"Inferno and Its Ruler"
Bayonetta and Phantom entered the palace of Inferno and a demon spoke "What!? Humans!? What bring two humans of flesh and blood to this place?" the demon asked.
"We came to pick up a friend. It's almost her curfew." Bayonetta said.
"A friend? Ah, the witch. Alas, she has been devoured." the demon said.
"Such a exquisite soul. And so fresh. Such a delicacy." the demon said.
"That's very creepy to say out loud." Phantom said.
"Be gone, humans. Your trespass, namely damaging my palace, shall be overlooked if you two remove yourselves from this place immediately." the demon warned them
"Too bad there is no escape from Inferno." she said.
Bayonetta summoned Madama Butterfly and trashed the place "Are you still going to forgive us our tresoasses now? What are you going to do without your precious palace?" Bayonetta taunted.
"Yeah." Phantom said.
"You are an Umbra Witch as well!? And you you have an honorary Umbra warrior!? And your pact is with Madama Butterfly!?" the demon asked.
"At last, we meet, Madama Butterfly! Not even the passing millennia have quenched my hatred for you!" the demon said.
"Good thing the three of us and girls and one boy enjoy a good cat fight." Bayonetta said.
The demon appeared before them her name was Alraune "Madama Butterfly, oh how I've longed for the day to see you suffer at my hands. This shall be the final day of your existence!" Alraune said.
"I don't know what you did to piss her off, but whatever it was... Nice." Bayonetta commented.
The three battled Phantom lost his weapons so he resorted to fist fight. Being in Inferno has changed him as like before he seemed bloodthirsty as he started to bit into his enemy's fresh.
The two defeated her but Alraune transformed into a monster version of herself "Enough games! Had you cried for mercy, you may have lived, but now nothing but your last breath awaits you!" Alraune said.
Bayonetta saw Jeanne's soul inside Alraune "Jeanne!" both Bayonetta and Phantom said.
"I can feel myself growing stronger and stronger. That's soul's nutrition is absolutely magnificent!" Alraune said.
"I feel like I could become the queen of this realm!" she said.
Bayonetta dance to taunt her before aiming her guns "Then this is going to be a bloody coronation." Bayonetta said.
"Now release my Umbran sister!" Bayonetta vow to get her clan sister back.
The two battle Alraune. Phantom began tearing into Alraune's body something that set Bayonetta uneasy. Once they were done weakening Alraune Bayonetta summons Madama Butterfly's hand and grabbed Jeanne's soul and brought her to them. Jeanne wouldn't wake up Bayonetta prepared to kill Alraune but was stopped by Rodin "Damn, woman, I thought I told you to chill." Rodin said.
"You wouldn't be chill after all this demon put us through." Phantom said.
"You got more important shit to do than dealin' with this monstrosity." Rodin said.
Bayonetta placed Jeanne's watch on her chest "Jeanne, get up. You're going to be late." Bayonetta tried waking her friend up but nothing happened.
"Jeanne! It's time! Get up!" Bayonetta tried again.
Phantom put his hands on his head and began to cry worried for his friend "Please, Jeanne! Wake up!" Bayonetta feared she was too late to save her best friend.
A bright light appeared from Jeanne and she moaned "Jeanne!" Bayonetta said.
"Cereza?" Jeanne asked.
Phantom wiped his tears "What do you need, a wake-up kiss or something?" Bayonetta asked.
"I be down to see that." Phantom said.
"You never were much of a morning person, were you?" Bayonetta teased.
Jeanne looked around "This... But this is..." Jeanne said.
She soon realized where they were "Cereza, you came here t... to rescue me? Are you insane?" Jeanne asked.
"You took the words right out of my mouth." Bayonetta said.
"We leave no witch behind." Phantom said.
Bayonetta was glad to see Phantom was back to his old self. She gave her hand to Jeanne "Let's go." she said.
Jeanne grabs her hand and is pulled up sparkles begin appear from Jeanne "What's happening?" Jeanne asked.
"You need to get back to your body. And get some rest, too." Bayonetta said.
Jeanne began floating back to the human world "Be careful, Cereza. Something... Something big is going to happen to our world." Jeanne warned Cereza.
"We know. Just go home. And no stopping or turning around along the way!" Bayonetta said.
Rodin transformed Alraune into a new weapon Alruna. Bayonetta saw Balder and Loki were fighting each other. With no time to lose Bayonetta summoned a demon and she and Phantom raced to save Loki.
