John's sudden affection towards Sherlock somehow sends his friend to the hospital, where he's kept under surveillance for several days. During his stay Sherlock witnesses a Rear Window-esque murder and, of course, no one believes him. (Co-written by me and Scottie).

Finally the boy managed to get his entire body onto the pane of the window. That was also the time that John really started to panic. What if the boy wanted to throw himself off? John desperately wanted to run back into the safety of the garden but his eyes were glued to the boy's body. Then with bated breath John watched as the boy took a step out of the window.

John had actually met Sherlock once before, when they were kids, but neither remember.
