AN: Another story but this is based on a movie that I watched so if you know the movie, it'll just be the same as that but a bit tweaked. I just want Calzona Fantasy in the said movie because I know it'll be gut-wrenching for those who weren't able to watch it.

Still, if you have suggestions that I should add to the fic, let me know and I'll check if I can fit it in. The whole story is pretty much written but imma hold on to other chapters to keep y'all guessing.

ANYWAY, ENJOY!

PRESENT DAY

Arizona can't believe that she'll be standing in front of a lot of people today, saying a speech on Alex's and Jo's wedding. Arizona is wearing a blue cocktail dress with a glass of champagne in her hand.

"Alex! Finally, I am so glad that you're finally married to Jo. Since college, you've been waiting for this moment and here we are. I am so happy for you guys." She said as she smiled, raising her glass to raise a toast for the newlywed couple.

Meanwhile, Sofia's tongue is currently shoving its way into someone's mouth as they make their way to the reception bathroom cubicle. The woman she is kissing roamed her hands all over Sofia's body. The woman pulled away gently, looking into Sofia's eyes.

"Wait, what does this mean? Do you love me?" The woman asked as she pants, a bit breathless from the kiss they just had.

"Uh.. Okay. Okay.." An 18-year-old Sofia said, pushing her mouth once again to the woman in front of her. Unbeknownst to both women, an elder woman went inside who happens to be the woman's grandmother, and saw them as they make out. The elder woman almost lost her breath at the sight and brought up her cane, ready to hit Sofia which Sofia held then bolted out of the bathroom.

Arizona just finished saying her speech, finally drinking from the champagne glass she has in hand. Everyone was having a fun time when they heard a crash at the back. Looking in that direction, Arizona saw her daughter on the floor with the three-tower cake beside her and some on her dress.

"Arizona! This kid of yours will be the death of me!" The elder woman shouted as Arizona's mouth hung open. She glared at Sofia which Sofia just waved to everyone, pretending like nothing happened. She finally stood up and went to their table, picked up her phone and earphones, and walked out of the reception. Arizona smiled to everyone, apologizing to everyone and then excused herself. She followed Sofia who was walking out of the party. She finally reached her and grabbed her by the elbow.

"Sofia! What is that?!" Arizona almost screamed, glaring at her daughter who just rolled her eyes on her.

"It's just a cake, no big deal," Sofia said as she put her earphones on her ear, rolling her eyes and putting on music. Arizona snatched her phone and earphone away from her.

"What were you thinking? You ruined your Aunt Jo's and Uncle Alex's wedding! Sofia, what is the matter with you? What really is your problem?! You don't study, if you go to school, you cut classes! What do you want?"

"What if you get out of my life?" Arizona's eyes widen at the sudden words that came out of her daughter's mouth.

"Sofia, it's been eight years since your mom died and it's been eight years since you've been trouble. Is this how it's going to be? What really is your problem?" Arizona said as she grabbed Sofia's elbow once again in which Sofia snatched it away from her.

"That's the thing, Mom. You don't know because you were never around!"

"I'm too busy to play guessing games, Sofia, so just tell me."

"You want the truth?! Huh?! I don't want to be with you! I want to be with Mommy but unfortunately, I'm stuck with you and she was the one who ended up dying!" Sofia said as she stepped closer to Arizona. Arizona has tears brimming in her eyes but she refused to let them fall.

"Where did I go wrong, Sofia?" Arizona's voice was shaky as she looked into Sofia's eyes.

"Who's Calliope?" Arizona's breath hitched as she looked at her daughter. Where did she learn that name? How did she know that name?

"Is Mommy the only woman you loved?!" Arizona breathes deeply, closing her eyes. She exhaled and then looked deep into Sofia's eyes.

"Sofia, you have no idea how much I loved you and your mother."

"You're right. I have no idea. Because we never felt it, and you never showed us! I wish you'd been the one to die instead."

"I hope you don't mean that.." Arizona said weakly in which Sofia just snatched her phone and earphones from her mother's hands. She put her earphones on and rolled her eyes on Arizona and walked away.

Sofia woke up by her nanny shaking her and shouting words that she barely understands. Sofia went home during the night with her friends, drunk to her very core. She remembered how her friends teased her that she was once again grounded for being home so late.

"She's probably gone! Probably flew to New York!" She laughed as the security that was guarding their house opened the gate for her. She rubbed her eyes as she sat up slowly, her hangover finally kicking in.

"Shush up, please! What's wrong?!" Sofia shouted as her nanny kept on screaming while talking on the phone. Her nanny finally had the time to calm down and looked at her, shaking her whole body.

"Sofia, your mother! She was in a plane crash on the way to Miami! Why is she on a plane to go to Miami?! Isn't she supposed to be in New York?!" The nanny's phone rang again which had the woman panicking again. Sofia had no chance to react as she stood up and went out of her room, looking at the television that was playing the news.

"Search and rescue operations are underway for the missing flight 502 headed for Miami, Florida. Around 150 people were on board. Here is a list of names of the passengers on the missing aircraft."

Sofia watched as different names flashed on the television screen and right below, she saw her mother's name written which made her breath hitch and her heart tighten on her chest.

Arizona Robbins

"No... No. Please." Sofia said as she breathed heavily, ran to her room and put on random clothes, and bolted out of the house.
