Charlotte Pickles sits at her desk, reviewing some documents, when Glenn Quagmire enters the room with a lecherous smile.
GLENN QUAGMIRE
Hey there, Charlotte. Looking as beautiful as ever.
CHARLOTTE PICKLES
(raising an eyebrow)
Mr. Quagmire, we've had this conversation before. I will not tolerate any inappropriate behavior or comments in the workplace.
GLENN QUAGMIRE
(coyly)
Aw, come on, baby. I was just trying to be friendly.
CHARLOTTE PICKLES
(firmly)
Friendly is one thing, Mr. Quagmire, but your behavior is crossing the line into harassment. It's not acceptable, and I won't stand for it.
GLENN QUAGMIRE
(leaning in)
Oh, come on, Charlotte. You know you want a real man like me.
Charlotte stands up, her face showing her frustration and anger.
CHARLOTTE PICKLES
(enraged)
That's it, Mr. Quagmire. You are fired! I will not have someone like you working in my company.
GLENN QUAGMIRE
(mocking)
Fired? You can't do that to me!
CHARLOTTE PICKLES
(resolute)
Oh, I absolutely can. And I will. Your behavior is not only disrespectful to me but to every woman who works here. It's time to face the consequences of your actions.
GLENN QUAGMIRE
(defiant)
You'll regret this, Charlotte.
CHARLOTTE PICKLES
(calmly)
No, I won't. My decision is final.
Quagmire storms out of the office, leaving Charlotte composed but emotionally drained.
INT. PICKLES INDUSTRIES - HALLWAY - CONTINUOUS
As Quagmire walks down the hallway, he mutters to himself.
GLENN QUAGMIRE
(angry)
I can't believe she fired me. That's never happened before.
INT. PICKLES INDUSTRIES - LOBBY - DAY
Charlotte stands tall as she addresses her employees.
CHARLOTTE PICKLES
(firmly)
I want to make it clear that this behavior will not be tolerated in our company. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, and I expect everyone to treat each other with respect.
The employees nod, showing their support for Charlotte's decision.
