A/N: This story takes place after the RTTE series. I'm working on the story for Skylight369 since she hasn't been updating or posting new stories lately, so this Haddock Twins thing goes to the credit by Skylight369. I wanted to know what happens next but she/he is not returning the emails I ask about her stories. So I figured, why not make the stories for her since she stopped. Who said to leave unfinished stories unfinished. I'll be working on these stories to carry on the Haddock twins saga, but if any of you would like to say something. Give me the heads up by the reviews.

Chapter 1: Dragon Racing

Five years later, to the island village of Berk, festively adorned with flags and banners. Major new additions alter its familiar skyline.

This... is Berk. Our home. The best kept secret this side of, well, anywhere.

There have been some improvements to Berk. The side of the village has some kind of Dragon sable (Which was due to the Screaming Death attack). And the village looked the same as it always has.

Granted, it may not look like much, but this wet heap of rock packs more than a few surprises.

A cluster of sheeps are hiding nervously between buildings as shadows of passing dragons race by. The group moves as one, receding into a shadowy alley, pushing one sheep out into the light. It's suddenly snatched and carried into the air!

Life here is amazing, just not for the faint of heart. See, where most folks enjoy hobbies like whittling, healing or needlepoint, we Berkians prefer a little something we like to call-

A wash of vibrant colorful blurs fly by at a dizzying speed in the form of Dragons. Their Riders swipe, kick, and roll into one another while they weave neck in neck between the houses, docks, and revamped structures of Berk.

Dragon Racing!

Spectators roared from wooden bleachers, fastened to cliff faces and perched over the sea.

Fishlegs, now 20 and even larger, rides his Gronckle, Meatlug, who carries the sheep in her claws. Both wore green and orange paint.

Snotlout, also 20, but every bit as juvenile, and his Monstrous Nightmare, Hookfang, steal the sheep from them. Both wearing Red and Yellow paint.

"Oh, I'm sorry, Fishlegs! Did you want that?" Snotlout asked, mocking Fishlegs.

'Finders keepers Meatlug.' Hookfang snorted, looking smug as well.

Fishlegs huffed and tried to catch up but Snotlout pulled away, "Snotlout! That's mine!" Fishlegs yelled out in anger as Snotlout flew towards Raeda.

"Here ya go, babe." Snoutlout said in a flirty mood with a chivalrous grin, Snotlout tosses the sheep to Raedat. She snatches it with a small smile at Snotlout. "Did I tell you that you look amazing today? `Cause you do." He said to her as Raeda gave a chuckle.

Reada was also around her 20s, and looked as beautiful as ever, along with her Deadly Nadder Sparkfire, both having Purple and orange paint.

"Yes, you said that many times already, Snotlout. But you should know your generosity isn't necessary." Raeda said with a chuckle. "Let's show 'em, Sparkfire."

'Yeah!' Sparkfire squawked and zipped away.

Snotlout sighed happily as Ruffnut and Tuffnut, who lagged on their two-headed Zippleback, Barf & Belch, flew next to him. Ruff and Barf had Cyan and Yellow paint while Tuff and Belch had Black and Yellow.

"Don't you ever wish you could be as perfect as her?" Snotlout asked Ruffnut, unknowingly insulting her.

Ruff rolled her eyes in disgust at his words. "Come on, Barf. It's starting to stink around here." Ruffnut said to her dragon.

'Agreed.' Barf grumbled as well and started to peel off, spewing gas.

"She hates you, now and you're still losing either way, if you keep giving Raeda sheep, Snotlout." Tuffnut mocks Snotlout with a grin, "Let's blow this place, Belch!" Tuffnut shouted out.

'FIRE IN THE HOLE!' Belch roared as he ignited the gas, sparking a flashy explosion, and leaving Snotlout behind in the smoke.

As the Thorsten twins rush past the main bleachers, Raeda drops her sheep into one of five baskets suspended over a chasm at the lap crossing. Each backboard bears an image of its corresponding dragon. The Thorston twin's basket tied with Raeda's as both were filled with sheep..

Overseeing the game, was the chief of berk, Stoick the Vast, next to him was his best friend Alvin the Treacherous leader of the Outcasts, with Dagur the Deranged and Queen Mala, leaders of the Defenders of the Wing/Berserkers, and Atali leader of the Wingmaidens.

They were taking points on the teams sheep counts as he turned to the crowd. "That's nine for both Raeda and the Thorsten Twins, Astrid and Henry lag with four, Valerie, Heather and Ragnar lag with two, Fishlegs and Snotlout trail with NONE!" He called out as he saw two empty baskets at the far end with painted images of Toothless and Midnight.

Stoick then realizes that Hicca and Hiccup are not in the game. "And Hiccup and Hicca are... nowhere to be found. Hmmm." He said as he wondered where his children ran off too. Gobber came up beside his old friend with a smug face.

"Scared Hiccup off with the big talk and Hicca went to keep him company, didn't ya, Stoick?" Gobber said as he knows what happens this morning with him and his children.

"Words ain't never been ya strong suit, old friend." Alvin chuckled as Stoick shot him a look.

Snotlout was still smoldering from the blast as Astrid, along with Valerie and Henry rolled in next to him, riding on Stormfly, Camo and Wildstar respectively. The two girls were still spirited and competitive as ever, and beautiful despite themselves over the years.

Astrid and Stormfly had Orange and Cyan Paint, Henry and Wildstar had Green and Purple paint and Valerie and Camo had red and white paint.

"We're way too many points behind as it is if Snotlout keeps giving Raeda the sheeps while the Thorston Twins are snatching the rest." Valerie complained, "No thanks to him and Fishlegs."

Astrid smacked Snotlout at the back of his head, "Seriously, what are you doing, Snotlout?! They're going to win now!" Astrid shouted out.

"Seriously, you are just giving Raeda the win!" Henry pointed out.

"She's my princess! Whatever she wants, she gets." Snotlout said in defense.

"Seriously?!" Astrid said in disbelief. "Don't you have any faith in her?!" Astrid asked.

"I wanted Raeda to win!" Snotlout defended.

"You do realize that you tried making Astrid your princess when you were kids right?!" Valerie asked in a reminder of their past.

"I moved on after she and Hiccup became a couple two years back!" Snotlout replied.

"And there was that time where you tried to do the same with Heather after she left the group!" Henry added.

"She chose her own path with her brother and I let her be! Now let's get back in the race!" Snotlout shouted as they peeled off and went back into the race while gaining more speed.

Said Berserker girl on her Razorwhip, Windshear, then flew by. Both wearing yellow and Purple paint. "Nice of you to say that Snotlout." She complimented with a smirk.

Ragnar then came in on his Boneknapper, Skully, both wearing Green and black paint, "But let's focus on winning this race!"

Dragons used to be a bit of a problem here. But that was five years ago. Now they've all moved in. And, really, why wouldn't they?

The racers chase each other through a sprawling hangar and into a vast cave, teeming with colorfully painted dragon stables. They exit through the far side and circle back through the village, blasting past many of its dragon-friendly additions.

We have custom stables... all-you-can-eat feeding stations... a full service dragon wash…

In the village, a baby Gronkle sneezes, accidentally setting one of the Viking houses in flames.

Even top-of-the-line fire prevention, if we do say so ourselves.

Astrid gasped and peels away from the race, and cuts a rope for the overhead network of aqueducts, dousing the flames with a splash of water.

Stoick watches with amusement as he watches the racers round the island, searching for sheep. He turns to Gobber and nods. "It's time, Gobber." He told his blacksmith/dragon dentist friend.

"Righty-ho!" Gobber said with a cheerful yell as he called out to the race. "Last lap!" he waved to the crowd as horns began to blow as the racers all turned to each other, excited.

"The black sheep! Come on, Stormfly! We can still win this thing!" Astrid said to her Nadder.

"Here's our shot Wildstar." Henry encouraged his Snifflehunch

"Let's go, Skully!" Ragnar called out.

"Let's beat them, Winshear!" Heather called out next.

"Let's go make sure the Thorston twins don't win, Sparkfire." Reada said to her nadder as well.

"Come on, Barf!" Ruff said to her dragon head.

"Show 'em what you got, Camo!" Valerie declared.

"Go, Meatlug!" Fishlegs said to his dragon as they prepared for the last chance to win.

Gobber loads the Black Sheep onto a catapult. "This is your big moment. Have a nice flight!" He said to the sheep before he pulled the trigger and launched the black sheep into the air!

Astrid and Raeda both spot it andsteer their Nadders into a steep climb toward it. "Up, up, up!" Astrid encouraged Stormfly.

"Come on, girl! You can do it!" Raeda called out.

But as they were about to grab it, Fishlegs and Meatlug zoomed in and grabbed the sheep. "No!" Astrid cried out.

"Fishlegs!" Raeda called out next.

"Good job, Meatlug!" Fishlegs cheered to his precious dragon as he tossed his captured prize to Ruffnut. "Here you go, darling. Mine's worth ten!" He said, and apparently he also developed a crush with Ruffnut over the years.

"Yeah! The Black Sheep!" Ruffnut cheered happily at her prize as Fishlegs came in and sighs in frustration as Astrid came in as well.

"Are you giving it to Ruffnut, Fishlegs?!" Astrid asked him in a ridiculous way but her words were unheard to the group.

"Honestly, I wonder if Heather and Fishlegs deciding their relationship had to remain friends was really a good idea." Henry said out loud.

"Well to be fair, they do live apart so I don't think it was gonna work out for them." Raeda honestly said.

"And Heather seems to have her eyes on someone else." Valerie added while pointing at said Berserker girl who was giving Ragnar a small smile.

"I'm totally winning!" Ruffnut cheered.

But it didn't last long as Fishlegs hovered up next to Ruffnut with a starry-eyed smile. "We're winning together!" he said with hope before Ruffnut rams Barf into Meatlug, sending Fishlegs into an uncontrolled spin.

"Incoming Gronckle!" Ragnar calls as he and the girls fly out of the way as Fishlegs crashes into Snotlout, sending their dragons tumbling head over tail as The crowd goes wild.

"Nothing can stop me now!" Ruffnut declared as her brother turned to her.

"Except for me. We're attached, genius!" Tuffnut reminded her as he grabbed at the sheep. Ruffnut fights back, inciting a tug-of-war. "Quit trying to steal all my glory!" he said as they both didn't know that Astrid steers Stormfly toward them as they are closing in on them.

Stoick saw this and gave some luck to his son's girlfriend. "Get `em, Astrid!" he cheered for her with a smile.

Tuffnut/Ruffnut were so busy fighting over the poor sheep they forgot a key rule in the race, never take your eyes off the race, "It's MY glory!/No sheep, no glory!/You're always ruining glory!/EVERYTHING!" They both yelled as Astrid leaps off of Stormfly, runs along Belch's spindly neck, and plucks the black sheep from the Thorsten'sTwins' hands.

"Gotcha!" Astrid called out as she flips through the air onto Stormfly, sticking a perfect landing with the black sheep in hand.

"Whoa!" Tuffnut said in surprise.

"Astrid!" Ruffnut cried out for the loss of her points.

Stoick and along with the rest of the crowd gone wild. "Well played! Hahaha!" Stoick laughs as he turns to Spitelout beside him. "That's my future daughter-in-law!" he boasted to him as Spitelout rolled his eyes.

Astrid is eyeing the fast-approaching FINISH LINE, unaware that Fishlegs suddenly rams Meatlug into Stormfly, sending Astrid off-course. She recovers and sees Snotlout flying headlong toward her, war hammer cocked, aiming at Astrid.

"Uh, excuse me." Snotlout said to Astrid as he was heading towards her. Henry sees this and acts fast.

"Not today Jorgeson!" Henry said as he and Wildestar grabbed Hookfang by the legs, spun him around and released him and Snotlout, threw them off course and made him toss his hammer into the air and hit Fishlegs in the face with a CLANG.

"Oooh! That had to hurt." Valerie called out as he cringed.

Mala laughed as Dagur and Alvin cringed, "Haha, excellent! That's my brother!" She said, punching Dagur's shoulder.

The crowd collectively winces from the pain while Henry petted his dragon. "Good boy." He said to Wildstar as his dragon purred as he turned his attention to Astrid. "It's all yours Astrid!" He called out.

Astrid nodded as she and Stormfly looped over the water, and they pulled up to the finish line and DUNKING the black sheep into their basket, winning the game!

"That's thirteen! Astrid takes the game!" Stoick announces as the crowd goes wild for the Hofferson girl as Astrid stands on Stormfly, clapping the hands of the crowd as she flies by.

The other riders either take the loss with dignity or in anger in the Thorston Twins case, as Astrid did a victory twirl before turning to Henry who flew next to her.

"You didn't have to help me back there, Henry." Astrid said with a smile at her Henderson friend.

"I was about to lose anyway." Henry shrugs. "Besides, I would rather see you win than the Thorstin twins or suffer another year of Raeda's gloating." He added

"Yeah, good point." Astrid admitted.

"I heard that. But I guess that's fair." Raeda called out as she flew next to them with a chuckle. "Let's go meet with the Haddock twins. Do you know where they might've gone?" she asked.

"Yeah. They've been gone all morning. Haven't seen them." Henry added as he came to the two Nadder riders.

"I can find Hiccup anywhere, And if Hicca is with him, they will be easy to find. Let's go." Astrid stated as she, Henry and Raeda flew over the crowd, and went to find Hiccup and Hicca. And knowing what Astrid said, her Stormfly might pick up their scents along the way.

Yep. Berk is pretty much perfect. All of our hard work has paid off. And it's a good thing, too, because with Vikings on the backs of dragons, the world just got a whole lot bigger.
