Crimson Pov:

I had to think of a plan to hide the egg quick because my family would want to get ride of it. Once I got into the house I snuck into my sister's and my room. I have two younger sisters and 4 younger brothers. I open the door to our room and closed behind me as quietly as I can, so that I don't alert anybody that I was in the room . I quickly take the egg out of the bag and wrap it in one of my old dresses to keep it warm and secret for now. I hear a knock on the door and I hastily push the egg under my bed and turn towards the door. My sister Fawn comes in the room with a look of relief and worry.

" Crimson there you are ! , where have you been?!" Fawn says while pulling me in for a hug.

I give her apologetic look and my best straight face and say" Sorry Fawn I was collecting mushrooms and berries by the Morrow river and lost track of time". Fawn gives me a look that shows that she doesn't believe me , so I show her all the mushrooms and berries that are in my satchel . Fawn eyes grow big and smiles" ok your off the with me but that doesn't mean your off the hook with mother and father for your lateness". I nod my head in agreement and Sigh " How much do you think Mother and Father are mad at me ?" I ask Fawn .

Fawn wrappers her arm around my shoulders in comfort and we start walking to the dinning area of the house. As we get into the dinning room I see my father is sitting down at the table with my brothers and having dinner. My mother is busying herself at the wood stove with my other Sister Lily. Fawn fake clears her throat and everyone looks towards us. My father stops eating his dinner and sits up straight stares at me with disappointment. He looks towards my brothers and sisters and says to them" boys, Fawn and Lily please go get cleaned for bed. My siblings all give me encouragement pats on the shoulder as they pass me . My father nods his head towards the chair next to him and I sit down beside him. My mother brings me a plate of chicken with potatoes and gives me a small smile before leaving as well. My father sat in silence and watched me with his piercing green eyes while I ate my dinner. It didn't take me long finish the food , I was so hungry from my adventure in the woods.

" I'll only ask you this once Crimson and you best answer with the truth" my father's voice took my attention way from my plate. I looked up at him with with a nervous look, I would be so screw if he found out that I was in the woods.

I nodded my head " Yes father what is your question?" I ask him bravely hoping that he doesn't see me shaking a little.

Father narrowed his eyes at me " Where were you today?" I gave him a surprise look and bowed my head to come up with quick lie.

I swallow my spite that was forming in my mouth and looked at my father in the eye's " Father I was picking mushroom and berries by the River Morrow" the lie rushes out of my mouth. I lifted my satchel my shoulders and dumped the mushrooms and berries out onto the table. My father looks at all the mushrooms and berries that where on the table and then looks at me.

My father's face go from questioning to angry very quickly" Crimson Rose do you really think I believe you were at the river all day ?" He shouts.

Soon I found my temper was rising as well and shout back" You never Believe me , you always treat me like a child ".

My father stands with shove of the chairs and towers over me and the table and Talks louder " Because Crimson you act like a child!. Your are 21 years old, you don't look for a husband to look after you and you play in those woods all day. That's what a child does Crimson, a women knows her duties to her family and to herself.

I stand up from the table with tears in my eyes " well if I'm such a disappointment to you father then I'll just leave!" I storm to my room and slam the door as hard I could. I hear my father making a fuse through door and also her my mother trying to calm him down. I crawl onto my bed and lay down , I cry gentle and think about the day before falling into restless sleep.

time skip

I wake up to a feeling that something is on my chest . I sit up and whatever was on my chest fell down into my lap. I look towards my lap and I see a tiny dragon sitting there looking up at me with is bright blue eyes. I gasp quietly in surprise to make sure that I don't wake up my sisters " the egg was and dragon egg ?!

3rd POV

when the egg hatch ,Gandalf had got a vision showing a girl finding the egg and it hatching. " A new area of dragon riders has begun" he says to Elrond who was sitting in his chambers in Riverdale.

Elrond stands up and looks out to the scenery of Riverdale" Did you happen to see who it was and where they live?" Elrond turned towards Gandalf.

Gandalf nodded is head sombrely "Yes the new dragon rider is a young human woman , who lives in a small village in the middle of middle earth . Though she does not know of her destiny and what it holds".

Elrond walked back to his chair and down looking at Gandalf uncertain if he want to ask the question" If you know about the dragon rider. Then suramon knows about her too ?"

Gandalf gave him a grim look "Yes he knows about her too".

Elrond stood up quickly shout for a guard . Elrond gives him the task to find Strider and bring him to Elrond, he has another task for him.

Gandalf sits down in a chair that is in front of Elrond and smokes his pipe before say " Let's hope Strider gets to her first before suramon's creatures do".
