Hello, everyone. Moemon Trainer Troy here, bringing you not another chapter of Ash's Moemon Journey, but a brand new story.
This is my SI-Moemon Story and I'll be honest, this is an idea bunny that bit so hard that I couldn't focus on my other stories.
The main difference is unlike my other Moemon Story, the events here are gonna differentiate kinda heavily. Like, Ash's luck with Legendaries cranked past eleven heavily. So, bear with me here.

Of course the one time I go out for an actual walk is the one time I get hit by a runaway truck out of nowhere.
...Hold on.
Isn't that the main setting of an Isekai plot?
"It usually is."
My eyes opened upon hearing the mysterious voice as I take in the sights of my new surroundings. I seem to be in some sort of hall, and in front of me, I see a woman standing before me. She was positively breathtaking, wearing a white and black dress with a yellow ring around her waist, with long white hair tied back in a ponytail, flowing behind her, and green eyes staring at me as if judging.
Truly a beauty, but her appearance strikes some sort of familiarity...
Looking at her some more, I began to think of a certain God, and everything clicks in my head.
"Let me guess. You're Arceus, the God-err...Goddess of all Moemon, and I'm currently in the Hall of Origin."
She giggles. "Correct on both accounts."
"Which means I'm probably gonna be reincarnated in the Moemon World."
This time she pouts. "Muu... Can you not spoil it? It ruins the surprise."
I gave a shrug. "Well, sorry, but it was kinda obvious. Well, might as well enjoy myself in my new home."
"Oh, I'm sure you'll live a very eventful life this time."
The smile she has on her face unnerves me a bit. "...Is there something I'm missing?"
She continues to smile. "You know that you'll be reincarnated in the Moemon World, but not how you'll be incarnated."
With those parting words, her body glowed a blinding light that overtook my vision.
The next thing I knew, something bright was beaming down on me, and I felt myself wrapped into something soft and warm. I slowly opened my eyes to see a woman smiling down at me. Once again, I feel a sense of familiarity looking at her.
"Congratulations, Miss Ketchum, you have a handsome baby boy." Another female voice said. "What should his name be?"
"Ash. Ash Ketchum."
Everything immediately clicked as soon as I heard my 'name'. The woman smiling down at me is Delia Ketchum, and I, Troy Richardson II, was reborn as Ash Ketchum!
"Gary is as much of a jerk as he is in the anime." I grumbled to myself.
Despite everything that's happened so far, I'm adjusting well with my new life. I managed to survive my baby years with my pride mostly intact. When I turned five, the first thing I did was awaken my Aura powers. Of course, this was done in secret, so Mom doesn't know about it yet.
Of course, I met my childhood friend and soon-to-be first rival Gary-fucking-Oak, and his current personality was what I had expected it to be; arrogant and prideful.
So, here I am, currently six years old and taking a walk near Oak's Coral to get my mind off him. I would play with some of the Moemon, but with all Moemon in this world being female and me being a growing young man, I decided to keep my distance. However, I suddenly felt a weak aura not very far into the woods. And not 'not very strong' weak like most of the wild Moemon I sense. No, this is 'really hurt and desperately needs help' weak.
Without thinking, I run to the aura signature as quick as my young legs can take me, and I soon set my eyes on an injured Moemon. But she wasn't just any injured Moemon. She was on the shorter side in terms of height, but still taller than my current height. She wore a pink leotard and had pink hair down to her. I couldn't see her eyes because they were shut tight due to how much pain she's in, but what I could see, and what helped me identify the Moemon, was a pink tail longer than her body sticking out of her butt. She was the Mythical Moemon Mew.
However, I was less focused on the fact that the rarest Moemon known to man was right in front of me and more on the fact that her body was littered with cuts. Running up to her, I picked her up as gently as I could. Thank Arceus for my Aura-enhanced strength, or I wouldn't be able to pull this off. I then ran over to Oak's Lab as quick as I could, but when I reached the coral, another Moemon stopped me. She wore an orange and yellow leotard with orange and blue wings, and had a long orange tail sticking out of her butt. Her hair was a fiery orange and was flowing down her back, with two antennae sticking out over her forehead, and she had shining blue eyes. She was a Dragonite, more specifically, Oak's Dragonite, named Ryuu.
"Ash, what's up?" She asked me, but then she saw the injured Mew in my arms and her eyes widened. Wasn't sure if it was from the shock of my lifting someone taller and heavier than me, the shock of seeing the Mythical Mew, or the horror of seeing Moemon. Or a combination of the three. But the last one was certainly there as she ran straight to Oak's Lab, with me right behind her. "Professor! There's an injured Moemon that needs your help!" She shouted, hoping he wasn't so caught up.
In just a few seconds, Professor Oak opened the door. "What is it, Ryuu?" He asked her, before looking at me. His eyes went wide when he saw Mew in my arms. "Dear Arceus! Is that-"
"Professor, now's not the time for this!" I shouted before he got distracted. "Yes, she's a Mew, but she's injured and needs help!"
That got Oak to focus on the problem at hand as he took Mew from me and laid her on the table. "How did you come across Mew off all Moemon?" Ryuu asked me as her trainer looked her medicine.
"I found her injured in the woods." I answered.
"...How exactly?"
"Aura." I answered honestly, deciding there was no use lying to her. To prove myself, I held my right hand out and focused until an azure blue Aura was emanating from it.
Ryuu looked at my hand with shock, before quickly kneeling down, grabbing it, and looking me in the eyes. "Does your mother know about this?" She asked seriously.
"Not yet." I admitted.
"It'd be best if you tell her, so that you are aware of your heritage." She advised. Of course, I was already aware of my heritage. If I'm Ash Ketchum from the Pokemon Anime, then my ancestor is Sir Aaron of Rota. That's how I knew of my powers in the first place.
"Here it is!" I heard the Professor exclaim as he found what he was looking for - a Full Restore. Running over to Mew, he sprayed the Full Restore all over her body. Of course, the Mythical Moemon flinched, letting out cute whimpers as she felt the sprays hit her wounds, before relaxing she she felt the healing effects kick in, and then finally opening her eyes slowly.
"Wh-Where am I?" She asked.
"You're in my lab." Oak answered her. "Don't worry. You're safe here. Ash found you while you were injured and brought you here." He looked at me and my current height. "Somehow."
Mew turned her head to look at me. "You...saved me?"
Knowing she was referring to me, I stepped up. "Yeah, I did. I saw you injured in the woods and knew immediately you needed help." I said honestly, giving her a kind smile. "My name's Ash. Nice to meet you."
Mew moved her body so that she sitting on the table and smiled at me. "Nice to meet you as well. I'm Mew."
"Miss Mew, if I may ask, how did you get injured in the first place?" Ryuu asked, and immediately Mew's smile fell.
"I was attacked by a bunch of men in weird clothes. They tried to capture me, but I was barely able to use Teleport and escape."
Team Rocket. There's no other explanation that it's them. I need to make a mental note to take care of them so that there'd be one less annoyance. "Well, I'm glad you're alright." I told her with a smile. Mew stared intently at me, as if thinking of something, before giving a smile.
"You seem like a very interesting human." She said finally. "I wouldn't mind staying with you."
...What? I help her out once and she decides she wants to stay with me? I suppose Legendary and Mythical Moemon are at the level of power that they do whatever they feel like, but still! Looking between Oak and Ryuu, they were equally surprised by Mew's decision...and were looking at me right now. At this point, everyone was waiting for my input.
...Ah, what the heck. Having a Mythical Moemon for a starter seems fun.
"Sure. If you want to stay, I'll be your friend." I replied. Mew gave a happy smile and jumped down from the table to hug me, and I returned it.
"I never thought I'd live to see the day the Mythical Moemon Mew would be anyone's Starter Moemon." I heard Oak say and I agree. All I can say is 'Eat your heart out, Goh!' "Well, Ash, you need a Moe Ball to catch her with, as well as a name for her."
"...Cherry." I said the first name that came to mind.
"Ooh! I like that name!" Thankfully, Mew is in full agreement.
"Well then, all that's left is her Moe Ball. Now, where did I put that Cherish Ball...?" Oak asked himself aloud. I can't help but wonder where Oak got a Cherish Ball.
...Well, anyways, things are already not following canon, and I'm perfectly fine with that.
I decided to follow Ryuu's advice and tell Mom about my Aura powers after introducing her to Cherry and needless to say, she was shocked on both accounts.
Anyway, time skip three years and I was doing some training with Cherry, along with a new friend I made. She wore a black vest over a blue dress, with black hair tied down into twin tails with blue streaks in it, and red eyes. She's a Riolu, who I got a few months ago when Professor Oak took me to Kalos to meet Professor Sycamore, who was researching Mega Evolution. I found her egg there, and according to Sycamore, she hadn't hatched for almost a whole year before he gave me permission to hold it. My aura abilities were probably the trigger that got her to finally hatch, and she was immediately clingy to me, so he decided to let me keep her, giving me my second Moemon, who I named Rio.
I also went to the Summer Camp there. Cherry disguised herself as a Pikachu to better blend in, and it was there that we met Serena. She's one of the only people other than the Professors who know about Cherry, since I trust her enough to keep her a secret.
We were gonna continue training, but I felt a weakening aura close-by, and based on the look on Rio's face, she felt it too. "What's wrong?" Cherry asked, being the only one who can't sense Aura.
"Someone needs help." Rio said seriously. She and I ran to where we sensed the Aura, with Cherry following us. What we saw was a Moemon lying on the ground on her left side. She wore a blue and white leotard that really showed how big her chest was, with blue and white tights and blue gloves. She had long clear ribbons wrapped around her body, and wore a blue hexagonal crown that held back her long, flowing violet hair. I immediately recognized her as the Legendary Beast Suicune, and looking at her condition, her eyes were closed, she was taking heavy breaths, and most importantly, she had a purple blush on her face.
"She's poisoned." I quickly realized. "Cherry, can you find a Pecha Berry and a few Sitrus Berries?"
"Got it." Cherry nodded, and then teleported away to find the designated berries. With her finding the berries, I carefully approach Suicune. She sensed me approaching and tensed up, growling a bit to try to intimidate me into backing off, but I bravely stepped up to and knelt down next to her, gently placing my left hand on her right, using my Aura to hopefully calm her down. It did the trick and Suicune relaxed.
"I'm back!" Cherry called. I turned to her, and she held the berries in her left arm. With her right hand, she gave me the Pecha Berry first, and I held it out to Suicune.
"Here. This will help with the poison." I told her softly. She slowly opened her eyes to look at the berry, before opening her mouth and moving her head to take a bite of it. As she ate the Pecha Berry, the purple faded on her face faded, meaning her poison was cured. I held my now empty hand out to Cherry, gesturing her to give me one of the Sitrus Berries, which she did, and I held it out to Suicune, who looked at it, before looking at my left.
"Can you..." I had already gotten the memo before she finished asking the question and removed my left hand, allowing her to use her right to grab the berry and eat it.
"Looks like you're fine." I smiled, before frowning. "What happened that you got poisoned?"
She sighs, looking a little embarrassed. "It's nothing serious. I just made a careless mistake of letting an Arbok bite me with Poison Fang." She gave me a grateful smile. "I'm still grateful for your help. Thank you."
"You're welcome."
"Glad you're alright, Suicune." Cherry beamed.
Suicune looked at Cherry with great surprise. "The Kanto Mew?"
"My name's Cherry. It's the name Ash gave me. I'm gonna be adventuring with him once he becomes a proper Moemon Trainer."
Suicune looked at me, staring intently at me. "Interesting." She said. "What is your name, child?"
"Ash Ketchum, Miss Suicune." I introduced myself.
"Ash Ketchum." She repeated with a smile. "I will remember your kindness."
I'm pretty sure she's gonna tell Ho-Oh about me...
Only a few weeks later and I found myself in an interesting scenario.
I was relaxing by the pond near the town, looking at my reflection in the water, when the water suddenly rippled and I saw a different face in the water - a woman's face. As I stared, I began thinking what Moemon could do something like this, then I remembered a Moemon who prefers using reflective surfaces.
"Are you...Giratina?" I guessed. The woman nodded. Okay, what is going on? I haven't even started my journey yet and I've met three Legendaries, one of each category, in the span of three years. Looking at Giratina again, I noted that she looked rather sad. "Is something the matter?" She didn't answer this time, just looking away dejectedly. "Is it okay I come over and talk with you about it?" After a few seconds, she opened a portal to the Reverse World, and I jumped in.
The Reverse World looked quite wacky in both Platinum and the Anime, but seeing it with your own eyes...it's pretty cool. As I looked around, I saw Giratina float down in front of me, and I got to see her appearance in full. She wore a gray shirt with stripes going down the front, and gray pants. She had long black hair that ended in red, falling down past her waist, and beautiful red eyes. She had six six gold claws around her waist, three on each side, and wore golden gloves.
"Well, nice to meet you, Giratina." I greeted nicely. "My name's Ash."
"...Hey." She gave a somber greeting. Whatever problem she has must really be eating her up.
"...So, what's wrong?"
"...Honestly, I'm surprised you're not scared of me." She said instead of answering me. "Haven't you heard the stories? About the monster that was banished to another realm for nearly destroying Sinnoh?"
"Well, I don't see a monster here. Just an really beautiful woman." My reply made her blush quite a bit.
"Th-Thanks." She said, before looking away with a sigh. "But that doesn't change the fact that the story is true."
"...Did you do it on purpose?"
"No!" She shouted at me, surprising me a bit. Realizing that she raised her voice at me, she fell to her knees, looking down with an apologetic expression. "I didn't mean to. A group of humans were trying to capture me and use my powers. The device they used was so painful and it mixed with my rage, causing me to go berserk." She gripped her hands into fists as the guilt of her past actions hit her. "I killed so many innocents. I hurt Dialga and Palkia, my own sisters. I even attacked mother without thinking."
Now that's an interesting backstory. Definitely not the canon one, but it does explain why Giratina is so remorseful. "Why don't you talk with them? Surely, they would've forgiven you by now."
"...If what happened to Damos is anything to go by, Mother never forgives those you transgress against her."
"Now that's not true."
The appearance of a third voice caught our attention as we turned to see Arceus herself descending down to us. "M-Mother..." Giratina whimpered fearfully.
"Oh, hey Arceus." I greeted casually.
The Moemon Goddess smiled at me. "Hello, 'Ash'. Enjoying your new life so far?"
"It is certainly not dull."
She smiled at my response, before walking up to Giratina, kneeling down to her to look her in the eyes. "Giratina, what happened with Damos and what happened with you are two completely different things. With Damos, he betrayed me after the kindness I showed him, which is why I cannot forgive him." Damos wasn't in control of his actions that day, but that's not something to be said right now. "You, on the other hand, were suffering pain and rage caused by humans. Honestly, if you hadn't killed the ones responsible, I would've cast my own Judgement upon them."
Giratina looked at Arceus with surprise. "But...you never came to me saying I could leave, so I thought you had never forgiven me."
"Of course I had forgiven you. It's just..." Now Arceus was looking down sadly. "Sealing you away in this world, for something that wasn't your fault, was the hardest decision of my life. I thought you would never forgive me, which is why I took this long."
Giratina looked shocked for a moment, and then tears of happiness and relief fell down her cheeks as she hugged Arceus. "I have forgiven you, Mother. I knew that what you did was necessary and I hold no animosity towards you."
"Tina..." Now Arceus was letting out happy tears as the two Legendary Moemon embraced each other.
So, they both had already forgiven each other, but thought that the other still hated them because of what happened. Family drama at its finest, ladies and gentleman. Regardless, it's nice to see the two have finally made up.
Another time skip and I'm now twelve years old and climbing a mountain range with my Moemon. I told Mom about it, and I promised her that I won't push myself, and that Cherry and Rio will keep me out of too much danger.
Speaking of Rio, our bond has grown strong enough that she evolved into Lucario and man, she looks awesome. Dark blue jeans with a sleeveless yellow shirt with a frilled collar, long black gloves that reached up to her elbows, blue hair that ended in black ponytails with two blue ears on top of her head, and bright red eyes, she was as cool as she was beautiful.
We had gone halfway up the mountain before something jumped down in front of us. Another Moemon. She wore a white skirt, a black sleeveless top and a white trench coat with fur trim. She had white hair down to her neck, with a stripe of dark blue down the left side, red eyes, and an urgent look on her face. "What's a kid like you doing this high up the mountain!?" She demanded. "And is that the Phantom Legend with you!?"
"Yep. I'm Cherry, and I'm gonna his Starter Moemon. This here's Rio." Cherry introduced herself and Rio, who gave a respectful nod. "You're an Absol, right?"
"Yes, I am." Absol confirmed. "And I must ask that you leave this mountain immediately! It's not safe to continue onward, especially for someone of your human friend's age!"
Her demand as well as the look on her face made me realize that something bad was gonna happen. "Cherry, Rio, we should leave." I told them. "If an Absol is telling us this, then a disaster's about to happen on this mountain."
"Aw..." Cherry pouted. "Guess our adventure stops here."
"Come. I'll lead you off the mountain." Absol volunteered, but the moment she grabbed my hand, her eyes went wide, her pupils dilated, and she had frozen stiff. Huh. She must be seeing all the disasters I'll end up in when I'm older. Unfortunately, I don't know how long we have before the disaster, so I made a split decision.
"Cherry, Miracle Eye on Absol, then Teleport us all out of here." I told her. Cherry's eyes glowed with rainbow energy as she made Absol vulnerable to Psychic moves, and then she enveloped the four of us in psychic power before teleporting us all home.
"Oh, Ash, you're back." Mom said, smiling with relief that I was fine, before looking at Absol. "Is she a new friend?"
"Sort of." I shrugged, before waving my hand in front of Absol's face. "Hey, Absol!"
My voice snapped her out of her funk as she looked at me with wide eyes, before looking at Mom. "You are his mother, yes?" She asked with a serious voice.
"Yes, I am." Mom replied with a nod.
"Are you aware of the dangers he will face once he's older?"
Mom sighs. "...I had a bad feeling when he introduced Cherry, but it's not like I can stop him from being a Trainer."
"That would doom us all." Absol said quickly. She's right. If I don't become a Moemon Trainer, this world is fucked, one way or another. Looking at me again, she gave a decisive nod before turning back to my mom. "I believe it would be best if I stayed with him. I'll be able to warn him of the disasters when they are about to happen."
"I agree completely. That will give me much less stress as a mother." Mom agreed in a heartbeat.
...Well, guess I have a third partner now, which means I'll be starting my journey with half of a full team.
"Kid, I'd turn around if I were you."
"No. Cherry and I are battling the Gym Leader here."
"You're not even old enough to be a Moemon Trainer, and Sabrina won't show any mercy regardless."
Right now, I'm thirteen years old, two years away from becoming an official Moemon Trainer. So Sabrina's father is right, but I want to help her now so that I won't have to deal with the mess when I actually come here for the Marsh Badge.
"You would know, since you're her father." I said, surprising him. "But, we want to battle her regardless, because we want to help her."
The old man sighed after a moment. "Do you at least have a Ghost or Dark Moemon?"
"I have an Absol, but I'm still using Cherry."
The old man sighed again. "Fine. But the moment things get dicey, I'm pulling you out of there."
He led me into the gym to where Sabrina was. Looking at her, she was only two years older than me, but I saw the child illusion in her arms. "Daddy, you came back!" The child giggled, before she noticed me. "Ooh! You've brought a new playmate!"

"Kardia." Sabrina tossed a Moe Ball with her psychic power, and it opened to reveal an Abra. She wore a brown shirt and yellow shorts, and had a long yellow tail sticking out of her butt. She had yellow hair down to her neck, stuck up in two points, and her eyes were closed, making it look like she was asleep. Looking at Cherry, who was still in her Pikachu disguise, we gave a mutual nod before she jumped onto the battlefield.
"Alright..." Steeling himself for whatever happen, he gave the call. "Battle begin!"
"Cherry, reveal yourself!" I quickly say. Cherry jumped into the air, and her body glowed as she canceled her transformation, reveal who she really was. I looked carefully at the reactions. Sabrina's father was shocked that Cherry was actually a Mew; no surprise there. What I did notice, though, was that Sabrina herself had a shocked look on her face, and her shock was shared by Kardia, whose eyes were now wide open, revealing that they were black. That was the opening in her emotions that I was looking for. Now, to make the push. "Megahorn!" At my command, Cherry materialized a large glowing green horn on her forehead and struck Kardia with it. Sabrina's face changed changed from shock to horror when she saw her Moemon get hit by a powerful attack that took her out in one hit.
There was a moment of silence before her father made the call. "Abra is unable to battle! The winners are Ash and Mew!" That was it. Short as it was, I had won my first battle.
"You made us lose! You meanie!" The child illusion complained, but I ignored her and focused solely on Sabrina, who was cradling Kardia in her arms. "Kardia..." I barely heard her say, sadness in her voice. Her eyes, which were once dull, were now full of emotion. With her free from her own psychic powers, the child illusion vanished. Her father saw this as well and walked up to her.
"Sabrina." He said, embracing his daughter.
"Daddy..." Sabrina said, beginning to cry. "I..."
"It's okay, Sabrina. Daddy's here for you." He soothed her, before looking at me with a smile. "Thank you for helping Sabrina. Since you won, I could give you the gym badge now."
"No thanks." I declined. "Like Sabrina said, I'm not yet old enough. But I'll come back when I officially become a trainer." Her father nodded in understanding.
With my business here finished, Cherry and I teleported back home.
