The Pride gathered at the Meeting Rock, having been informed by Zazu's call for council. Like the Kings of the past, Mufasa stood atop the ledge as he gazed out over their hunting grounds. Having been informed by his Majordomo that danger had once more come to the jungle, the Lion King feared the future of their pride was at stake. Which left the question as to what now threaten them and the free people of the jungle?

Was it the Hyenas? Or had man once more returned to the jungle?

From below, Mufasa could hear the Pride talking amongst themselves. Like him, they pondered what reason was for Elsa calling for Council. By the tree, Diata, Sarabi, Sarafina and Zuri watched in worry at the other lionesses. They each glanced to one another, worryingly. They had already had hunted the night before and had caught enough to feed the Pride for a while.

For Council to be called at this time, it could only mean there was danger in the Jungle. But what?

Elsa emerged from over the top of the pathway, rushing over to Mufasa. Nala, Simba and Bagheera followed close behind her.

"Mufasa!" She said.

Diata stood up as she glanced over at her daughter. The other lionesses having fallen silent upon seeing Elsa. Mufasa turned to face the Wild woman.

"Elsa, Zazu told us that you called for council." The Lion King proclaimed.

Elsa nodded her head to him.

"Yes. I'm afraid the jungle may be in danger." She said.

Mufasa squinted his eyes to her.

"What kind of danger?" Mufasa asked, curiously.

"Someone has broken the Law of the Jungle and has hunted man's cattle." Elsa proclaimed.

The Lionesses erupted in gasps of shock. As it was forbidden to hunt man, so too was hunting man's cattle. For doing so would bring man's vengeance upon the jungle's people. Mufasa stood up over the ledge.

"Man's cattle?" The Lion King Proclaimed.

"It's worse then that, Father. Whoever it was didn't hunt out of hunger." Simba proclaimed to his father.

"The cow was killed and left at the edge of our hunting grounds." Nala insisted.

Mufasa shifted his glance down at Zazu. The Majordomo nodded his head to the Lion King, confirming all they had said.

"This is very serious matter. Do you know who is responsible?" Mufasa asked, curiously.

Simba, Nala and Bagheera glanced up at Elsa. The wild woman nodded her head to the Lion King.

"I do..." Elsa said.

She then then paused for a moment in contempt of what she was about to say.

"It was... It was Zira." Elsa proclaimed.

The Pride once more erupted in gasps of shock and awe at the mention of Zira. The Lionesses whispered among themselves at the notion that it was Zira who was behind this. By the Tree, Diata looked on to her Daughter with a look of shock. Hearing speak that very name. A name she had hopes to never hear again, as much as it pained her.

Simba and Nala glanced to Elsa.

"Zira?" Nala said.

"Elsa, are you certain of this?" Mufasa asked.

Elsa glanced up at the King, nodding her head to him.

"I am." She insisted to him.

Mufasa narrowed his head. It would seemed that Zira had learned nothing from her banishment from the Pride. And now she had broken the law the Jungle by hunting man's cattle. And what was worse, she had placed the Pride and all the Jungle in danger by leaving the kill on their hunting ground. Risking leading man back to their part of the jungle.

"Father, what must we do?" Simba asked, curiously.

The other lionesses turned to Mufasa in hopes that he would know what to do.

"Mufasa, what do we do?" One of the lionesses said.

"We must do something about Zira!" Another proclaimed.

"She will bring man back to the Jungle!"

Elsa glanced back to her fellow pride member in stern at the mention of man. Not only had Zira broken the law of the jungle but she now intended to bring man to the jungle. Endangering not only the other animal but her family as well. All out of spite that the Pride would not give her to Zira as a cub. She would not allow her to endanger her friends and family.

Elsa turned up to Mufasa.

"Mufasa, allow me to deal with Zira." Elsa proclaimed to the lion King.

"Elsa, No!" Nala said.

"That's just what she wants!"

Elsa glanced up at Mufasa, who only continued to ponder on the matter.

"Mufasa?" She asked, curiously.

Mufasa then opened his eyes as she glanced down at his fellow Pride Members.

"I understand you are all concerned. But for now, we must ensure that the jungle is safe." The Lion King proclaimed to them.

"What about Zira?" Elsa asked, curiously.

"I will see to this matter. For now, everyone is to return to the den." Mufasa proclaimed them.

With that, Mufasa turned and climbed up over the ledge. The lionesses stood up and made their way back to the den. Elsa glanced back at her fellow lionesses. Hearing them talk among themselves, seemingly worried at the aspect of Zira's return to the jungle. At the aspect that she would bring Man's vengeance upon them and all the Jungle.

Elsa's gaze was then met with her mother, who looked back at her, worryingly. Standing by the tree, Diata feared for her adopted daughter. Having remembered the promise that Zira had made all those years ago. To one day kill Elsa. And now, after all this time, she had return to keep her word.

Like her mother, Elsa remembered the Promise she made to her as a cub. But she had grown much since the last time they met and she would not allow herself to be Zira's prey. She would instead protect the Pride and the Jungle no matter what it takes.

"Elsa?"

Elsa turned and glanced back at Mufasa, who continued to face out over the plains.

"Yes, Mufasa?" Elsa asked.

The Lion King glanced down at her, Simba, Nala and Bagheera.

"Wait for me by the tree. I wish to speak with you four." He said.

Elsa, Nala, Simba and Bagheera waited over near the tree. The Pride having left for the den. The wild woman stared out over the plains at her mother and the rest of the Pride took their leave. She sighed as she placed her hand over her chest, fearing for the safety of their family. Simba and Nala looked at one another, worryingly.

Nala came up next to her sister, pressing her head against her side, comforting her.

"Don't worry, they'll be fine." Nala said to her.

Elsa glanced down at her, smiling as she wrapped her arm around her.

"I hope." Elsa said.

Mufasa approached the four four from behind.

"You all are right to be weary." Mufasa said from behind.

Simba turned to face his father.

"Father?" He asked.

Elsa, Nala and Bagheera each turned to him, curiously.

"I fear Zira shall bring war to the jungle." Mufasa proclaimed to them.

"War?" Elsa said.

"With Man?"

Bagheera shook his head.

"No, Not with man. With the Pride." He proclaimed to the wild woman.

"I'm afraid Bagheera is right. Zira intends to bring conflict upon us." Mufasa proclaimed to them.

"But why now?" Simba asked, curiously.

"She wants me." Elsa then said.

Simba, Mufasa and Bagheera turned to Elsa, who glanced to the side, frowning. She then looked up at them.

"She knows that I'm older now. And she intends to keep her promise to kill me." Elsa proclaimed to them.

Mufasa squinted his eyes at Elsa. It would stand to reason as to why Elsa would believe that. He knew of the promise that Zira had to Elsa to one day kill her and Zira's hatred of man. As well as the promise to make the Pride pay for exiling her and for denying her Elsa all those years ago. Warning them that allowing her to live among them would only bring danger to them.

Though Mufasa would not believe her lies. Nor did the rest of the Pride as they vowed to protect Elsa. Something Zira had sworn she would make them regret.

Simba turned to his father.

"Father, we must do something about Zira." Simba proclaimed to the Lion King.

Mufasa nodded his head in agreement of his son.

"Indeed, son. But for now, we must ensure the jungle is safe." The lion king proclaimed to them.

"Zira may have brought a bigger threat upon us all. But I expect you all to do what must be done if things become as we fear."

Mufasa shifted his glance to Elsa, who's expression turned stern at the mention of a bigger threat. An expression that worried him deeply. The wild woman then turned and gazed out toward the jungle, sternly. Knowing well that Mufasa spoke of man, who would no doubt be searching for the one who killed their cattle. Bringing their vengeance upon all the jungle. Something that she could never allow to happen.

Reaching down her hand, she gripped the handle of her hunting Dagger. Just as Zira had promised to kill her one day, Elsa promised that she would do whatever it took to protect the Pride and the Jungle. She would not walk into the Jaws of the rouge. Instead Zira will meet her dagger.

As well as anyone who threatened her family and the jungle.

Tooth gave Jim and his family a tour of the resort as she lead them to the cabin they were staying in. Walking along the path, Jim gazed out over the plaza, where some of the guests were relaxing or swimming it the pool. Last time he was here, there was barely any water in there and it looked like it hadn't been clean in months. Now that he thought about it, the whole resort looked much different from before.

Lucky came up from behind him.

"Wow, you guys have a pool here?" She said, looking up at Tooth.

"Yep, that's right." Tooth said.

"There's certainly more water in it then last time I was here." Jim commented.

"Come to think of it, the whole resort looks a lot more lively. I almost don't even recognize it."

Tooth smiled, nodding her head in agreement. While it was not to say that they didn't have business' in the past, they weren't exactly a tourist attraction. Only ever having a few guest every now and then and doing enough business' to keep the lights on. Before being involved in a cooperate espionage and the supposed rumor of the jungle spirit, people had been so eager to stay at their resort.

"Business' has really picked up since you were last here, Jim." She insisted to them.

"People have been really eager to stay at our resort. We've gotten more reservations in the past few days then we did last year."

"Really?" Kate said.

Tooth nodded her head.

"Yep, that's right." Tooth insisted to them.

"And with all the business' we've been getting we've been able to hire back some of our old staff."

"That's great, Tooth." Jim said.

"We're very happy for you." Kate proclaimed.

Tooth smiled.

"Thank you." she said.

"How did you and North managed to drum up all this business'?" Jim asked, curiously.

The question had caught Tooth off guard. Pausing for a moment as her mind scrambled to come up with an explanation. One that would not reveal the truth that they had kept so hard to keep from the eyes sifted to the side for a moment. A gesture which did not go unnoticed by Lucky and Honeymaren, who squinted her eyes to her, curiously.

"We... just uh...created a website..." Tooth said, grinning.

"Yeah... you know what they say, you need to keep with the times."

Though her answer only left both Lucky and Honeymaren even more curious. Sharing a curious glance to one another. While it was awkward to see an adult trying to be all hip and cool, the two of them couldn't help but feel there was something off.

"Anyway, why don't we get you guys settled in." Tooth said as she turned.

Tooth then suddenly bumped into a someone, knocking them to the ground. Upon turning to see who it was, she found that it was Mattias's Nephew, Darius. Sitting up over the pathway, groaning, he glanced up at Tooth. He was about the same age as Lucky, wearing a white T-shirt and a pair of Cargo shorts. Along with a tooth necklace over his neck.

"Ow." Daris said, rubbing the back of his head.

Tooth gasped.

"Oh my Goodness, Darius, I am so sorry." she apologies, helping him back up.

"Are you alright?"

Darius nodded his head.

"I'm fine." he reassured her.

"Nice going, little bro." a voice said from behind, followed back a pat on the back.

Glancing back in annoyance, Darius saw his older brother, Brandon, smirking down at him. Handing him back the book he was reading, which Darius snatched back from him. He was the same age as Honeymaren and Ryder, wearing a a blue mussel shirt and light green shorts.

"Maybe hold off on the books until your back in our cabin." he suggested to him.

"Last thing I need is Uncle Mattias on my case if you wonder off from reading."

Darius rolled his eyes.

"Yeah, yeah." he said.

Darius glanced back at Tooth.

"Sorry about that, Tooth." He said.

Tooth shook her head to him.

"Hakuna Matata, Darius. I'm actually glad I ran into you both." she said.

"I would like you guys to meet the Prescotts. They are old friends of North and I."

Darius smiled.

"Hey, It's nice to meet you." Darius said.

Lucky waved back to him

"Hi." Lucky said.

"Jim, this is Darius and his brother, Brandon. They're Mattias's nephews." Tooth said.

Honeymaren had certainly caught the eyes of Brandon, glancing to her. Honeymaren in turn looked back at him. Smiling back at her, Brandon guestured a wave of his hand to her. Honeymarn in turn smirked, rolling her eyes, amusingly.

"In fact, they are here with some of Darius's friends. Their all at the pool, hanging out." Tooth said.

Hearing there were other kids her age, Lucky glanced up at her father.

"Can I go to the pool, dad?" Lucky asked, curiously.

Jim smirked.

"Hang on, Lucky. Lets get settle in first." Jim said.

"Right this way." Tooth said as she continued down the path.

As the Prescott's followed her to their cabin, Brandon raised his hand to Honeymaren as she passed him.

"Hey, uh... need some help with your bags?" He asked.

Honeymaren paused for a moment, glancing back at him.

"Thanks, but I can carry them." she said.

"Yeah... okay... cool." Brandon said.

Darius glance up at his older brother, smirking.

"Nice one, bro." He said, sarcastically.

North pulled the Land cruiser up to the fields, where Sefu's cattle were grazing. Getting out of the jeep, North flung his rifle over his large shoulder. He then glanced back at Sefu, who got out of the back of the Land Cruiser.

"Where did you say you saw it." North asked, curiously.

Sefu pointed over at the jungle's edge.

"Over there." He said.

North nodded his head before making his way around to the back of the jeep. He then opened the tailgate, where Balto was laying.

"Balto, come!" He said.

Balto leaped out from the back of the jeep as he scurried out into the field. With their rifles in hand, North and Mattias followed after the wolf hybrid. Coming the jungle's edge, Balto suddenly paused as he sniffed the air. Catching whiff of a unfamiliar scent from the cattle's. He narrowed his head, sniffing the ground beneath his paws.

North and Mattias came up from behind.

"What is it, Boy?" Mattias asked.

Balto glanced back to them, barking. The two glanced to where Balto was sniffing, where he noticed several tracks which lead into the jungle. Looking to drag off what they could only assume to be the missing cattle. North got down over his knee, examining the tracks more closely. The Tracks resembled that of a large cat of some kind. Maybe Tiger or Leopard.

He glanced up at Mattias.

"Mattias?" He said, glancing to him.

Mattias kneeled down as he took a look at the tracks. Squinting his eyes, he examined the tracks thoroughly before coming to deduce the animal who made it.

"Lion." Mattias said, turning to him.

"Lion?" North asked.

Mattias nodded his head as he glanced up at the trail. North as well shifted his glance to the where the tracks lead.

"That can't be right. I see no other tracks." North said.

"You think it's alone?"

Mattias squinted his eyes in confusion. It was uncommon for lions to hunt alone. Usually they would be in groups. Perhaps it was a Male Lion, who searched for another Pride to make his own. But lions had usually resided in the plains to the west and would often avoid humans.

"Question is what would a lion be doing this far from the west?" Mattias said as they both stood up.

"And why would they come this close to the village? Lions Usually steer clear from humans?"

North stroked his long white beard as he pondered. It was rare for Lions to be this close to the village. The nearest Pride was all the way in the west. And they doubted that Elsa would allow one of her lions to hunt the villages cattle.

"Regardless, we should inform the rangers. We can't afford to have a lion near the resort." North proclaimed.

"Right, I'll get on the Radio with the Ranger station." Mattias said.

"Come on, Balto."

Mattias and Balto made his way back to the land cruiser. North paused for a moment, looking back at the supposed lion tracks. He then squinted his his eyes. Sifting his glance down at the claw marks over his right arm. He thought back to the time he encountered a rogue lion. The one who had marked him with his claws. Who would have killed him if it wasn't for Mattias. Even now, he could still hear it's loud roar as it pounced at him out of no where.

Looking back up at the tracks, North's gazed up at the tracks. All with the underlining fear this Lion who had taken one of Sefu's cattle, was the same who attacked him all those years ago.

Having had returned after all this time.
