Arwen mounted her steed and looked down at the handsome man. The brown haired elf hesitated slightly before warning the man in her own tongue.

"Be careful. I am not sure who or what they are but something is lurking in the trees. They are neither wraith nor orc. However we can't be sure they mean us no harm. They may be after Frodo."

Aragorn looked at the female in mild shock. Something had been hiding away in the surrounding woodlands and he had failed to notice? His expression darkened. 'Have they been following us? If so for how long?' He grit his teeth.

"Do not worry." Arwen said, sensing the man's worries. "If they do choose to follow me then they shall not be able to keep up."

Aragorn nodded. "Arwen, ride hard. Don't look back."

The elf turned her attention to the animal she was on. "Noro lim, Asfaloth. Noro lim."

The white-grey horse took off, it's hooves digging into the dirt as it galloped away. It had precious cargo and its rider trusted the animal to deliver them safely.

"What are you doing? Those wraiths are still out there!" The brown haired elf ignored the questioning shouts that could only have come from one of the hobbits. She continued to ride as she made sure Frodo was secured in her arms.

It was a tough ride however Asfaloth's speed was beyond impressive and Arwen couldn't be more grateful for this fact. Her eyes remained focused on the area in front as she willed the white-grey horse to speed up. She knew that the wraiths weren't far behind and that if not for the horse she was currently riding the dark riders would of already caught up to them.

She glanced over her shoulder to see the dark shadows that were the wraiths chasing after them. They slowly started gaining on her and the female elf inhaled shakily as their horses screeched. A branch of a tree scraped her cheek but Arwen payed the wound no mind.

She looked back at the wraiths who seemed to be closing in on her. One reached its hand out for Frodo but its action was halted by a dark figure suddenly appearing out of nowhere and punching the shadow's steed. The female elf didn't waste any time and took advantage of the opportunity to command her horse to move faster.

"Noro lim, Asfaloth!"

Behind her the dark figure whipped out a kunai and tossed it at one of the shadows. The explosion tag attached to the weapon blew up on her command and the cloaked kunoichi raced forward to catch up to the female the shadows were running after. She narrowly dodged one of the dark knight's swords and the pinkette focused chakra into her right hand to form a chakra scalpel. She sliced into her attacker's horse and pulled out her arm before cutting off the chakra forming the scalpel. Sakura jumped into the sky as she pulled out one of her kunai with the Hiraishin seal wrapped round it. She flung it at the shadow that was the closest to the woman and transported to it when it reached the dark knight. She landed on the dark horse with a chakra enhanced kick. and flipped backwards to catch her kunai before continuing to run after the white-grey horse.

'Jeeze! These guys really do make the temperature drop!' Sakura ignored her Inner's comments as she caught up to the woman on the horse.

Arwen glanced at her, her eyes widened when she realised that Sakura wasn't one of the wraiths.

'Could this be the creature I sensed..?' She closed her eyes and shook her head. She needed to focus, the cloaked figure wasn't trying to attack and they were keeping a short distance from her and Frodo, they also seemed to be warding off the Nazgul so the elf decided to trust them, at least for the time being.

The dark riders were gaining on them and Arwen held Frodo tighter as their screeches rang through the area. The brunette turned to look at the cloaked figure but was surprised to see them gone. It was then when one of the Nazgul's horse let out a loud screech and the elven princess turned her head to see the cloaked figure fighting several of the dark knights, one of which was on fire.

The ninja ducked as one of the shadows aimed to behead her. She did a back hand spring only to have one of the knights appear behind her with their sword raised, ready to strike her. The pinkette quickly moved out of the way and lifted her left foot up, off the ground. She gathered chakra into her leg and as she brought her foot down onto the ground she released the energy. The ground reverberated and crumbled as dust flew up into the air, momentarily masking the Nazguls and the cloaked figure from Arwen's sight.

The elf's eyes widened and she turned her head to face the land in front of her. She was almost at the river, she mustn't get distracted when she was so close to safety. She mentally wished the mysterious creature good luck before urging her stead to speed up.

She crossed the river and took a moment to turn around on the horse she was on. She waited a moment and just as she was about to turn around again the cloak figure dashed across the river in a blur of black. Arwen looked at them before looking back to the other side of the river when she heard the familiar, bone chilling sound of the wraiths approaching.

They stopped on the other side of the river and the elf took in the several indents in their armour. She had a feeling the figure was the cause of the damage the dark knight's had suffered and hid a smirk. One of them spoke in their raspy voice.

"Give up the halfling, She-Elf."

Arwen drew her blade. "If you want him, come and claim him."

In sync the dark knights all unsheathed their blades before charging at the brown haired elf.

Sakura, who was confused about what they were saying, bent her knees, ready to speed into action. Just as she was preparing to charge at the shadows the brunette started talking in the elegant tounge she had been when Sakura first saw her.

"Nin O Chithaeglir, lasto beth daer. Rimmo nin Bruinen dan in Ulaer." She closed her eyes as she repeated the chant. "Nin o Chithaeglir, lasto beth daier. Rimmo nin Bruinen dan in Ulaer."

Sakura stood up straight as the rushing sound of quickly flowing water met her sensitive ears. The shadows seemed to recoil and they desperately tried to run away from the water that had formed into a stampede of horses. They were not fast enough to escape from the waves though and they were washed away, further down the river.

'Adding water horses to the list of their weaknesses.. it's right below fire..'

Sakura nodded her head. 'Noted..' She was staring towards where the shadows had been pushed to by the water, her mouth was parted slightly and she was trying to get over what had just happened.

'Outer, shannaro! We need to get going lest the woman start asking questions..' Sakura blinked before shunshining away from the elegant woman.

A/N: Hello! Hmm.. want to see what happened when Arwen left Sakura to deal with the Nazgul on her own? Meh, I'll show you either way..

The cloud of dust dissipated, revealing the damaged area. The shadows seemed to pause for a moment to examine their surroundings and analyse the damage of which a single stomp of the pinkette's foot dealt. Trees had been uprooted and the ground had divided, creating multiple crevices. Their surroundings had been completely demolished, it was shocking that they hadn't fallen off their horses and even more surprising that none of them had accidentally fallen into any of the crevices.

Taking advantage of the fact that they had lowered their guard, Sakura punched the shadow closest to her in the chest, the dark creature flew back, crashing into a tree. Its horse reared, racing over to its rider who had a large dent in their chestplate. Her attack alerted the other knights and they were reminded of the fact that they were still in a fight. Two came at her and Sakura ducked under their horses before jumping and dropping an axe kick onto one of their heads. The pinkette spun around and kicked the other shadow in the side, successfully knocking them off their horse. The dark knight crashed into the shadow whom was still dazed from the kick Sakura had sent to their head and the two of them fell to the ground.

The emerald eyed seventeen year old then dashed over to the next two punching one straight off their horse. The other swiped at her with their sword and Sakura swiftly dodged. She formed a series of handsigns before holding one of her hands up to her mouth as a fire ball escaped her lips. She smirked as the dark rider howled in pain. She had done the same jutsu to one of the other shadows before the pretty female had galloped off. It proved useful however Sakura wasn't sure if it was lethal to the dark knights.

Two more of the knights came at her and Sakura backflipped over their heads. Just as she landed behind them a third snuck up behind her and attempted to swipe at her using their sword. The pinkette narrowly dodged by falling back into a bridge. Her eyes narrowed and she kicked up, kicking the horses side using chakra. The animal and its rider flew off but Sakura didn't have time to take a breather before the two riders from before came at her with both their swords raised in the air.

She got out two of her kunai and held back their swords with the blades. A bead of sweat rolled down her face as she held off the two dark riders. The heavy sound of hooves behind her told the pinkette that a shadow was approaching her. She exhaled through her nose in annoyance as she took a moment to figure out what to do.

She bit her lip, three options. Drop her kunai and use a jutsu that will help her out probably either henge, kawarimi, shadow clone jutsu or shunshin. Or she could drop one kunai and fish out one of her kunai that had the Hiraishin seal wrapped round it, throw it and then transport to it. The final option she had come up with was to only use one kunai to hold back the two shadows' swords and fend off the third shadow using the other kunai.

She sighed as she made up her mind. dropping both of her kunai, the pinkette dropped into a crouch ran her hands through a series of signs. The third shadow's sword pierced her body and their was a poof of smoke. The smoke cleared, revealing a log of wood lying innocently on the ground. The dark knight pulled their sword out of the wood and looked around for the pinkette. They turned around on their horse only to be met with a punch to the black hole that was their face. The two other wraiths got knocked off their steads by another Sakura who was equipped with a tree.

The second pinkette saluted to the original before tossing the tree over to her and dismissing herself. The teenager stepped back, allowing the tree to fall uselessly to the ground. The only downside to the whole tree- weapon thing was that by uprooting the tree she killing it. The kunoichi sighed when she noticed that the wraiths were mounting their horses. She inhaled deeply as she sent chakra to her feet. The medic then sprinted off in the direction the woman holding the blue eyed shortie had gone.
