We've been walking for a long time and I don't know how long I can make it. I was getting a bit tired. My legs are hurting from all of that walking. I can't give up. Just as I took another step, my legs gave away, but I was saved by Aladar's neck. He must've noticed it. I looked at him and sighed.

I then said to him, "Sorry, I hate being weak and I'm really different." Aladar understood it and he offered me a ride. I got up on his back and kept my balance in place. I can't believe that I am riding a dinosaur! Then I heard Suri. She was still upset about loosing her own. I can't say that I felt so sorry for them.

Aladar and his family are homeless. They have nowhere else to go. I have to help them somehow. Then I saw something, but it went away fast. Aladar asked if we saw it. Zini said that he saw it and Suri said she did too.

Whatever it was, it went away fast. Pilo asked where did it go and Aladar answered he doesn't know and suggested that we should go see. Yar doesn't think so and said that we should leave it alone. I shushed him and said, "Not so loud, that creature would hear us." Yar then said that it was scaring Suri.

Suri told him that it's not. Aladar then said to be quiet. Then we saw the creature, but to me, I know what it is. That's a velociraptor. I then saw that there's another one before I realized that we were surrounded.

I got off of Aladar's back and started to throw rocks. The raptors at once know what I am. I then realized that there's no way out. We started to run.

I ran as fast as I can. Then I heard Pilo saying, "Aladar, Annie, they're stopping." I turned back and realized that she is right. They're leaving. I noticed that something must've scared them. What was it?

Then Aladar and I took notice of something big coming. I got out of the way and shouted, "Aladar look out!" However it was too late. He was knocked down. Then I heard a rough voice shouting to Aladar, "STAY OUT OF MY WAY!" I almost tripped and I kept my balance. I then heard another shout, "YOU HEARD KRON, MOVE IT!"

Aladar then told me to stay close to him. There were so many dinosaurs that we're seeing even though the sand storm is in our way. I saw Aladar looking down at the hatchlings and there was a female iguanodon passing by and Aladar was about to bump her!

I shouted, "Aladar watch out!" However I was a little too late. He bumped right into the female iguanodon. She then said, "Watch it." Aladar looked at her in shock. If I had to ask, I think he hasn't seen any dinosaur like her before. Then I heard another noise and got my eyes wide.

It was a pachyrhinosaurus! It smashed Aladar to the ground. I rushed to help him. Then I heard a whale like bellow and got my eyes wide. It almost like some sort of a longneck dinosaur. It walked right under us. We didn't get squished.

Then I heard a voice that said, "Walking backwards huh? Well let me know if that gets you any faster. Keep those little legs movin', Url, or you'll get left behind." Then when the dust settled, I got my eyes wide. There's a whole herd out there!

I can't believe it. Then I heard a growl. I turned around and saw the velociraptors! They're back! Then Aladar and I headed for the herd. We stopped to catch our breath. I then said to myself, "That's close, we lost them." I then heard a loud noise. The herd started to move.

It's like they're going to rest for the night, that's a good thing. Then I heard a brachiosaurus talking to the styracosaurus, "Oh Eema, I wish we're at your nesting grounds now. All of this pushing and shoving about, just for a place to sleep. I'm not used to this kind of behavior."

I slowly walked up to them and said, "Uh, excuse me." That startled the styracosaurus. Aladar was with me when I walked up to them.

Aladar said, "Oh sorry about that, it's just that we overheard you talking and um…" He didn't finish when he and I saw an ankylosaurus dropping a rock at his feet. I got confused at this.

It was acting like a dog. That's strange to me. The styracosaurus then said "Well my word. Look at Url. He doesn't normally warm up to strangers so fast." I started to freak out a bit. I looked and saw the brachiosaurus sniffing the lemurs and snorted and said, "What an unfortunate blemish"

I turned into another direction so I won't gain it's attention. This is neat to see a real life herd. I wonder where they're heading to, the nesting grounds? That's the question in my mind. I then felt air coming up from me and got confused. I looked up and got started, it was the elder brachiosaurus. I then said, "Hey, what do you think you're doing?"

That sort of surprised the elder brachiosaurus and she said, "Well I'll live and breath, a real human. I thought I would never live to see another human." The elder styracosaurus then said something about a mud path.

That sort of upset Yar and he felt offended and I think he also scared her. Aladar introduced himself and his family and I said, "I think my name's Annie, but seeing you is like giving me some doubts." Aladar then said that we're all that's left and the brachiosaurus felt sorry for us and she said, "Oh my dear, I'm so sorry."

The styracosaurus I believe named Eema then said to us, "Baylene's the last of her kind. Finding stragglers like her all along the way." I then asked out of curiosity, "Uh by any chance, you wouldn't happen to head to this nesting grounds would you?"

Eema nodded her head and Pilo said, "I heard you say something about nesting grounds?" Eema answered her, "It is the most beautiful place there is child. It's where the herd goes to have their babies."

Then she turned to me and said with an amazed look, "Well I'll live and breathe, a real live human." I got my eyes wide in surprise. I asked her, "You've seen one before have you?" She nodded her head yes.

Then they told us that they were been driving mercifully by the herd's leader named Kron. I can't believe it. I think this Kron should really slow down for them. Then we saw three dinosaurs, none of them dared to bother to say excuse me.

I then said, "How rude is that? He is showing no manners at all." Aladar asked, "What's his problem? Eema then said to us, "That's him honey, Kron." Oh so that's Kron. I saw Aladar going up to Kron. I slowly walked up to him until I got spotted by the brown iguanodon. I gasped and froze. Kron took a turn to take a look at me.

I gulped nervously as he got up closer to me. He had a good strong look at me and said, "I've seen creatures like you before. You must be one of those humans? Who are you?" I nervously said, "Uh I'm Annie sir."

Aladar then said to him that I"m with him. Kron looked at me again and said, "Better watch your back girl, you would be trouble, but I'll keep my eyes on you." I gulped nervously when he said that.

I then saw a female iguanodon and she said, "Don't worry, I won't let my brother get to you. I won't even let him harm you and tell him to go easy on you since I know you're human." I've never seen any dinosaur like her before. She must be different from her brother. I then learned her name is Neera. That must sound like a nice name to me.

I sighed and said, "Well I just hope that we would be safe in this herd away from the raptors." Eema then said to me and Aladar, "Well you just consider yourself lucky, that's all that's following us." I sighed and said, "Well I hope that it would remain that way for a while. Let's just hope that it remains that way."

Night fell, I settled down in a spot that is not too far from my friends. I wanted to give them space. I laid down and hoped that I will find my way home somehow. Then I went to sleep.

I will find a way to get back home.
