Peter Parker loved being Spider-Man, even when he was recruited into The Mighty Avengers.

But there's something right now that he loves being in that'll make him very happy.

His wedding day!

Peter had been dreaming of this day ever since he fell in love with Mary Jane Watson, and when he proposed to her, he was thrilled when she said, 'Yes'.

As for Mary Jane, she had never loved anybody as much as she loved Peter. And when he revealed his super hero identity as Spider-Man to her, her mind was blown!

But that didn't stop her from loving him. No matter who he is.

And Peter felt the same way.

His best friend, Harry Osborn also knows that Peter is Spider-Man. After he saved him and his father, Norman, aka, the Green Goblin from the evil Sinister Six. A team of some of Spider-man's enemies.

The Green Goblin was an old enemy of Spider-Man too, but when he found out who the Goblin really was. He, along with the help of his late father's old friend, Dr. Kurt Connors, they worked together and they successfully cured Norman from his Green Goblin alter ego. And that's when Peter told Dr. Connors, Harry, and Norman about his Spider-Man identity.

And in gratitude of curing him and being a good friend to his son, Norman promised to keep Peter's super hero life private. Harry promised as well. Because that's what best friends do for each other.

Dr. Connors also promised. On account of Spider-Man helping him getting rid of his transformations as The Lizard, another enemy of Spider-Man.

And now, in a church outside of New York City, Peter and Mary Jane's wedding was about to start. Peter was in his late Uncle Ben's tuxedo standing at the alter. Waiting for the love of his life.

Mary Jane was just leaving her dressing room. She looked so beautiful in her wedding dress and veil, that both belonged to her mother on her wedding. Her long red hair was curled nicely, she wore pearl drop earrings, and she was wearing a silver heart-shaped locket, which also belonged to her mother.

Then she approached the doorway leading to the wedding hall, where all of her family and friends waited for her. Including her love.

And then the 'Wedding March' song was being played on the church's pipe organ.

Everyone in the wedding hall stood up and looked at the bride as she slowly starting walking down the aisle. And Peter smiled as well.

On the left is where Mary Jane's family and friends were sitting, they were all very happy for her. Especially her Aunt Anna.

Peter's friends were on the opposite side of the hall. And his only family at his wedding was his Aunt May, he wished that his Uncle Ben was there to see his special moment. Peter also wished that his parents would see him too.

Then the music stopped as the bride and groom joined hands at the alter. And the pastor began the ceremony.

"Please be seated", he said. The family and friends if the bride and groom sat back down.

"Dearly beloved. Friends and family...

"We are gathered here today to celebrate one of life's greatest moments, and to cherish the words which shall unite Peter Benjamin Parker and Mary Jane Watson in marriage.

"Marriage is a promise between two people who love each other, and who trust in that love, who honor each other as individuals, and who choose to spend the rest of their lives together".

Peter's loving Aunt May smiled and she started to cry a little as she looked proudly at her beloved nephew, holding hands with the love of his life. It reminded her of her wedding day with her late husband, Ben.

"The rings, please", the pastor continued.

Harry presented the wedding rings to his best friend at the alter. He's also Peter's best man on this special day. And he couldn't be more honored.

His father, Norman was very proud of his son. And very happy for Peter.

Peter put Mary Jane's ring on her finger first. The small diamond sparkled beautifully. And she put his ring on his finger next, it shimmered in the light of the church.

The wedding ceremony continued.

It was time for the bride and groom to exchange their vows and 'I do's'.

"Do you, Peter". said the pastor. "Take Mary Jane as your lawfully wedded wife. To have and to hold from this day forward. For better or for worse. For richer or poorer. In sickness and in health. To love and to cherish. As long as you both shall live?".

Peter looked at Mary Jane with a warm smile and said...

"I do".

The pastor then turned to the bride and repeated the same words.

"And do you, Mary Jane...

"Take Peter as your lawfully wedded husband. To have and to hold from this day forward. For better or for worse. For richer or poorer. In sickness and in health. To love and to cherish. As long as you both shall live?".

Mary Jane smiled, showing her perfect teeth, that looked like little pearls, and said...

"I do!"

Everyone in the church smiled when they heard those wonderful words.

"Then, it is my greatest pleasure to pronounce you...

"Husband and Wife!" said the pastor. "You may kiss".

And without a warning, the new happy couple kissed passionately. And the entire church stood up, cheered and clapped happily.

Nothing could be better than for Spider-Man than to marry the love of his life.

Nothing at all.

And the same goes for Mary Jane. It may seem strange for her to marry a super hero, but no matter who her husband is, whether he is Peter Parker, or Spider-Man.

She loves him for who he is on the inside. In his heart.

A kind, smart, funny, and brave man that will always be there for her. No matter what happens, and wherever they go. Love is powerful.

One Year Later...

Harry Osborn married Elizabeth Allan, or 'Liz' for short, not long after Peter and MJ's wedding.

Peter's dear Aunt May passed away peacefully in her warm bed a few months later. And she was buried next to her beloved husband, Ben.

And now, Peter is watching the news report of Norman Osborn retiring as CEO of Oscorp Industries. And passing it down to his son Harry, and his wife Liz, who was about 6 months pregnant with their 1st baby.

And Harry asked Peter and Mary Jane to be the godparents, and they were honored!

Suddenly, he heard Mary Jane scream in the bathroom upstairs. He jumped off of the couch and ran up to see if his wife was alright.

"MJ! Are you okay?!" he asked as he opened the door. And to his surprise, he saw that Mary Jane wasn't hurt, or even scared. In fact, it was quite the opposite. Mary Jane was standing up with a big smile on her face, and had her hands behind her back.

"What is it?" Peter asked. "Why are you smiling like that, honey?"

Then Mary Jane showed Peter something that she was hiding behind her back.

It was...

A POSITIVE PREGNANCY TEST!!

Peter was confused at first, but he started to realize what was going on, and what the test in his hand meant.

"A... are... are you..? Are... are we...?"

"Yes, tiger..." said MJ happily.

"We're gonna have a baby!"

Peter's heart was beating so fast, when he heard his wife say the most wonderful and life-changing words he ever heard.

He suddenly hugged Mary Jane and began to cry in her arms. She was crying a little bit, too as she hugged back.

Spider-Man and his wife just couldn't believe it.

They're gonna be parents to a beautiful baby boy or girl!
