Chapter 4
Unleash the Power!
It was now the next morning and the four friends were walking to school today, why you may ask? Well to put it simply Leon's car was in the shop today for some maintenance, which of course leads us to here but along the way they discussed what had happened last night specifically with Issei.
"So Arron spill, what happened with Issei?" Casey asked
"Well... it started like this" Arron said as he retold his tale
(Flashback)
It was the middle of the night and Arron was sitting on the roof of the ORC, waiting patiently for Rias and Issei's return. After all since they stopped Issei's death there was no telling what could happen, so now decked in the red rangers ninja outfit from the show he then waited patiently. Good thing he didn't need to wait long because he could see a red glow coming from one of the windows of the old school building.
"Here we go" Arron whispered to himself
He then silently jumped down from the roof and squatted below the window as to listen in. From what he heard Rias was introducing the other members of the ORC to Issei that being Kiba, Akeno and Koneko. After that Rias then went into a brief history of devils and the other factions, so far everything was about the same from the show but the next thing Rias said was quite a shock.
"Issei, seeing as the fallen angels have considered you a threat and went out of their way to kill you, I want to suggest something to you…I would like to make you one of my devil servants" she said
And here was the changing point, since in the show Rias changed Issei into a devil when he died but now she was asking him to become a devil.
'So Issei what will you choose?' Arron thought
He didn't need to wait long as Issei quickly said yes to the offer and taking a quick peek through the window Arron couldn't help but groan at seeing the pervy grin on his face.
'Issei you pervert' Arron thought with disgust
"…after all this could be my chance to repay him" Issei suddenly said catching Arron's attention, "I owe my life to RPM Red and I don't know why but I feel like I need to repay him for what he did and I think the best way to do that is help him in his battles, so if that means being a devil to do so I'll take it!"
(End Flashback)
The four of them, minus from Arron, were shocked to hear this.
"So Issei became a devil…to help us?" Leon asked, trying to wrap his mind around what he said
"Well actually because of you but yeah" Arron replied as Michael nodded to this
"Makes sense, in the anime Issei stayed with Rias because he was grateful to Rias for giving him a second chance, guess the same applies here" Michael said
"Yeah I guess your right" Leon said just as the four of them had entered the school
"It's them!" said a loud girly shout causing the four to stiffen up in fear
Turning to the direction of the shout they were met with what could only be described as a tidal wave of love sick fan-girls.
"Stampede! Run for it!" Casey shouted, instantly causing all them to run away from the horde.
Luckily for them they had found a hiding place in one of the storage closets of the school and once the horde had dispersed, they then made their way outside to the now empty hall.
"Seriously, why?!" Casey said catching his breath
"Yeah I'm as clueless as you" Leon replied as everyone else nodded in agreement
"I don't see the problem" a voice said catching there attention
Of course who else to say that is none other but Issei himself making them groan.
"Of course you would say that" Leon said as Issei gained his signature pervy grin.
"Are you kidding, if I had that opportunity, I would be rolling in fun bags all day!" Issei said with a bit of pride until he was hit in the back of his head by Arron causing the pervert to topple to the floor.
"Your hopeless man, you know that?" Arron said to the downed boy making him glare at Arron as he stood up
"Shows what you, watch out because sooner or later I'll become…Harem King!" Issei shouted making everyone groan at this
"Yeah and I'll be the next president of the United States" Michael said sarcastically
Issei then opened his mouth in order to retort but he then closed it when he looked to the side of him. Curious, everyone looked at what he was looking at and sure enough it was the red headed busty woman herself Rias who was walking down the stairs. The secret devil then walked past Issei giving him a sweet smile but as she passed past the four boys she then sent them a side glance, causing them to tense up a little as if they were being eyed by a hungry predator. She then proceeded down the hall until turning the corner and exiting there sight.
'Geez, talking about intense' everyone minus Issei thought as they looked at where Rias left
Then a bell went off in the school meaning it was time for homeroom, so without skipping a beat they then made their way down the hall to their classroom.

After a few more classes lunch time had begun and many students were walking about with their friends, sitting in the cafeteria or just laying around in the shade. As for our young secret heroes that was another matter altogether. When lunch break was on everyone separated to do their own thing, since they all had different classes before this period, with Arron and Leon they both were relaxing on the rooftop enjoying their homemade lunches as for the other's…let's just say they're going to have a very interesting meeting.
With Michael he was just outside the cafeteria where the vending machine was located, trying to get a soda from it but was failing miserably. He recently put some money in the machine but to his horror the thing ate his money and now was trying to get the thing to give back his money but to no effect.
"Come on you stupid piece of junk give me back my Yen!" Michael shouted as he practical slammed the "return money" button.
Then with a growl Michael then wound up his fist in order to punch the machine in a fit of rage, but as soon as he's fist was about to hit the vending machine a giggle was heard causing him to stop as he's angry disappeared now replaced with embarrassment.
"You know that isn't a punching bag right?" a voice said, a familiar voice
Turning to it, Michael was meat by the raven haired beauty herself Akeno, smiling sweetly at him. Getting a bit red in the face Michael then pulled back his fist as he laughed nervously as to hope to play off the incident.
"Ha, yeah my bad, the thing kind of ate my money and won't give it back" Michael said causing her to giggle again which made him blush more
'Wow, for someone who's a confirm sadist she is really cute' Michael thought
"You know I can help with that if you want?" Akeno asked which snapped him from his thoughts
"Um sure, have at it" Michael said stepping aside for her
Akeno then walked up to the machine and gently pressed the button on it but unnoticed by Michael Akeno then sent a small bit of electricity into the machine. Stepping back from the vending machine it started to shake violently causing some concern to appear on Michael's face. Suddenly the machine then shoot out two soda cans at high speeds, the first one Michael caught before it could hit him in the face but the second one was about to hit Akeno straight in the nose, that is until Michael then caught it just inches from her face. Akeno was quite surprised by his quick reflexes easily going wide eyed at the sight.
"I think this one is yours" Michael said handing her the soda
Snapping herself from her shock she then regained her composure and took the soda from him with a smile.
"Thank you, for the drink and for helping me" She said as she walked away leaving a happy Michael
'I just helped one of Rias's members from a soda can, I didn't see that one coming' Michael thought opening his can
Unfortunately when he did the thing started to spew in his face life a geyser, coating his face in the sugary liquid.
'Glade she didn't see that' Michael thought gloomy

As for Casey he was sitting under the shade of a tree enjoying his lunch. While he ate however he then looked in his lunch box to discover small box of milk for him making him frown.
"Haha, very funny guys" he said in an annoyed tone
The reason being that Casey actually doesn't like milk, more specifically whole milk, which is ironic seeing as Casey is…
"Ouch!" a voice said catching Casey's attention
Seeing who said it Casey was surprised to see none other but Koneko herself, a young petit girl with short white hair and golden colored eyes, while wearing a black cat hair pin. The "mascot" of Kuoh had tripped over a tree root and had spilled a bottle of milk she was holding, she looked at the bottle with a frown of disappointed. Seeing this Casey then stood up and walked over to the small girl and handed the milk cartoon to her.
"Say miss you want this, it's not my favorite drink" Casey said
Looking up at him, Koneko then grabbed hold of the milk cartoon from him and while she didn't show it on her face she was happy.
"Thanks" Koneko simply said in her signature monotone voice
"Your welcome, I'm Casey by the way" He said holding his hand out to her
At first the girl only just looked between him and his hand, as of contemplating if she should shake it. She then finally took hold it with some surprising strength which made Casey slightly wince a little, of course that was to be expected seeing as she was Rias' rook.
"Koneko" she said letting go of his hand
The small girl then turned and started to walk away without another word as Casey held his slightly hurt hand, hissing in discomfort.
"Hey" Koneko called out catching his attention, "thanks for the milk" she said as she resumed walking which made Casey smile.
'Huh…I think I made a friend…I hope' Casey thought still rubbing his hand.

Once school was over and everyone was going home, the four boys were in one of the rooms of the school where they have their martial arts club. But while it looked like a martial arts club it was actually a front so that the four of them can talk about and plan "special activities" for them all, although right now…
"Hi-yah…Woah!" Michael screamed as he was judo flipped over Casey's shoulder and slammed onto the training mat.
"Point for Casey, victory!" Leon announced signifying the end of the match
With that said said winner helped Michael to his feet and bowed to each other out of respect.
"Great match you two, you're really improving you two" Arron said causing the others to smile
"Thanks man, that really…" Michael said until he was cut off
"But you still leave your left side open a lot, better work on that"
Michael then frowned at this as Casey giggled. Once everyone was situated at a small table with some sodas in hand they started talk about their next step.
"Okay now that Rias knows about the ranger's existence, well at least one, what's our next step?" Michael asked
"Good question, since we changed a crucial moment and kind of screwed up Rias' plan a little she probably doesn't like us to much" Casey added while taking a sip
"Right so what should we do to remedy that problem?" Arron asked as everyone thought about it
"Well…I have one idea?" Leon said catching everyone's attention, "It's a bit simply but it just might work, basically be good Samaritans" Leon said confusing everyone
"So we basically keep helping Rias and her peerage whenever we can?" Casey asked at Leon nodded
"I think it just might work, after all its how most alliances are formed anyway" Arron said as Michael sighed
"Whatever you say man but I have my doubts after all Rias is someone that relies on cold hard facts and "having all the cards on the table"" he said making everyone nod
After all he was right, true good deeds would help improve their rep with Rias, but she just isn't the kind of person to trust someone blindly that was going to be problem.
"Well I say we all talk about this later because it's getting late and I'm sure Kuro is getting frisky" Casey said as everyone agreed
But as the four of them were done cleaning up their club room and were about to head out, Leon then handed a folded piece of paper to Michael.
"What's this?" Michael asked grabbing hold of the paper
"Shopping list" Leon replied making Michael gawk
"What! But why?!" Michael asked
"You lost the match which means it's your turn to get the groceries" Leon explained making Michael sigh
"Yep, I'm on it" Michael said as he split up from the group and went to the connivance store.

It was now almost night with the sun just setting over the horizon, causing the shadows to stretch across the ground. Then the automatic doors to one of the convenience stores opened allowing Michael to walk out holding two large groceries bags.
"Well I think that's everything, geez Casey sure uses a lot of motor oil" Michael said looking at the left bag which was filled to the brim with motor oil cans
Suddenly Michael then heard someone walking down the street causing him to look up and to his surprise he found Issei.
'Issei? What's he doing out here at this hour?' Michael thought
Issei then turned directions now heading too…the same park he was almost killed at! Michael eyes then widen in shock at the sight as the events of the show rolled around in his head as the scene came to him.
"I remember this, this is…" Michael said but he didn't need to finish
Why? Because a certain someone with a trench coat and a fedora was seen following Issei, all while black feathers feel from under his trench coat.
"Oh shoot" Michael said
He remembered this; this is when the fallen angel Dohnaseek tried to kill Issei after he was reincarnated. Of course this was bad seeing as Issei is still new to being a devil and hasn't unlocked his Sacred Gear yet but this did bring up a good opportunity.
"Well…Leon said we need to increase our rep with Rias" Michael said
He then placed the bags in a bush to hide them as he reached into his pocket where he then brought out a small red and silver cylinder with a picture of a t-rex on it.

With Issei he was looking down at the fountain, reminiscing about the supposed date with Yuma or Raynare as RPM called her.
"How can I be so stupid, I almost was a dead man because of my stupid hormones…wow I am such a loser" Issei said to himself, his face saddened
Heck even after becoming a devil he didn't feel like he changed that much, in fact he still felt like the same kid that almost got killed by some busty chick…dang it he was doing it again.
"Geez, Arron was right I am hopeless" Issei said glumly
"I couldn't have said it better myself" a voice said surprising Issei
Turning to it, Issei found a tall man dressed in a grey trench coat and fedora. Almost every fiber in Issei's body was shouting at him "run, run away" from the man before him.
"Of course you're not as hopeless as Raynare, can't even kill one human" he said
Hearing Issei's ex from the man's mouth shocked him making him slightly back up in fear.
'He knows Yuma…that means he must be a fallen angel' Issei said
"So seeing that Raynare couldn't finish the job then I guess it falls to me to kill you" the man said as he created a Spear of Light just as Raynare expect this one was a blueish color.
Seeing the spear, Issei then bolted from the guy hoping to get away from him. Unfortunately he didn't get far as the fallen angel flew over him and landed in front of him.
"Sorry kid but today is your day to die!" he said and chucked the spear at him
'Crap, I'm dead! No wait what was that one move that RPM did' Issei thought remembering the red cladded hero that saved him.
Quickly Issei then spun around on the spot on his heels which caused the spear to miss him but still gave him a good gash on his arm. Issei then let out a shout of pain and feel to his knee's holding his wound with his hand.
"Geez, this hurts like a lot!" Issei said, gritting through the pain
"True it also helps that your kind is weak to light so it hurt's even more then usually" the man said as he created another spear, "I'll give you credit for that nice dodge but now you die" he said raising his spear
But before it even left his hand a red beam then came out of nowhere and blasted the spear out of his hand.
"What the…who did that?!" he shouted into the night
'RPM?' Issei thought wondering if his savior was here
"Hi-yah!"
Then out of the forest came a red figure and landed in between Issei and the trench coat man, but Issei could tell immediately this was not RPM. This one was red with red boots and white gloves but unlike the other this one was designed differently, for one there was an armored shoulder pad on his left shoulder, a yellow pattern of triangles that resembled teeth along the front ending with a the head of a T-Rex on one the triangles underneath the shoulder pad and his helmet was designed to look like said dinosaur with its visor looking like the mouth with yellow teeth all around it.
"You know, when people see guys in trench coats usually that means stranger danger" the new red warrior joked getting a sneer from him
"Funny, now move along human I have business" he said as the red warrior tapped his helmet as if he was thinking
"How about…nope!" he shouted
He then whipped out a yellow gun with dinosaur head for the muzzle and fired a red blast at him and surprised by this the man then got hit square in the chest by the attack sending him flying into the forest. Issei could only look in awe at the new hero that saved him as he twirled the gun in his hand.
"Who…who are you?" Issei asked as the hero stopped spinning his blaster
"Me, well I'm a Power Ranger just like RPM" he replied surprising Issei, "but more specifically I'm Dino Charge Red!" he proclaimed
Then out of the forest tops came the same man with two black wings on his back, glaring hard at the ranger and his spear held tightly in his hand.
"You're dead human!" he shouted as he dived bomb him
"You can try" Dino taunted
The Red Dino then jumped out of the way of the attack just as the spear hit the ground and while in mid-air he then fired another shot at the fallen angel, getting another hit in and sending him flying into another tree. The man then got up from his spot on the ground and created a spear and charged at the ranger.
"I'm done with you!" he shouted as he charged
Dino then clipped his blaster to his belt and reached behind him until pulling out a long yellow sword with again a dino head for its cross guard.
"Dino Saber!"
The new red Ranger then charged at the fallen angel causing their two weapons to clash. Dino then kicked the F-angel in the stomach, making all the air in his lungs to leave giving him an opening to deliver a slash to his chest causing sparks to fly. The Fallen angel quickly recovered and tried to stab him with spear but Dino easily dodged the sloppy attack.
"Strike one!"
Another stab, he dodged it again.
"Strike two!"
Then with an angry shot he then swung at the Ranger only for him to jump over the F-Angel and land behind him.
"Strike three, you're out!" Dino said as delivered another slash to the angel's back, right between the wings causing him to let out a cry of pain.
"You're not very good at fighting people who can fight back are you?" Dino said making the F-Angel just growl at him
Dino then stowed away the blade he had…somewhere, and grabbed his blaster from his belt.
"How about we give you a Dino sized send off!" he said
Dino then pressed a button on his belt buckle causing it to open a reveal three red and silver cylinders, one of which Dino took hold of and held it in front of him.
"Dino Charger, Ready!"
He then clicked a button on it causing it to flash slightly until sliding into the muzzle of the gun he had and slamming the guns jaws closed.
"T-Rex Charger, Engage" the gun then said
"Energize!"
Dino then spun the barrel of the gun, causing it spin fast and to glow red with power, causing a build up to appear around the muzzle and pointed it straight at the F-Angel.
"Dino Morpher Blast!"
Then with a trigger pull out came an even brighter red beam that once it hit its mark caused a huge explosion that sent the fallen angel flying through the air. The angel then landed with a loud thud on the pavement making Dino chuckle.
"And that is how it's done" he said clipping his blaster to his belt
Issei couldn't help but look at the new ranger in awe, not only once but twice was he saved by these superheroes and he didn't even know them at all…why was he so special?
"Um excuse me but…tss" Issei said until he gripped his arm in pain catching Dino's attention
Kneeling down, Dino then looked over the wound Issei received and winced when he saw how bad it looked.
'Not to mention he was hit by holy light, that's poison to devils' he thought as he examined the wound
He then heard a groan coming from the fallen angel as he slowly got back up but was worse for wear.
"I'll kill that brat…if it's the last thing I do" he groaned out as he stood up
Releasing a sigh Dino then stood up and pointed his blaster at the fallen angel.
"You just don't learn do you?" he said
But before he could pull the trigger, a red magic circle then appeared causing the fallen angel to grimace in displeasure while Dino smirked under his helmet.
"Guess the cavalry just arrived" Dino said clipping his blaster
Out of the circle came three familiar females, Rias, Akeno and Koneko. Once they saw the scene before them each of them having different reactions, for Rias she was surprised to see another Ranger and worry for Issei who was hurt, for Akeno she looked disappointed probably wanting to have some "fun" with the fallen angel and Koneko…was neutral.
"So Fallen Angel, you feel luck?" Dino asked the hurt enemy
With a growl of angry he then took off into the sky while glaring hard at Dino.
"Know this kid, if we meet again I will kill you, promise" He shouted as he flew away
'Sure, in a billion years' Dino thought with a smirk
Turning to the devils that have entered the area, Dino saw Koneko was checking Issei's wound while Akeno and Rias approached.
"Well hello miss Gremory, glad you came when you did" Dino said all while Rias held her gaze
"Of course, a member of my household was in danger and I came to help them" Rias replied which made Akeno giggle
"Guess someone beat us too it" she said making Rias sigh
"So, I'm guessing by your attire you're a Power Ranger too?" Rias asked as Dino nodded
"Yep, Dino Charge Red, pleasure to meet" Dino said holding his hand for hand shake
Rias just glared at the Ranger in question which caused him to pull back his hand.
"I don't think I can shake your hand until I see your face Ranger" Rias said
"Sorry I can't right now, I have my reasons" Dino replied tapping his helmet in emphasize the point.
Just then Koneko then walked over to Rias, which thankfully broke her gaze from the Ranger so he can relax a bit.
"How's Issei?" Rias asked
"He's alive, Spear of light scrapped him, he'll live but he needs healing" Koneko replied as Rias let out a sigh of relief.
"Well, that my cue to go" Dino said turning to leave causing Rias to return her gaze to the ranger
"Hold it!" She demanded causing the ranger to stop, "Why, why are you helping Issei you don't even seem to know him so why help him?" Rias asked
Dino then looked over his shoulder at Rias who still holding a steely gaze at him and even a bit of her Power of Destruction sparking off her fingers a bit, but he remained unfazed.
"…because I'm a Power Ranger and it's our duty to help those in need…no matter what" Dino replied
Hearing this caused Rias to lose her glare as she looked at the Ranger in confusion and surprise at the simply but impactful answer and just as Rias stopped glaring Dino then brought out another Charge this one having a yellow and black color to it.
"Dino-Cycle Rev up"
Dino then throw the charger into the air just as two metal dinosaurs came out of the ground surprising the devils. The two dinos then clamped their jaws on the charger as it grew, connecting the two together making a yellow and black motorcycle.
"Dino Cycle Charger, Engage"
Dino then jumped on the cycle and pulled back on the throttle causing the bike to speed up out of the park and onto the streets. Leaving some very surprised devils and a very conflicted Rias who was think one thing.
'Was I wrong about these Power Rangers'.
