Teen Titans Beyond
Note: This episode is a nice sort of callback to the ending of "Winner Take All".
It Ain't Over Til It's Over
The Titans were all in the main room of the Tower as they sat down at a circular table together and played poker. They each had their own hands and held their own amounts of poker chips as they all eyed each other competitively.
Starfire smiled happily as she showed them her cards and said, "Behold my Earth rulers and two hearts."
Raven, Cyborg, and Beast Boy looked at her awkwardly, Robin leaned over to Starfire and said, "Uh Starfire, you're not supposed to show your cards until everyone reveals their hand."
Starfire blushed sheepishly as she realized her mistake and Cyborg said, "Yeah, plus you don't have that good a hand there."
Starfire was disappointed as she said, "Then I am defeated. Disappointing. I wished to make my friends shed tears at the sight of my victory."
Beast Boy and Cyborg looked at each other with confused expressions as a question mark appeared in a bubble above their heads.
Raven looked at them and said, "I think she means 'read them and weep'. Let's just keep playing."
Starfire watched as her friends kept playing as they eyed each other competitively while also looking at their own cards.
Beast Boy looked at Raven and smiled confidently as he pushed his chips in and said, "I'm all in."
Raven put her cards down and said, "I fold."
Beast Boy smiled smugly until Cyborg pushed his chips in and said, "I'm in."
Robin also pushed his chips in and said, "Me too."
Cyborg smiled at Beast Boy and said, "So dude, whatcha got?"
Beast Boy accepted defeat as he showed his cards and said, "Two pair."
Raven stared at Beast Boy's cards in shock and anger as she exclaimed, "What?!"
Cyborg smiled victoriously as he showed his cards and said, "Full house."
Raven was still staring at Beast Boy's cards as she said, "I had two queens! I definitely could've beaten that!"
Beast Boy smiled smugly as he said, "Sorry Raven, I tricked you."
Cyborg smiled at Raven and looked at Beast Boy as he boasted, "Yeah, I knew BB was bluffing and that's why I won."
He reached for the pot until Robin stopped his hand and smiled deviously as he said, "Not so fast."
Robin put his cards down and Beast Boy and Cyborg stared at them in shock as they leaned over with their jaws dropping and their eyes bugging out.
Cyborg could not believe it as he exclaimed, "You gotta be kidding me! A royal flush!"
Robin smiled victoriously as he took the pot and Starfire happily hugged him and kissed him on the cheek as she said, "Bravo Robin! You are victorious!"
Robin blushed as she kept hugging him while Raven folded her arms and looked at Beast Boy as she said, "I still can't believe you beat me."
Beast Boy leaned on the table as he looked at Raven and commented, "Yeah well you give up really easily."
Raven looked insulted as she said, "I do not!"
She looked at Cyborg who was mildly surprised as he pointed his thumb at Beast Boy and honestly said, "Actually, I'm with him on this one."
Raven was surprised but brushed it off and said, "Oh well, Robin would've still won anyway."
Robin looked at Raven as he smiled proudly and said, "Yeah but you still shouldn't have folded so easily. It's not over until it's over."
Starfire went up to Raven and smiled as she said, "Agreed. You should not conceive defeat until you have finally lost."
Raven brushed off everyone's words as she said, "Well it doesn't matter now. Game's over. Let's do something else."
Starfire smiled excitedly as she said, "Oh perhaps we should…"
Before she could finish her sentence, she and Raven suddenly disappeared in a white flash of light and were gone.
The boys all stared in shock while Beast Boy nervously said, "Okay! Whatever just happened it was definitely not my fault!"

Raven and Cyborg found themselves teleported into a familiar rotunda as Starfire asked, "Raven, what is happening?"
Suddenly more young female heroes appeared behind them as Raven and Starfire saw Bumblebee, Miss Martian, Kole, Pantha, and four other young girls with costumes and powers.
Raven was surprised as she said, "Miss Martian? Bumblebee?"
Starfire was also surprised as she said, "Kole? Pantha?"
Kole looked around as he curiously asked, "What's going on?"
They all turned as they heard a loud voice echo and they saw the Master of Games standing atop a large staircase and said, "Welcome young heroines."
Raven and Starfire glared at him as Starfire angrily said, "The Master of Games!"
The Master smiled evilly as he said, "Correct young champion. You ten young heroines have been chosen to fight in my Challenge of Battle Angels!"
The camera focused on Raven, Miss Martian, then Pantha while the Master introduced them, "Rave: the mysterious enchanting sorceress. Miss Martian: the shapeshifting telepath from the red planet. Pantha: the feline themed masked wrestler with claws that can cut through anything."
The camera showed one of the unknown girls, she was as tall as Starfire with a similar build, she had skin the same color as Robin's, and she had long white hair and bright blue eyes. She wore an outfit that covered all of her body except her arms, the top half was bright blue while the pants and boots were dark blue, and she also had long dark blue fingerless gloves. Next the camera showed one of the other unknown girls, a girl who was taller than Starfire but not as tall as Pantha, also not as muscular as Pantha. She had short hair which was shiny metal, along with her skin, and her eyes were shiny bright white. She wore a black tank top with a red symbol on it, she also had tight blue jeans, long black boots, and black gloves on her hands.
The Master of Games introduced the girl as he said, "Dolphin: an aquatic protector of Atlantis with illuminating power. Bombshell: a metal-skinned heavy hitter who can emit vast amounts of quantum energy."
The camera then showed Bumblebee, Starfire, then one of the unknown girls, who had a body like Raven's, but with shorter hair, and her entire body glowed bright yellow.
As the camera showed each girl the Master introduced them and said, "Bumblebee: a shrinking teen with powerful stingers. Starfire: the warrior princess from the Planet Tamaran. Prysm: a bright young heroin whose powers can always light the way."
Next the camera showed Kole, then the final remaining girl, who had a build like Miss Martian, but with black skin and long black hair. She wore a costume very similar to Kid Flash's, with a similar logo but her suit was orange and red, the neck and shoulders were red, as were her gloves, and she had two fake lighting bolts sticking out of her hair. However, her most notable feature was she had high-tech mechanical prosthetic legs that connected to the middle of her thighs.
While the camera showed the last two girls the Master said, "Kole: an athletic girl who can turn her body into indestructible crystal. And Bolt: a female speedster with bionic legs that have a real kick."
The Master smiled down at all ten girls as he said, "You ten brave and powerful young ladies have been selected for this amazing challenge."
Raven glared at the Master as she defiantly said, "Save your breath. We're not going to play your stupid game. We know better than to trust you."
A thought bubble appeared above her showing Chibi versions of herself, Starfire, Terra, and other girls beating up the Master of Games in a cloud of smoke.
While this was shown Raven said, "We saw through you when you tried to put on that Tournament of Heroines, and we refused and kicked your butt with no problems."
The Master had his fists on his sides as he smiled evilly and said, "Ah, but you have no choice. You ten champions will be playing for your freedom."
The girls all looked at each other until the Master said, "But you will not be fighting each other. No you will be fighting me."
Bumblebee smiled eagerly as she drew her stingers, took flight, and said, "Sounds good to me! Let's do this!"
She flew toward the Master of Games but he smiled deviously as his gem glowed white as he said, "But not all at once."
All of the girls were then teleported away and they all reappeared in separate cubicle cells of a corridor, with force-fields separating them and imprisoning them.
The girls were startled as they looked around as they heard the Master's voice echo, "These cells have been designed to contain all of your powers. I will release you one by one when I am ready to fight you. Defeat me and you may all return home, lose and you will be mine forever."
Once he stopped talking all of the girls desperately tried to escape their cells as they used their powers but none could breach it. Raven's dark magic could not penetrate the force-fields, Miss Martian could not phase through them, Starfire's strength and starbolts could not breach them, and Bumblebee's stingers couldn't break through. None of their powers could help them escape, after a while about half of them stopped trying while Bombshell, Prysm, Starfire, Bumblebee, and Bolt kept trying.
Raven was annoyed as she levitated in Indian style and tediously said, "Give it a rest already. It's pointless. We can't escape these cells."
Starfire looked at Raven as she desperately said, "But we must escape if we are to gain our freedom!"
Dolphin looked at the girls as she curiously said, "What does he want with us anyway?"
Raven looked at the other girls as she answered, "He wants our powers. If he defeats us he'll trap us in that gem of his and he'll have control over all of our powers."
The other girls were shocked as Miss Martian urgently said, "We can't let that happen. If he gets all our powers he'll be unstoppable!"
Starfire kicked and punched the force-field of her cell as she said, "We must escape!"
Prysm agreed as she fired a ray of energy from her hand while saying, "She's right! I'm not going to just stand here and do nothing!"
Miss Martian's cell was across from Raven's as she looked at the girls and calmly said, "The Master said the only way to win our freedom is to beat him. If we want to get out of here we have to beat him in the ring."
Pantha clinched her fist as she seriously said, "I am undefeated! This Master of Games thinks he can defeat me, I will win our freedom!"
Miss Martian looked at Pantha as she said, "I like you're attitude but I have a feeling it won't be that easy. If he beats just one of us he'll use our powers to fight the others."
Realizing she was right, Pantha placed her finger on her chin in thought while some of the other girls tried to think.
Kole looked at the girls as she curiously said, "I wonder which one of us is going to have to fight first."
They were all startled as they heard the Master's voice say, "Let the contest begin! Round 1!"
Suddenly Kole vanished and was transported into an arena where she saw the Master of Games standing across from her.
He stared at her with an evil smile and his fists on his sides as Kole said, "I guess I'm first."
The Master stared at her as he said, "Yes young champion. You will be the first to fall before me."
Kole smiled confidently as she said, "Give it your best shot! You can't hurt me!"
She smiled as she changed to her crystal form, but the Master did not move as he smiled deviously and said, "Ah, but in order to win you have to hurt me, and you cannot move while in your crystal form."
Realizing he was right, Kole changed back to her human form and stared at him nervously as he did not move a muscle. She tried to be brave as she ran at the Master of Games and tried to punch and kick him, but he swiftly dodged her every attack. He then swung his leg and knocked her off her feat and sent her falling to the ground before he punched her in the face. Kole was knocked out on the floor and she was teleported inside the gem hanging from the Master's neck.
He smiled evilly as he said, "One down, nine to go."
Back in the containment unit all the girls were trying to think when they heard the Master say, "Round 2!"
Suddenly Bolt disappeared and Raven looked at the others and said, "I guess Kole lost."
Miss Martian was troubled as she said, "Looks like it."
Bolt appeared in a big arena with lots of open space where she saw the Master of Games standing across from her.
He smiled evilly at her with his fists on his hips and Bolt narrowed her eyes and said, "I'll make this quick."
She then zoomed at him at superspeed, and when she came close the Master's entire body turned into crystal, thanks to Kole's power. Bolt slammed into the Master and he did not budge while she cried in pain and looked dizzy before falling down unconscious while the Master turned normal.
Bolt was teleported into the Master's gem as he smiled victoriously and said, "That was quick."
Meanwhile in the containment unit, the girls were still trying to figure something out when the Master said, "Round 3!"
Dolphin suddenly vanished and Starfire was surprised as she nervously commented, "That was most sudden."
Miss Martian was also unsettled as she said, "I was going to say short."
Prysm nervously said, "They're dropping like flies."
Raven levitated in her cell as she pessimistically said, "We're in big trouble."
Dolphin appeared in an arena with lots of water as she surfaced and saw the Master standing on one of many concrete platforms.
He leered at her as he maniacally said, "A fish out of water."
The Master smiled evilly as his torso became made of crystal while his legs turned into Bolt's beneath his loincloth. He smiled evilly as he clinched his fists and ran with Bolt's superspeed, moving so fast he ran on top of the water. He headed straight for Dolphin but she dived down; the Master ran around on the surface of the water as he searched for Dolphin. He ran onto another concrete platform and stocked as he curiously looked around when Dolphin jumped out behind him and punched him in the face. The Master avoided falling down and then quickly kicked Dolphin in the stomach with Bolt's bionic leg, sending her flying through the air before she splashed down.
She surfaced and glared at the Master of Games while she said, "Let's see if you can swim."
The Master grinned back at her as he taunted, "The Master dominates every battlefield."
She then started changing as her skin turned blue and scaley like a fish's, she grew webbing between her fingers and her toes stretched out the fronts of her boots looking like flippers. She grew sharp claws on the ends of her fingers and toes, she had sharp teeth in her mouth, and she grew small fins on her elbows, a short dorsal fin along her back, and her ears turned into pointy fins. She dived down and swam toward the platform where the Mater was standing before she jumped out and slashed her claws at his chest, but her claws didn't even scratch his crystal torso. He immediately punched her in the face and knocked her back into the water, she surfaced and he ran on top of the water and circled around her. With Bolt's superspeed he circled Dolphin and created a whirlpool that spun her around until the Master stopped and ran back to the platform. He smiled as he watched Dolphin surfaced dizzily and glared at the Master as her body started to glow bright blue. She held her hands out and fired a blue ray of energy at him, but the Master did not move as the ray hit him in his crystal torso. He harmlessly absorbed the ray and then shot it back at Dolphin, hitting her and knocking her out as she reverted to her natural form and sank.
She was teleported into the Master's gem as he smiled evilly and gloated, "Land or sea, I always win."
He smiled victoriously to himself as he thought about his victory, meanwhile the girls were still all in their cells thinking.
Bumblebee looked at the others as she seriously said, "We'd better be ready. Anyone of us could be next."
In her cell, Bombshell was floating and practicing her punching as she said, "Well I'm not going down without a fight!"
Miss Martian shook her head as she said, "I don't think you'll be next Bombshell. I'm starting to see a pattern here."
Bumblebee was confused as she said, "What do you mean?"
Suddenly they heard the Master say, "Round 4!"
Miss Martian pointed at Bumblebee and said, "I think you're next."
Miss Martian was correct as Bumblebee was teleported into an arena with the Master of Games, they looked like they were in a giant arena.
Bumblebee was surprised as she said, "Whoa! She was right!"
The Master smiled evilly at her as his torso turned to crystal, his legs became Bolt's, and his ears became spikey fins like Dolphin's.
Bumblebee hovered as she drew her stingers and fiercely said, "Looks like I'm the one who's gonna have to kick your butt!"
The Master smiled evilly as he said, "We shall see!"
Bumblebee flew at him and shot her stingers at him, but he ran out of the way and zoomed around the arena using Bolt's superspeed. Bumblebee tried to zap him with her stingers a few more times but he was too fast for as she kept missing. He ran straight at her and punched her in the face, but then she flew high in the air to avoid getting hit again. He stopped and smiled evilly as he used Bolt's bionic legs to jump high in the air; he came at Bumblebee and kicked her, sending her crashing to the ground. She groaned in pain as she got up and saw the Master come at her, but she quickly shrunk and avoided him. He looked around for her when she flew at his face and punched him three times, making him fall to the ground. He sat up and saw the tiny Bumblebee flying toward him, but he swatted her like a fly and knocked her down before stomping on her. Bumblebee lied on the ground and looked up as the Master stood over her with an evil smile on his face. A small glowing red vortex swirled from his gem toward Bumblebee and started to suck her up.
Bumblebee desperately tried to fly away from it as she cried, "No!"
Her efforts were futile as she was sucked into the gem while she screamed and imprisoned along with the other three girls the Master defeated. Back in the cellblock, the remaining girls sitting and standing around as they waited for something to happen.
Miss Martian was floating as she looked around with a troubled expression and said, "I have a bad feeling Bumblebee just lost."
Just then they all heard the Master's voice say, "Round 5!"
Miss Martian immediately said, "Called it."
Raven looked at Miss Martian with an annoyed expression as she sarcastically said, "What do you want? A medal?"
Starfire then vanished from her cell in a flash of light, much to Raven's shock as she stared at where her friend once was.
Raven fearfully exclaimed, "Starfire!"
Miss Martian was troubled as she nervously said, "I was hoping he'd pick Pantha next."
Patha glared at Miss Martian as she sarcastically said, "Muchos gracias."
Miss Martian was still troubled as she apologetically said, "If he gets Starfire's powers he'll be a lot harder to beat."
Raven agreed as she looked at Pantha and nervously said, "She's right."
Pantha's expression softened as she realized both girls were right and said, "Si."
Raven glanced around at the other girls as she hopefully said, "Hopefully Starfire will be able to defeat him on her own."
The others nodded in agreement as Starfire was transported into an arena that looked like a bunch of flat circular platforms floating in a big blue void. Starfire saw the Master standing on a platform across from her with an evil smile as he transformed before her eyes. His torso became crystal, he had Bolt's legs, and his ears became fins like Dolphin's, but he had Bumblebee's wings coming out of his back.
Starfire glared at the Master as her hands and fists glowed green and she said, "I will defeat you and win my and my friends' freedom!"
He had an evil grin on his face as he said, "You're certainly welcome to try. I would be disappointed if you didn't."
She then flew at the Master and threw starbolts at him, but he used superspeed to run all around the platform and dodge them. He then flapped Bumblebee's wings and took flight toward Starfire and then kicked her with Bolt's bionic leg. He sent her crashing down onto a platform but she immediately got back up and flew at him as she gritted her teeth. The Master hovered in the air with a devious smile as the fins on the sides of his face glowed blue, then he threw an orb of blue energy that hit Starfire and blasted her out of the air. Starfire quickly recovered as she floated in the air and glared at the Master as he kept hovering with an evil smile.
He hovered closer to her and leered at her as he maniacally said, "You will be an excellent addition to my collection."
Starfire shook her head as she bullheadedly said, "No I will not!"
She flew at him and tried to punch him, but the Master flew up and she only punched his crystal torso, inflicting no damage. She slightly hurt her own hand as she cringed in pain but then glared at him as she shot her eyebeams at him. The Master used Bumblebee's power to shrink and Starfire kept trying to hit him with her eyebeams but he was too small and fast for her. He flew at her face and kicked her, sending her crashing down onto another floating platform as she cried in pain. The Master grew to his regular size and smiled evilly as he looked down at Starfire, but she opened her eyes and took flight again. She flew at the Master and kicked him in his torso and send him crashing down onto another Platform, sending dust in the air.
Starfire stared down at where he crashed, but the Master stood up with a grin as he said, "You do prove to be a challenge young heroin."
Starfire glared at him as she fiercely yelled, "I will do more than challenge you! I shall be kicking your butt!"
She flew at him with her fists out as she tried to punch him but he took flight and rose high in the air to avoid her. She fired her eyebeams at him four times but missed every attempt as he swiftly flew through the air and dodged her. Starfire's hands then glowed green as she put her hands together and shot a ray of starbolt energy at the Master. The Master smiled evilly as he did not move but let the ray hit his torso as he absorbed it through his crystal. He then focused the ray back out of his body and at Starfire as her eyes widened and she gasped in both shock and fear. The ray blasted her as she screamed in pain and went crashing down onto another platform, sending dust in the air when she crashed into it. The Master smiled evilly as he flew down over her and when the dust cleared, he saw that Starfire had been knocked out. The Master reverted to his natural form with an evil grin as Starfire vanished and was teleported inside his gem as it glowed white.
Meanwhile in her cell, Raven gasped in shock and horror as she no longer sensed Starfire and she softly said, "No!"
In the arena, the Master stared forward with a sinister smile with his fists on his sides as he whispered, "Yes! Halfway there. The Master always wins. Soon the only champion will be me, and all of the prizes will be mine."
He remained still as his eyes then glowed green like Starfire's, then he fired her eyebeams straight at the camera.
Commercial break
The remaining five girls were all in their cells as they thought about Starfire fighting the Master of Games.
Raven looked sad as she stared down at the floor and said, "Starfire's gone. She lost."
Miss Martian also looked sad as she said, "I know. I sense it too."
Pantha fiercely pounded her fist as she exclaimed, "We must get out of here and defeat this Master of Games to free the others!"
Miss Martian looked at Pantha as she humbly said, "We can't escape Pantha. The Master made sure that these cells would hold us until he let us out. Our only way out is to beat him in the ring."
Raven stared forward as she pessimistically said, "We're all doomed."
Miss Martian looked at Raven as she honestly said, "You know Beast Boy is right Raven. You do give up too easily."
Raven looked at Miss Martian with surprise as she said, "What?"
Miss Martian stared at Raven as she said, "You fell for his bluff in the card game and gave up when you should've tried your luck."
Bombshell and Prysm were both confused as question marks appeared above their heads while they looked at each other.
Raven looked annoyed as a vein on her forehead throbbed while she said, "I wish you would stay out of my head."
Miss Martian smiled for a moment as she sincerely said, "I'm a telepath. Anyway, the boys were right that you shouldn't have given up."
Raven skeptically looked at Miss Martian as she said, "Even if I hadn't folded Robin would've still won game."
Miss Martian nodded as she honestly said, "Yes but you would've done better than Beast Boy and gone farther in the game."
Raven folded her arms as she tediously asked, "Can we stop talking about it?"
Miss Martian smiled coyly as she said, "Maybe if you stop thinking about it."
Raven grew more annoyed as she said, "It doesn't matter. I would've lost either way and nothing could stop that."
Miss Martian's smile vanished as she solemnly said, "No, but you still should try your best and not give until you've finally lost. Sometimes it's better for you to try your luck and take a chance to see what happens."
Raven brushed off Miss Martian's words with a tedious expression as she complained, "It was just a game!"
Miss Martian spoke urgently as she exclaimed, "But this isn't! We can't give up! If we do we'll lose everything!"
Raven was a bit surprised by her as she realized there was truth in Miss Martian's words and she glanced downward in thought.
Suddenly they all heard the Master's voice say, "Round 6!"
Pantha suddenly vanished from her cell and was transported in a giant steel cage that was hanging by a giant chain. She looked at the other side of the cage to see the Master staring at her with an evil smile as he transformed. He had Bolt's legs, his torso became crystal, he had Bumblebee's wings coming out of his back, his wings turned into Dolphin's pointy fins, and his eyes glowed green like Starfire's.
The Master smiled maniacally as he said, "I thought a steel cage match would be appropriate for you young champion."
Pantha glared at him and pounded her fist as she bravely declared, "I am undefeated and I will not lose today!"
She then yelled in fury as she ran at the Master of Games as she lunged her fist at him and tried to punch him. Meanwhile the rest of the girls were still in their cellblock as they looked at the empty cells that once held their friends.
Miss Martian was unsettled as she looked at the others and said, "I was right. The Master's picking his fights smartly."
The others looked at her with confused expressions as Prysm asked, "What do you mean?"
Miss Martian pointed her right finger at the empty cells as she answered, "He fought Kole first, then Bolt, Dolphin, Bumblebee, Starfire, and now Pantha. He's going in order from the least to most powerful heroin."
Raven's eyes widened as she saw her point and then asked, "Then why did he fight Starfire before Pantha?"
Miss Martian shrugged her shoulders as she said, "I guess he was feeling really confident about his abilities."
Raven looked at her cell and the other three as she thought out loud, "So, if he's going from least powerful to the most…"
Miss Martian pointed at Bombshell, then Prysm, then lowered her hand and stared into space before turning to Raven as she said, "Then he'll fight Bombshell next, then Prysm, then me, then finally you, Raven."
Bombshell and Prysm gasped in shock as Prysm turned blue while Raven's eyes widened as she said, "Whoa."
Miss Martian was very troubled as she said, "We'd better prepare for the worst."
Meanwhile Pantha was still fighting the Master of Games as she tried to punch him, only for him to zoom around her with superspeed. He came behind her and kicked her in the back, sending her crashing into the bars of the cage, smashing a hole through them. Pantha stayed inside as she turned around to the Master and jumped at him as she slashed her claws at him, but she slashed them at his crystal torso and they didn't do any damage. The Master smiled as he took flight toward the top of the cage, only for Pantha to jump at him and grab him. She held him tightly and slammed him down to the bottom of the cage and pinned him down underneath her.
Pantha smiled triumphantly as she stared down at the Master of Games and said, "You should never wrestle with me."
However the Master shrunk down and flew at Pantha's face and kicked her hard and knocked her down. She stood up and tried to slash her claws at him but he easily dodged them as she missed and cut off parts of the bars. He flew at her face and punched her so hard that he knocked her down again as she fell to the corner of the cage. He returned to normal size as he stood over her, but she quickly got up and grabbed him as she held in the air and slammed him into the bottom of the cage again. She dented the bars of the cage but he only looked annoyed as he glared at her while she prepared to slam her fists on him. He then kicked her off of him using Bolt's bionic legs and sent her crashing into the side of the cage while he got back on his feet.
The Master had a big mocking grin as he insulted her and said, "A shame your fans will not be here to see your first defeat."
Pantha glared at him as she snarled angrily and then jumped high in the air and came falling down toward him as she yelled in fury. She tried to body slam him but the Master used Bolt's superspeed to zoom out of the way and Pantha's body slammed through the bars. She started falling but quickly grabbed one of the other bars and held on for her life as she looked down in fear and saw the broken bars fall down into the abyss. She quickly pulled herself up back into the cage and looked to see the Master standing over her as he prepared to stomp her. However she quickly pulled herself up and punched him, knocking him backwards, then he took flight and prepared to attack. He hovered near the top of the cage, but Pantha jumped up, grabbed the bars at the top of the cage and swung forward as she kicked the Master and knocked him down. He fell on his back on the bottom of the cage and she swung at him and then pinned him down again.
She held him down and stared him in the face as she fiercely said, "You may be faster than me, but you are not stronger!"
He then fired Starfire's eyebeams at her and blasted her up through the top of the cage as she screamed. She went falling outside the cage before she disappeared and the Master smiled victoriously as he stared at where she fell.
His gem glowed white as Pantha was imprisoned in it and the Master smiled as he gloated, "Do not underestimate the Master, Pantha. Your perfect record has finally been broken and you are no longer undefeated."
Back in the cellblock, Raven looked at the others as she said, "Pantha lost."
They all looked up as they heard the Master's voice say, "Round 7!"
Miss Martian looked at Bombshell and nervously said, "You're up Bombshell."
Bombshell immediately vanished from her cell in a flash of light and Raven nervously said, "Not that many of us left."
Prysm turned from yellow to blue as she nodded nervously while Miss Martian tried to remain calm as she started meditating, and Raven did the same. Bombshell was teleported out of her cell and into an arena that looked like a colosseum where she saw the Master standing across from her. He smiled evilly as he still had his attributes from the other girls he defeated, but then his arms transformed into Pantha's.
He had an evil grin as he taunted, "Prepare to join the other losers!"
Bombshell glared at him as her fists glowed blue with quantum energy, then she flew toward the Master as fast as she could. The Master flapped Bumblebee's wings and took flight as he avoided Bombshell when she tried to punch him. He turned around and fired Starfire's eyebeams at her back, making Bombshell cry in pain for a short moment. She floated up and turned around as she glared at the Master and as she held her hands out and fired blasts of blue quantum energy. The Master smiled evilly as he shrank himself and dodged the blasts before flying at Bombshell and punching her in the face. He landed on Bombshell's hand and she tried to grab him, but he ran along her arm with superspeed and punched her in the face again. She went crashing to the ground as the Master reverted to his normal size and watched her until she got up and flew at him again. He kicked her with Bolt's bionic leg and sent her flying through the air before she stopped and floated in midair. She swiped her left hand through the air and sent a wave of blue quantum energy at the Master, but he easily flew up and avoided it.
The Master smiled down at Bombshell mockingly as he gloated, "Perhaps you would like me to fight with only one power."
Bombshell yelled in rage as she flew at him and tried to punch him, but the Master dodged her and slashed Pantha's claws at her and knocked her down. Bombshell got back up but the Master used the Panther's Claw on her as he grabbed her face and burned it a bit as he left a red handprint on her metal face. Bombshell was not badly hurt but was angry as she tried to punch the Master again, only for him to grab her and throw her away. Bombshell got up and floated in the air as she yelled in rage, put her hands together, and fired a big ray of quantum energy at the Master. He smiled as he absorbed the quantum energy in his crystal torso and focused it back out at Bombshell, blasting her out of the air and knocking her out. She then vanished and was imprisoned in the Master's gem with the rest of the girls as he smiled triumphantly.
The process was complete as his gem stopped glowing white and he said, "Another victory, another prize!"
His left arm then transformed; it was the same shape as it was normally but he had metal skin on it as well as a black glove like Bombshell's, and his fist glowed with blue quantum energy. Meanwhile in the cellblock, Raven was meditating while Prysm shined brightly, and Miss Martian took a nap standing up with her eyes glowing orange.
They were all alerted when they heard the Master's voice say, "Round 8!"
Raven looked at Prysm as she said, "Your turn."
Prysm vanished before them, leaving Raven alone with Miss Martian as they both looked at each other with anxiety. Prysm was transported into an arena that looked like a battlefield and the Master of Games was standing in front of her.
He stared at her with a sinister grin as he maniacally proclaimed, "Your power will make me quite luminous."
Prysm narrowed her eyes as she held her arms out and shot a yellow laser beam at him, but the Master absorbed it in his crystal torso and focused it back at her. Prysm quickly created a yellow force-field around herself that blocked the redirected laser and dropped it when it was done. She then took flight as flew high and floated in the air before the Master flapped Bumblebee's wings and flew after her. She fired another yellow laser beam at the Master but he dodged it and punched her with Pantha's fist, sending her flying. She quickly recovered and put her hands together as she made an orb of yellow energy and launched it at the Master of Games. He dodged it and fired Starfire's eyebeams at Prysm, hitting her and sending her crashing to the ground as she cried in pain. She quickly got back up and saw the Master flying down toward her, she then made her body shine so bright that it blinded the Master as he covered his face. She stopped shining so bright and flew at him in the blink of an eye as she blasted him and knocked him down to the ground. He got up and glared at her as she tried to blast him again, but he used Bolt's superspeed and ran away, though she watched him and fired a laser at him. The Master then shrunk himself and Prysm couldn't see him anymore as she looked around in confusion. The Master then flew up behind her and kicked her with Bolt's bionic leg and sent her crashing to the ground again while he grew to normal size.
The Master of Games smiled mockingly down at Prysm as he gloated, "Perhaps now you will see the light!"
She got up and her body turned from yellow to red as she got angry and flew at the Master as fast as she could, only for him to shoot Starfire's eyebeams at her. She cried in pain as she was hit and stopped in the air but then flew at him again as she shot rapid red blasts of energy at him. He dodged most of the blasts, only to be hit by the two final blasts as she came at him but his left fist glowed with blue quantum energy as he punched her and sent her flying through the air. She stopped and floated in the air as she glared at the Master, who then flew at her and prepared to punch her with Pantha's arm. However, Prysm gritted her teeth in rage as she released a massive shockwave of red energy from her body. The shockwave sent the Master crashing down, but he quickly got back up and saw her fly closer to him before she stopped and held her hands out. She fired a ray of red energy at the Master of Games, but he absorbed in his crystal torso and redirected it back at Prysm and sent her hurtling through the air. He flew at her as she recovered and stopped in the air, but before she could do anything the Master punched her with Pantha's fist and sent her crashing to the ground. The Master of Games flew down and landed beside Prysm as she passed out, then she disappeared and was trapped with the others inside his gem.
He looked down at his gem as it glowed white for a moment and he gloated, "With your powers I will always shine brightly."
The Master smiled evilly as his head and face started glowing yellow, except for his eyes and the fins on the sides of his head.
He smiled evilly as he stared at forward and said, "Only two left."
In the cellblock, Raven was meditating when she opened her eyes and looked at all the other empty cells before looking at Miss Martian.
She was nervous as she said, "Miss Martian, Prysm lost."
Miss Martian nodded as she said, "I know. I'm up next."
Raven was very nervous as she said, "It's starting to get really quiet in here."
Miss Martian looked at Raven as she frantically said, "Listen Raven! If I can't beat the Master then it's up to you! You're our last and only hope!"
Raven sarcastically replied, "Thanks. No pressure."
Miss Martian kept looking at her as she urgently said, "You can't give up! If you lose we all lose! And if the Master gets your powers then nothing can stop him!"
Raven showed a serious expression as she turned away and shut her eyes while she said, "I know Miss Martian! I know I have to stop him! I'm just not sure I can actually beat him! Especially if he gets your powers too!"
Miss Martian stared at Raven with much faith and confidence as she solemnly said, "Yes you can! You're the most powerful Titan of all! That's why he's saving you for last! Because he knows you will be the hardest one to beat!"
Raven looked away with uncertainty as she said, "I know, but with all of your powers together he'll be a challenge even for me."
Miss Martian smiled optimistically as she said, "You've faced way worse odds than that! You've saved the Earth several times! You even managed to defeat Trigon!"
Raven looked at Miss Martian in shock and then looked annoyed as she asked, "Did Beast Boy tell you about that?"
Miss Martian smiled sheepishly as she admitted, "He did, and I also might've heard about it from Jinx and Starfire."
Raven groaned in annoyance as she shook her head and held the crook of her nose in frustration, it seemed as if everyone knew so much about her.
Miss Martian then spoke sincerely again as she said, "The point is, you've done amazing things and faced impossible odds before. You've saved your friends and defeated powerful bad guys time and again. If anyone can stop the Master it's you!"
Raven showed a small flattered smile as she said, "Thanks."
They all looked up as they heard the Master say, "Round 9!"
Miss Martian looked at Raven as she nervously said, "I guess I'm up."
Raven nodded as she sincerely said, "Good luck."
Miss Martian appreciated the gesture as she said, "Thanks Raven."
Miss Martian was teleported out of her cell and Raven was now completely alone as she looked at all the empty cells around her.
She then stared forward and said to herself, "And then there was one."
Miss Martian was transported to the crater of a moon where she saw the Master smiling evilly at her as he was ready to fight. She stared at him and noticed his appearance as he had traits from all the other girls he had defeated.
He smiled arrogantly as he put his fists on his sides and said, "Your mind-reading powers will not help you now young alien."
Miss Martian glared at him as she sassily said, "I don't need to be a telepath to know what you're thinking."
The Master smiled competitively as he clinched both of his fists and said, "Well then, let the battle begin!"
He then threw his left fist out and fired a blast of blue quantum energy at Miss Martian, but she stretched her body out like a snake and avoided the blast. Her body returned to its regular shape and she stood in the same position as she stared back at the Master of Games. The Master then ran at her with superspeed and tried to punch her with Pantha's arm, but Miss Martian's body became translucent as he harmlessly passed through her. He stopped and turned back around as Miss Martian turned solid again and flew at him as fast as she could. She punched him in the face and sent him flying through the air, but the Master recovered and used Bumblebee's wings to fly in the air. The Master then fired Starfire's eyebeams at Miss Martian but she flew around and avoided them while he moved the beams after her. He stopped firing and Miss Martian's body was surrounded by a blue aura as she made herself invulnerable and flew at the Master with her fists out. The Master saw her coming and smiled as he created a yellow spherical force-field around his body. Miss Martian collided with the force-field but could not breach it as she cried in pain and floated in the air as her body returned to its normal density. The Master smiled evilly as he dropped his force-field and flew at Miss Martian as he punched her in the face and sent her crashing down to the surface.
She groaned in pain as she got up and looked to see the Master flying down toward her, so she stretched her left arm out to great length and tried to punch him. However the Master dodged her attack and grabbed her arm, then with his strength he lashed Miss Martian like a whip before slamming her on the ground. Her arm returned to its regular length and then she glared at the Master of Games as she saw him flying over her. She then turned invisible, startling the Master as he looked around for any sign of her but could not spot her anywhere. Suddenly he started moving and jerking every which way as he was hit in the face by an invisible Miss Martian several times. He was then hit hard and sent crashing into the ground as Miss Martian turned visible and floated over him, but the Master glared at her before shooting Starfire's eyebeams at her. He blasted her out of the air and then ran at her with Bolt's superspeed and hit her hard and sent her crashing into a boulder. She took flight and clinched her fists as she flew at the Master and tried to punch him, but he dodged her and slashed Pantha's claws at her left upper arm. He left a deep scratch on her arm as she let out a small cry of pain as he smiled evilly, but the scratches quickly healed as she glared at him.
He showed an amused smile as he said, "Impressive."
She flew at him with her fists straight out but his left fist glowed with blue quantum energy and he punched her with it and sent her crashing down to the surface. She got up and glared at the Master as he came flying at her, prompting her to sprout two extra arms and clinch all four fists. However the Master shrunk himself and Miss Martian kept trying to grab him with her four arms as he flew all around her. He fired Starfire's eyebeams at her body, causing her to cry in pain, then he fired a ray of blue quantum energy from his left had at Miss Martian's face. She screamed in pain and then he flew at her face and punched her with both fists several times, then he kicked her with Bolt's bionic leg and knocked her down. He flew at her again but Miss Martian swung her top right backhand at him and knocked him away while she got on her feet.
He grew to normal size and leered at Miss Martian as he admitted, "You do provide excellent sport Martian."
Miss Martian glared at the Master as she began to shapeshift while she fiercely said, "I'm just getting started!"
She retracted her extra arms and morphed into a large blue beast that had a body similar to a rhino's but a head like a hammerhead shark's. She charged at the Master and swung her hammer head and sent him crashing to the ground, but he got back up and ran at her with superspeed and punched her with his left arm. She knocked the beast down, but Miss Martian turned into a green crustacean creature with huge pincer claws that she tried to grab him with. However he shrunk and avoided her claws before hitting her with a blast of blue quantum energy at her and knocked her on her back. He returned to normal size and she morphed into a white theropod like creature that had big arms with opposable thumbs. She roared loudly and slashed her claws at his chest, but they did not damage his crystal torso, then his glowing yellow head shined even brighter. So bright that it blinded Miss Martian as she shut her eyes and roared in pain, then he stopped shining brightly and flew at the white theropod dinosaur and punched her with Pantha's fist. He knocked her to the ground as dust scattered, then Miss Martian turned into a large creature somewhat resembling an Ankylosaurus, but she curled up into a ball and rolled toward the Master. She rolled over him and drove him into the ground before she uncurled, but then he flew out of the ground and looked at her.
He smiled at her with a small amount of respect as he commented, "You are full of surprises shapeshifter."
Miss Martian glared at him fiercely as she telepathically said, "There's plenty more where that came from!"
The Master flapped Bumblebee's wings and flew at her, then Miss Martian morphed into a giant green serpent and flew in the air. The Master smiled as he flew after her and she twisted and turned through the air before she tried to bite the Master. She missed and he hit her with a blast of blue quantum energy, then kicked her with Bolt's bionic leg, then fired Starfire's eyebeams at her. He hurt Miss Martian and sent her crashing down to the surface of the moon while she reverted to her natural form and groaned in pain. She crashed down and cringed in pain as she struggled to get up when the Master flew down and landed right in front of her.
She opened her eyes and looked at him as he pulled Pantha's arm back and said, "Feel the burn of the panther's claw!"
He grabbed Miss Martian's face in Pantha's hand and burned her with it as he left a red hand print on her face. Miss Martian let out a loud cry of pain before kicked her with Bolt's bionic leg and then blasted her with blue quantum energy, sending her crashing threw a large boulder. She lied on the ground as she groaned in pain and desperately tried to get up, despite the fact that she couldn't even bare herself to stand.
The Master zoomed up next to her and looked down at her with an evil smile as he gloated, "Valiant effort, but you stood no chance against the Master."
He chuckled evilly as his green eyes glowed even brighter as he prepared to finish Miss Martian with Starfire's eyebeams.
Miss Martian opened her eyes and stared forward as she used her telepathy to say, "It's up to you now Raven."
Meanwhile, in her cell, Raven was meditating when she heard Miss Martian's words in her mind as she opened her eyes and let out a hushed gasp of shock. The Master then fired Starfire's eyebeams down at Miss Martian and she screamed in agony as the light shined from the area. He stopped and Miss Martian lied unconscious on the ground as the Master reverted to his natural form and smiled victoriously. Miss Martian vanished as she was transported inside the Master's gem as it glowed white, it stopped and the faint overlapping cries of her and the other eight heroines could be heard outside.
The Master ignored them as he smiled evilly and said to himself, "Yes. Only one remains, and once I have her powers I will be unstoppable."
Raven was in her cell as she stared forward in shock, having heard Miss Martian's message and no longer sensing her.
She felt a bit anxious as she stared forward and said to herself, "I guess it's up to me to stop him and save the others."
Commercial break
Raven was teleported back into the rotunda with her hood up when she looked to see the Master standing at the top of his staircase. He had a creepy smile on his face as he leered down at Raven with his fists on his sides and chuckled maliciously.
Raven looked up at him as she said, "So, I'm the only one left."
The Master smiled evilly as he walked down the staircase and approached Raven as he said, "Correct enchantress. Your friends have been defeated. You are the only remaining heroine in the Challenge of Battle Angels."
Raven looked up at him with a serious expression as she said, "And I guess you're feeling pretty confident huh?"
The Master smiled evilly as he held up his gem and said, "Oh yes! Your friends belong to me now and so do their powers!"
He smiled as he transformed; his eyes glowed green like Starfire's, his head and face glowed yellow like Prysm, his ears became pointy blue fins like Dolphin's, his right arm became Pantha's, his left arm got metal skin and a black glove like Bombshell's, Bumblebee's wings came out of his back, he had Bolt's legs underneath his loincloth, and he sprouted two extra arms underneath his other ones and they both looked like Miss Martian's.
Raven stared at the Master's appearance as she sarcastically said, "That's a good look."
The Master smiled arrogantly as he hovered in the air and said, "And now no one can stop me! I am all powerful!"
Raven looked up at the Master of Games with a skeptical expression as she sarcastically said, "Very modest."
The Master looked down at her, mildly annoyed as he kept hovering and said, "I know what you are thinking Raven."
Raven kept looking up at him as she looked mildly annoyed and said, "You're reading my mind, aren't you?"
The Master smiled arrogantly as he said, "Yes, and my confidence is not arrogance. I am now more than powerful enough to conquer your world and all others."
Raven smiled tauntingly as she said, "Maybe, but you still don't have me, the most powerful one of them all."
He looked down at her as he said, "I know what you are trying to do."
Raven's smirk did not vanish as she knew her plan was working when she said, "And it's working, isn't it?"
The Master stared at her as he folded his lower arms and scratched his chin with Pantha's claw as he admitted, "Your power is unrivaled by any other."
Raven stared at him with a serious expression as she said, "You need me to become invincible. You know it. You already knew it. That's why I'm here."
The Master landed and smiled deviously as he stared at Raven and said, "You are right young heroin. Which brings us to Round 10! The final round! If you defeat me, you will win friends freedom and you may all return home, but if I win you belong to me."
Raven showed a serious expression as she stared at the Master and said, "All or nothing."
The Master agreed with an evil grin as he prepared to fight and said, "Indeed. Now let the contest begin!"
He fired Starfire's eyebeams at her, but Raven quickly formed a force-field of her dark energy that blocked them. She dropped her force-field and then shot a beam of her dark energy at him, but he used Bolt's superspeed to run out of the way. He came speeding at her but she immediately took flight and avoided him as he mistakenly ran straight into a wall behind her. He crashed and fell to the ground, as he looked up at Raven with an annoyed expression, but then used Bumblebee's wings and flew toward her. He flew at her and slashed Pantha's claws at her, but Raven created a small barrier of her dark energy that blocked the attack. She dropped it and then she shot bolts of black lightning at the Master and sent him crashing into a wall on the other side of the room. He flew out and hovered as he threw his left fist out and fired a ray of blue quantum energy at Raven, only for her to dodge it. Raven held her hands out and fired a beam of her black magic at him again, but the Mater created a yellow force-field around himself that blocked it. He dropped the force-field and then his head shined bright, blinding Raven as she covered her eyes and groaned in pain. He flew at her while his head was shining and he punched her with both of his lower arms from Miss Martian and sent her crashing to the ground. He stopped shining so brightly and Raven got up and glared at him while her eyes glowed white and then she disappeared into the ground through a field of her black magic.
The Master was startled when Raven rose out of the ground behind him, then she used her black magic to live large chunks of concrete out of the walls and hurled them at him. All of the rubble piled on top of him, but he used Miss Martian's powers to phase up through the rubble unharmed before turning solid again. He smiled evilly as he stretched his extra arms out toward Raven and grabbed her arms before pulling her back to him. He held her in place as he punched her in the face with Pantha's arm then punched her with his left arm. He threw Raven to the floor and smiled evilly, only for her to get back on her feet and glare at him as she shot bolts of black lightning at him. He shrank himself and avoided the bolts as he flew down at Raven and punched her in the face with his upper left arm. He knocked her on her back before growing to his regular size, then he fired Starfire's eyebeams at her, causing Raven to scream in pain. Raven groaned as she struggled to get up and stood back on her feet, only for the Master to zoom at her with Bolt's superspeed and hit her hard, knocking her down. The Master smiled evilly as he looked down at Raven, but she got up again and her eyes glowed white as she made pipes burst out of the walls and pour vast amounts of water out. The water flooded the whole room and Raven floated in the air while the Master was washed away in the flood. However, thanks to Dolphin's powers the Master was fine as he could breathe underwater and swam with great speed.
He jumped out of the water and punched Raven, knocking her down just as the water started to clear up and she landed on the wet floor. She got back up and glared at the Master as she took flight and formed daggers of her black magic and sent them flying toward him. However, the Master created a yellow force-field around himself again the black blades were destroyed when they hit it. He flew at Raven and slashed Pantha's claws at her, but Raven ducked and avoided them before hitting him with a blast of her black magic. She knocked him back but he stayed in the air, then his whole body was surrounded by a blue aura as he used Miss Martian's powers to make himself indestructible. He flew at Raven as fast as he could and tried to hit her, but Raven narrowly avoided him as he crashed through a wall, sending chunks of debris everywhere. He flew out of the hole, no longer surrounded by the blue aura, and then threw a blue blast of quantum energy from his left hand. The blast hit Raven and she cried in pain as she was knocked to the ground, but managed to get back on her feet again. Unfortunately the Master flew at her and kicked her with one of Bolt's bionic legs and knocked her down once again. Raven tumbled across the floor as she groaned in pain and willed herself onto her knees while the Master flew and landed in front of her.
The Master looked down at her with an arrogant smile as he gloated, "Surrender young champion! I have won!"
Raven said nothing as she stayed on her knees but then she thought about what Miss Martian told her in the containment unit.
She had her eyes closed, in her mind she heard Miss Martian's voice say, "You can't give up! If you lose we all lose!"
Her eyes shot open as she looked up and glared at the Master, then he smiled evilly as he shot Starfire's eyebeams at her. However, Raven vanished in a field of her black magic before they could hit her, and the beams hit the floor instead.
The Master was surprised when Raven reappeared in front of him, glaring as she said, "I don't give up that easily!"
The Master smiled arrogantly as he mocked her and said, "Very well, this is turning into a truly exciting match."
The Master's lower arms from Miss Martian shapeshifted into big green pincer claws and then he flew at Raven and snapped them at her. She avoided the claws as he kept snapping them at her, then she hit him with a beam of her black magic and knocked him away. The Master's lower arms reverted to their natural form as he glared at Raven as she floated in the air staring at him. He moved his left arm through the air and sent out a wave of blue quantum energy at her, but Raven flew up and avoided it as it hit the wall instead. Raven then held her hands out as her eyes glowed white and her hands were covered with her black magic. She encased the Master's whole body in her black magic and then hurled him at the wall behind him, then she moved him around and crashed him into a couple more walls. Finally, she slammed him on the ground before finally releasing him from her black magic and landing on the floor.
He lied on the floor for a moment before standing up with an evil smile as he said, "Well played spellcaster, but you are still no match for me."
He leaned forward with a devious grin on his face, and then he clinched his fists before he ran at her with Bolt's superspeed. He was about to hit her when Raven quickly created a dome of her black magic over her and the Master crashed into it instead.
Immediately after he crashed, Raven calmly said, "You may have the others' powers, but you have their weaknesses too. Like Bolt's impulsiveness, although that might've just been you and your own arrogance."
The Master was dizzy for a moment before Raven dropped her force-field and hit him with a blast of her dark energy and knocked him down. He got back up and looked a little bit annoyed as he started to lose his patience and glared at Raven. He stared at her while she stared back at him, patiently waiting for him to make his next move as she did not move a muscle. The Master then used Bolt's bionic legs to jump high in the air while he yelled in fury and raised all four of his arms in the air. He clinched his fists as he came falling down toward Raven and prepared to smash her with all of his superstrength. Raven floated backwards and avoided the Master as he landed and smashed his four fists down on the floor, causing a tremor and smashing part of the floor. He formed a small crater and looked to see Raven floating in front of him as she looked back at him with a serious expression.
He grew more irritated as he gritted his teeth and then stretched his lower arms out toward Raven and tried to punch her with them. Raven flew to the side and avoided them and the fists only punched chunks of concrete out of the wall behind her instead. Raven quickly held her hands out and encased a giant chunk of debris in her black magic and turned around as she hurled it at the Master. He was startled as it came flying at him and hit him, smashing him into a wall while his lower arms from Miss Martian returned to their normal length. He climbed out of the ruble and gritted his teeth before firing Starfire's eyebeams at Raven, only for her to block them with a small barrier of her dark energy. She dropped the barrier and then hit him with a blast of her dark magic that slammed him into the wall behind him, smashing a big hole in it before he fell to the floor.
The Master of Games got back on his feet and glared at Raven while he angrily exclaimed, "Enough! Game over!"
He threw his left fist out and fired a big ray of blue quantum energy at Raven, but she avoided and it hit the wall instead. Raven held her hands out and shot a blast of her dark magic at the Master, hitting him and making him cry in pain before knocking him back. He used Bumblebee's wings to recover as he hovered and then landed as he angrily glared back at Raven while she floated in the air with her cloak covering most of her body.
Raven stared at the Master with a determined expression as she said, "In your words, the game is never over!"
The Master's head and face then turned from yellow to red as he became angry and yelled in fury and rage. He sent out a massive shockwave of red energy from his body that destroyed much of the room, and noticed Raven was gone. Raven then appeared in a field of her black magic and then held her hands out as she shot bolts of black lightning at him. She hit him and sent him crashing to the ground, but he got up and angrily lifted a huge chunk of debris over his head and threw it at Raven. She encased the debris in her black magic and sent it back at him, smashing it over him as he yelled in pain and fell down. He did not give up as he angrily got up and stretched his lower arms to great lengths again as he tried to grab Raven. However she swiftly flew up and avoided his grip as Miss Martian's hands almost got her, then the Master pulled them back to their regular length. He glared at her angrily and then took flight using Bumblebee's wings and hovered in front of Raven while she stared back at him. The Master shot a ray of blue quantum energy from his left hand while simultaneously firing Starfire's eyebeams at Raven. She flew out of the way and avoided being hit as both energies hit the wall behind her and blew a large hole in it.
The Master of Games glared daggers at Raven as he furiously exclaimed, "I am the Master! I cannot lose!"
Raven fiercely glared back at the Master while she seriously proclaimed, "Well I can't afford to lose either."
She held her arms out as her black magic covered her body and then formed a giant raven that let out a bird cry. The giant black raven flew at the Master and grabbed him in its foot before slamming him into the floor, forming a large crater. The giant Raven disappeared and Raven floated in its place as she looked down at the Master of Games, but he recovered and flew at her and tried to punch her with all four of his arms. Raven made a small barrier of her black magic that blocked each fist, one by one, then she sent the barrier flying at the Master's face. It hit him and knocked him back through the air but he kept hovering as he glared at her while she stared back at him.
The Master kept hovering as he pointed at her and angrily demanded, "Surrender! You have no hope to defeat me!"
Raven was not deterred as she thought back to when she faced Trigon and said, "Not the first time I've heard that."
Raven encased several huge chunks of rubble in her dark energy and hurled them at the Master, but he used Miss Martian's powers to phase through the rubble. He then flew straight at Raven, still intangible, but she created a spherical force-field around herself that he could not phase through. He hit her force-field and cried in pain before turning solid and he gritted his teeth in anger as Raven dropped the force-field. Raven then shot a few beams of her black magic at the Master, but he shrunk and avoided her beams while flying straight at her. He fired Starfire's eyebeams, which hurt Raven, then he made his head shine brightly as he temporarily blinded Raven, then his left fist glowed with blue quantum energy. He punched her in the face with it and she screamed in pain and went crashing to the floor while he watched her. He grew back to his normal size and hovered over Raven, but she immediately got up and shot black lightning at him. She hurt him and sent him crashing to the ground, but he angrily got back up and glared back at her while gritting his teeth.
Raven stood up and stared at him as he furiously yelled, "Submit! I am the Master of Games! I cannot be defeated!"
Raven stared back at him with a small smirk on her face as she taunted, "It wouldn't be the first time you lost."
The Master yelled in fury as he ran at her with his superspeed but Raven sunk into the floor using her black magic and he missed her. He stopped and glanced around as he searched for her, then Raven rose up behind him and hit him with a blast of her dark energy. He fell to the ground but got up and smiled deviously as he turned invisible, then Raven looked around for any sign of him. She was then hit by the invisible Master of Games several times as she cried in pain and jerked every which way before finally being knocked to the ground. The Master turned visible as he smiled victoriously down at Raven, but she got up again and held her arms out as she encased two chunks of debris in her black magic. She put her hands together and made both chunks of rubble smash into the Master of Games from opposite sides, but he was still standing as he glared at her angrily.
The Master threw his arms out and vented frustration as he angrily asked, "Why won't you just give up already?!"
Raven's cloak blew in the wind as she glared back at the Master and defiantly said, "It's not over until it's over!"
He yelled in fury as he opened his mouth as wide as he could and fired a blast of Dolphin's bright blue energy at Raven. She blocked it with a barrier of her black magic and then encased the Master's body in more of it and tried to restrain him. The Master broke free from her hold as he emitted a shockwave of red energy from his body that destroyed Raven's black magic covering him. The Master then flew at Raven and tried to punch him with all four of his arms, but Raven flew around him and avoided every fist before kicking him in the face. Then Raven floated behind him and prepared to attack but the Master quickly turned and kicked her with one of Bolt's bionic legs, sending her sliding across the floor.
The Master hovered above the ground as he impatiently said, "I have had enough! It is time to end this once and for all!"
Raven got on her feet and glared at the Master as she said, "For the first time ever, I actually agree with you."
The Master of Games yelled in fury as he started flying straight at Raven with all four of his arms out at his sides. Raven did nothing as she stayed in place and focused on the gem hanging from the Master's neck, containing all of the other girls inside it. Raven calmly shut her eyes as she focused her power while the Master kept flying toward her, intending to finish the fight.
Raven opened her eyes as they glowed white and she held her hands out while chanting, "Azarath Metrion Zinthos!"
She then shot a beam of her black magic right at the Master's gem, knocking him back as she caused a massive surged of magic.
The Master fell back and stared at his gem as he cried out, "NOOOOO!"
A white flash of light came from the Master's gem and consumed everything for a moment before it faded. The Master was now in his normal form as he looked down at himself and looked to see the nine other girls standing beside Raven as they all looked back at him.
Raven stared at the Master as she firmly said, "It's over."
The Master conceived defeat as he said, "You win."
The Master vanished as he was transported inside his own gem, which fell to the floor where he once stood.
Starfire then smiled at Raven as she joyfully exclaimed, "We are free! You have saved us Raven! We are victorious!"
Kole smiled as she walked to Ravena and congratulated, "Way to go Raven."
Miss Martian walked up and stood next to Raven with her hand on her hip as she smiled proudly and said, "I knew you could do it."
Bumblebee smiled with much respect as she said, "Yeah, you really showed the Master some real girl power."
Dolphin, Pantha, Bombshell, Bolt, and Prysm also congratulated Raven and thanked her for saving them from the Master.
Raven walked over to the Master's gem, picked it up, and turned to the others while she said, "Thanks everyone, but I think we should talk later, after we get out of here before the Master escapes from his gem again."
Dolphin agreed as she said, "Good idea."
Bombshell folded her arms as she looked around the rotunda and bluntly said, "Yeah, let's blow this dump."
The gem glowed white and then they all disappeared in blinding flashes of white light as the gem fell to the floor.
Meanwhile at Titans Tower
It was now nighttime and Robin was working on the computer while Cyborg stared at a screen in his left forearm.
Beast Boy sat on the couch as he looked back and forth between them as he curiously asked, "Anything?"
Cyborg looked at the screen in his arm before glaring at Beast Boy as he replied, "For the five hundredth time I still don't have a fix on their signals!"
Robin stared at the computer with a serious expression as he typed and said, "And there still have been no sightings of them anywhere in town."
Beast Boy was worried as he glanced back and forth at them and said, "Dude! They've been gone for hours! Where are they?!"
Suddenly Raven, Starfire, and the other eight girls were teleported in front of the couch as Beast Boy screamed and jumped in fear while Robin and Cyborg turned.
Once the light faded and they saw them Beast Boy yelled, "Raven!"
Robin stared at Starfire as he yelled, "Starfire!"
Cyborg stared at all the other girls in confusion as a question mark appeared on his face while he said, "And a bunch of other girls?"
Bumblebee smiled charmingly at Cyborg as she said, "Hey Sparky."
Starfire flew to Robin and happily hugged him as she exclaimed, "Friends! It is glorious to be home again!"
Robin smiled a little bit as he blushed and hugged Starfire back while he said, "Good to see you too Starfire."
Beast Boy walked up to Raven and glanced at all the other girls behind her as he asked, "Where have you been?"
Raven glanced around and understood his confusion as she pulled her hood down and answered, "It's a long story."
Sometime later, Raven and Starfire had finished telling the boys all about how the Master of Games abducted them for his "Challenge of Battle Angels".
Robin happily gave Communicators to Bombshell, Prysm, Dolphin, and Bolt as he proudly said, "From now on you're all honorary Titans."
Prysm smiled at her Communicator as she happily said, "Wow! Thanks!"
Dolphin smiled proudly as she said, "This is pretty cool."
Bolt agreed as she smiled at her Communicator and said, "Yeah!"
Bombshell was not as impressed as the other three but accepted the honor as she stared at her Communicator in her hand.
Starfire happily threw her arms into the air as she cheered, "This is a glorious moment! So many new Titans!"
Raven and Miss Martian were talking with Beast Boy and Cyborg about how Raven defeated the Master of Games.
Miss Martian smiled as she held her left hand toward Raven and proudly said, "The Master had all of our powers but Raven finally stopped him and set us free."
Beast Boy was very impressed as he pointed at Raven and asked, "So you beat the Master all by yourself?"
Raven had a small smile as she proudly admitted, "Yeah, pretty much."
Beast Boy was almost speechless as he said, "Whoa!"
Cyborg had a big grin on his face when he happily as he clinched his fist and said, "Oh yeah! Way to go Raven!"
Miss Martian smiled with admiration as she proudly said, "You should've seen her! She was amazing! The Master kept hitting her with everything he had, but she just kept fighting, getting back up, and kicking his butt!"
Beast Boy smiled happily and said, "Sweet!"
Robin and Starfire walked up and joined them as Robin proudly said, "Nice work Raven. You really did good today."
Starfire agreed as she commemorated her friend and said, "Agreed. Be proud Raven. You fought well and were succeeded where the rest of us failed."
Raven glanced at all her friends with a small smile as she said, "Thanks guys. I have to admit it did feel good to be the one to finally beat him. Although in the end it wasn't a matter of who was more powerful, it was a matter of whose will was stronger."
Cyborg smiled at Raven as he proudly pointed at her and said, "Yeah Rae, you learned to not give up so easily and give everything you got."
Raven smiled humbly as she looked at Cyborg and then all the other girls as she said, "Well, the reason I never gave up was because I had too much to lose."
Miss Martian had a flattered smile as she said, "Aww, that's sweet Raven."
Beast Boy smiled as he hurried to the kitchen and happily said, "Alright girls, before you all head home who's up for a party?"
Cyborg happily joined Beast Boy as he excitedly said, "All you can eat!"
Beast Boy knew what he was going to say as he excitedly said, "Freeform!"
They both spiraled around the screen as a buffet table appeared behind them while they happily yelled, "Dinner buffet!"
They both happily started cooking while everyone watched them and Miss Martian chuckled as she said, "Sounds good."
She joined them as did some of the other girls as Pantha said, "Si."
Robin and Starfire held hands as smiled and joined them as Robin said, "Dinner does sound nice, come on everybody."
Raven watched as Beast Boy and Cyborg immediately started cooking, Beast Boy made tofu while Cyborg cooked meat. It wasn't long before Beast Boy and Cyborg got into a small argument after serving everyone the food they made. A food fight ended up starting and Raven only watched as her friends and the other girls started throwing food all over the kitchen.
Raven was annoyed as she sarcastically said, "Home sweet home."

Author's note: I think we should've seen the Master of Games return as the main villain for some episodes. I also think it would've been nice to see him imprison different characters in his gem and show different forms when using all their powers. Yes, his final form was partially inspired by Kevin 11 in the original Ben 10 series, but it's not just that. I wanted to see him use powers of female Titans but I wasn't sure which ones to do or how he would use them. I chose the heroes that I thought would make him look better because it would look weird if he had some of the girls' body parts and stuff, so I chose these girls carefully. I looked Bolt, Dolphin, Bombshell, and Prysm online and thought they would work nicely for this. I added a couple of my own ideas for some of them to make them more powerful or unique. For example, I read that Prysm was the most powerful Titan in her incarnation; Raven's still the most powerful in this but I'd like to depict Prysm as being one of the most powerful. So I gave her the ability to make force-fields and emit shockwaves to make her more powerful. Also, since Bolt has mechanical prosthetic legs I thought that in addition to her superspeed, they allow her to jump really high in the air and kick really hard. Anyway, this was a good chapter for Raven and we will see the Master of Games again in future seasons. Please review.
