Just a crack fic idea I got and I can absolutely see Hardison doing this, considering 3x06. A reference to Angel 2x18.
Disclaimer: I do not own Leverage.
Parker and Hardison were walking down the hallway and talking, when they heard guitar playing and a familiar Texas voice singing.
"She's pretty as a picture
She's like a golden ring
Fills me with love and laughter
I can't feel a thing"
Parker and Hardison walked towards the room, where Eliot was practicing with guitar and singing and they had to admit, not bad. Parker smiled in awe, while Hardison chuckled in amusement, though he couldn't help himself but tease.
"The skies are gonna open
People gonna pray and crawl"
"What's that? Rock? Country? Ballad? Pick up a style, man." Hardison teased.
"Shhh." Parker shushed him, while she pulled out a phone and started recording Eliot and then an imaginary lightbulb appeared above Hardison's head as an idea sparked in his brain and he smirked.
A couple of minutes later, Eliot was walking down the hallway, when he heard familiar tune, but the voice was a lot higher and pitchy, sounding a lot like a Smurf voice, plus a familiar laughter. Eliot approached the room, where Hardison and Parker were at the laptop, laughing, while Eliot listened to his own voice singing, though the pitch was much higher, making him sound like a Smurf.
It was then, when Hardison and Parker turned around to see Eliot fuming, looking unamused and the phrase 'if looks could kill' came to mind.
"Hope you don't mind we're trying a little remix, Eliot." Parker said.
Eliot laughed, unamused as Hardison and Parker shifted uneasily at seeing the look in his eyes.
Nate and Sophie were in the lounge having a drink, when they heard shouting and stomping.
"How about if I wring your neck and make your voice pitchy?!"
"It was just a joke! Where's your sense of humor?"
"Oh, when I get my hands on you two, I'll have a good laugh!"
Nate and Sophie turned their heads and saw Hardison and Parker make a run for it, with Eliot hot on their tails before all three of them burst out of the door.
"We're sorry, Eliot!"
"Let's just talk about it—"
"We'll talk about it, with my boots on your necks!"
Nate and Sophie chuckled and shook their heads and rolled their eyes in amusement. Seemed like these kids never change.
I used to watch some episodes of Leverage on TV here and there, when I had time, so I'm familiar with the basics and Hardison's and Eliot's antics are always amusing.
So, what do you guys think?
Please review and let me know if you have enjoyed this one-shot.
