After the last show, everyone went outside and sat around the dining area to take a break. Meteria was still trying to pry any information about what else her son went through, but Rolan wouldn't budge. Alfia and Hera were also having their hands full calming her down. This made the girls take an opportunity to spend time with Bell without interruptions, but one had already beat them to it.
Artemis: Orion, you should try this one.
Bell: *Blushing* I-I can feed myself!
Artemis: Please? *Pleading eyes*
He ended up having to close his eyes, but he ate the food she gave him. He opened them wide again when he noticed how good it was.
Bell: Wow, that was delicious!
Artemis: *Giggle*
Off to the side...
Zeus: I really need to know what happened between them.
Loki: You were there, right Hermes? Let us in on it.
Hermes: Sorry, but that tale needs to be told in the best way possible. Seeing everything play out from the outside is the best way we could ask for. You will thank me later.
Astraea: But the suspense is killing us! Artemis never acted like that back in Heaven and now she's become that!
The looked back to the two and saw Artemis feeding Bell other foods.
Hermes: It won't be much longer from where we left off if my memory is correct. Though, Bell has plenty more adventures.
Zeus: That's good to hear.
With Bell...
Ais: Bell, you should try some of mine.
Lili: Mine too!
Haruhime: I-If you want, I can share.
They offered him food one by one which he eventually ate. The atmosphere was fine until the doors leading inside the kitchen opened revealing the withered bodies of the Freya Familia. Goddess Freya was wearing a cooking apron, but she also looked like she went through hell.
Freya: We're done after this one? *Tired*
Mia: For now.
She prepared to give the goddess one last set of plates to put away.
Freya: Thank you for the lessons, Mia! I feel like I learned a lot! (Please let me leave!!!)
Mia: Oh, fuck off you useless sack of fucking yankey-dankey-doodle shite. *Hands the dishes to her* Fuck off, will you, yeah?
She grabbed them and put them away before collapsing on a chair with her arm over her face.

Bell: What in the lower world happened?
Welf: It wasn't pretty from the looks of it.
Mikoto: They look ready to die.
Lili: They probably did many times already.
Timeskip 5 minutes...
Rolan: Okay, you should be fine by now.
Allen: My stomach isn't killing me anymore.
Ottar: I feel better as well.
Rolan: Good, you've survived the first test.
Freya: Oh, thank goodness!! *Crying for joy*
Rolan: But I have some bad news.
Freya: *Scared* What?
Rolan: You're going back.
Freya: H-Huh?
Rolan: *Smiling* Bye~
Freya: NOOOO!!!
Just like that, the kitchen door opened again and they all were sucked inside, screaming for their lives. Rolan turned back around to see the terrified faces of several people in the room. The mood slowly recovered, until some parents had a talk.
Albert: So, this is about my daughter and your boy?
Meteria: Yes.
Alfia: It was her idea.
Aria: Come on, we should be happy those young ones are trying to find each other.
They turned and saw Ais with a bright smile as she had Bell on her lap. They other girls were also in the same position as her, waiting for their turn with Bell.
Alfia: Ugh, not this again.
Aria: I'm starting to wonder who to pity more. That is looking like a lot of work for all of them.
Alfia: It would be easier if he just chose one, but that is becoming increasingly impossible.
Albert: Agreed. I'll acknowledge his goals and his achievements, but he'll be in for it if he tries anything on my girl before they are properly together.
Meteria: That's a fair deal.
Aria: Then we have your blessings.
Alfia: We'll just see if your daughter can handle my lessons.
Albert: And we can't ask you to go easy on her?
Alfia: I am going easy on her. It's the reason why she's there with Bell instead of in front of me, ready to fight.
Albert: I see. (She's scary!)
Meteria: I know, why don't we spend time with our potential grandkids?
Aria: Great idea!!
Alfia: I don't know. I'll feel old just being around them.
Aria: Didn't they say that the blessings offset your age? You'll always look much younger than you are and it isn't like you're that old to begin with.
Meteria: She has a point. 31 isn't that old compared to other women here.
Alfia: Fine, just leave my age out of it.
She walked off to where the kids were sitting with the others following her.
Meteria: Sorry about her. She can be stubborn like that.
Aria: It's fine.
They arrived at the kids tables and sat next to them.
Meteria: Are these taken? *Pointing to the seats*
Albert(Emb): Nope.
Aria: So, can you tell us about yourselves? You should understand how giddy I feel about having grandkids. *Smiling*
Albert(Emb): It's fine. Well, we're all adventurers here except Eileen.
The demi-elf waved.
Albert(Emb): She mostly works in the guild.
Alfia: There is something I'd like to ask. All of your mothers are here, correct?
He nodded.
Alfia: Each of them had at least one, but there are a few exceptions. The prum had three and your mother had you and your sister.
Again, he nodded.
Alfia: Those half-elves there are Gale's children? How did she have so many?

Albert(Emb): Well, there were two sets of twins. Momma Lili had triplets.
Albert: It just looks a bit unfair that the others didn't have that opportunity.
Albert(Emb): *Blushing* It's a bit embarrassing to talk about it, but there were some complications. Momma Ryuu wasn't a full time adventurer, so she didn't have to worry about being pregnant for a long time. The problem was when Mommas Lili, Lefiya and Tiona as well as my Mom were all pregnant around the same time. Most of them were important figures in our Familias, so being on leave would cause problems for expeditions or going into the dungeon in general.
Meteria: So they had to space them apart?
Albert(Emb): Yes. That's why there's really no one left with close age ranges. Uncle Finn got pretty nervous when he had to account for the absence of Mom, Momma Lefiya and Momma Tiona when he was planning the next expedition. We had to plan around but then Dad started feeling sick and ended up dying.
Meteria: Wait, sick?!
Albert(Emb): No, it wasn't the illness you had. It was a curse from the dragon.
Alfia: So, he still dies?
Albert(Emb): Yes, but that's why we all ended up going to the past to help him.
Albert: So you traveled back in time?
Albert(Emb): Yes, the mistakes of the past had to be corrected. I just couldn't move on with my family as sad as it was. I knew things would be better if my mothers had dad.
Aria: You care a lot for your family.
Albert(Emb): I do. They all mean the world to me.
Albert: That makes me proud to be your grandfather.
Meteria: Oh, mind if I ask you something?
Albert(Emb): Go ahead.
Meteria: Since your their grandchild, are you also part spirit?
Albert(Emb): I am. My sister and I have the same wind powers as mom.
Said sister came over to join them with the other two with her.
AN: Karmi- Tiona's child.
Ariel: You call me, brother?
Albert(Emb): No, they were just curious about your spirit powers.
Celdia: Are you fine with talking about that? We know how sensitive you are about that topic.
He gave her a smile to tell her it was fine, but the parents were concerned.
Aria: What is she talking about?
Ariel: My brother... he doesn't really like his powers.
Alfia: Why? Surely something like the strength of a spirit is something to celebrate.
Albert(Emb): Yes, but the prestige isn't something I asked for. *Sigh* I spent most of my life being praised either for being the child of two of the strongest adventurers in the world or for being part spirit. I get rewarded for doing nothing, like my hard work makes little impact to them.
Meteria: Normally, most would be fine with being rewarded for little effort.
Albert(Emb): I'm not most. Dad was as weak as they came, yet he was able to rise to the top. If he could become something amazing, then so can I. I'll use my spirit powers when I need to, but I want to reach my peak as a human.
For being as young as Ais, they had to admire the boy's resolve.
Albert(Emb): Oh, but I don't mean to offend you, Grandmother.
Aria: Don't worry about that. *Turns to her husband* So, want to recognize the boy?
Albert: I already did, as a person. I'm not doing it as a partner for my daughter just yet.
Aria: *Sigh* Why can't you just accept the two?
Albert: You really don't see what's going on there?
They turned back to the others and saw Ryuu and Ais fighting over who gets Bell next. Haruhime was trying to break them up peacefully while Lefiya was telling Ais she could use her.
Alfia: Shall I?
Meteria: No, let them have their fun for once.
Their attention was brought to the half-elf girl on the floor, sobbing while her amazon sister was rubbing her back.
Karmi: There there.
Meteria: Is she ok?
Karmi: She'll be fine, she just can't stomach seeing her mom act like that. She's held her in high regard her whole life so seeing Momma Lefiya act like this is breaking her image she has.
Celdia: Lesbian firecracker... *Sob*
Albert(Emb): Well, Momma Lefiya had a complicated past while she was young.
Alfia: That makes it hard to believe those two could love each other, much less have a child.
Ariel: They had their differences, but they just need to see eye to eye.
Alfia: Those girls would be bad enough, but Bell even has Goddesses after him including his own.
Albert: It's another reason I still have concerns about him. There his Goddess, that blue haired Goddess and even the Goddess of Beauty stuck in that kitchen.
Karmi: Oh, you forgot Momma Astraea!
Off to the side, Astraea was listening to them talk as she was curious about the children there. She then heard what the amazon had said and spit out her tea. Immediately after, another half-elf came to join.
Alise(Emb): Oh, are we teasing Momma Astraea again?!
Alfia: Wait, come again?
Alise(Emb): Well, it was a slow burn, but she fell for Dad too.
With Astraea...
Alise: *Smirking* You girls hear that? Our Goddess wants the same guy as our little sister.
Kaguya: Oh my word, how unexpected of you.
Astraea: *Embarrassed* H-Hey!
She then got up and immediately went to the children, but also to stop listening to the teasing of her Familia.
Astraea: Explain what happened!
Alise(Emb): Hm?
Astraea: How did I come to fall for the same boy as my girl?
Alise(Emb): It's a bit of a long story.
Alfia: So, should we tack on Shotacon as one of your titles next to Purity and Justice?
Astraea: I-I, listen here-
She never got a chance to finish before she felt a hand on her shoulder. A chill went down her spine when she turned to see Hera staring at her with a smile, but the dark aura around her contradicted her face.
Hera: Astraea, my friend, let's have a little chat.
The Goddess was blue in the face and trembling as she was all but dragged away while Zeus mumbled about how Bell was the dream of all men.
Alfia: *Annoyed* Great, there's another Goddess. I swear, the last thing I need is to learn that high elf is after by nephew before I die again.
She finished her rant and turned back to the kids, only to see they look away nervously.
Meteria: They got together too didn't they? *Blank stare*
Ariel: N-No, but she did love him too.
Alfia: Meteria...
Meteria: Yes?
Alfia: Get that chair ready. I want it at maximum intensity for an entire hour.
Meteria: Sure... hehehe.
With Bell...
Ryuu: I-Is this fine?
Bell: *Blushing* Y-Yes, this is nice.
The elf now had her turn with the rabbit on her lap. They were both red in the face, but felt a great amount of comfort in their positions. Though, the other girls wanted their turn soon. After a few minutes, Bell would have to switch to the next one and this went on for a while. As this happened, the other couples were trying to work things out. Mikoto and Take were trying to process how they ended up together with their son doing his best to keep them level headed. Welf and Hephaestus were also being assisted by their kids while also being told stories of their early times. Everyone else mingled and relaxed. Meanwhile, Zeus and Hera were interrogating Astraea and the half-elf Alise joined to mess with her other mom.
Hera: Now then, what's this about you having feelings for our boy?
Astraea: T-This is a misunderstanding!!
Zeus: Oh, you have no idea how delighted I am to know you feel that way for Bell!
A tick mark appeared on Hera's head as she bashed Zeus' head. Meanwhile, Alise just filled in the gaps for them.
Alise(Emb): I can fill you in on anything if you want.
Hera: *Smiling* That would be great, dear!! Let's start with how she ended up falling for Bell.
Alise(Emb): Well, like I said, I was a slow process. She just liked being around Dad after coming back to Orario.
Astraea: That doesn't excuse me having to share the same person as my daughter!!
Alise(Emb): Well, mom was already sharing dad, so adding you wasn't a big deal. Although, you did change after you two got together.
Hera: Change how?
Alise(Emb): Um, Momma Astraea may have lost the Purity part of her title.
The goddess then blushed hard while Hera glared at her.
Alise(Emb): I don't know the exact details, but she acts weird whenever dad accidentally knocked her on the floor while doing housework. She'd get red in the race, start panting and get this goofy smile on her face. It kinda freaks me out.
Zeus wiggled his eyebrows at this and had a teasing smirk.
Zeus: Wow, I never took you for a masochist, Astraea.
Hera: Me either. It concerns me that my boy would be together with you as well with that attitude.
Astraea: *Blushing* I am not with him, nor am I a masochist!!!
Alise(Emb): Yet, you aren't like that yet. You're still the respected goddess everyone knows, you just had a strange side to you.
Hera: *Patting Alise's head* Thank you for the help dear.
Alise(Emb): My pleasure!!
Hera: Now I can tell Alfia she has a new student to teach.
Astraea: *Scared* Y-You don't have to do that!!!
The goddess then felt the child pull her sleeve and stare at her with a smile that was void of all the previous mischievous fun.
Alise(Emb): I'm only doing this because I've seen how happy you were with him. It's only a matter of time, so you can consider this a warning.
Astraea: I an not going to go off and court with a child especially when my own child has feelings for him.
Alise(Emb): Good for you. I'll remember that for when you come to me about love advice for dad. *Smirking*
Astraea just pouted at her and went back to her girls who were all giddy. They pestered her about many things like when the joint wedding with her and Ryuu was. The goddess herself was red in the face and felt her time would be much harder now.

After all the girls had their fill of Bell on their lap, Rolan decided it was time to continue.
Rolan: Alright, let's get back to it. I'll meet you all back in the theater.
And then the god disappeared to set up the next episode. Meanwhile, Bell was getting up from the last girl's lap.
Bell: Um, sorry about that, Miss Cassandra.
Cassandra: N-No, it's fine!! I enjoyed it. *Smiling*
Now on his feet, Bell and the rest went back inside and took their seats once more. Though, Artemis was still the fastest and took one of the seats next to Bell. Though, Haruhime was actually lucky and was able to grab the other seat much to her disbelief. The other girls grumbled a bit, but let it slide after the moment each of them had. After that, Rolan reappeared and had the next episode ready.
Rolan: Now then, we can begin right away!
Mikoto: What happens next?
Bell: Oh, I think this is where Welf and I first met!
Welf: Hell yeah, it's my turn in the spotlight now!!!
Tsubaki: This ought to be good.
The screen lit up again to show Bell in the guild talking with Eina.
Eina: So, something really good happened?
On screen, they could see Bell with a bright smile on his face as he was breaking the news to her.
Bell: What gives it away?
Eina: Oh you know, just that silly smile you've got on your face.
Bell: Ehehehe, well, my last status update-
His voice faded out as they saw Welf talking with Misha next to them.
Welf: I just want a party to join. Are there really none with an open slot?
Misha: Yeah, I'm sorry.
Eina: WHAT?! LEVEL 2 IN A MONTH AND A HALF?!
Bell was feeling giddy at breaking the news, but gave her a nod.
Off screen...
Zeus: That skill of his will never cease to amaze me.
Hera: Even our Familia didn't level up that fast, but Bell works as hard as they did.
Hermes: We shouldn't expect any less from our Record Holder.
Hestia: It makes her record seem small in comparison.
Albert looked to his daughter.
Albert: What was your record?
Ais: One year to reach level 2. Bell kept climbing higher after this.
Aria: See, the boy is working hard for her.
Albert: He just needs to keep himself under control around her. I don't want them doing anything funny until they are officially married.
Ais: *Happy* Then I can give him as many lap pillows as I want after that?
Albert: What?!
Aria: Of course, dear.
The girl tuned her father out and lived in a happy fantasy of giving her rabbit lap pillows. Back on screen, it then shifted to Bell and Hestia. The boy was holding his minotaur horn while Hestia updated him.
Bell: It's still hard to believe I really beat a minotaur.
Hestia: And, I'm all done!
Bell: So I'm level 2 now? I don't really feel any different.
Hestia: Hmm... T-THIS POWER?! *Dramatic* Is that what you wanted to hear?
Bell: W-Well, yeah.
Hestia: You'll get used to it. Onto other news, there's more good things you have to hear about.
Bell: Like what?
Hestia: A skill.
Bell: ?!
Hestia: Your second- I mean, very first one. Look!
She handed the sheet to him and he looked at the new skill.
Hestia: It took a while, but you finally have one.
Bell: Argonaut... wow, I have a skill! A real skill!!

Bell: Why are you saying it like that?
Hestia: Because a skill like this means you're still dreaming a lot becoming a hero like in those fairy tales. *Teasing*
The boy grew redder in his face as Hestia continued teasing him.

Hestia: Hm?
Bell hid his face behind the sheet as Hestia got closer.
Hestia: Oh, you're so adorable!!
Bell: Stop teasing me!!!
Hestia: Well, the good news is you have a skill. All that's left is to figure out how it works and practice.
Bell was still embarrassed, so he laid on the couch, facing away from her.
Bell: Okay.
Hestia: Well, I'm gonna be gone for a bit, so cheer up for me when I get back.
Bell: Wait, where are you going?
Hestia: It's the time for the Denatus. The quarterly meeting of the Gods is very important. One thing is picking out aliases for adventurers who level up which now includes you.
She told him all about what she knew and Bell was excited to hear it.

Rolan: I know this is rather private information, but I will be showing what occurred during that meeting.
Ouranos: I can't really do anything to stop it anyway, so I will accept that.
Many of the other gods decided it would be fine. No one here was dangerous anyway.
Bell: Grandma, why are you sweating?
Hera: Part of me wished you'd never see what happens here.
Hestia: It feels like it never gets easier in there.
Bell: G-Goddess?!
On screen...
A majestic looking citadel could be seen. Upon zooming in closer, Hestia was seen walking the halls inside. She had a determined look on her face and wasnt expecting to be greeted by a friend of hers.
Take: Greetings, Hestia.
Hestia: Take, hi.
Take: Word through the rice fields is that your adventurer reached level 2 in only a month. Is it true?
Hestia: Why, yes it is.
Take: That's quite the remarkable feat! Even the Sword Princess can't compare any more with her record of one year! Everyone is very excited and have been talking about it.
Hestia: Your Familia is taking part as well, right?
Take: That's right. Mikoto Yamato. I have to give it my all to get an alias befitting her.
In the audience, Mikoto couldn't help but blush at her God's words. Take fought his down until he remembered what happened during it.
Hestia: The feeling is mutual with my child. For our children, let's do our best.
The doors opened and the two took their seats. Hestia went to sit next to Hephaestus as the other gods entered.
Hephaestus: You seem rather calm about this.
Hestia: I need to be strong for my Bell.
The room was in relative chaos which grew even more when the two Goddesses of Beauty entered. Aisha scowled at seeing her old Goddess while Haruhime shifted uncomfortably in her seat.
Bell: It's ok.
Haruhime: *Smiles* Thank you.
On screen...
Filler God A: It's Lady Freya!!!
Filler God B: Yes, step on me, Lady Ishtar!!!
The audience sweat dropped at how the Gods acted.
Ouranos: Is this how every single one goes?
Numerous Gods looked away, whistling.
On screen...
As they all took their seats, Loki came in with some papers in hand.
Loki: All righty then, let's get this started!! With this being our something-thousandth Denatus, I, Loki, will be chairing this time!!!
Many Gods cheered at this as they knew it wouldn't be a boring meeting.
Loki: We will begin with the information exchange!! Anyone got something interesting to say?
One by one, the gods spoke up about recent events in the city. From Soma to Rakia, the room was in chaos which made Hestia uncomfortable.
Hestia: This is even worse than I imagined...
Hephaestus: Nothing out of the ordinary here.
Loki: All right, if that's all, I can hand this stuff to the guild after. I should also speak up about some recent Evilus activity. The remnants are acting up, so you all should be careful.
The name of that organization put a bad taste in the mouths of Loki and Astraea's familias. Particularly, Ryuu bit her lip to contain her emotions. Back on screen, a voice overpowered the rest as the god took his turn.
Ganesha: I, Ganesha, have something to say!!! But first, I am Ganesha!!!
Loki: Great, you can sit back down.
Ganesha: *Not sitting down* I must apologize for the mistake I made!!! I feel horrible for the mess during Monsterfilia!!!
He went on about the events during that festival while doing strange poses. His Familia sweat dropped during it, though, some of the kids thought he looked cool.
Ganesha: *Turning to Loki* Can I keep going?
Loki: Fine, just make it quick.
Ganesha: The same place those man eating flowers attacked was where one of my Familia members was murdered! I don'tknow if it has a connection with Monsterfilia, but nevertheless, I want to avenge his death!!! If you know anything, I beg you to tell me!!!
The god cried for his dead child.
Ganesha: Oh, Hashana... why... why did you die while having sex?!
Some of the gods who were mourning were shocked out of their mourning when he said that.
Ganesha: To be seduced and killed by a hot, busty woman; I'm so jealous!!!
In the audience, many shared the looks of the gods on screen.
Ganesha: IT SHOULD'VE BEEN ME, NOT HIM!!! IT'S NOT FAIR!!!
Loki: Dude, he didn't die during it.
Ganesha: Huh?
Loki looked like she was growing tired of dealing with this. She turned and saw Hestia crying at the god's story. In the audience, some of the younger kids were also crying. Even Bell, Haruhime, Tiona and Ardi were shedding tears listening to him.
Hera: *Sigh* These kids... *Turns to Zeus*
Zeus: *Blowing his nose* I understand his pain. I would've given anything to be in that adventurer's shoes too.
A tick mark grew on Hera's head again as she punched Zeus. Back on screen, the Denatus continued, and many gods shivered.
Loki: *Menacing* Now then, let's move on to the main event. THE NAMING CEREMONY!!!
Everyone: YEEEEAAAAAH!!!
Loki: First is an adventurer from the Set Familia.
Said god of the Familia was sweating.
Set: Please go easy...
Everyone: Denied!!!
Set: NOOO!!!
Timeskip 5 minutes...
Loki: Looks like we're in agreement! His alias will be Burning Fighting Fighter!!
Set: UWAAAAAAAAAH!!! *In pain*
The ceremony went on as more adventurers got their names. Meanwhile, the gods of said adventurers all cried out in agony at the names that were given.
In the audience...
Bell: I didn't know it was like this...
Lili: The gods are merciless.
Hestia: *Sobbing*
With Argo...
Argo: I don't see what the big deal is. Some of those were cool names.
Yuri: You wouldn't be saying that if Crozzo was giving the names.
Argo: *Memories of Vietnam*
Back on screen...
It was now Take's turn. The gods shot one name after another as the god begged for mercy.
Take: Please, stop!!
The girl appeared in his mind as he tried to persevere.
Take: (Mikoto, I'll do my best to give you an alias you deserve!)
In the audience, Mikoto was moved by how devoted her god was for her sake. As such, she had a burst of courage and gave him a light kiss on the cheek which greatly flustered them both. Much to her delight, Take wasn't upset by it.
Back on screen...
The gods then turned to Dionysus to give his opinion. Those who knew of his true colors scowled at the sight of him.
Take: *Hand signals* (Please!!)
Dionysus: *Dark face* Zetsu Ei. Does that work?
An image of Mikoto thanking him appeared in Take's mind.
Loki: Then, it's decided! Zetsu Ei is her alias!
Take: YOU BASTAAAAAARD!!!
Loki: Next up is my Ais.
Take: *In the distance* Mikoto!!!
The gods were excited about her and were amazed by her increase to level 6. They all came to a unanimous decision.
The Male Gods: Our Wife!!!
Loki: I'll murder you! *Dark look*
The Male Gods: Forgive us!!!
In the audience...
Lefiya was mortified at how they were treating her idol. Even Riveria was visibly upset, but surprisingly relieved to see Loki defend Ais.
Albert: DON'T HOLD ME BACK, ARIA!!! THE WORLD WILL KNOW ME AS THE GREATEST GOD SLAYER WHEN I'M THROUGH WITH THEM!!! *Furious*
Aria: Ufufu... I won't, honey. Not this time. *Smiling darkly*
Bell was busy fantasizing about Ais in that beautiful wedding dress.

Loki: Looks like it will stay Sword Princess. The last one is...
She looked at the sheet and saw Hestia's child and the time it took to level up.
Loki: What's up with this?! A month and a half makes no sense!!
Hestia was nervous as she didn't want to reveal Bell's skill to all the gods present.
Loki: Our blessing doesn't work like that! How did this happen!
Hestia looked down nervously as Loki continued pressuring her. However, her aid came from an unexpected source.
Freya: Does that really matter?
Loki: Huh?
Freya: If she claims it to be genuine, then there's no need for us to pester her more. She would have been penalized should she have manipulated a falna.
Loki: What part of a month didn't you get?!
Freya: Ara Loki, are you perhaps jealous? Hestia's child beat the record of your favorite's.
Loki: Geh, of course not!! (I'm gonna kill her!)

The Denatus finally ended and many of the gods sighed in relief it was over.

Welf: I'm suddenly really glad we mortals don't have to go there.
On screen, they saw Bell sweeping the floor of their home as he waited for Hestia to return.
Bell: Hehe. Could they give me new armor along with my name? What kind of name would I get? Fire Blizzard or Tornado Typhoon, or Burning Fighting Fighter!!!
The boy imagined himself in bright red armor with a sword and shield.
Bell: I'm so excited!!!

Hestia was practically dying at seeing her child think of those ridiculous names.
Welf: I for one think that armor he imagined was cool. I should try to make it one day.

Bell was looking at the old set of armor he had been using.
Bell: This armor was great though. Nice and light so I have no trouble moving. *Looks at the name* Welf Crozzo.

She arrived back and was completely out of breath.

Bell: Really?!

The screen changed to show the evening hours in the Hostess of Fertility.
Lili: Little Rookie? That's seriously your name?
The boy was slumped with his chin on the table.
Bell: Yeah... what do you think?

Bell: Yeah, right? She said it could've been worse but...
Syr: Actually, I like it.
The two were interrupted when Syr and Ryuu came with food trays and drinks.
Ryuu: You did a good job leveling up. Congratulations.

This bought the attention of many others in the pub.

Adventurer B: Fastest adventurer to get level 2.

The two took seats next to them.

The dwarf was shown smiling in their direction.

Ryuu: Not exactly. The Middle Floors are nothing like the levels above them. The monsters are in greater numbers and they are stronger. It isn't a matter of strength, but the fact is that bridging the gap is easier by adding more members to your party.

He was interrupted when he heard laughter coming from the table near them.
In the audience, Bell was having another mental crisis.
Bell: (Ah, I forgot about them too.)
On screen...
Mord: You need some extra hands, little guy?
Bell: Hm?
Mord: I can let you join our party. There's plenty of space and we're a bunch of level 2s that hit up the Middle Floors.
Bell: Well, uh...
Mord: But, you'll have to bring these beauties along. *Glancing at Ryuu and Syr*
Bell: ?!
For obvious reasons, this sat poorly with many of them.
Welf: Wait, he did that too?
Hera: Too?
Hestia: Well, he and his friends may have done something again in the future.
A dark aura surrounded Alfia as she looked at Bell.
Alfia: Bell?
Bell: P-Please, don't be upset!! I know it looks bad right now, but I need you to give them a chance like you did with Lili! I swear, we're on good terms now!
Meteria: But Bell, he's trying to make moves on your girlfriend!! *Upset*
Ryuu's face went red again, but part of her was happy she was seen that way in her eyes.
Bell: I-I know, but he changed! They all did!!
Rolan: You can trust his word and I can vouch for him that those people have become good supporters of Bell.
Zeus: If you say so, but that doesn't change what they did before.
Rolan: I know, but you'll have to watch and see. Oh, and I get you're still angry, so keep your eyes on the screen.
In screen...
Mord: Since we'll be teammates, we should be sharing our goods.
Bell: Hey-
Ryuu: Leave.
It zoomed to Ryuu who cut Bell off.
Ryuu: Someone like you isn't deserving of him in their party.
Mord: Huh? Listen, you know I can show you a better time than this child.
Ryuu: You need to learn when to quit!!
In the blink of an eye, she trapped his hand with her empty mug and forced him to the ground. He groaned in pain before smashing it and getting back up.
Mord: Grr... being a woman doesn't change anything. You'll pay for that!!
He got up to attack her which Ryuu responded with by taking a hidden knife out. However, a loud crash interrupted them.
Mia: OI!!!
*SMASH*
The dwarf was looking angry and those sitting by the bar near her had faces full of fright. The screen turned back to them as they froze while Ryuu calmly sat back down.
Mia: This is a place to eat and drink, not to fight. If you're trying to pick one, you better take it outside!! *Angry*
Mord: F-Fine, we were just leaving.
Mia: Don't forget about the bill either!!!
They quickly dropped their bag of money for her and ran away in fear. Back with Bell, the elf went back to her food.
In the audience...
From her old friends, Ryuu was trying to hide from them but failed.
Alise: You took that guy down in style! That's the way!
Astraea: That was good of your to defend your man.
With Bell...
Welf: Well, that was unexpected.
Lili: Considering it was Master Bell, I think it was expected.
Meteria: You can see very well how she is looking out for him. The same way the others do.
Alfia: Yes, and I will admit it's a good start for now. Both that elf and the airhead have a lot of work to do before I can consider them proper wife material.

Bell was looking around the armor shop again, but couldn't find the work he was looking for. Wanting some help, he went to the clerk only to find him talking with another person already.

Greg: Yeah, fuck you.
Welf: Name's Welf Crozzo, and I'll be your blowee this evening.

Off screen...
Rolan: Oh god damnit, I thought I closed that already!
Hera: Oh gods, is that the world from last time?!
Rolan: Yeah, my bad again.
Hephaestus: Welf? Have anything to say for yourself? *Annoyed*

Rolan: Yeah, he's like that because of you in that world.
As he tried to fix his mistake, the goddess blushed immensely before taking back to her seat.

After hearing how Bell spoke in there, the woman went to quickly make sure her sweet boy didn't turn out poorly.
Haruhime: Hearing him speak so vulgar... it feels strange.
Welf: Yeah, I'd be surprised too if I wasn't confirmed to be gay there.
Lili: Oh gods, if we had to compete with you for Master Bell as well, I'd lose my mind!
Welf: *Blushing* You're not helping!!!
Aisha: I dunno, part of me likes the rabbit there. *Hungry smile

They saw Bell once again walking around the weapon shop and failing to find what he was looking for.
Bell: *Holding another chest piece* Still not it. What's going on? Where's his stuff?
He walked to the front desk only to hear the clerk talking with another man.
Welf: I risk my life to get the materials for this stuff and you can't even give me a decent place on the shelves?! My work doesn't belong in the back to collect dust!!
Clerk: *Sigh* Hello Sir, what can I do for you?
Bell: I need some Welf Crozzo armor. Is there any around because Ican't seem to find any.
Clerk: Uh... *Looks to Welf*
Bell: What? *Also looks to Welf*
Welf: *Snorts* HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
He took the crate next to him filled with armor and moved it to Bell.
Welf: It's your lucky day! Here, armor by Welf Crozzo!
The screen shifted again and showed the two sitting on a bench outside.
Welf: Well, Iwasn't expecting this. THE Little Rookie is looking to buy my work.
Bell: I never expected to meet THE Mr. Crozzo.
Welf: Mmm... can you not call me that? It's way too formal for my taste.
Bell: Mr. Welf then?
Welf: Mister *Sigh* good enough. *Clears throat* So, Bell Cranel, this would make your second purchase from me! I take it your satisfied?!
The boy was confused at why he was speaking like that.
Bell: Why are you talking like that?
The other smiths near them decided to move away after that.
Welf: Sorry about that. I'm just marking territory. Now, onto more important matters. Would you like to form a direct contract with me?
Bell: Direct?
Welf: Yes. I'll give you a discount on orders you have for me, but I'd like something in return.
Bell: And that is?
Welf: I ask to join your party.
The screen shifted again to show Welf running in the dungeon.

Lili: IT WAS THAT SOON?!

Lili: I thought it was like a few days, but you really accepted him that fast?! *Furiously shaking him*

The prum dropped the rabbit.

Welf felt uncomfortable as Lili continued her rant in front of him.

Welf: *Walking to them* Am I that much of a problem, pipsqueak?
Lili: Hey, that isn't my name! It's Liliruca Arde!
Welf: Woah, my apologies, Lil'Bit. *Holds out hand*

She looked to Welf who had his back facing them.

Welf: Nice joke.

With the Loki Familia, Riveria and Lefiya were trying to calm down a still slightly angry Alicia.
Riveria: You already know he's different. There's no need to point your anger at him. Deep breaths.
She did as she was told to try and calm herself.
With Argo...
Crozzo: Guess my lineage was going to corrupt eventually. I guess it's the human thing to do.
Argo: Hey, don't act so down. At least the new you hasn't changed much.
Feena: He's right. In fact, the kids he has are the first step in rebuilding your name.
Crozzo looked up to his friends and smiled at them.
Crozzo: Thanks, guys.
Argo: Anytime!
Back on screen...
Welf: I get it, our name is worthless. No point in dwelling on what we used to be good at.
Lili: Still-
*Crack*
Around them, monsters began spawning.
Welf: Guess we should pick this conversation back up never. I'll take care of the orcs.
Lili: Right, I'll provide back up.
Welf: Sounds like a plan. I think she likes me now.
Lili: No, I feel like puking.
Welf: HAHA!!!
Lili: I can't afford to let you slow Master Bell down.
Bell: Let's go. I'll take these!!
He drew his knife and went to attack the group in front of him.
*Slash* *Poof*
Bell: (Slow.)
After killing one, he kicked another important away before stabbing another one near him, killing it.
Bell: (No, I think I'm faster.)
He jumped and saw a massive group around him. He went to deal with the rest of them on his way back down. Meanwhile, Welf and Lili were finishing things on their end.
Welf: HYAA!!!
*poof*
Welf: Phew! *Hears Bell fighting* What the?!
All around the boy, the imps exploded into dust.
Bell: Behind you!!
Welf and Lili: ?!
The were caught off guard by a hard armored.
Bell: Firebolt
The spell collided with it, launching the monster into the air before it exploded into ash.
Bell: My magic is stronger too. It's happening. I'm catching up to Ais Wallenstein.
The screen changed to show the Loki Familia in the lower floors. Particularly, the amazon twins and Bete fighting lava monsters.
Tiona: If I cut you with this, it's because you were in the way, Bete!!
Bete: You wish you could do that! HUAGH!!!
They tore through the monsters easily which was noticed by Finn and the others.
Gareth: What's with them? The others won't get a chance at this rate.
Riveria: Looks like the adventurer they met before inspired them.
Gareth: That skinny boy you met up with before you got here?
Riveria: That's right. His name is Bell Cranel.
Ais felt fired up at the mentioning if his name as well.
Ais: I'm going.
Gareth: And her?
Riveria: The same.
In the audience...
Bell: Wow, I didn't think I left that kind of impression on them.
Welf: I can see where they're coming from. If I was there, I'd be eager to push myself too.
Mikoto: I also would like to test myself in the near future. Sir Bell is an inspiration to us all.
Rolan: If you all are still wishing to fight as well, I can set some matches up once we've finished. I'm sure you all will be eager for some more physical activities once that's over.
Tiona: Yes!!! Who are we gonna throw down with?!
Rolan: Haruka.
The small fox girl looked to him and tilted her head.
Hera: What?! You can't expect then to fight that adorable girl!!
Rolan: Yes, well that girl also happens to be one of the strongest in the room.
Alise: Say what?!
Haruka: *Raises her hand* I'm level 10!!
She said this with a smile, but many fell out of their seats.
Rolan: I won't go into details right now, but you all plus Alfia and Zald should put up a decent fight against her.
Finn: And you're sure we have to fight her?
Rolan: Yes, because she's the closest to all your levels. The younger ones are too weak and the older ones are too strong.
Gareth: I guess this is the younger generation we have to work with.
Bete: Does that count if they all belong to the rabbit?
Finn: I'm sure it's fine.
Back on screen...
They resumed watching and saw it return to Bell. Lili was collecting the rest of the magic stones while Bell and Welf were on look out. Since nothing was there, they had a little chat while they waited.
Welf: Man, being in a party is great.
Bell: Yeah, there's so much less to worry about now.
Welf: Yeah, the idea is to split the workload after all. You change how you approach thing once there's more people to work with.
Bell: Hm? There's another party here.
Welf: Once she's done, we get break for lunch.
Bell walked a few paces before Welf stopped him after noticing a glow on his hand.
Welf: Hey, your hand is looking sparkly.
Bell: What the...
They were brought out of their thoughts when they heard screaming near them.
Adventurer A: You need to get out of here!!!
Adventurer B: It's a dragon!!!
The sight of the infant dragon made them run in fear while Welf and Bell looked for Lili.
Bell: Wait, Lili's still-
Adventurer C: GUAAH!!!
Lili: !!
She was still collecting the stones when an adventurer got attacked by the tail of the dragon.
In the audience...
Meteria: Oh no, what now?!
Welf: *Smiling* I wouldn't worry about that.
Meteria: Why?
They kept watching to see how it played out.
Bell: Lili!!!
Welf: Run!!!
She saw the monster and tried to run away from it. Seeing it was gaining in her, Bell tried to slow it down with a firebolt. Emphasis on TRIED.
Bell: Firebolt
What was supposed to be a weak distraction turned out to be the end of that monster. The dragon exploded into ash once the spell had hit it causing Bell and those around him to stare in awe at what happened.
In the audience...
Argo: What was that?!
Feena: I have a feeling we'll find out in a few seconds.
On screen...
Bell was seen showing Hestia his back.
Hestia: Yep, pretty safe to say that was your Argonaut skill. Looks like it helps you turn a situation around. Since you dream of being a hero, I guess could be a shortcut for you. *Looks at him* Even if the odds are totally against you, you can still pull off a win with what you have left. It fits you pretty well, don't you think? *Smiling*
In the audience...
Argo: Yes!! My skill is one of the best!!!
Orna: We'll never hear the end of this.
With Bell...
Zald: For only your second skill, it's quite a good one.
Alfia: Most early ones aren't that useful immediately as that.
Bell: Hehe.
The screen shifted again to show the two eating dinner.
Bell: Goddess, have you ever heard of the disgraced Crozzo family?
Hestia: That's the one your friend is a part of? They used to be famous for making magic swords. I don't really know much beyond that.
Bell: Oh.
Hestia: If you're asking about Welf himself, I heard things about him at work. They say he can make magic swords too.
Bell: *Choking* Huh?!
Hestia: Yeah, and they say they're really powerful. They refer to him as the Unused Treasure.
Bell: Why?
Hestia: Because he doesn't make them. Everyone there knows he could be world famous if he made them, but he refuses. As it stands, you'recontracted with someone with incredible talent, refuses to use it.
Bell looked a bit ashamed when she said that. The screen changed again to show Bell with Welf.
Welf: So, Lil' Bit is taking off for a while?
Bell: Yeah, the gnome family where she goes is having health issues with some of their members. She's staying behind to help them out and apologizes for not being here.
Welf: I see. So, you wanna hang with me for today?
Bell: Huh?
Welf: I'd like to thank you for accepting my request by making you some new equipment.
Bell: Ahhh, really?!
The screen changed again and moved to Welf's forge.
Tsubaki: PFFHAHAHAHA!!! That place looks like shit!!!
Welf: Shut it, I got a better place now!!!
On screen...
Bell: This is your workshop?
Welf: Sure is, and sorry about the mess.
Bell: No, i-it's fine.
Welf: So, what do you need?
Bell: Oh, Idon't need anything. Your armor is plenty enough.
Welf: You should at least have another of similar quality in spare. Adventurers should be as prepared as they can.
Bell: I guess you're right.
The boy saw some weapons hung on a wall and went to take a look at them.
Bell: Welf, you don't mind if I?
Welf: Go ahead.
Bell picked up a sword and tried it out.
Welf: No one wanted that one.
Bell: You're kidding! This feels great!
Welf: *Chuckles*
Bell: What?
Welf: Nothing, I just figured you'd be looking for magic swords.
Bell: Uh.
Welf: I'm sure your goddess already told you of my "Special Talent" for making them.
Bell: Ah-ah *Nearly drops sword*
Welf: She's apparently been asking about me recently.
Bell: Sorry.
Welf: It's not that bad. I'm contracted with a member from her Familia after all. I just thought you'd think badly if I told you, so I didn't. I'm really sorry about that.
Bell: It's ok.
Welf: Now, back to what I can make you. *Sees the minotaur horn* Is that a monster drop?
Bell: Yeah, it's a minotaur horn. I couldn't bring myself to get rid of it.
Welf: Alright, let's use that then.
Bell: What for?
Welf: For your gear, dummy.
Bell: You can do that?
Welf: Obviously. *Smirk*
Bell: Let's do it then!
It now showed Welf at work for Bell.
Welf: I hated magic swords. They bring the worst people to me.
Bell: What?
Welf: They always come to me because they want a magicsword and I'm a Crozzo that can make them. All they ever want is something to make them strong or famous. That isn't how it works. A weapon isn't like that. They aren't tools to conquer. They're a part of you. No matter what, a weapon shouldn't betray you.
They listened intently to the man speak. As they did Elpis and Bell smiled at each other.
Elpis: Never.
Bell: Thank you.
Welf: But, magic swords aren't like that at all. They always break, and then you don't have anything. All they do is destroy things around them beyond they targets they're intended for like the user's pride and the smith's reputation. That's why I'll never make one.
In the audience, this had given them the insight needed to understand him.
Riveria: So, I take it you won't misuse them?
Welf: Their purpose now is to help my friends. I'm not letting my pride endanger them anymore.
Hephaestus couldn't help but smile at him. Meanwhile, Alicia was still coming to terms with him.
Alicia: I will let you off easy this time, Crozzo. However, the next time you use those swords to hurt someone, I will make you regret it.
Welf: Y-Yes, ma'am!
He sighed in relief until he remembered the Xenos incident.
Welf: (Crap. I better keep that to myself.)
Back on screen, Welf was holding the finished knife in his hand.
Welf: The material was nice. This might be my best work yet.
Bell: Yeah, it looks great!
Welf: Now then, I say we should name this. How about Ushiwakamaru?
Bell: I-I don't think we need to put that much thought into it!!
Welf: Hm, you don't like it?
Bell: The name isn't what matters!
Welf: We need to call it something. Here.
Bell: Thanks for this, Welf.
When he tried to take it, Welf had a firm grip on it still.
Bell: Hm?
Welf: I know we haven't known each other for that long, but I consider you my friend. Can you drop the Mister?
Bell: Sure.
In the audience...
Meteria: *Sigh* It makes me so happy to see you two be such good friends.
Welf: Not like we'd have it any other way.
Bell: Totally!
Hestia: Our Familia isn't complete without our blacksmith.
Mikoto: I agree.
Haruhime: *Nodding*
Lili: We make one of the greatest teams in the city.
Hera: It does concern me that he's your only male friend. Most of the people you know are girls.
Zeus: Perfectly balanced, as all things should be.
Back on screen, it now showed the three preparing to go to the Middle Floors.
Lili: All right, that way leads to Floor 13 and the Middle Floors. They can used more ranged attacks like fire. Stay on guard.
Welf: Right.
Lili: Here's our formation: Master Welf in front and Master Bell in the middle. I'll take the rear. A supporter in the back doesn't give much firepower, so don't let your guards down.
Bell: *Laughing*
Lili: Hey! Take this seriously!
Bell: I'm sorry, but this is something. The three of us are going on an adventure.
Welf: *Laughing* Nice to know you're excited too.
Lili: Can you guys not goof off right now?! *Smiling* Still, I get what you mean.
Bell: (This feels right. Even if we are from different Familias, we're a team now.)
Lili: Everyone ready?!
Welf: Oh yeah, let's go!!!
The screen blacked out a final time as they began their march down.
Zeus: Whew, that was refreshing! Bell-
He was cut off when Bell and his friends suddenly looked slightly nervous. Save for Haruhime, they were looking anywhere else and Mikoto in particular was trembling in her seat.
Hera: What happens?
Bell: C-Can I ask that you show my friends a little mercy?
Alfia: Why? *Suspicious*
Bell: U-Um...
Eina: Yes, Bell, tell them why. I seem to recall you putting me through a lot of stress during this. *Menacing smile*
Meteria: Bell, what does she mean by that? *Worried*
Rolan: You'll see in the next one.
Masako: It's ok, Uncle, even if they kill you all, you'll be revived after.
Ouka: T-That doesn't help us!!
With Loki...
Tiona: Ais, it's almost time for us to show again!
Ais: Yeah, I wonder what we'll see?
They were all excited, though, a certain orange haired elf was dreading what would come in the future.
AN: And that's another down. So, I'm not sure when wattpad is going to fix their images problem, so you'll just have to deal with it for now. I getyou're upset and I am too. I use wattpad because my options for humor are a lot greater here than other places I've looked. Even so, I'll leave the pictures in hopingthey'll come back soon. The next chapter is the death march.
