After becoming Alan's girlfriend， I am happy. I return back to dorm. Elizabeth and Elisa are still playing the card game. I sit down beside them.

"Sasha said tonight we will go to a field trip later ." Elizabeth says." She said that is one of traditional game for dauntless . If we win， our rank will be boosted ."

"It must be something related with pride . That is so important for dauntless." I shrug

"Yeah that is . It is called capture the flag." Sasha nods at me .

I heard about the game before . My dad said that is dangerous because it involves with weapons and chasing

" does it involves gun?" I ask

"It is paintball. However it stimulates the real gun shot." Sasha says naturally.

The door opens . Amar and Alan are here .

"So we are going to play a game . Let's go."'Alan beckons to us.

We follow him. Abby follows behind amar . Amar sighs with disappointment. What is he thinking ?

"Delia." Alan calls for me

"Yes Alan?" I say

He waves at me . I go beside him. He holds my hand

"Go faster guys ." Alan is impatient now

We leave the compound. Abby looks at me with hatred in her eyes

"So grab a gun and the bullets ." Alan points at the wood box.

I walk toward the box and pick a gun and two boxes of the bullets.

"It is heavy ." I wrap the gun around my body.

"Yeah it is ." Elizabeth nods at me ." I don't know what are we going to do with it."

The train comes and we start running. My legs were injured from the attack so Alan wraps me in his arms and jumps with him. I landed on my feet.

"Thank you Alan." I grab his shirt.

"You are welcome babe ." Alan kisses my forehead

"So we are using this as a weapon. It is a fake gun but stimulates the real gun shot. We are going to play capture the flag. I and Alan will be your leaders. Alan you go first." Amar points at alan

He does know who Alan will pick. Alan smirks at Amar

"Then I want Delia first" Alan shrugs .

"Abby." Amar smiles

Abby stands beside him. I wrap Alan's arm in my arm. I rest my head on his shoulder.

"Elizabeth ."

"Jason."

"Elisa."

Elizabeth and Elisa are with each other .

"William."

"Sasha."

Sasha hugs me and she seems so happy.

"I love you brother ." Sasha giggles

"Yeah but listen to my order okay?" Alan rolls his eyes

Then they finished picking the transfers . Now it is the dauntless born.

"Zeke ." Alan claps his hand

"Shauna ." Amar smirks

"Marlene." Alan hissed

Finally they finished picking. Amar raises his eye brows

"You guys can go first ." Amar folds his arms.

"Don't do me any flavour ." Amar laughs

I see that four is with us and eric is with Amar .

"Of course you are going to lose and I know it" Amar laughs

"Then we will see." Alan says

When he sees the chance , he jumps. We jump as well. We run as fast as we can. I see that we are near erudite headquarter . We are opposite of a big swamp.

"So what are our strategies?" Elizabeth asks .

"We will have some body to hide the flags and one party to go search for the other team." Zeke explains." I heard that they did that to win."

I don't really think that is a plan . I shake my head

"If we want to look far, then we need to climb high." I look around to find somewhere that I can climb.

"The Ferris wheel. Are you sure ?" Sasha is worried

I turn around and run toward the Ferris wheel. I need to climb as fast as I can . I can't let other team to find us before we find them. I grab the handle and haul myself up.

"Delia! What are you doing ?" Alan is below me .

"I said already. I have to climb in order to look far ." I keep climbing

Then I see that he is also climbing. I know that he is afraid of height

"You should go protect the flag." I shake my head

"I don't care whether we lose or not. I am worried about you." Alan shouts

Finally I get to the top and I see a tunnel of light coming from the opposite of us .

"They are opposite of the swamp." I point at the direction

"Then let's go get them." Alan claps his hand

I see that his whole body was shivering. He is afraid of height.

We start to climb down and when we reach the floor. We run as fast as we can toward the team.

"Let's go . We know where they are ." Alan waves at them

"Sure , three of you guard the flag and rest of us go with Alan and Delia ." Zeke says

We run toward the other team. When we reach their base , Abby is pointing her gun at me .

"I got you." Abby smirks

"I got you before ." Four shoots Abby and Abby screams

I run with four and Alan toward the target. The flag is hanging above me and I have to enter the building. I know that there will be guard so I have to be careful.

I enter the building without noticing Alan. William is about to shoot me and I dodge . I scrape my knees but I don't care . I shoot him and he screams

"Don't underestimate me ." I smirk ."I am stronger than you think."

Edward is about to shoot me as well buy i shoot him before he can do it.

"You are good." He moans

I run upstair and I shoot the last defend person . I reach the flag and get it.

"I get it alan ." I wave the flag in the air

"We win." Four shouts." Good job ."

"You scared me ! Why you don't wait for me Delia!" Alan grabs my shoulder." What if you are in dangerous situation?"

He hugs me . I know that he is really worried about me . I feel so happy that he cares about me .

"Alan I am fine ."

"Congratulation." Amar walks toward us

"We know that we will win." Sasha hugs me ." My mom is coming to visit."

I am nervous . I am not ready to see their mom yet

"Do you want to come for a dinner ?" Alan asks

"I am not prepared enough Alan. I don't want to embarrassed you Alan. That is too of sudden." I say

Alan sighs . I know that he isn't happy. I don't want him to feel sad

"Alright I will go. I am just worried that your mom will not like me ." I rest my head on his back

"She knows you already since I was your body guard ." Alan grabs my hand." So don't worry."

"Okay." I smile at him

We are going back . I and Alan walk side by side . I feel sense of joy .

"I am so happy to be with you Alan." I look at him with love in my eyes

"I am happy too Delia." Alan hugs me .

We stand in the train. I can see the landscape passed through us . Alan kisses my forehead .

"I wished that my sisters can come to dauntless but I am worried that no one will stay behind for my parent." I say

"Are you worried that people will attack them! If they do , then I will do something . Your family is my family and I will protect them." Alan kisses my hand

We return back to the dorm. I am so sleepy. I lay down the bed and close my eyes . When I wake up , it is midnight. I get up and sneak out of the room

I walk alongside the chasm. Alan must be sleeping already.

"Delia." Someone is calling me

"Linda?" I frown

"Congratulation, you are now with Alan." Linda comes toward me ." I am sorry. I shouldn't do that to you . I really feel sorry."

I shake my head . Linda grabs my hand . She has a ring on her finger

"Are you going to marry?" I am worried

"Jason's cousin Alexander really loves me and I know it. I rather choose someone who loves me ." Linda says

"That's a good choice . Congratulation to you Linda ." I smile." Why are you here this late ?"

Linda looks behind me . She is finding something

"They already know that Amar is divergent and are talking about how to kill him." Linda bites her lips." You are in dangerous Delia ."

"I will be careful. Now you really have to go back Linda . If your mom finds out , then she is going to be kissed off."

"Yeah just remember , be careful at stage two. My mom has access to the record ." Linda says

She leaves and I walk for one more minute and I see Abby is kissing Amar . Amar really loves Abby but how about Abby?

"You and Alan are together already right?" Ted is standing beside me

"Yes , ted why are you still here ?" I ask

"Delia , I lose already but I want to know why." Ted is crying.

I feel guilty because it all because of me .

"I can't tell you the reason. This is a secret ted ." I breath heavily.

"I was your best friend before you came however after you are in dauntless. All your attentions are on Alan not me ." Ted is angry.

"Ted calms down. I just love him Ted . Love has no reason."I explain

Alan now is coming down with max . He sees me and walks toward me

"Ted , don't come near her again. She is mine ." Alan pushes ted .

"Alan be careful. We don't need any more death." Max is scared

"Alright max , I am not going to kill Ted now but one more time , he will be dead." Alan clinches his teeth." Delia why are you out here ?"

I look toward the training room. Amar and Abby are leaving
