Pairings To Be Decided
No Magic!
Thanks to the incredible writers Son of Caliban to whom I say "REPENT! FOR TOMORROW YOU DIE!" I joke of course, but I am more of a Sanguinis guy myself. I recommend you read his 'From the Joy, Comes the Pain, From the Pain, Comes the Joy.'

Another writer I wish to credit is darkfire1220 and a urge people to read Viridescent. Just want to say thanks for his permission to use some of Quirk ideas.

I own nothing apart from part of this idea…I believe I've credited everyone; if not message me and I'll include in the Footnotes or this dribble dravel

(Conflagration Zone)

Being engulfed in the smoke was one thing. Suddenly being thrown into what felt like was an oven was something else, Hailey was temporarily paralysed. A tail wrapped around her waist and suddenly she was airborne as Mashirao Ojiro, the future Martial Arts Hero: Tailman, pulled her to the top of a lamppost.

"Sorry for the impractical position, but it was the best idea I had."

"No worries…" Hailey began.

"Ojiro Mashirao."

"Ojiro, for saving my bacon. Aizawa Hailey, at your service." With that she pulled her goggles down and loosened her scarf and wrappings.

"My daddy and I, we're cut from the same cloth."

Ojiro chuckled slightly "I'm getting used to the fact our Homeroom Teacher, has a daughter and she's not in the Hero Course."

"Bias and my quirk don't really work on Robots. But getting to hang out with good looking and talented heroes in training this test will be interesting."

Ojiro nodded, he looked down, there were at least twenty villains down there "They've got no idea of what we can do."

"But they will soon. Shall reel and smash? I'll reel them in and you hit them with that tail of yours?"

"It's simple and works. Yes, lets." With that the Erasure's Daughter and the Tailed Hero set to work. Villains utilised their quirks only for their known tell-tale signatures to stop working, as a binding cloth reeled them in as Ojiro knocked them out.

One villain, sprouted bones from his arms, darted forwards towards Hailey; Ojiro spun on his tail to intercept. However, he didn't need to; as he saw Hailey, spun out of the way; under a wild swing and counter with a crippling blow to the bones of the ribcage and finish by smashing a quarterstaff into the thugs' temple dropping him.

Ojiro nodded to himself before, blocking and elbowing one villain in the face. Suddenly a searing white-hot pain seared through his arm! A villain with bone like fingers had raked his shoulder and side clean open! Blood started to leak profusely from the wound; Ojiro panicked and lashed out with his tail. The tail caught his attacker square in throat, with the strength of an arm, crumpling the larynx and esophagus immediately.

A few villains faltered at Ojiro's reaction. Hailey, caught the attention of the villains as she flipped one over her hip, in the conflagration zone their were parts that had rubble from explosions. Some of these rubble parts contained exposed pipers and poles. Unfortunately for a bladed thug, as Hailey kicked him square in the chest, he tripped and impaled himself.

The villains faltered; some even had started to back away. They weren't expecting or anticipating this! They weren't expecting two of their own to die! Ojiro looked at Hailey; inwardly he was grateful that he had a partner here.

(Mountain Zone)

"Alright, put your hands on your heads." Shinso instructed and five villains stopped, placed their hands on their heads.

"Brainwashing, it's extremely useful." Shinso murmured beneath the hastily made mask. He hadn't thought much about what his costume entailed; but he was quickly growing on the idea of a voice distorter or replicator. Nothing caused confusion quite like contradicting orders.

"Don't touch them! In fact, the more you interact with those I've brainwashed, it allows them the chance of getting free…No you don't." Shinso called as he chucked his own cloth-binding material, the material snaked its way through the air; latching onto a villain's arm.

The villain twisted, activating his quirk to collapse his body through the rapidly constricting cloth. However, Shinso had learnt how to quickly counter exceptionally flexible opponents. The cloth went loose, with a flick of his wrists the cloth bound around the shoulders, as the cloth was pulled taught the villains neck began to collapse due to the nature of the villain's quirk. Unfortunately, the lack of experience with quirk usage and this particular part of the body had resulted in the cloth tightening rapidly around the goon's neck. Shinso, yanked the cloth and a sharp cracking and popping sound echoed around the simulated disaster zone.

Shinso gulped, Jiro took the time to place her jacks into her stereo boots and launch a rhythm of heart-beat pulses to drive the villains backwards. One, whose quirk seemed to allow him to withstand the ranged attacks of the heartbeat, bore down on the punk rocker. Jiro gulped and a vivid flashback of training with Aizawa came to mind.

(Flashback)

"If you're in a situation where you can't go backwards and there are villains surrounding you. You are perfectly justified to do whatever you need to get out of the situation. That does mean the death of the attacker is possible; due to adrenaline rushes. This doesn't mean that it is 'open season' and for you to fight to defend with lethal force or intention to kill; it is seen as a last ditch scenario that all Heroes can utilise to even the situation. Do you understand?"

"In a situation where a Hero or hero-in-training is in a scenario that could lead to that persons death; they are allowed to use 'whatever force is required and acceptable' to get out alive…correct?" Jiro asked.

"Yes."

"It is not in any circumstance a loophole to be used to explain the death of multiple villains. Even though, there is a chance that we could kill them."

Aizawa nodded "This loophole, is unofficially the most important code to be being a hero. How, you get out of these situations without fatalities shows more credit to you as a hero."

This was a jab at the Fiery Hero: Endeavour.

(End Flashback)

"You three, they're here to potentially kill us quickly at best and unspeakable harm at worst. Shinso, Yaomomo, Denki…as long as you're not intentionally putting them in the ground, we can fight more brutally." Jiro called as she disconnected her left boot, swung it at her attackers head and reconnected the jack "HEARTBEAT: PUNT!"

The roundhouse sonic kick connected solidly with the villain. The heartbeats hit not only with bludgeoning force but also served as neurological scramblers. The villain gurgled and crumpled to the ground; Shinso grabbed Jiro and pulled her under an insulating blanket, that Yaoyorozu created. As they took cover, they felt the ozone build up; discharge and shortly accompanied by the scream of Kaminari as his quirk short-circuited his brain.

(Landslide Zone)

The villains rushed Todoroki, his red optic eye patch gleamed and with a simple stomp on the ground and ice rushed out, trapping all of his opponents. The Landslide Zone was the only zone, that would report no fatalities but had a suspiciously high levels of hypothermia and frostbite, none of which would be immediately or long-term fatal, but would be a significant pain for the unfortunate rent-a-thugs.

(Central Plaza)

Aizawa slammed three more villains into the ground, the possibly more force than he needed. Right now, he didn't care. He was now an amalgamation of his life-choices; that he fought to keep separate. There was Aizawa Shota, the father of Aizawa Hailey; Aizawa Shota, Aizawa-sensei, Homeroom Teacher to Class 1-A and personal instructor to Shinso Hitoshi and finally Aizawa Shota, Erasure Hero: Eraserhead. He wasn't used to all of these life choices colliding together, but right now he needed to remain logical and aware. "Get yourself out of this situation, neutralise the situation and then worry about your students. No, get your students safe, then yourself. You get paid for this, but they don't. They shouldn't, wouldn't see the grimmer side of Heroics until after the Sports Festival."

He casually manhandled two more villains, before having to dodge out of the way of Shigaraki Tomura. Aizawa hadn't a clue on what his new opponents quirk was, but with the multitude of hands attached to the man-child; it wasn't good. The hands were a very effective psychological deterrent for Aizawa. As an Underground Hero, he rarely knew what sort of quirks he'd be going against but against someone as psychotic and potentially psychopathic and sociopathic like his current opponent, he needed his wits. "I'm sorry, Hailey…I love you. I'm sorry I might not see you get into the Hero course, or the other things a father's meant to do."

He wrapped his binding cloth around Shigaraki's wrist, twisted. His intent was to break the wrist and sever communication between the brain and the hand. Unfortunately, as the cloth bound around Shigaraki, a massive blue fist slammed into the Erasure Hero's side, sending him off balance and into the floor. "You completely forgot about my Nomu…Holy shit, you're Eraserhead! You're one of the coolest heroes I know of. The Underworld will be happy to know that the legendary Eraserhead is dead." These short phrases were accompanied by unprecedented maniacal giggling.

"Nomu, hold him steady." Eraserhead winced as the pressure of the now named Nomu, easily held him down like one held a baby. The arm that manipulated the cloth that had bound Shigaraki was exposed, from his vantage point, Eraserhead watched as Shigaraki delicately placed four fingers on his elbow and then with agonising slowness pressed the fifth finger down.

Eraserhead activated his quirk and Shigaraki cackled "Bad move."

(Flood Zone)

Izuku, Tsuyu and Mineta had managed to swim up to near where Eraserhead had been captured. Midoriya's finger had been broken from focusing his quirk into the middle of the Flood Zone and trapping the villains.

Here there were casualties but that was due to sheer unfortunate circumstance where one of the villains couldn't breath due to Mineta's balls blocking his nose and mouth. The cause of death would be asphyxiation via drowning.

(Ruin Zones)

Kirishima slammed one of his hardened forearms into a villain. His opponent had an endurance quirk; no-where near as potent as Kirishima's but one that would have made Bakugo struggle to subdue. Unfortunately for the villain, he had toughened his arms at the expense of his naturally tougher torso, this resulted in Kirishima's forearm to not only send the villain, double but the strike accidentally broke the villains ribs and punctured his lungs.

Kirishima wouldn't know about what had happened until a week later. In fact no-one would know. The only person to surprisingly not to have killed anyone in the Ruin Zones was Bakugo, people would have bet money on him accidentally killing someone.

(Downpour Zone)

In contrast to most of the other zones where there had been only one fatality. In the Downpour Zone; amidst the howling wind, the three-dimensional wall of water, claps of thunder and flashes of lightning were the heroes of Koda and Tokoyami.

Dark Shadow, the sentient sarcastic and melodramatic quirk of Tokoyami Fumikage, which got stronger in the dark cackled as it soared around the battlefield. It was normally roughly the size of a Beagle but in the low light conditions of the Downpour Zone; it had swollen to the size of an Akaskan Malamute, its fists resembled young trees and the claws were more like cleavers.

Dark Shadow zipped about the Downpour Zone, the villains stood no chance. Unfortunately, Dark Shadow swiped his clawed hands and a villain fell to pieces like chopped sushi.

Meanwhile, Koji Koda, had employed his monstrous size to his advantage and whilst not wanting to be a fighting hero. Not many villains especially in Japan came to the heights of Koji Koda. The 6'1, muscled teen was able to swat four villains away and managed to in a pique of desperation took control over two villains who possessed animalistic quirks, one a rhino and another some sort of bird. As an unintended consequence Rhino accidentally trampled the Bird-villain.

(Central Plaza)

The remaining six students included Iida, Sato, Shoji, Aoyama, Uraraka, Hagakure, Sero and Ashido were fighting off the villains, whilst trying to get the door open. After, Shoji, the six-armed giant of a teen effortlessly chucked a villain that resembled a pile of rocks into the sealed barrier.

The barrier, as tough as it was, buckled and split, leaving a thin crack. A crack that Sato and Shoji effortlessly barrelled through the villains to get open. Kurogiri surged into motion, but Sero's tape wrapped around the metal collar/brace thing. Kurogiri, was rather grateful that he no longer had a physical body.

In the momentary confusion, Sato and Shoji had peeled the security door open allowing for Iida slip out. He charged down the path, his quirk activating and the flames turned blue as he charged away.

Meanwhile with Eraserhead, the Underground Hero had managed to get the Nomu to shift. However a blast of wind pressure distracted Shigaraki and Nomu enough for him to look up. Midoriya Izuku, Asui Tsuyu and Minoru Mineta had just placed themselves in this situation to allow Eraserhead to wiggle free.

(Conflagration Zone)

"Aizawa, wait. Calm down." Ojiro stated.

Eyes red, sweat running down her face Hailey turned on the tailed teen "Did you just tell me to calm down? Our classmates are out there, possibly dead or worse and my daddy is out there as well!"

"I didn't mean it like that. I meant it as, what is the plan? We've killed people Hailey, our positions on the hero course are in jeopardy. I mean WE, need a plan in order to be most effective."

"We'll be fine. They were coming at us with intent to kill, the fact we've only killed four of them; by accident, we'll get off fine. As for the plan, get make sure this lot don't get ideas or die; leave here, stop the bad guy…most likely a good chance of punching."

Ojiro sighed "I think…you've been watching too much pre-quirk tv."
