Story Start!

She wasn't even engaged to Riser anymore.

Her life was great, but that didn't stop her pursuit of the new thing that she wanted. She was hungry to have everything she wanted, because she wasn't satisfied with just getting Riser out of her life now. She could thank her competitions and loses to Naruto as the reason why her engagement had been cancelled, as well as their competitions being the reason why her family rose in the rankings for the most wealthy and influential family in the Underworld.

Her status improved.
She wasn't engaged.
She was living a decently happy school life.

Now she wanted Naruto.

She wanted him as her peerage member, as her boyfriend, as her future husband, she wanted him as belonging to her in every possible way. She had nothing but respect for his raw ability to always find a way to beat her in pretty much any competition she proposed to him, and she was extremely thankful for his part to play in why she was so happy now. She wanted him more and more with each passing challenge that she played against him.

Like the current challenge.

"Rias... the fuck is this?"

"This is an Endurance Challenge, simple as that. Whoever can stay in this room longer, wins." Rias was outside of a sauna with Naruto. The sauna was cranked up an extra few degrees to be a little extra hot, and she had multiple reasons for why she selected this as an endurance challenge.

Naruto started to walk away.

"This is just you trying to get me naked." Naruto wasn't about to fall for this.

Rias smirked.

"Then you forfeit, this is an official challenge from me. I mean, you can forfeit, but that just means I'm the winner." Rias figured this would work. She wouldn't deny that she was fine with getting him naked again. She would like to observe his body a bit more, and get more details that she hadn't paid attention to before.

*Smack*

Naruto was naked in half a second with a towel wrapped around his waist, walking right into the steamed up room. Rias had his clothes launched at her face, before they fell off of her and right to the ground.

"I know you're trying to play me, but you're right." Naruto crossed his arms and waited for Rias to strip and join him in the room.

-10 Minutes Later-

Rias was not a shy one.

She sat on her towel, and kept her nude body completely visible. She sat right across from Naruto and leaned forward, so that the sweat from her breasts and head would fall down her boobs, before it dripped right from her nipples.

Rias turned a little red in the face.

"I am not a succubus!"

"Can you use transformation magic?" Naruto asked her in response to her shout.

"Of course I can! It's an extremely basic form of magic! Even my brother can use it, and he turns into black cats all the ti... mmmmm." Rias blushed when she realized that she had just admitted that she could transform herself to an extent. Rias covered her face even more when she realized that a devil woman could subconsciously change her body growth to match the preferences of a lover she was devoted to.

Naruto smirked.

"... Oh, and let me guess... you don't have the ability to suck out a man's energy?" Naruto asked Rias as he leaned forward.

She brought her knees up to her face, unable to look him in the eye.

"... That... is also a basic ability, Akeno can do it too." Rias hated that she was starting to come around to accepting his point of view.

Her abilities were surprisingly succubus focused.

She couldn't look at his smirking face.

"Are you two okay in there?"

"Fine." They both responded to Koneko, who peeked into the steam room, before she dipped her head right out when she got blasted by extremely hot steam. Naruto continued to smirk at Rias, since they were both starting to turn pink all over their bodies.

Silence.

"... So... What was the white haired girl before you turned her?" Naruto asked Rias, since Koneko was keeping watch outside of the steam room, just in case somebody collapsed. He could see her through the glass door, and she stiffened up, showing she heard his question.

Rias was surprised.

"How can you tell she wasn't human before... for all you know she was."

"Her mannerisms. The way you move has a bewitching beauty... but she doesn't move like you or Akeno, she moves with an inhuman grace and awkward balance. She seems like when she moves, she is missing part of her body." Naruto could tell in the way she walked. She seemed like she was just always ever so slightly off balance, but she managed to still move with a cat-like grace to her steps. "... She barely makes noise when she walks too. When she stares at me, sometimes her pupils become slits too... I'm going to guess some kind of cat demon or youkai."

Rias looked at the door.

"Lets change the topic."

"Why... honestly, she's a lot more interesting to talk about. You're an open book, you will tell me whatever I want to know, but she is a mystery... kind of makes me want to know more about her." Naruto looked at her shadow on the glass. He glanced over at Rias, before he saw that her face was serious. "... Fine... So... tell me how you met all of your peerage members."

Rias smiled.

"Oh, that is simple! I've been very lucky! My brother gave Koneko to me, I met Akeno on a trip to Japan, and I stumbled across Yuuto when I was roaming Europe... Gasper was somebody I found on a trip to Romania... you haven't met him yet." Rias went into the small details on how she got each of her peerage members. "... I found Yuuto and Gasper dying, and revived them when they died... Akeno was going to die, and Koneko... was a gift!" Rias repeated that one.

Koneko was watching the match between them, so she didn't want to go into too much detail.

Naruto just hummed in thought.

"So... did you have anything to do with the boy that was found dead?" Naruto asked her. "... and by you, I mean you as in supernatural people. They say he was found in the middle of the park, with a hole in his stomach." Naruto had watched the news report on that murder. "... Hyoudou Issei." Naruto said the name.

Rias brought her hand to her chin.

"A shame he died, but to my knowledge, his injuries showed signs of fallen angel powers... but once you showed up, I stopped keeping my eye on him. There has been a bit of fallen angel activity in the city, but not to a level I'm concerned about." Rias knew the fallen angels were doing something, but it wasn't like she had perfect knowledge of all their plans and what they were doing. She was fine letting them do what they wanted, as long as they did not cross her peerage or threaten her family. "He was a stranger to you, do you really care about his death?" Rias asked Naruto in return.

She didn't care too much, other than believing his potential might have been wasted since he became a corpse, but she had somebody else she wanted to get her hands on instead. She just had a good feeling that Naruto was a more valuable target than Issei was, and her gut feeling was rarely ever wrong.

Naruto gripped his fist.

"He was just a stranger, but he was used, lied to, and killed... for something he didn't willingly choose. I just don't like it." Naruto didn't have to know a person to care that they suffered and died. "What if more people get dragged into this?" Naruto asked Rias.

She didn't have an answer he would like.

"I wouldn't get involved unless it concerned something I cared about. The most I am going to do is keep my eye on what they are generally doing. Whatever they are doing is generally none of our business. There is a nun that is flew into the city yesterday, and... woah... is it getting hotter?" Rias asked when she noticed the steam was starting to get even worse. Naruto added even more water to the burning hot stones in the middle of the room they were in.

That shut Rias up.

'... So they killed one guy, and are bringing in a nun... meaning these fallen angels aren't afraid to get humans involved. Rias is going to keep her nose out of this... but I will rule this nation one day... so I have a duty to protect her and her citizens.' Naruto looked at the steam coming from the rocks with a deep stare. He didn't know if he was strong enough to get involved, but the more he heard, the more he knew that he needed to get involved.

How many innocent people would die if he didn't get involved?

"So you should just become a devil, then I can give you a kyoto-sized land to call your own. All of my servants have their own land in my territory." Rias actually made a pretty decent offer.

Naruto smirked to his intent.

"Why let you give it to me, when I can just win it from you in a challenge."

"So confident... I like that though. You know, you're pretty observant... as a devil-"

"Succubus."

"I am a female devil!"

"You have all of the looks and abilities of a succubus though, just call yourself a succubus."

"I am a VIRGIN!"

"Then you're not a very good succubus, but even a failure of a succubus is still a succubus!" Naruto argued with her. "... Wait... you're a virgin... for real... like... not lying?" Naruto asked Rias as he looked up and down her body.

Rias smirked.

"Koneko?"

Rias smirked.

"I'm a virgin, but not by choice. I'm a blond haired, blue eyed, Japanese guy with facial marks and super messy hair. Most people assume I'm some kind of yakuza member, and their parents tell them to avoid me. I've barely had any meaningful friendships with women because of how hated I am." Naruto stated to Rias.

That bummed her out a little.

"Oh..."

"Now, maybe it's just the heat getting to me, but do you know how worried I am that I'm going to fuck up my first time."

"You are looking a little... yeah... it is a little hot in here." Rias was getting really hot under the collar. She and Naruto were both turning red at this point thanks to their prolonged exposure to the intense heat. "How are you worried about messing it up?"

Naruto stood up.

"Well, I guess that is a good steam bath... why don't we head out of here. Here, let me get the door for you." Naruto opened the door up for Rias with a smile on his face. Rias smiled and stood up, wrapping the towel around herself.

"Thank you."

Rias walked out of the steam room, and Koneko instantly slapped a hand to her own forehead when she realized that Rias had been tricked. Naruto left the room after Rias with a smirk on his face, and only upon seeing Naruto did Rias realize just how badly she had been tricked, and in such a casual way.

Her jaw dropped.

"You... how..."

Naruto swiped her towel from her body.

"Ah yes, and for my reward... lets make it a punishment game this time. Lets say you need to run home like that... and hopefully not get caught." Naruto tossed her towel over his shoulder and walked away with a prize.

Rias laughed.

"I'll admit, you got me! Sure, I'll accept that punishment."

That night, 12 people saw Rias butt naked on her way home.

That night, 12 people had their memorized wiped of the images of a naked Rias from their mind as well.
