Jim gave a sigh of relief at the sight of their cabin. The old cabin that he used to stay whenever he would visit the resort in the past. He almost didn't even recognize it. The cabin itself look as though it was brand new compared to when he was last here. It looked as though it had been remodeled and all.

Tooth turned back to Jim and his family.

"Here we are, guys. We reserved the your old cabin for you, Jim." She said.

"Wow, this place looks really nice." Kate commented.

Jim nodded in agreement.

"Yeah, I almost didn't recognize it" He insisted to her.

"Looks like you and North have certainly been busy."

Tooth turned back to them, smiling.

"Well of course. We've been meaning to make some changes to the resort." Tooth insisted to them.

"And now that more people are staying at our resort, we've managed to make some reinnervations."

Lucky, Honeymaren and Ryder came up the steps of the cabin's patio. All the while, they marveled at their father's old cabin. There were several chairs and a long couch which surrounded a long table. As they came into the cabin, they found two large kin sized beds at the very back of the cabin itself. Each of them covered by a netted curtain to keep the bugs out.

Along with a large desk from off to the right side of the room, a couch and arm chair off to the left of the entrance.

"Wow." Lucky said as she came up to one of the beds.

Jim and Kate came into the cabin. Pausing at the doorway for but a moment as a sense of nostalgia swept over him. Feeling as though that he was back where it had all began after so many years, as he came to step back into the cabin. Where he and Lucky's late mother had come to conduct their research on animals.

Jim took a deep breath and exhaled slowly.

"Welcome back." He said to himself.

He then glanced down at Kate, who turned up to him, smiling.

"This is going to be a new start for the Prescotts. This place will go a long way in our research." Jim proclaimed to her.

Kate smiled up at him.

"I sincerely hope so, Jim." Kate said.

"Are you sure this North will be able to help us find lions?"

"Of course he can. North and Mattias are some of the best trackers I know." Jim insisted to her.

"I guarantee they'll be able to help us with our research."

Kat smiled up to her husband. Though she still had some doubts about this place, she trusted the word of Jim. Never had he lead her a stray even once during their time together. In fact, he had often brought her to some of the most marvelous of places of Nature one had ever seen. She expected the same form this place as well.

As the two came to embrace each other, Lucky watched on in utter contempt. She frowned, turning away as she sighed. She then glanced up at her bag, she pulled out her swimsuit.

"Hey dad, I'm gonna go to the pool." she said.

"Okay, Honey. But don't wander too far off the grounds." Jim called back to her.

Lucky walked over to change in the washroom. Honeymaren and Ryder looked to over at her. Ryder glanced to Honeymaren, curiously.

"What's with her?" Ryder asked, curiously.

Honeymaren squinted her eyes to her step sister.

Elsa swung through the trees as swiftly as the apes themselves. Rage powering her muscles as she propelled herself through the trees, grabbing one vine after another. Her keen eyes scanning the jungle floor below. On the hunt for her most cunning enemy in all the jungle.

Swinging up into the canopy of a tree, Elsa paused for a moment as she scanned the jungle foliage. But still there was no sign of rouge lioness. Though that was to be expected of Zira as she had proven to be quite cunning in the past. Having to escaped from man's wraith time and time again.

But this time, Elsa would ensure that Zira would not escape from her. She would pay for her crimes against the jungle. And against man itself.

As Elsa continued to scan the foliage, it was at that moment that Bagheera leaped up onto the branch. He came up next to her.

"Do you see anything, sister?" Bagheera asked.

Elsa shook her head.

"No, no sign of her." She said.

Bagheera glanced down at the jungle floor below.

"Zira is the most cunning. She will not be so easy to find." Bagheera proclaimed to her.

Elsa's eyes shifted to the side.

"Not this time. Zira will pay for all she has done." Elsa proclaimed to him.

Bagheera turned to the wild woman. Seeing the look of anger and contempt over her expression, hearing it in her voice, the panther could see that she was out to keep watch over the jungle. Rather she was hunting Zira herself. While Bagheera would agree that finding and killing Zira would prove beneficial for the jungle, it was not the time.

"Do not let yourself be consumed by you anger. Remember, Elsa." Bagheera insisted to her.

Elsa did not respond to the Panther. Though his words were heard well by her. She knew that she must ensure that the jungle was safe from all that would bring harm to it. But to her, the only danger in the jungle that had to be dealt with was Zira herself.

"Elsa!"

Elsa turned and glanced back, where she saw Simba and Nala coming up to them. She then turned and leaped down from the tree.

"Did you find anything?" Elsa asked.

"Nothing." she said, shaking her head.

"No sign of man or the hyenas anywhere." Simba added.

"And Zira?" Elsa asked.

Simba shook his head.

"No sign of her anywhere." Simba said.

Elsa's expression turned stern at Simba news. She turned away, frowning as her enemy continued to lay in wait for her somewhere in the jungle. Waiting for her chance to strike again. But Elsa was all but determined. She would not allow Zira or anyone else to break the law of the jungle and bring about the wraith of man.

It was right at that moment that they heard Zazu call to them from above.

"Everyone, I have returned from my inspection of the northern borders." Zazu said from above.

Glancing up, they saw Zazu flying down and came perched over the branch above.

"Zazu, have you found anything?" Elsa asked, curiously.

"I'm afraid not. Everything seems to be in order from the elephants to the baboons." Zazu proclaimed to them.

"Other then those pesky vultures, not a single Hyena or Zira in sight. I am also please to report that there is no sign of man."

Elsa simply turned away, unconvinced with the news given by the majordomo. Nor was Simba or Nala convinced that the jungle was at peace at this time. Especially knowing that Zira was somewhere out there.

Bagheera leaped down from the tree above.

"Things have become too quite for my liking." The panther proclaimed.

Elsa nodded her head in agreement.

"I agree. Zira just shows up out of nowhere and declares war on the Pride." Elsa said, turning back to them.

"And then she just disappears again?"

"Something tells me that she might be up to something." Simba said.

"Maybe. But what?" Nala asked, curiously.

Elsa's gaze once more shifted to the jungle as she pondered Simba's words.

"I'm going to keep searching." Elsa said as she came over to the tree.

"Elsa, wait, I'm coming too." Nala said as she rushed to her.

Elsa turned back to her, nodding her head. The two then rushed off into the Jungle Leaving Simba, Bagheera and Zazu to watch on in worry for Elsa. Like Bagheera, Simba had noticed that Elsa seemed a lot more

"Does Elsa seem a bit...?" Simba asked, glancing to Bagheera.

"Yes, I've noticed it as well. Elsa seems determined to find Zira." The Panther insisted to her.

"After all that has happen, she has become protective of the pride and the jungle. Though I fear that is what Zira wants."

Darius's nose continue to be stuck in his book as he walked along the pool side. He was reading quite the article regarding Lions and their behavior in the wild. While it was widely known that Lions hunted in groups, they also possess the ability to problem solve as well. Just by watching another lion.

Fascinating.

"Hey!"

Darius gasped, snapping the book shut. He then turned and saw Lucky standing behind him, wearing a light blue one piece swimsuit.

"Oh, hey Lucky." He said, smiling.

"Watcha reading?" Lucky asked, gesturing to the book he had.

"Oh, ugh, just a wiki on animal behavior." Darius said, holding up his book.

"Like did you know that Lions can problem solve just by watching each other? Is that cool or what?"

While any one their age would be bewildered that such a thing would be considered 'cool'. Especially coming for someone of the same age. If it wasn't for the fact that Lucky shared the same interest in animals. She smiled in excitement, nodding her head.

"Wow, that does sounds cool." Lucky said.

Darius raised an eye brow to her, curiously.

"R- really? You into zoology too?"" she asked, curiously.

Lucky nodded her head to him.

"Yeah, I love learning about animals." Lucky insisted to him.

"No way." Darius said in amazement.

Lucky chuckled to him.

"Yeah, My dad and I traveled the world a lot studying animals. He's taught me all I know." Lucky said to him.

"Like, did you know that elephants have..."

"A unique call for humans?" They both said at the same time.

Lucky and Darius both gasped in amazement. They both had just met that day and had already found they had something in common.

"Oh my gosh, I never met another person who knew that." Lucky said.

Darias smiled as he folded his arms against his chest.

"I know what you mean. If I say anything about zoology, Kenji rolls his eyes to me and saids 'Boring'" Darius said, rolling his eyes.

Glancing at Lucky, he was met with Lucky looking confused.

"Oh, uh, right." Darrius said, rubbing the back of his head.

"Hey Darius!"

Darius then turned back and saw his friends, Kenji, Ben, Brooklyn, Yaz and Sammy over at the other end of the pool. Kenji was standing over at the edge of the pool, waving to them. Brooklyn was sitting over thee poolside chair along with Yaz, Sammy and Ben.

"Come on, lets go for a swim!" Kenji said.

"Are those your friends?" Lucky asked, curiously.

"Uh, yeah." Darius said, nodding his head.

"Come on, I'll introduce you. Just be mindful around Kenji. He can be kind of full of himself."

Kenji stretched his arms into the air as he flex. Before turning back to Darius, who was walking up with the girl he was talking to. Brooklynn, Yaz, Sammy and Ben looked up to their friend, where they noticed Lucky as well.

"Hey, Guys, this Lucky. She and her family are staying at the resort." Darius said.

"Lucky, these are my friends, Kenji, Brooklyn, Yaz, Ben and Sammy."

Lucky smiled, waving her hand to them.

"Hi, it's nice to meet you." Lucky said.

Sammy got up from her chair and came up to Lucky.

"Please to meet you, Lucky. The names Sammy." Sammy said with a southern accent.

"This is my Girl friend, Yazmina."

Yazmina raised her hand to her.

"Uh, hey." Yaz said.

"And that Ben."

Glancing over at ben, the scrawny kid with brown hair and green swim shorts, drinking his cherub juice. Only then pause as he saw everyone looking at him. Swallowing his juice, he turned to face them.

"Um... Hey. How's it going fellow teen."

Kenji turned to them, giving a sly smirk to them.

"Hey, how's it going. Names Kenji." Kenji said, snapping his fingers to her.

"Don't mean to Brag, but I'm kind of a big deal around here. My dads a new sponsor for the resort."

Brooklyn roll her eyes at Kenji. She then turned and sat up over the pool chair as she turned to face Lucky.

"Hey. Welcome to the resort. I'm..." She said.

"Brooklynn? As in from Brooklynn unboxes the world?" Lucky asked, curiously.

"No way."

Brooklynn gasped in excitement.

"Your a subscriber?" Brooklynn asked, excitedly

Sammy squealed in excitement.

"Nice to see a fellow Brooklynder." Sammy said, taking her by the hand.

"Come on, you can sit next to us."

Honeymaren was looking on at her sister from the other side of the pool. It was nice to see lucky with other kids her age. Lucky had only been around her and Ryder for the longest time. And her father before that. Traveling around the world with her parents, Lucky had never known what it was like to be around other kids.

She then sighed, glancing to the side. She then turned and came up to the poolside chair next to her brother.

"Ah, this is the life." Ryder said, placing his hands behind his head.

"Am I right, sis?"

"Um... Yeah." Honey said, her glance still directed to Lucky.

"Still can't believe that Jim's friends with the owner." Ryder said.

"You know what that means? VIP Treatment."

Honey shifted her glanced to her brother.

"Don't get any ideas, Ryder." Honeymaren said.

"What?" Ryder asked, curiously.

Honeymaren sat back in her seat as she sighed.

"Hey, Ryder. Does Lucky seem unhappy to you?" Honeymaren asked, curiously.

Ryder leaned up in his seat as he glanced over at Lucky. Seeing her talking and laughing with the other kids.

"She seems happy to me." He said, glancing to her.

"No, I mean, about, you know, Jim and... our mom." Honeymaren insisted.

Ryder turned to her.

"Oh... right." He said, glancing to the side.

"I can't help but feel she's not really on board with our parents being together." Honeymaren said.

"Honey, c'mon. Maybe your looking way too into it." Ryder said.

"Lucky might just needs some time to adjust. I mean, she just her mom. We both know what's that's like."

The mention of their late mother caused Honeymaren to turn away, frowning. Not wishing to remember what happened that day. Before they were sent to live in that orphanage.

A sudden voice snapped her from her thoughts.

"Uh, hey."

Honeymaren glanced up and saw Brandon standing in front of them, rubbing the back of his head.

"Is... that seat taken?" He asked, curiously.

Honeymaren sighed as she shook her head.

"No..." she said before getting up and walking away.

Leaving a very confused Ryder and Brandon to look on at her sudden leave.

"Why is this so hard?" Brandon asked, himself.

Ryder glanced up to him.

"Dude, I'll save you the trouble." He said.

"She's not into Guys."

Brandon glanced to him for a moment, confused at first. Though the moment or realization came with a look of awe.

"Oh." he said.

Lucky smiled as she laughed along with Darius and his friends.

"So, you guys are vacationing here too?" Lucky asked, curiously.

Sammy nodded her head to her.

"Yep, that's right. The Camp Fam sticks together." Sammy insisted to her.

"Camp fam?" Lucky asked, curiously.

"It stand for camp family." Darius said.

"We all met at Summer camp back when we were five." Yazmina said.

"And we've been together ever since." Sammy finished, placing her arm around Yazmina.

Lucky narrowed her eyes. Far be it from her to know what it was like to

"I've never been to summer camp." Lucky said.

Sammy gasped in

"No way. You've never been to summer camp." She said.

Lucky shook her head to her.

"No, It's just been me and my dad and..." Lucky said before pausing.

"My stepmom and my step bother and sister. We travel a lot, studying animals around the world."

"Oh, well, that's so cool." Darius said.

"I travel a lot with my dad all around the world. We've got our own private jet and everything." Kenji said.

"Did I mention my family is rich?"

Kenji's claims only earned him a stern glance from Darius and the others. Annoyed at his constant preaching about just how rich he was. While it was a first for Lucky, it certainly wasn't for the rest of them. And after hearing about it since the first grade, it certainly geta annoying after a while.

"Just saying." Kenji said, shrugging.

"You all seem to be getting along nicely."

Glancing back, they saw Darius's Uncle walking up to them.

"Uncle Mat!" Darius said, turning to his Uncle.

"Hey, Darius, I see you six met our new guests." Mattias said, gesturing to Lucky.

Darius glanced to Lucky, who nodded her head to her.

"Yeah, Lucky was just telling us that she and her family studies animals." Darius insisted to him.

Mattias smiled, nodding her head to them.

"That's right. The Prescott's are old friends of North and Tooth." He insisted to them.

"They used to stay with us at the resort. Even before it was... well... you know."

Darius and the other kids glanced to each other, curiously.

"Anyways, they're going to be staying with us a while. North will be helping Jim with his research." Mattias insisted to them.

"Which reminds me, you seven should meet us in the main lodge later. North wants to go over tomorrows safari with us."

"Uh, sure. We'll be there." Darius said.

Mattias nodded back to his Nephew before turning and walking back to the main lodge.

Elsa and Nala continued to search the jungle for Zira through much of the day. Even as the evening had come and the sun began to set upon the jungle itself. Leaping atop a fallen tree truck that overlooked the waterfall, Elsa came up as she gazed out over the river below. Scanning the foliage along the river banks, she spotted only a few Okapis drinking from the stream.

But still there was no sign of Zira. Much to both her relief and her frustration.

"Do you see anything?" Nala asked, curiously.

Elsa shook her head.

"No. Nothing!" Elsa said in disbelief.

The wild woman uttered a sigh as her foe continued to lie in wait from them. Nala came up behind her. Nala frowned. She then glanced up at the stars which had appeared in the evening sky.

"It's getting late. We should head back to the den." Nala proclaimed to her.

Elsa glanced back at her sister for a moment. Only to then turn forward as she gazed out over the jungle. Hesitant to abandon the search when Zira was still within their territory. But the toll of exhaustion had already set in.

"Elsa..." Nala said.

Elsa turned back to Nala. She then sighed.

"Right..." She said as she leaped down from the log.

Pausing for a moment to look back over the waterfall. Nala came up to her.

"Where is she?" she said.

Nala shook her head.

"I don't know. But there's nothing that we can do about it for now." She insisted to her.

"Lets just glad that the jungle is safe for now."

Elsa turned back to her.

"We both know the Jungle will never be safe as long as Zira is around." Elsa insisted to her.

Nala lowered her gaze. She knew well of what Elsa was saying. She remembered what had happened that day. The day when she and Elsa had first met Zira in the outlands.

"I know. But wearing ourselves down looking for her won't help." Nala proclaimed to her.

"I know your just thinking about the Pride and the Jungle. But right now, you need to rest."

Elsa narrowed her gazed for a moment. Nala came up and rubbed her head against Elsa's side.

"We're in this together. We'll stop her." Nala reassured her.

Elsa then smiled before nodding her head, lifting her gaze to her lioness sister. She was always looking out for her. Even when she was over her head.

"What would I do without you?" She said.

Nala smiled back at her.

"You'll always have me." Nala said.

As the two parted from each other, Nala turned and made her way into the jungle. Elsa glanced back for a moment before turning to follow Nala.

As the two disappeared from sight, Zira emerged from the foliage. Peering up at the cliff above, she grinned with a conniving chuckle to follow suit.

"Things are only just beginning, Elsa. War is coming to the jungle." Zira said, raising her paw.

"And just as I had promised... you will be Mine!"

With a swipe of her paw, she marked the tree's surface with her claws. Claws that would soon bear Elsa's blood, which she had longed to taste for so many years. The revenge she had sought to have would soon be hers.
