Concept:As a fan of Amphibia, I always enjoyed the humor and camaraderie of the characters, and the dynamic brought on by their dialogue, gestures, and situational outcomes. However, while the series does show the dangers Anne, Sasha, and Marcy (and their friends) faced and finding ways to service in a frog-populated world, I thought of an idea where what if they didn't get isekai'd to another world, but what if their world simply ended. You know, like, what if the music box creaked some kind of quantum chain reaction that brought something to Earth, resulting in a cosmic horror-esque apocalypse? Not only would the girls have to figure out how to survive, significantly when the world they knew is forever changed, but they would also have to face threats much worse than in the show. Not cute and easily handled, but something that requires all five senses and brain power to outsmart and fight.

That's when I remembered Howard Phillips Lovecraft and his portrayal of the end of days. The thought of some otherworldly, extraterrestrial threat coming to Earth and reflecting the insignificance of humanity was quite haunting. However, instead of going on the route of nihilism and hopelessness, there would still be hope, and it wouldn't be shocking for humanity (at least our governments) to have contingency plans to handle such a threat. And since the girls would have those calamity powers, it would be useful against such monstrosities. Don't worry. Anne, Sasha, and Marcy would still have them. Those teenage girls wouldn't survive in such a hellscape without them. Outside of Lovecraft, I was also inspired by my comic book reading, particularly the Capepunk variants like Warren Ellis, Robert Kirkman, Rick Veitch, and Peter Clines. That's where the "Monstrous superhumans" come in and since the girls (or at least Anne) faced against the U.S. Government, it would be an excellent way to connect the dots and have them run into a remnant of the government itself, or something like that.

There was also adding some elements to Fallout, such as having gangs of Bandits periodically harassing the main characters and communities, weapons looking like they were patched together with driftwood and tuck tape (Sasha will be using a rocket-powered sledgehammer to substitute Barrel's Hammer), and the Pripyat-style abandoned cities and towns that would litter the environment. Lastly, other than Amphibia I had ideas of stretching the world-building, possibly making appearances of other cartoon characters like Steven Universe and Gravity Falls, and then showing how they respectively handled the apocalypse. Anyways, that's the entire concept idea, and much more will be added later.
