Aleksander is a kid found by Levi at age 6. After years of his teachings and a constant fight for survival, you eventually move to Wall Sina just weeks before the fall of Shiganshina. Now for the actual info.

Instead of the usual 5 year gap between Shiganshina fall and the rest of the show, there will be a 7 year gap, so instead of being 15 and 19 in season 1-3 and 4, they will be 17 when they finish training and 21 in the fourth season.

To allow that, instead of the 13 year titan limit, it'll be a 15 year limit.
