey!" Nunnally responded angrily.
"Tch, typical of you," Lelouch said angrily, "Well no matter, it won't matter for this is the end for you two."
"W-What do you mean?" Pollux asked.
Lelouch pulled out his handgun and it surprised the twins.
"Lelouch, what do you think you're doing?" Castor asked as he desperately struggled to free himself.
Pollux was wide eyed and he struggled to free himself with no success.
"You two cannot be allowed to continue," Lelouch said.
"Wait, stop!" Castor yelled, "Do you realize what you're doing? Are you seriously going to kill us, your own brothers?"
"You're going to kill us just like you killed Clovis?!" Pollux asked angrily.
"I am," Lelouch answered as he pointed his gun to the twins.
Castor and Pollux were shocked and they looked at Nunnally.
"Nunnally, are you just going to just stand by and watch?" Pollux said.
"I am," Nunnally answered.
Her answer shocked the twins.
"You two tried to have Euphie killed," Nunnally said, "and you helped orchestrate a massacre in the Special Zone and we haven't forgotten that you tried to kill us back in the island and you knew it was us."
"Be smart about this," Castor spoke, "this isn't something you want to do. Listen, let's make a deal."
"A deal?" Lelouch asked.
"Yes, a deal," Pollux said as he was still struggling with his eye still covered.
"We can work together," Castor said, "we'll put in a good word to you to Father and I'm sure we can convince him to let you two back in the family. I'm sure that he will look favorable to you two."
Lelouch and Nunnally looked at each and they didn't need to say anything to each other as they both already knew and they both looked at their half-brothers.
"No thank you," Lelouch said.
"We have no interest," Nunnally said.
"A-Are you serious?" Castor replied as he and Pollux were shocked.
"Good bye Castor and Pollux," Lelouch said.
"Good bye dear brothers," Nunnally said with a sad expression.
"No!" Castor and Pollux yelled, "You're going to pay and you will die for this!"
Lelouch shot both of his younger half-brothers and they both died as a result. Afterwards Lelouch closed his eyes and frowned as he was upset. Nunnally was sad and was upset as well.
"With that once again, I have stained my hands with the blood of our siblings," Lelouch said.
Nunnally suddenly wrapped her arms around Lelouch's arm. Lelouch looked at Nunnally and CC stood next to CC as Jinta stood up.
"I'll take care of this," Jinta said.
"Sorry for placing the burden on you," Lelouch said.
"Please don't think much of it," Jinta said, "besides, this is something that I chose and asked to do."
"Let's leave it him," CC said, "you have a meeting with Cornelia."
"Right," Lelouch said as he put his mask back on.
Nunnally put her mask back on as well.
"Time to see our sister," Void said.
"Yes," Zero said.
Zero and Void left with CC and Jinta looked at the dead bodies of Castor and Pollux rui Britannia. As Zero, Void, and CC were about to leave, they met with Sayoko who stood and waited for them and she bowed to them.
"My lord and lady," Sayoko said.
"Sayoko," Void said as she went to the maid.
"I take that you're ready as well," Zero said.
"I am," Sayoko said, "I am always ready for your sake."
"Thank you Sayoko," Zero said, "you have always been our support."
"Please no need," Sayoko said, "I live to serve you and I'm happy to do it."
Meanwhile in Ashford Academy, students and faculty members were watching or listening to the news update and it was regard of the Black Knights coming back and the revelations of the plot against Euphemia and the Special Zone. In the Student Council Room, Nina and Rivalz were watching the news on the portable television that Rivalz was holding.
"They actually came back," Nina said.
"Yeah and Princess Euphemia was proven innocent," Rivalz said and then he turned to Nina with a smile, "Isn't it great Nina? Euphemia has been proven that she was not responsible."
"Oh y-yes," Nina said, "I guess so."
"Nina, aren't you really happy about this?" Rivalz asked with a worried expression.
"Of course I am," Nina said and nodded, "I'm glad that Euphemia is not a terrorist. I'm glad that it was proven false… but I wonder what's going to happen."
"Well… I guess it depends on what she plan to do," Rivalz said, "and with Zero and Void."
"With Zero and Void…" Nina spoke.
Nina sighed and went to her computer and continued on her work that she was doing while Rivalz looked at Nina and then he turned back to the portable television and had questions. As students in Ashford Academy were either watching or listening to news about the Black Knights' returned and exposure of Pluton framing Euphemia and being the ones causing the massacre in the Special Zone, there were two students were standing by a tree outside and they were very upset and it was Gene and Martin.
"This is not good," Gene said, "not good at all."
"This whole thing fell apart," Martin said with worry, "what are we going to do?"
"Nothing," Gene said, "we're not going to do or say anything… because we didn't do anything and we're sticking to that."
"You can't be serious," Martin replied, "do you really think that they won't figure out our involvement? We help start the conflict over there. The Black Knights were able to figure them out. Don't you think that they will eventually figure out that that we were involved?"
"Nothing is going to happen Martin," Gene insisted, "besides even if things seem to get bad for us, I can just get help from my father and he'll handle it. Don't forget, my father has powerful connections."
"Do you think that the Black Knights would care if your dad has connections or not?" Martin replied upset, "These are the same group of people that went after nobles and businessmen with connections. Zero of course is the same guy that killed the former prince, Clovis la Britannia. Having connections isn't going to stop the Black Knights."
Gene clenched his teeth in anger and turned to Martin.
"Then what do you want to do?" Gene asked, "Go and confess to Euphemia and the Black Knights of our part? Do you really want to be eaten alive?"
Martin looked away from Gene with a worried and scared expression.
"The only we can do is keep our mouths shut," Gene said, "as long as we do that, no one will ever know."
"And what about the guy that gave us those things to use?" Martin asked, "What makes you think he won't tell on us as well?"
"Then we say that he forced us," Gene answered, "Everything came from him after all, we'll just say that he forced us, that we never wanted to have anything to do with this."
"Do you really think that will work?" Martin asked.
"Yes it will so keep it together," Gene said.
Back near the Special Zone, Marrybell was looking on with her Glinda Knights as people were gathering in the Special Zone waiting for Zero and Void to speak in front of them.
"Your Highness," Oldrin said, "we got word that Princess Cornelia is planning to meet with Zero and Void."
"I see," Marrybell said.
"Is this really happening?" Leonhardt asked, "Is Princess Cornelia really going to meet with Zero and Void and what about Princess Euphemia?"
"It is happening," Oldrin said.
"We all did our part," Marrybell said, "we did what we set out to do and protected the people being targeted."
"It's still disturbing that this agency was the ones that intentionally caused this disaster," One of the Glinda Knights said.
"Yes but it's not out of the ordinary," Marrybell said.
Marrybell thought the time that her mother and sister were killed in an explosion and she stood in horror seeing that the villa she lived with her mother and sister were up in flames.
"Your Highness?" Oldrin asked.
"We need to know more of this," Marrybell said and then turned to her direct subordinates, "we need to dig deeper into this."
The Glinda Knights agreed with their leader and nodded.
"Yes Your Highness," The Glinda Knights said in unison.
In Shizuoka, Rai was sitting in his Knightmare with the cockpit opened and type something on his laptop and was also on the phone.
"That's right," Rai said, "that is the situation so far and we have everything ready."
The person on the other line spoke and Rai nodded in response.
"Very good," Rai said, "… yes with that, all conditions are clear."
Rai hung up the phone.
"Deputy Commander Winston," A male voice called out.
Rai looked and saw two Black Knights who were Kimiaki and Masayuki.
"How are we doing here?" Rai asked.
"Yes sir," Masayuki said, "we have all the Pluton agents being sent where Zero ordered and we're taking the parts of the GX 01 Knightmare Frames."
"Very good and the others are doing the same in other places," Rai said, "I'm leaving you two in charge here to continue collecting the parts of the GX 01 Knightmare Frames."
"Yes sir," Kimiaki said.
"Sir," Masayuki said as he and Kimiaki saluted to Rai.
"Will you be heading to the Special Zone Deputy Commander?" Kimiaki asked.
"Yes, when Zero and Void get there, things will truly begin," Rai said.
Rai closed the cockpit of his Fenrir and headed for the Special Zone. Back in the building where Euphemia and Cornelia were staying, the four men were waiting outside of the room where the li Britannia sisters were staying and Suzaku just told Guilford and Darlton of what Zero and Void had planned to do.
"Hmph, a revolution," Guilford said.
"So they intent to take back this territory," Guilford said.
"Yes and I believe that Princess Cornelia should know," Suzaku said.
"You're right," Darlton said, "Her Highness does need to know their intent."
"Then we understand part of the reason why that gathering is going on in the Special Zone," Guilford said.
"It is true as you said," Zero's voice said.
Guilford, Darlton, Jeremiah, and Suzaku were surprised and they looked and saw Zero, Void, and CC.
"Zero," Guilford said, "and Void as well."
"Not just them," Darlton said as he looked at CC, "You're that girl…"
"Hello there," CC said with a smile.
"You're here," Jeremiah said and then he approached them, "Princesses Cornelia and Euphemia are in the room waiting for you."
"Of course," Zero said with a nod.
"Zero," Suzaku said glaring at Zero, "don't think things are going to go as you want."
"…We'll see," Zero replied.
Zero, Void, and CC walked past Suzaku and went in the room where Cornelia and Euphie were waiting for them.
"Zero, Void," Euphie said.
"Euphemia," Zero said.
"How are you feeling?" Void asked.
"I'm okay," Euphie said, "I want to thank you both again for what you have done."
"I will like to extend my thanks as well," Cornelia said as she faced the masked siblings, "You proved my sister's innocence and expose the true schemers in the massacre of the Special Zone."
"It's what we do," Void said, "as soon we learned what was happening, we rushed back here as fast as we could."
"It's still heart wrenching that people were murdered in the Special Zone," Zero said upset.
"Yes I suppose and I certainly didn't expect to see you," Cornelia said looking at CC.
"Hello Cornelia," CC said.
"I have many questions about this," Cornelia said, "but now is not the time," Cornelia looked at Zero and Void, "Zero and Void, in light of everything that has happened, the circumstances has changed."
"Indeed it has," Zero said.
"Your Highness," Suzaku spoke, "I'm sorry to interrupt."
Suzaku entered with Jeremiah, Guilford, and Darlton.
"What is it?" Cornelia asked.
"Suzaku," Euphie said with a worried expression.
"Your Highness, I feel that you need to know what Zero and Void are planning to do," Suzaku said.
"It's about them planning to free this country from Britannia," Cornelia said, "is that it?"
Suzaku was shocked at what he heard.
"Y-You already know about it?" Suzaku asked.
"Of course I did," Cornelia replied, "Who do you think informed me? It should be obvious."
"Oh," Suzaku replied.
Suzaku looked at Euphie and she nodded realizing that Euphemia had told her sister.
"Yes Euphemia has already informed me," Cornelia said, "and with that here's my response to this to you Zero and Void."
"Oh and what is your response?" Zero asked.
"I will never agree to this," Cornelia said, "I will never support it however…"
"However?" Void asked.
"I will not stop you," Cornelia said.
Suzaku was shocked in what Cornelia just said.
"Not stop them?" Suzaku spoke.
"That's right," Cornelia said, "I have decided that as of right now I will no longer be the Viceroy of the land and I will not prevent the Black Knights to take back this land."
Euphie looked at Cornelia and looked at Zero and Void.
"Zero and Void," Euphie said, "I have made a decision as well."
"Euphemia?" Void replied.
"I want to make a request to you," Euphie said.
"Euphie?" Cornelia asked.
"Zero and Void," Euphie said with determination, "My request is to join you. I want to join the Black Knights."
Suzaku was wide eyed in shock with what Euphie just request. Cornelia looked at her sister and was also surprised that her sister wanted to join Zero and Void.
