Izumi smiled at the memory. Last few days have been fun for the new father-daughter duo. Inko approved of the relationship. Izumi and Tommy decided to keep his secret between themselves. Her thoughts came to abrupt halt when she heard a scream.

Present

Izumi ran towards the scream without any hesitation to help anyone she can. While running she put on her glasses that connected to ATHENA and her earpiece to communicate with her. She also took out her web shooters and attached to her wrists. She also put some web grenades in her pant pockets. She also took out her electrified batons and put it behind her on her belt to hide it from the view of assaulters.

"Athena, any hero or police officers nearby?", asked Izumi her AI.

"No Ma'am, there has been a villain attack reported at another part of the district and all heroes and police in the area are called to the scene", came the voice of ATHENA through the earpiece.

'Fuck, I've to do it myself' thought Izumi.

"Ok, Athena activate hero mode", said Izumi to Athena. The Hero mode is a program she added in the code of Athena that hacks nearby cameras to cover her blindspots. It also got frequency of the police chatters to find crime easily. The glasses started to show the information needed.

She arrived at the alleyway from where she heard the scream, she saw that a girl her age who had a black ravenette hair was cornered by six thugs who were converging with not so good intentions. She also saw that people are ignoring it and are waiting for a hero to come and save that hero. She was disgusted by this and the law created.

She quietly walked into the alley. She was few feet from them when she put her finger to her lips to quiet down the girl who saw her to keep herself unnoticed by the thugs. Izumi went down to her knees and rolled one of the web grenades towards the outer thugs and took a step back and hid in the shadows.

One of the thugs saw the grenade near its feet and picked it up when it exploded and took him and the thug nearby threw them to the wall where they were stuck by the chemically created web. They were knocked out completely.

"Who is there?!", asked one of the remaining four thugs.

Izumi shot webs from the web shooter and pulled thug nearest to her towards her. When he was in her range she punched him in the jaw and with the flow of moment she took out her baton which started to give of electric current at the end which she pressed against the thug body while pushing him down. The thug was knocked out due to his head hitting the pavement and being tased. She then stuck him to the ground using the web from her web shooters.

Izumi walked out of the shadows and took out the other baton from behind and took her stance ready to fight.

"Get her", said the lead thug. The remaining two thugs ran at her.

Izumi tensed ready to fight. When the one in lead sent a punch towards her, she side-stepped it and tripped him. While he was falling, she hit him with the baton and tased him. She could not completely knock him out as she had to jump back from few thorns shot towards from the second thug. She threw another web grenade at him which he avoided but hit the thug who was trying to stand up who now was stuck to the ground covered in web fluid. She then charged towards the thorn guy and got within his guard where she kneed his nuts then hit his jaw with the part of baton which was not electrified. He hit the pavement hard on his back then he was hit with the electricity of the baton which knocked him out. Izumi then stuck him to the ground with the web.

"Back away or I will kill her.", said the last thug who had turned his hand into a blade and kept it at the girl's throat. Izumi knew she have to be careful or else the girl will get injured. She backed away a bit.

"Put your weapons down.", demanded the thug. Izumi slowly bent down to put her batons on the ground. While standing up she took out an experimental shuriken, that remotely allow her to shoot webs at command, discreetly and put behind her palm.

"Roll it forwards and back away.", yelled the thug. Izumi backed away slowly while keeping her hands raised up.

"Ma'am, the police have been informed and they are on the way. They will be here in ten minutes.", said Athena suddenly in her earpiece.

When the thug relaxed the blade from the throat, Izumi suddenly threw the shuriken at the thug which passed him and stuck at the wall. "You missed", said thug.

For the first time in the whole exchange, Izumi spoke with the last part barely a whisper, "Did I? Athena now." Thug was first confused and then suddenly was jerked back towards the wall where the shuriken was stuck. When he hit the wall he was covered in the web. Izumi ran towards the girl and caught her before she fell to the floor.

"Are you okay?", Izumi asked.

"Yeah, I am", said the girl.

They sat in silence with the girl soaking up the warmth of Izumi's body who did not mind at all. Izumi continued to comfort the girl.

"What's your name miss?", asked the girl to Izumi.

"Izumi Midoriya", replied Izumi.

"Momo Yaoyorozu"

"Nice to meet you, Yaoyorozu-san", said Izumi giving a smile to Momo.

"Same here, Midoriya-san", replied Momo smiling back at the girl who saved her.

The police arrived at the scene after five minutes. They started to take the thugs that where around the ground and took the girls for questioning.

Few hours later

Last few hours have been a whirlwind where they were questioned. Izumi was nearly charged for vigilantism but due to her not using any quirk she could not be charged as she used only tech. She did not say that she was quirkless she redirected it by saying that she did not use any quirk.

During the process there parents were called, where Momo's parent thanked her over and over for saving their daughter. Izumi just waved it off by saying that anyone would have done it. Tommy, who was there instead of Inko who could not come due to her being busy with a job, was proud of her for saving another person without any hesitation.

After everything was over, the group of five people walked out of the station feeling exhausted by the process.

"Midoriya-san?", said Momo suddenly.

"Yes?", asked Izumi.

"Can we be friends?", asked Momo hesitantly.

"Ofcourse", was the reply.

"Then you can call me Momo", replied Momo enthusiastically, thrusting her hand forward for a handshake.

"If that is the case, then you have to call me Izumi", replied Izumi matching the enthusiasm while shaking the hands which started a beautiful friendship between the two.
