What starts as Lestrade visiting Sherlock's grave for a short eulogy ends in a one-sided conversation with Sherlock as Greg tries to make sense of what happened. Did he really spend years following a fraud? One-shot, no pairings, T for very mild swearing.

The constant buzzing of thoughts in Sherlock's head causes him to have a panic attack. Army doctor John Watson is able to calm him. This is taken from my own personal experiences with anxiety.

Sherlock Holmes has only two people in his datebook, the only two with the important titles of archenemy and best friend. With him dead, the only way Mycroft can repent for his mistake is through the only person Sherlock called friend: Dr. John Watson.
