Chapter 1

A young man walked down the road with shops around him. People jumped out of his way in fear. Everyone knew who he was but no one would stop him.

Henry Hook, Son of Captain James hook.

The boy was 16 and hansom but crazy. He would either laugh with you or cut you with his hook while smiling at you. He cared for no one but three people.

One of the people he cared about was his captain, 16-year-old Uma. Daughter of Ursula, Uma had an attitude that would make grown men quake. Harry was her 2nd in command and best friend.

The second person was 16-year-old Gil, son of Gaston. The boy was a complete idiot but he was loyal to a fault. The boy would do anything Uma and Harry told him even though his mouth got him in trouble a lot. Gaston was not known to have smart children so the two couldn't hold it against Gil.

The last person was the person that Harry loved even more than his captain. He had been the first to hold her when she was born. He had raised her and taught her what she knew. This person was his baby sister, Maddie. Maddie was now 9 years old. She was spunky and sweet. Harry protected her as best as possible from the horror of living on the isle but not everything could be stopped.

Uma, Harry and Gil were known as the toughest group ever since Mal and her crew left. Everyone knew to stay out of their way. If they wanted something than they got it.

Harry stopped and held up a scarf from a stand. It was a deep purple with silver stars on it. The boy held it up and studied it before smirking at the woman standing there. He stuffed the scarf in his jacket pocket and continued walking down the road with the woman huffing at him.

He walked toward his destination with a smirk on his face.

Ursula's Fish and Chip Shop

The center location where the pirate crew of Uma lived and hung out. Harry noticed a woman sitting there fishing. He reached into the bucket and pulled out a string with several fish. He smirked at the woman before walking into the shop.

Looking around he smirked. This was home. He placed his sword in the holder before walking down the steps and handing the fish to a waitress. He jerked one of the crew off his chair to use as a stepstool to step on the table and over to the other side. His sister was sitting there eating an apple with her eyes on the screen while avoiding the parts of the apple that was rotting away.

Harry grabbed his sister's hand and moved it over so he could take a bite. Maddie laughed and shoved her brother away as he smirked at her.

Just then Uma showed up and dumped a tray on the table. She glared at the tv and threw a piece of fish at it when Mal appeared.

"Poser" She yelled.

"Traitor" Harry scoffed.

Uma huffed. "Hello?"

The rest of the crew started scoffing and threw food at the screen except for Gil.

Maddie threw her apple at the tv while sticking her tongue out. Harry reached out and grabbed her tongue with a smirk as her sister whined with a frown. Harry let go and moved toward the tv.

"Oh, I would love to wipe the smiles off their faces." He said with a grin while running his hand through some food caught on the tv. "You know what I mean?"

Uma huffed before turning to Gil. "Gil?"

Gil looked up at Uma confused. Maddie giggled at his face.

Uma frowned. "You wanna quit choking down yolks and get with the program?"

Gil swallowed and nodded his head. "Yeah, what they said."

Uma turned away with a hug. "That little traitor who left us in the dark."

Harry held up a piece of fish. "Who turned her back on evil."

Gil stood up to get more food. "Who said you weren't big or bad enough to be in her gang."

Everyone turned to stare at Gil with shocked looks. Maddie started shaking her hands trying to get Gil's attention and mouthing the word no. Gil doesn't pay attention.

Gil looks at the others confused as he continues to run his mouth. "Back when we were kids. Come on, you guys remember. She called her shrimpy and the name just kind of…stuck."

Maddie dropped her head in her hands. Gil was in for it now. Harry went to take a step forward but Uma stopped him.

Uma turned to Harry. "That snooty little witch who took everything she wanted and left me nothing."

Gil picked up a fish and proceeded to shove his foot further in his mouth while Maddie watched in horror. Her brother was going to kill Gil.

"No, she left you that sandbox and then she said that you could have the shrimp…." Gil said.

Uma turned and slammed her hand on the table. "I need you to stop talking."

Harry huffed. "Look, we have her turf now. They can stay in bore-adon…"

Uma snarled and pointed at the tv. "Harry, that's her turf now and I want it too."

The girl turned off the tv with a huff. She leaned forward on the table in anger. "We should not be getting her leftovers."

"Why did they get chosen to go there, Uma?" Maddie asked.

Uma, Harry, Gil turned to look at the 9-year-old girl sitting on the table watching them.

The three pirates still remembered that day when the four losers left the island.

FLASHBACK - 7 Months ago

8-year-old Maddie giggled as she watched her brother, Harry, put the finishing touches to his graffiti hook art on the wall.

Maddie tensed as an arm came around her shoulder. She glanced up to look at Gil.

Gil smirked down at the young 8-year-old. Maddie was as important to him as Uma and Harry were. She was the little sister he did not have.

"It's your turn little sister." Harry said.

Gil grabbed the girl under her arms and lifted her onto his shoulders. He walked over to Harry smirking. This was Maddie's first time placing her mark with theirs. Harry handed Maddie a can of pink and silver spray paint cans.

Maddie focused on her place on the wall. She sprayed a pink star on the wall with a silver hook in the middle of it. It was different from Harry's trademark hook, but it showed that she was a daughter of Captain Hook.

The four stepped back to stare at the marks on the wall.

Suddenly a group of children ran by them shouting.

"It's from Auradon. They were chosen by King Ben to be the first ones." A child yelled.

The four glanced between each other before taking off to see what was going on. The four made it to the bridge to see a black limousine waiting.

Uma gasped as she saw Jay, Evie, Carlos, and Mal get into the vehicle. She grabbed a woman standing by watching.

"What is going on? Where are they going?" She demanded.

"King Ben invited them to leave the Isle and attend a school in Auradon." She exclaimed.

"Harry. Uma"

Harry and Uma turned and looked at the younger girl. Maddie looked confused and hurt. "Why do they get to go and not us? Are we not good enough to go?"

Harry pulled his sister into his chest and wrapped his arms around her as a tear started to fall. It would not be good if any other villain kid saw his little sister cry.

Uma frowned. She had never been so angry. "They are going to regret this. I swear they will."

END FLASHBACK

Uma and Harry never did answer the girl's question and they would not do it now. There was no point in trying to explain it to a 9-year-old why she might not have been chosen.

Uma sat forward with a frown. "Son and daughter of Hook, Son of Gaston and Me, most of all, daughter of Ursula. What's my name?"

Uma turned to Harry. The boy smirked with a smile. "Uma."

"What's my name?" She said turning to Maddie. The girl's face lit up. "UMA" She yelled.

Harry grabbed Maddie and moved her out of the way. "Stay." He said.

Maddie smiled and nodded her head. She never disobeyed her brother.

Maddie smiled big as she watched the other pirates dance. The 9-year-old wanted to grow up and be just like her captain and brother. She would be as cool as those two. They were amazing. Gil walked over and joined Maddie as they watched the others dance.

Maddie giggled as Harry motioned Maddie to join him. She ran over and Harry placed her at the feet of Uma. The older girl reached down and ran a hand across the girl's forehead moving her hair away from her face.

This was Uma's crew from her first mate Harry to her cabin girl, Maddie. They were hers and everyone would know their names.

Everyone's eyes widened as suddenly a long tentacle flew out. One of the female pirates grabbed Maddie and yanked her out of the way. Maddie clung to the girl in fear. Ursula was one parent who believed she had the right to lash out at any child who got in her way even if it was not her own kid.

"SHUT YOUR CLAM." Ursula screamed from the back.

Uma huffed. "MOM!"

"THESE DISHES ARENT GOING TO WASH THEMSELVE. GET TO IT." Ursula yelled.

Uma huffed and assured the crew who were waiting for her command. "It's fine. It's fine. Because when I get my chance to rain down the evil on Auradon, I will take it."

Uma pulled Maddie up on the stage with her. "There gonna forget that girl. And remember the name…"

Gil called out happily. "Shrimpy!"

Maddie shook her head as irritated looks crossed everyone else's face. Gil really did not have many brain cells working.

Uma gave Harry a look who gave Gil a look. The boy signed and nodded his head. This was not the first time Gil had opened his mouth and said something stupid resulting in him being sent outside.

Harry walked Gil outside and forced him to sit outside the shop.

The pirate kid walked in with a nod.

"GIRL, COME WASH THESE DISHES." Ursula yelled out to her daughter.

Uma huffed and yelled. "OK MOTHER."

Maddie smiled and hugged the girl, "I'll help Uma. We'll get it done faster."

Uma smiled "yeah. Come on, Brat."

The two disappeared in the back while the others sat down waiting for orders. It was just a normal day of the isle of the lost.
