Chapter 26 Claire VS Swan-Mills Women
-Ruined Castle-
I opened my eyes to see that Storybrooke was gone, and I was attempting to figure out where I was. Now, I remember. This is the ruined castle of Prince Benjamin and Claire. How fitting! Wait, Emma! Henry! Katherine! The twins!
"Regina?"
I turned toward the voice and I noticed Emma was regaining consciousness. I moved toward her.
"Emma, are you alright?"
"Yeah, I'm alright. Gee, I know where we are! We're back in the Enchanted Forest! Holy shit, Batman, where's our kids and family!"
"Oh geez, do you ever fucking shut up? I don't even know how Regina puts up with you!"
Emma and I turned to see Claire standing up causing us to stand. Thank goodness, our clothing changed to our status here in the Enchanted Forest. I'm dressed in a purple velvet waistcoat that had tails long enough to look like a dress with black leather pants, a black lace V-neck shirt, and boots with heels to kill. Emma's outfit was the same as mine but the waistcoat was blue velvet.
"You're not dead yet?" Emma countered then Claire was engulfed with an eerie black/maroon/gray magic.
Emma and I fired our golden fireballs toward Claire who had a shield to protect her then remembered it didn't work the last time. She bolted to her right and ducked behind a winged back chair to dodge the magic sent her way. The flaxen-haired woman conjured up the biggest black and fiery maroon ball and sent it toward us. Emma held up a shield blocking me and her then the magic dispersed when it hit the shield. We shot a stream of magic at the same time, and when it collided, it created a blinding light. We tried with all our might to send our magic to our opponent but no avail. After what seemed like an hour, a gold cloud of smoke appeared in the room. When the gold smoke vanished, it revealed…
* * * * *MY NEW BEGINNING* * * * *
"Holy shit! Why do I see double?" Claire was confused and I realized why.
Katherine smiled. "If you noticed, I have my Ma's eyes and dimples. I am the little girl that you tried to get rid of. Thanks to Mr. Gold and what he did, I look like this. Now leave my mothers alone."
She held out her hand, and a giant ball of gold light shot out her hands flying towards Claire at breathtaking speed knocking her back causing her to hit a solid wood mantle causing the marble to crack and crumble. Katherine ran up to Emma and me giving us a big hug.
Emma smiled, "Oh baby girl, I miss holding you and talking to you."
"I'm right here, Ma. I'm not leaving."
I kissed my daughter's cheek. "We love you so much."
Katherine broke the embrace. "I love you both. Now let's finish this," and she took our hands in hers.
Emma and I smiled then Emma said, "Together."
I confirmed, "Together."
Claire got up and was glowing a black and maroon color. She turned to look at the somehow adult version of the two-year-old "little brat" that she tried to kill with anger in her eyes.
"You little bitch! You and your mothers will wish you have never pissed me off. You three will be dead when I'm finished with you."
We Swan-Mills women smiled, and Katherine said, "Bring it on."
Claire screamed, and her magic shot out in bolts of black and maroon lightning. Katherine, Emma, and I shot out our golden bolts of electricity, but three black and maroon bolts hit us square in the chest sending us flying backward hitting the wall behind us. Claire laughed, and as we were getting up, she shot some more at us knocking us over again.
"Now how does it feel to be the one getting knocked down? Doesn't feel very well, does it?"
Katherine quickly got up and shot golden lightning bolts from both her hands. Emma got up and followed in our daughter's pursuit. I got up after Emma and shot the golden lightning bolts toward Claire. Claire put up a shield to protect her only Katherine's bolts demolished the guard then was electrocuted by Emma's bolts then mine sent her flying spinning three times and finished destroying the marble mantle by shattering it to pieces before falling to the ground.
"Oh, I fucking hate you three!" Claire began to glow an eerie black fiery magic outlined in maroon and gray.
The marble pieces that covered her blasted away from her flying toward us. We ducked just in time as the jagged pieces soared above us colliding with the wall behind. I was the first to stand followed by Emma and Katherine.
I turned to my wife and daughter, and exhaled, "I love you both dearly, but this is my battle. I have to end this."
"Babe, are you sure?"
I nodded. "Yes, Emma, this has gone on long enough. I'm tired of you two getting pulled into this."
"Ma, give me your hand," Katherine instructed, and Emma did what our daughter instructed.
Katherine took my hand in hers. She tightened the grip she had on Emma's hand to where it was glowing a very blinding gold color then it traveled toward my direction. I felt the power from both my wife and daughter enter into my hand then filled my magical core. Katherine let go, and I turned to Claire seeing red. Claire got up and noticed me walking toward her…alone.
Claire chuckled, "So, you're coming alone? Kinda stupid on your part Madam Mayor or should I say, your majesty," and curtsied to me.
She just crossed the line! She fucking pissed me off! I ran to close the gap between us then I grabbed Claire by the throat then shot upward through the ceiling breaking through large stones and splintering wood as we left the room.
"Regina!"
"Mom!"
