Scene 21
Far away on the exotic jungle planet of Geneda, a lush and tropical world full the force, but also full of many dangers, Luke trains the Solo children in the ways of the Jedi. Celia and Saul are doing an exercise in which Celia is wearing a blind shield as Saul tosses small rocks at her with the force. She is slicing them with her lightsaber. She hits one and then another but Saul hits her in the back with another.
Saul: Haha, you have to watch your back sis!
Celia: Ah! I hate this exercise!
Luke: Try to slow down time in your mind. Don't over think where the rocks are coming from. Let the force show you...and guide you.
Celia: It's harder then it seems.
Saul lifts up a few more rocks and slowly moves them towards Celia.
Luke: Train yourself to let go of your mindful self and instead be mindful of everything that is around you. Remember, you're not just using the force... you're becoming one with it.
Celia: And the force is in all nature?
Celia hits a couple of the rocks as she speaks.
Luke: It is in it, what creates it, and is one with it...just as you are.
Celia spins around and hits a rock, but Saul gets her with another one.
Saul: Haha, you have to be quicker than that sis.
Luke: Speed has little to do with it. That's enough for now... but you'll get it soon. You'll see.
Celia turns off her lightsaber and lifts her guard helmet and takes it off.
Celia: (To Saul) Alright wise guy, time to switch places and let me hit you with rocks!
Saul: You know you never could!
Celia: I have too! It's just been awhile, that's all!
Saul: (While playfully force-waving his hand) Are you sure my force powers haven't influenced your memories?
Celia: (Playfully hitting Saul) You are so evil!
Luke: (With a laugh) Alright! That's enough you too! Saul...it's your turn...
Saul: Yes master...
Saul puts on the blind shield helmet and turns on his orange lightsaber. Celia begins to lift some rocks with the force.
Celia: Alright...here comes a few for ya.
Saul gets in an En Garde stance and looks focused and ready. Then he shakes his head and looks frustrated. He turns his saber off and removes his helmet.
Luke: Saul? What's the matter son?
Saul: I just...I don't know...as soon as I got in my attack stance... something just didn't feel right...Would it be ok if I went for a walk...I want to think on something...
Luke: I understand...go ahead...but don't be gone long...and don't go too far.
Saul: I won't...
With that, Saul walks off to be alone. Luke nods slightly and turns to Celia.
Celia: I hope he's feeling ok.
Luke: He'll be fine...we better practice some without him...

Scene 22
Saul's theme plays slowly as Saul is at a beach watching the sun set for a moment. After a few seconds, Luke comes from behind.
Luke: Hey...dreaming of adventure are we?
Saul: ...No...peace
Luke: Peace? Don't tell me you find this place untranquil!
Saul: It's not that at all...
Saul turns to look at Luke.
Saul: It's just that I have all these skills and so do you...
Luke: The Jedi commitment lasts a lifetime Saul. There will always be training for you and for me. There is always more to learn.
Saul: I understand that. I just don't understand that if we have so many powers...and the Jedi are the keepers of the peace... then why isn't there peace? Why does it seem like we're always fighting some war? Why can't we just...I don't know...
Luke: Ignore the problems of the Galaxy?
Saul: I didn't mean that the way it sounds...I know there will always be evil...I just don't understand why if the force is so powerful...why it can't put an end to it...you know... forever...
Luke:...There are many mysteries of the force that even I am still trying to understand. I wish I had a good answer for you Saul. But what I can tell you, is one day we will become one with the force, and the troubles of this world will become meaningless.
Saul: I just wish it made sense now...after our last battle...just seeing everyone I care for almost die...I don't want to have to face that again...
Luke nods his head in understanding.
Luke: You're growing up...I sense your conflict...your struggle... and even though struggles are necessary to bring about wisdom, they can also bring us temptations. That's why I think you're ready for the next step.
Saul: What step is that?
Luke: ...The trial of discernment.
Saul: The trial of discernment? Isn't that one of the hardest tests of a Jedi?
Luke: It is... and I believe you're ready to face it...but be warned...If you choose this challenge...it may change you...forever...
Saul:...When do I begin?
Luke: If you're not afraid...follow me...

Meanwhile aboard Dark Force's star destroyer "The Perdition" Darth Exodus sits in his chamber when he is interrupted by one of his officers.
Darth Exodus: Yes, what is it officer?
Officer: My Lord, the rumors surrounding the Gra'Adium star have been confirmed. The revolutionary band know as the new sun crusaders are in the process of destroying the star as we speak. The republic is seeking a solution to stop them.
Darth Exodus: I see...Leave me! I must meditate over this matter...
Officer: Yes my Lord...
The officer leaves as Darth Exodus goes into a meditation chamber that is encompassed with the dark side. He begins to meditate.
Darth Exodus: Great voice of the dark side. My old emperor. Return and speak to me once more...
As Darth Exodus meditates, a red force ghost appears before him. It is the tormented spirit of the vile Emperor Palpatine.
Palpatine: Why have you called on me my old guardian?
Darth Exodus: The galaxy is at the verge of falling into an unprecedented calamity. More then ever I beg you to guide us!
Palpatine: Do not fear my old friend...Use the coming chaos as an opportunity...Trust in the will of the darkside...your moment to strike is now...and soon Skywalker will be in your hands...
Darth Exodus: Yes my Lord...
The ghost of Palpatine disappears and leaves Darth Exodus alone to muse over the words he received during his vision.

Scene 24
On Geneda, Luke leads Saul to a huge waterfall. Behind it is a hidden path that is surrounded with a thick overgrowth of vines and wild thorny brush. Huge rocks form a wall on either side of the path as well.
Luke: This is the place...
Saul: I can feel the force...it's very strong here...
Luke: Yes... strong with both the light and the dark...and now the trial of discernment begins.
Saul: What happens now?
Luke: A Jedi must partake in many trials in places such as this. I had to face my fear. *You're* test is to face your temptation. You will see things of both the dark and light here.
Saul: What things?
Luke: Whatever things the dark and light sides of the force wills to show you. Use your judgement wisely...for a Jedi...this is one of the most dangerous, yet rewarding tests there are.
Saul: I'm ready...and I won't fail you uncle.
Luke: Then go...but leave your saber...you will not need it.
Saul hands Luke his saber, turns around and walks behind the waterfall. He begins down the path as it grows darker and darker. Sounds of life are all around him. As he walks, he begins to hear a voice from the force.
Voice of the Force: Saul...come forth Saul...
Saul moves forward cautiously ahead.
Saul: Who's there?
Voice of the force: Come Saul...I have many things to show you...
Saul: Who are you? Show yourself!
What appears to Saul, is what seems to be the same red spirit of the Emperor that appeared to Darth Exodus before! It calmly calls speaks to him.
Voice of the force: I am a voice of the force. Come and let me show you the will of the force...
Saul: How do I know you are of the light and not of darkness?
The force ghost evaporates in a mist but then speaks.
Voice of the force: Come boy...
Saul follows and is lead to a hidden wall near the path with ancient force symbols on it.
The force ghost appears and goes inside the wall, disappearing again.
Voice of the force: Come...hurry...
Saul inspects the wall and touches the symbols. The wall suddenly gives way and opens! Inside is a dark cave but not much is in it. Then the voice of the force speaks again.
Voice of the force: Do you desire to defeat the dark side once and for all?
Saul: I do...but how?
Voice of the force: To accomplish such a thing would take great power, courage and sacrifice. Are you willing to commit to these things?
Saul: I'll do whatever it takes to defeat the dark side!
Voice of the force: Good! You have great wisdom boy.
Just then the blue force ghost of Yoda appears in one corner of the cave.
Saul: Master Yoda? Is that you?
Yoda: Why in this place have you come young Saul?
Saul: I seek to grow stronger in the force...I want to bring an end to the darkside once and for all.
Yoda: An impossible challenge that is... disillusioned you have become. Failed countless before you have. Do what they couldn't you shall...hmm? Leave now and a little wiser you shall be.
Just then the spirit of the voice of the force reappears.
Voice of the force: Beware of deceptions boy. Have you not been taught that all things are possible through the power of the force? Do not let narrow teachings restrict you from accomplishing all you seek and dream of.
Yoda: Fear the face of death you should not...Blessed are those who transform into the force...grieve thier loss we should not...
Voice of the force: A Jedi protects those he loves. To fail, would be to lose your propose...you must defeat the dark side if you are to save those you love.
Saul: STOP IT! YOU'RE CONFUSING ME! GO AWAY!!!
The two spirits leave Saul alone in the cave. Then from behind he hears the voice of Leia calling.
Leia: Saul...? Where are you Saul...?
Saul: Mother? I'm here!
Then from another direction he sees Han. He calls also.
Han: Son? I need you son!
Saul: Father? You can't be here! Is that really you?
Then from another direction he sees Celia appear.
Celia: Brother... BROTHER...HELP ME SAUL...!
Saul: Celia! What are doing here! This isn't real!
Then from behind Leia, Han, and Celia, one at a time appears a faceless hooded sith warrior each wielding a red lightsaber.
Leia and Celia turn thier lightsabers on while Han draws his blaster. Everything seems to be in slow motion and dream like.
Leia: HELP SON! HURRY!
Saul: MOM!!
Han: HELP ME SON! I DON'T THINK I CAN HOLD HIM OFF LONG!
Saul: NO!!
Celia: SAUL!! PLEASE!!! DON'T LET US DIE!!!
Saul: CELIA!!! WHAT DO I DO??? HELP ME PLEASE SOMEBODY!!!
Just then a part of the wall opens revealing a small chamber. Saul looks inside and to his surprise it is a lightsaber! It's black and silver handle looks familiar, though he has never seen it.
Han shoots laser blasts at the figure attacking him as he backs up.
Han: HURRY SON!!!
Saul remembers Luke's words and hesitates to grab the sword. Then as he looks at Han he sees a horrible sight. The hooded sith figure cuts Hans blaster in half and then stabs Han through the chest! Han screams loudly and then dies.
Saul: FATHER!!! NOOO!!!!
Voice of the force: Hurry! Take the saber! Defend your loved ones before it is too late!
Saul grabs the saber and ignites it. To his surprise it has a red blade!
Saul: A sith saber? This can't be! No! This belong to...
Voice of the force: It is a saber like any other. Hurry!
Saul watches as Leia begins to trade blows with the sith warrior. Celia fights her attacker as well. Saul looks at the sith saber in his hand and watches the visions play out as he is filled with horror. Then Leia's attacker chops of her hand and stabs her though the chest. She screams and then is silent as she falls.
Saul: MOTHER!!!!
Celia fights her attacker but then is pushed to the ground. She drops her saber and crawls backwards on the ground as her attacker approaches.
Celia: SAUL!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!
The sith attacker raises his saber and prepares to kill Celia when Saul lunges at him.
Saul: NOOO!
Saul blocks the deadly blow of the sith warrior's saber with his saber. The two strike a few blows when Saul strikes at the sith warrior. He shatters and evaporates into a mist like smoke. Then all of the other visions disappear in the same manner and Saul is left alone. He turns off his saber and falls to his knees with tears in his eyes and ponders what everything he just saw meant.

Scene 25
Luke is seen sitting on rock in a meditative state. Saul comes from out o the waterfall and sees him.
Saul: Master...?
Luke turns around and stands up.
Luke: So...I see you've returned.
Saul: Yes...how's Celia?
Luke: She's fine. She's waiting for us at camp...Did something you see in there make you worry...for her?
Saul looks pale and nervous
Saul: I...saw visions...people I love...dying...
Luke:...I know...every Jedi that I have trained sees what they fear...and what tempts them...
Saul: How do I know what I'm suppose to do?
Luke:...There isn't always an easy answer...but I believe that if you seek the good in all things...the force will lead you.
Saul nods slightly.
Luke: Come on...we better not keep your sister waiting any longer.

Luke and Saul come back to the training camp to find Celia running up to them.
Celia: Uncle Luke! You have to hurry!
Luke: What's happened!?
Celia: There's a message from mother on the Lipazzaner...hurry!

Aboard the Lipazzaner, Luke gives orders and prepares for whatever massage Leia has sent.
Luke: Celia, Saul, get the ship ready for take off...
Celia: Yes Uncle Luke...
Luke plays the message from the holographic communicator. It's of Leia.
Leia: Luke, if your able to receive this message then know we are in desperate need of your help. A weapon capable of destroying entire star systems has been discovered inside of the Gra'Adium Star.
Luke: What??!! That can't be right!
Leia: I know that must sound impossible, but I don't have time to explain. I will have more information available soon but for now I must be brief. Please return to Coruscant as quickly as possible...
The message ends as Saul comes to Luke.
Saul: The ships ready...are we going home?
Luke:...Yes...take off...
