Tyron arrived at the Green Phoenix base with a very serious woman by his side. There, they entered through lots of security barriers until arriving to the central room, where they met with the head of the terrorist group: Hannibal Mago.
- What brings you here, Lowell? And who do I have the pleasure to meet? -asked Hannibal grabbing the lady's hand.
- I've come here to retake my alliance with a new member. Let me present you to XANA.
- Is this your new wife? What happened to Anthea? It costed so much to erase her memories just because you wanted to be with her.
- I am not his wife. I am an artificial intelligence created by Waldo Schaeffer.
- A what you say? -said Hannibal laughing.
- I was a part of the Carthage project at first, but then I was used for protecting the virtual world my master created for him and his daughter to hide from you.
- Tyron, you need to choose your women better.
As a demonstration of power, XANA electrocuted one of the guards, throwing him to the wall.
- Okay, now we're talking -said impressed Hannibal.
- She wants to see Waldo, Hannibal -told Tyron.
- What for?

The three of them walked through the complex, full of rooms of scientists working with unknown machines for unknown purposes. They soon arrived to a very protected cell, which had on the inside a very unnourished Franz Hopper.
- What now? Isn't this supposed to be my free day?
- Don't be stupid, you don't have free days. Stand up, there are two old friends of yours that want to catch up.
Franz stood up as he observed with fear Tyron's grinning face. Then, he looked at the woman, but he didn't recognize her, until her eyes flashed and showed XANA's eye in them, which caused Franz to fall to the ground in fear.
- NO! NO! NOT AGAIN. AELITA, WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?
- Oh, so you do recognise me, master. Do not come begging to your daughter, it was her fault that I could relive. She recreated me and when she could have destroyed me, she was too stubborn and scared to destroy the supercomputer, thinking she could save you with it, and so eventually she let someone turn it on again.
- DON'T COME NEAR ME! WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME NOW? I have done everything I've been asked, please stop.
- I want you to protect me from their antivirus. I am sure that is how they killed me last time, so I will not make the same mistake again.

Meanwhile, the Lyoko Warriors were still trying to access the sector 5 main screen. There was just one Scorpion left and it was to Odd and Aelita to defeat it.

Aelita hid behind a wall while Odd tried to defeat the Scorpion. He managed to hit XANA's eye, but at the same time the monster had already struck a lightning beam, which caused both of them to devirtualize.
Aelita took advantage of the situation and ran as fast as she could to the edge of the sector.

As she arrived, she found the screen, but before she could even touch it, a manta hit her and devirtualized her.

She got up and saw a clearly hurt Odd waiting for her on the elevator.

The 7 of them reunited on the lab room, with clear signs of fatigue and pain.

A ver, Franz Hopper va a hacer resistente a XANA al antivirus, pero aún así el antivirus le intentará atacar por lo que los guerreros pueden rastrearlo hasta la base de Green Phoenix. Entonces, William con su humo se puede infiltrar y encontrar a Franz Hopper, quien le dará un pen con un programa no terminado para debilitar a XANA y reiniciarlo a su estado original (hay que juntarlo con el programa de antivirus).
Así, XANA se volverá débil, no reconocerá ni a Tyron ni a Hannibal y no les ayudará porque tampoco se encontrarán porque la mujer xanificada se desxanificará. Ahora, el green pheonix ya tenía muchas cosas de xana por lo que aún así amenazan al mundo.
Además, Tyron aprendió un par de cosas de XANA y como él también es un genio, es capaz de lanzar un ataque como el de XANA (el del osito gigante en el concierto) y también mandar al Kolosso a Lyoko para que no reactiven la torre para dar una vuelta al pasado.
Entonces, los guerreros Lyoko con el mundo amenazado por robots de xana y bombas atómicas deciden intentar luchar virtualizándose en la tierra: en Kadic, en el laboratorio de Tyron y en la base de green Phoenix. Así, destruyen el ordenador de Tyron para parar al oso y rescatar a Anthea, el de green Phoenix para rescatar a Waldo y detener las bombas atómicas y los robots y en la tierra para proteger del oso.
Sin embargo, Hannibal en un último atisbo de maldad coge un pen que había conectado al ordenador principal y lo lleva a su portátil en su despacho, en donde activa todas las bombas atómicas y las lanza a la vez.
Los guerreros Lyoko, reunidos con Anthea y Franz (que han traído con los vehículos a velocidad de vértigo), oyen en las noticias lo de las bombas atómicas. Entonces deciden que deben hacer una vuelta al pasado e intentar parar a Hannibal de nuevo, Franz intenta detenerla pero Aelita lo consigue antes que pueda decir nada.
Lo vuelven a intentar pero es en vano. Lo hace otra vez e igual. Al final, nada más Franz Hopper llega a la fábrica, que suele ser justo antes de las bombas porque es el que mas lejos estaba, para a Aelita y le pide que no lo haga más. Le dice a su hija que la única manera es repetirlo de nuevo, pero repetirlo todo. Por lo que deberán activar una torre en cada sector para utilizar toda la energía del superordenador y así realizar la vuelta al pasado. Como ya van a caer las bombas, vuelven al pasado y esta vez se encargan rápido y entran a Lyoko para activar las torres, pero al llegar al sector de hielo, se enfrentan al Kolosso, al que con dificultad derrotan y regresan al pasado del todo para volver a empezar.
