Authors Note: Yo! This is my first fanfiction series, actually first fanfiction at all. i decided to throw my hat into the ring after reading fanfictions made by the likes of HPDrummerman, JaxRhapsody, and tiffanym.ros. I took some of their own portrayals of the peanuts characters and some of my headcanons and put them together. I know some of you might not like the portrayals or choices of ships but please dont harass me about it. i am also a slow writer and i will update this series as soon as i am able to. Hopefully i can come up with a decent release schedule soon. Here is the intro and first chapter. expect some revisions later on in time. For those willing to start the journey with me, enjoy.

"Wake up, Big Brother! It's the first day of school and i need to make my grand entrance!" said Sally, with an already smug look to start off the day.

"Good grief, i'm getting up, i'm getting up. " We gotta pick everyone up anyways." Charlie Brown said, rubbing his eyes while trying to shuffle out of the bed. "Well, at least i got to dream for a while."

Sally grinned. "I'd bet it was about 'you know who'."

Charlie got defensive. "No way! I wasn't thinking about 'You know who.' At least not all the time. . ."

Sally stared at him with a "really? that's how you want to play?" face, intimidating her brother to spill his tea.

While getting up to go pull out his school clothes, Charlie Brown would explain his dream.

"Okay! I was thinking about Trish, but not in the way you think! I was in my twenties, and i finally made it to the pros. I think i was playing for the rangers i think, or was it the mariners? Anyways, i broke the all-time strike out record and she was there to see it, jumping on the field to congratulate me. I felt some sort of... genuine bliss in that dream. Maybe it was the sole fact that i impressed her that made me feel that way, or maybe it was because i finally surpassed her in baseball. I think she's the one, Sally. Even more than my former feelings for Heather.."

Sally would walk over to him and hug him.

"I think so too, bro. She's like the big sister i wish i had. Not saying that you are not enough, because you really are and-"

Charlie decided to stop her before she could ramble further.

"Relax, no offense taken, Sally. I know i mean a lot to you and vice versa. I'm pretty sure she even feels the same. He smiled at her. "Now help me pick out my outfit miss 'I'm going to become a model'. "

She would roll her eyes and look at his set. He's changed a lot in the recent years, especially after starting his relationship with Peppermint Patty. His formerly bland wardrobe has been replaced by various different graphic tees, jeans, and sneakers. It really accents his rise to getting out of his comfort zone.

"Ooh, Trish would love this shirt for sure! You both diiiiid somehow developed a taste in the same music." She smirks. The shirt was a metallica ride the lightning shirt that he found when his mom and him went grocery shopping at a thrift store a couple years back.

Charlie tapped his chin, contemplating her choice. "Well, i haven't worn it out yet, and it does look pretty sick considering that it's a rare shirt. Ah, what the hell! I hope that the school doesn't get mad for the design choice."

Sally passed the shirt over to Charlie Brown, who started changing his shirt immediately. "If they could teach us graphically about the french revolution, they can handle a man in an electric chair. now, the next items.."

A swipe through the pants and shoes, pulling out a pair of black ripped jeans and some blue and white nike cortez sneakers. He would put everything on, admiring himself in the mirror,. Charlie had to admit to himself that Sally knows what she is talking about, but gave himself a little credit for getting the clothes himself.

"One last thing..." She would say, going through the top shelf of the closet to grab one of his hats. A black, green, and blue throwback Minnesota Timberwolves hat, making sure to put it on backwards for extra flare. It covered the short but very present blond hair that Charlie Brown had.

"Perfect, now i need to get ready. I'll receive my payment later on in the week."

Sally left go to put on her attire. A pink blouse with a matching skirt, white socks, and pink low-top converse shoes with white laces. She would then go to the fridge to go grab both of their lunches for the day. Charlie would walk outside to start up his car, A Yellow 1961 Chevrolet Convertible Impala that Charlie Brown and his Grandfather modified shortly after he gained his driver's license.

"I call shotgun!" Said Linus, who was walking up from the Van Pelt house, He looked at his best friend with a smile.

"Morning, Linus. You ready for our third year of bullshit?"

Linus would chuckle at him. "Good morning, Chuck. I am. What i am NOT ready for is your sister and her antics."

"You're preaching to the choir, man. She can be chill but acts insane when she sees you and Patty together. I don't know if she'll ever get over it."

"She's going to have to learn somehow, dude." Linus says, turning his head to spot lucy coming over. Oh, there she is."

"What are you blockheads talking about?" Lucy says, walking up to give Charlie a quick hug.

"Nothing really important, Lu-Lu. Just discussing the very freaky mentality of my sister and her actions towards your brother right here." He says pointing to Linus with his thumb.. She has to have some sort of problem that needs to be addressed soon before someone gets hurt."

"She reminds me of how i used to act towards Schroeder back when we were kids, but more wacko..." Lucy would grimace at the remembrance of her childhood.

"It's okay, Luce, you changed." Linus says with a reassuring tone. She would quietly smile at him.

Right before Charlie Brown could ask what is taking Sally long, she runs out of the house and closes the door.

"Sorry, Guys! I got hungry and had to make me something real quick." Sally said, now locking eyes with Linus.

"Hi, my sweet babboo." Sally cooed at him, to his displeasure.

"I AM NOT YOUR-" Linus stops himself mid sentence, just throwing his hands up in the air in a dismissal and quietly gets into the passenger seat, Lucy, then Sally entering next and shutting the door.

Charlie Brown would pull out of the driveway and takes off to go pick up Peppermint Patty. Linus would press the buttons to bring the roof down, and Lucy would Bluetooth her phone to the radio, playing some 90s rb music to ease the tension.

"One thing we can agree on, Lucy." Charlie Brown starts speaking, bobbing his head as he talks. "You got good taste in the classics. You can be the honorary car dee-jay."

Lucy would smirk. "I know, i have a better taste in music than you chucklefucks. as you should know." Everyone else rolled their eyes at her.

"Hey, Charlie Brown. We should go on a double date this Saturday. You and Peppermint, and Me and Patty. Sally would silently grit her teeth at him, seething in the back seat, to no one noticing her behaviors.

"I'm sure she would be down, let's ask her when she gets in the car. ." Charlie replied to his best friend, now pulling up to the front of the house, honking to let her know that they were here and waiting.

After a few minutes, Peppermint Patty made her way outside. She was dressed up in a similar attire as Charlie Brown in terms of aesthetics. She wore a shirtsleeve Gorguts Obscura T-Shirt, Black Jeans, and black biker boots, with a lightly patched up black battle vest. She ran up to the driver's window to give Charlie Brown a quick kiss on the lips. "Hey, Stud~" Peppermint said.

"Hello, Gorgeous." Charlie said with a smirk of satisfaction. "Hop in behind my seat, we gotta get there early to get our class assignment sheets." Patty would hop over the door and land perfectly next to Lucy. "Sup, Luce." Peppermint greeted to her friend.

"What's up, Trish? Anything new?" Lucy replied.

"Nothing much, today is finally the start of my year to get straight A's. My dad is working less now that he is older and i am actually getting more sleep than usual recently." Peppermint Patty would get comfortable, laying her left arm around Lucy and resting the other one on the door.

"That's great, Trish. Seems like things are looking up for us all."

Sally would just not say anything, letting them have their own conversation as she didn't feel like debating with Linus in any way.

After a few minutes of driving and socializing while the music blasted through the speakers. They would park in front of the administration office of the building, putting the roof back up on the car and rolling the windows up for maximum security.

"Welcome back to Shultz High School, let's see what horrors await us upon the gate." Linus chuckled alongside everyone else, sans Sally, who just immediately stormed off ahead of everyone, grumbling. Peppermint Patty glared at Linus.

"You should have really brought up that double date thing after we got here. She's probably upset."

Linus waved her off. "I care about her, but she also needs to know her boundaries and respect that fact that there isn't anything between us or will be."

Charlie Brown would give him a pat on the shoulder.

"I agree, Trish. If she has to learn the hard way to end her little infatuation with Linus, then so be it. We will deal with the results of the fallout when we get there."

Peppermint was about to respond, but trailed her attention off to the car that was pulling up next to her, being a Cadillac Escalade. Stepping out would be none other than Violet Gray. She would be wearing a Purple t-shirt with a pair of white jeans and purple prada sneakers. stepping out of the other side would be Patty Swanson, who was wearing a orange crop-top, a black pencil skirt, and orange mary jane flats with black socks.

Patty would immediately run over into Linus's arms, embracing and sharing a kiss, meanwhile Violet would approach Peppermint Patty with nothing of bad intentions seeping through her demeanor.

"What's up, Dyke? I see you looking at my car, jealous of my constant success?"

"I wouldn't call being a trust fund baby exactly 'success', but that's just me." She coldly responded to her biggest detractor so far. Everyone, even including Patty would all share a "ooooh" in response to her burn.

"She kinda got you, Violet. " Patty said, cuddled up in Linus's arms.

Violet would growl at her, before angrily walking off .

"I was expecting her to keep going with the insults." Charlie Brown said while walking over to his girlfriend. "You okay, Trish?" He wrapped his arm over her shoulder, her responding back by putting her hand on his.

"Oh, i'm just fine, baby boy. I'm just waiting for that heifer to say something else to me so i can beat the breaks off of her." Peppermint Patty would smile at Charlie, before looking down at his shirt.

"Woah, i haven't seen that design before! You got great taste, Chuck! Though, i did influence your tastes." Peppermint Patty chuckled while Charlie just blushed.

"I did learn from the best. Now let's get inside and find out where we are placed. I hope i don't get Mr. Gribble."

"Me too." Lucy said. "Remember the frog dissection incident? They were already rotting and he couldn't do the presentation properly."

"Not to mention the horrible smell that lasted for a week. He could've just moved us into a different room, but fuck your students i guess." Linus adds.

They would walk into the school, ready for the tumultuous day they were about to witness.
