"Does this look alright?" Tina asked her mom, stepping out of the dressing room.
"Oh honey it's gorgeous!" Linda said with tears in her eyes and her hands clasped over her heart.
Tina was wearing a thinly layered white wedding dress, with violets on her wrists and in her hair attached to a thin vail that reached her chest. She wore black leather dress shoes with a dark purple bow in the center.
"You look like purple threw up" Louise said.
Tina was frantic, she started to bite her nails but stopped when she tasted the half dried purple paint on her fingertips.
"Oh god this is already going horribly!" Tina groaned and sat down on the bench outside the dressing room.
"Tina, it's okay" Linda reassured, putting an arm around her daughter. "It's just pre-wedding stress, you're gonna be fine."
Tina turned to her mom with a strained smile as Linda started to get up. "We'll leave you alone now" she said. "You need time to rest before your big day! Aaaa I can't wait!"
With that, Tina's mother and sister were gone. Tina sighed, trying not to worry too much.
