I know the Black Fairy appears at Hook and Emma's wedding reception in the show. She'll appear a bit later in this story.
The morning of Emma and Killian's wedding had everyone around town buzzing with excitement. Snow, Regina, and Belle were currently assisting Emma in her preparations, and Snow couldn't help but gaze at her daughter with pride. "You know, Emma, your father and I never believed when we placed you in that portal over thirty years ago that we would have the opportunity to walk you down the aisle so you could marry your true love."
"There's nothing quite like it really," said Belle.
"I still can't believe you're marrying Captain Guyliner, but I will admit that I have grown quite fond of him."
"Regina," Emma scolded lightly.
"What? I said I've grown quite fond of him," Regina defended.
"Anyway," Snow interjected, "today is only one day. It's a special day, but it's only one day. I know you and Hook will have many beautiful adventures together."
"Thank, Mom." Mother and daughter hugged tightly.
The door burst open, and Zelena entered the room with Robin in her arms. "The grasshopper said he's ready to start the ceremony."
"Good luck, Emma." Belle hugged the blonde bride, and Regina followed suit before everyone except Snow and Emma left the room.
Everyone found their seats, and Regina took her seat in between Robin and Henry with Zelena seated to Henry's right. "Just think, Mom, this will be you and Robin soon."
Regina smiled at the thought as she looked around the plaza. Rumple and Belle were seated behind her, and the other residents of Storybrooke were seated throughout. Toward the back on the other side of the aisle, Maleficent and Lily were sitting next to each other, and Regina and Mal gave soft smiles to each other. Most importantly, Archie and Killian were standing at the front, and Killian had a look of excitement and nervousness on his face. It was the most put together Regina had ever seen the pirate.
Henry gave Killian the rings, someone started playing the Bridal March, and everyone stood as Emma entered in between Charming and Snow. Emma had the biggest smile on her face, and Killian looked as if he was trying to hold back tears. When the Charmings arrived at the front, David lifted Emma's veil, both of her parents kissed her cheek, and David shook Killian's hand before the latter led Emma to the front. The Charmings took their seats, and Archie began, "Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to witness the marriage of Captain Killian Jones and Emma Swan. You may go ahead and say your vows."
Killian took a deep breath and swallowed before he said, "Emma, when we met, there was just one thing that mattered to me: getting my revenge. And you did something that no one else ever could, you showed me that a heart full of love was the most precious treasure of all, and one that I don't intend to lose. They say that a captain's heart belongs to his ship, but with this ring, it now belongs to you." He slid Emma's ring onto her finger.
Emma smiled softly and said, "Killian, I spent so much of my life on my own, and then, Henry found me, and brought me to Storybrooke, and helped me find the rest of my family. But just because you learn that you come from true love, doesn't mean you believe that you will never find it. But thanks to you, now I have." She slid Killian's ring onto his finger.
"Do you, Killian Jones, take this woman to be your wife and to love her for all eternity?"
"I do," Killian stated confidently.
"Do you, Emma Swan, take this man to be your husband and to love him for all eternity?"
"I do," Emma responded proudly.
"Then, it is my great honor to now pronounce you husband and wife. Killian, you may kiss the bride." Everyone cheered as Killian and Emma shared their first kiss as husband and wife. Before everyone knew it, they were at the reception, eating, dancing, and socializing.
"Congratulations, Emma." Regina hugged her friend. She honestly still could not believe how far they had both come compared to their first meeting.
"Thank you," said Emma gratefully.
"We're glad you could make it," said Killian.
"I'm not an invalid, Pirate," quipped Regina.
Killian chuckled lightly. "But in all seriousness: are you both ready?"
"My hospital bag is packed, we have everything we need, and her room is ready. But no, we're not ready," admitted Regina honestly. "But today's not about me. It's about you two."
"She's right, Emma. We will have plenty of time to celebrate Regina and Lady Locksley. Today, we celebrate you. Now, let's have some cake," said Snow.
Killian and Emma cut the cake, and Emma simply handed Regina her bouquet. "No sense on trying to determine which couple will be the next to get married."
After a few more hours, Killian and Emma left for their brief honeymoon in Boston while everyone else went home. "Mama, Papa, are you going to have a big party like that at your wedding?" asked Roland as he walked through the front door.
"We certainly plan on it," answered Robin.
"I hope we have cake at your wedding," said Roland.
"Yeah, what's a wedding without cake?" chimed in Henry.
"All right, it's been a long day. Time for at least Roland to start getting ready for bed," said Regina.
Henry yawned. "It has been a long day. I'm going to get ready for bed too. Good night, Mom. Good night, Robin."
"Good night, Henry," said Robin, and Henry disappeared upstairs. Roland yawned as well, so Robin scooped his son into his arms and said, "Come on, Buddy, let's get you to bed."
"I'll be resting in our room," said Regina. Robin nodded and kissed her before going to put Roland to bed. Regina went to the master bedroom, changed into her pajamas, and took a seat at the desk in her room. She started glancing through the calendar for the following year. When she finally found the date, she stared at it: May 8, 2017. She was so invested in the calendar that she didn't even notice Robin come up behind her, so she startled when he laid his hands on her shoulders and said, "I can only hope that our little one falls asleep as quickly as Roland does."
"You and I both know most infants aren't like that," said Regina.
Robin changed into pajamas and sat down on the bed. "What are you looking at?"
"Nothing in particular," Regina responded as she turned in the chair. "Just thinking that maybe it's time to pick a wedding date."
"Really?" Robin raised his eyebrows and crossed his arms over his chest.
"Why are you so surprised?"
"Just that you've been so preoccupied with work, the kids, and the baby that I was starting to believe you had forgotten that we're engaged," said Robin jokingly.
"Smart ass," Regina muttered jokingly as Robin sauntered behind her and began massaging her shoulders. "I hadn't forgotten that we're engaged; I was just mentally bouncing between a few potential dates, but I think I've found the perfect one." Regina pointed to the date on the calendar.
"8 May 2017: isn't that the day I…" Robin trailed off. Regina nodded. "But why?"
Regina stood, and Robin wrapped his arms around her waist. "Because it would have certain amount of beautiful symbolism. May 8, 2016 is when you died, one of the saddest days of my life, but you came back to life, and now, May 8, 2017 should be the one of the happiest days of our life when we begin our married life together. A happy beginning."
"Sounds like you've been spending too much time with Snow and Emma, plus the fact that your entire sentence sounds like rubbish." Robin chuckled at the absurdity of his resurrection. "Besides, I do believe our wedding will be the second happiest day of our life together." Robin rested his hand on Regina's abdomen.
"So, what do your say, thief?" asked Regina as the couple swayed from side to side in each other's arms.
Robin took Regina's hand in his and danced a little as he leaned his forehead against hers. He kissed her before he whispered, "I cannot wait to dance with you after you become Mrs. Locksley."
