Four years later
The last four years has been a blast for both Momo and Izumi. There friendship grew with each day. They pretty much hangout with each other as much as possible. Momo also joined Izumi in her physical fitness exercises and learning martial arts after seeing the usefulness of it in a fight showcased by Izumi on the day they met.
Momo was inspired by Izumi after learning about her life and struggle to become one of the best martial artist in the world. She considered herself smart but Izumi made her look like a schoolkid. Sometimes Momo thought that Izumi had a super computer in her brain or had an intelligence enhancing quirk. When she saw the inventions Izumi had created had made her stunned. An AI, a running and actual cold fusion reactor, chemically created spider webs with more power and tensile strength, electric detachable bo-staff, etc. It was just too much for her sometimes.
Izumi had a fun and hectic four years. She had already completed her academic goals with seven PhD's on her name which she intended to earn including quirk science. There were many highlights of past few years.
(A/N: Below are few flashbacks of the important highlights of the past few years.)
Flashback 1
It has been few months since the attempted assault of Momo. Izumi was currently travelling with Momo in her family limousine towards Yaoyorozu's family home to spend time goofing around. When Izumi found out that her friend was super rich, she was shocked at first but then nonchalantly told Momo that it did not matter as she was her friend first.
They have been chatting and Izumi helping Momo with her homework in the living room of the house when they were joined by Momo's dad whose name was Hikari. He looked at them where they were studying. He had always been grateful that Izumi had been there to save his precious daughter from getting assaulted. But he did not know that much about her. So, today he would be going to get some insights on her.
"So, Izumi which school do you go to?", asked Hikari after getting both of their attention away from their homework.
"Oh well, I am homeschooled and before you ask I am studying masters level material in various subjects of my interest.", replied Izumi which stunned both Hikari and Momo. They did not think they had a prodigy sitting infront of them.
"Okay, umm...", said Hikari unable to form any words after hearing that his daughter's savior who is of the same age is studying master level material.
"What is your quirk?", Momo asked suddenly gaining the interest of her father who was very much curious to know after hearing about the level of education at which Izumi is and how she fought of the fighters.
"I won't say it but I will give you three guess", said Izumi cheekily.
Momo says that she has a intelligent enhancing quirk which Izumi denies. Hikari says a body enhancement quirk as he had seen the security camera video of the alley way fight which Izumi again denied. For the last guess they thought it was kind of quirk which allows her to learn anything she wants to learn faster. Izumi told them no again.
"Even not that, then it is either you have multiple quirks which I don't think it is as highly influential people would have known especially Hero commission or you are quirkless so which is it?", asked Hikari with frustration clearly visible.
"Okay, I am quirkless", says Izumi seriously without any emotion present.
It shocks them a bit but then they laugh thinking it was a joke but after seeing her not saying anything or laughing they understood it was serious. They just opened and closed their mouths unable to form words. The girl was monster if all she has done is done without any power.
They asked her how she was than that intelligent and good at fighting. She then told them how much hard work she put to get to the level she was at. Her training which can be considered borderline cruel but it was not. She told them what she was studying and was an inventor of sorts. She told them everything about her life up till that minute. She told them about her dream of being a hero.
Hikaru was impressed by the girl who did not let her quirklessness slow her down and continued to push through to become best at everything she could. He was also was intrigued by what she meant by being an inventor as his company was a support company which provided support items for heroes.
Momo was also impressed by her friend and was inspired to do better than she already did. It lit a fire in her to see someone her age studying so much levels higher than a person in their age and someone who did not let her place in the world decided by the genetics she got.
"You said you are an inventor so what are your inventions?", asked Hikaru.
In reply, Izumi showed them few of the inventions she carried and told them about her Arc reactor. She also showed them Athena which clearly shocked them to see fully functional AI.
"I have a design to create a mobile which can be hard to break and have kinetic charging with the electricity charging we have nowadays", said Izumi. When asked how will she do kinetic charging for which she told them about the element she discovered while creating the arc reactor. She told she was calling it the vibranium as it can absorb any kinetic energy directed at it and can be transferred to in any form or can be used a powerful radial blast.
"I can create a single vibranium sheet but I don't have enough money to create a full warehouse of it as the accelerator I used to create it is not high grade as it is made through use of junks found at Dagobah beach", said Izumi.
When asked about why not go into support creation, her reply was that if she went into it than she will do so much better that people will come after to kill her or steal her ideas and she was not stupid to quote death with corporates.
Hikaru thought what she said and about requiring money to build her inventions for public. Meanwhile Momo asked Izumi for martial arts practice so she can fight without relying on her quirk too much. Izumi said that she will ask her mentor for it.
"I will invest and help you make your company", said Hikaru.
"Okay, but it will be under my conditions which are :
1. It will divided in four ways with me getting 50%, Momo here having 48%, 1% will go to Yaoyorozu Hero-Technologies and last 1% will be under my mother's name
2. The name of the company will be Midoriya Enterprises
3. It will never go public and will always remain private company
4. It will never make support items or weapons even if I make it for my personal use as the company's inventions will be separate from my personal use", replied Izumi.(A/N: From here on I will mention the company as M.E.)
Hikari accepted it as he did not have any problems with having less percentage of shares as he knew M.E. will be crushing the competition and he was doing it to secure the future of his daughter. He knew that support industries has a tough competition and this will secure better allies if his company could not keep up with the market in the future.
Few days after that M.E. was founded and received its first investment but this was all done in private to help the company grow.

It has been two years since the company was founded and one year since the launch of the M.E. phones and tablets which have been success all across the globe. It has made the company a ubercorn startup as the software used in it is the best in security. M.E. had also sent few satellites one of which was my personal satellite mixed in it which helps in providing communication and had destroyed other carriers and phone companies. As they had three ranges of each product one which was affordable by everyone, second which was moderate with better features and security and final which was premium which had the best features and best security in the world in the standard of normal people and government agencies but not in the eyes of Izumi Midoriya.

Currently, Izumi was in the dojo with Tommy and Momo ,who was accepted by Tommy as a student but was not taught everything like Izumi was, where Izumi was going through the Pai Zhua training to find and connect with her animal spirit

She had read about them and was curious about it and had asked Tommy about it. He said that everyone had an animal spirit and to find about it you had to clear your mind and let your body flow in its natural movements of its animal spirit.
Currently she was trying to find her animal spirit when suddenly she entered into a trance flowing from one move to other and suddenly a pink aura surrounded her and she unleashed a spirit resembling a pink phoenix from her body while saying, "Call to the beast inside! Release the Phoenix".
Phoenix flew around the room for a while before going back into her body. All the person present in the room where in awe about what happened. Izumi felt great and complete inside like she got connected to a lost part in her soul.
Tommy and Momo congratulated her but Tommy also said that she should continue practicing with the spirit as the spirit is not inherently always strong but we make it strong. Izumi listened to that advice and continued to practice her natural martial movements. She also decided to try out a theory by meditating and trying to search for the spirit in her mind and contact it.
It was one year later that she came across her spirit who introduced herself as Aurora. She said that she was the first person to contact their spirit in this way. Due to this their bond was at a level, where Aurora could gift two of her powers to Izumi which she declined at first but after persuasion decided to ask for teleportation and flight as she wanted ask for heightened senses but they were already given with perfect mergence between them. When shown to the close loved ones they were surprised about the power and where shocked to hear how she earned it. They promised to never share this secret.

Izumi was ecstatic as she had finally created one of the best thing she could ever create the Unstable Molecule Clothing(UMC) which will never tear, wear and can adapt to anyone. She was not this ecstatic when she became the youngest self-made billionaire due to her company being a tech-giant. With the new metal she discovered namely Proto-Vibranium, which had the same properties as Vibranium but was nigh indestructible, nano-tech and UMC she created the clothing for her and Momo which are changeable within options stored(which are limitless) and can't be destroyed, torn or burnt. This could destroy the clothing industry but she was not going to introduce it in the market. They would not need to buy any more dresses but will have to keep up with appearance as they are influential people with Izumi more than Momo. She also added an extra feature in her clothes that was a pocket dimension to store her hero items while she is civilian form and her civilian items in hero form.
Izumi first stored her hero suit design then other options of clothing. She put on the clothing to test whether it was working or not. On the standard option, it looked like a white spandex.
"Athena, put on the hero mode", said Izumi.
"Yes, Ma'am", replied Athena after which it changed into black overalls with dark pink on her front thighs, shoulder blades and lining of it on her sides. It also had white in a diamond shape on her chest. She also had extra armor on her full left hand upto shoulders and right forearm upto elbow which was also white and had dark pink linings. She had a cape on the back with black on the outside and pink on the inside. It was just for show as its use for gliding is negated by the flying ability she got from Aurora but it can still be used as shield or distraction. To complete the look she had helmet covering her face which had an black visor covering her eyes and mid nose, silver mouth guard covering whole of mouth area and nose, a dark pink outline on the visor which offshoots a line from middle of the forehead to the middle of the upper head. The helmet was full black otherwise and even neck guard was black. There were few blue lines to show it was a suit and not a costume. She then loaded her weapons in the spatial storage which were a gun that can shoot electricity as a taser in non lethality upto plasma blast in lethality, an energy sword which can cut through anything, a bow with energy arrows and few cyro-grenades, web grenades and smoke bombs of different needs which where shaped in shuriken. She also added few normal shuriken for when she can't use any other weapons due to hostage situations. The helmet also had a hud that showed her the suits energy level and help her cover her blind spots and many more things.(A/N: The hero suit does not have holster, the gun is black in color and shoots in dark pink, the sword's and arrow's color is also dark pink instead of green and blue respectively and the shuriken are also black.).

Izumi had done it, she had created the super soldier serum with extremis' healing ability. She confirmed that it will work after running it with the scenario check system that she had created in her system. It said that the serum was 100% effective on her without any side-effects if she took it after taking penicillin to purge all the virus and bacteria on her body.
She told about this to only Tommy, Stan and Momo so no one else might know about it. She wanted to tell her mother but she might freak out so she did not. After some argument, Izumi took the serum with the help of Tommy as he was more qualified after Izumi to do it.
It took nearly 30 minutes for serum to be pushed in her body and make it at the peak. She was also more beautiful than before and had a body structure of an Olympic athlete and did not have any fat percentage.(A/N: Look at the picture above)
Athena checked for any anomalies but there wasn't any in her body. Then they test her healing power which showed that anything apart from mortal wound she would heal back to normal. She would not be killed by any poison as body will create antibodies to fight it. There was also an increase in her strength, speed, agility, endurance, dextirity and her senses which were already heightened now are turn upto 11.
She relearned everything and brought control to her power and senses so she could not hurt somebody or herself without meaning to.

Right now, Izumi was in the dojo with Tommy and Momo discussing whether she should apply to the hero course of U.A. High School or not.
"I think I should not join the school and become a hero but keep both of my identities separate", said Izumi.
"I agree with becoming a hero but why keep your both life separate?", asked Momo.
"By keeping it separate M.E. only has corporate enemies and my hero enemies won't target my family and company. This also keeps my personal life a secret.", said Izumi.
"That's nice but how will you become a hero?", asked Tommy as he did not have any idea how to get an hero license.
"There are two methods which is going through hero schools or else giving SHPE which is Standard Hero Protocol Examination. Hero School is more popular method as it is easy way to earn your license.", replied Izumi
"So, I am assuming you will be taking SHPE", replied Tommy.
"Yes", said Izumi.
"So when it is so we can prepare you?", asked Tommy.
"Its in two months", replied Izumi.
"So, we will start preparing for it from tomorrow.", said Tommy.
"What shall I do with my hero schooling?", asked Momo. It was pretty well known that Momo wanted to become a hero to prove society wrong about girls being weak and help other people. With her quirk Creation, it was sure that she would become a great hero.
"You will be attending the U.A. High and gather information on every student you can so we have find allies that may be helpful in future.", replied Izumi.
With that settled three of them went back to their home.
