"So let's get this debrief started, shall we? Children don't have much patience as it is and she's being good right now." General Hammond said. "Can you tell me anything you'll need while you're here?"

"Yes, first off, it should be noted that we have heightened senses. Sight, hearing and smell. We can scent the emotions and physical health of a person. That includes any attempt to deceive. Deception is mostly a foreign concept for us. Since we can detect lies, we don't lie. That being said, there are things you're not cleared to know. So we simply will not talk about those things. But since we can detect deception in others, if my people tell you they have scented a deception, please believe them." Xander told them.

"I appreciate your honestly and yes, I'm aware there are something's I haven't been told and likely won't be told. We understand Classified and have no problem with it." General Hammond assured him.

"Good. While we're here, we will ward our quarters in a manner that will alert us if someone unauthorized enters. It will not harm whoever enters, just alert us. The manner of the warding is Classified, so don't ask."

"Next, we are fully up to date on all weapons used on your base. We understand you will need to test this before we can go though the Stargate. That's not a problem. But what might be a problem for you, is that we will insist on taking our usual weapons with us. Since the stated purpose of this visit includes the potential of dealing with incursions off world, we need to make sure our weapons go with us. We're more familiar with them anyway. And like I told Colonel O'Neill, you need something larger than Dirty Harry carried to deal with the stuff we deal with."

"Next, Willow will be meeting with Dr. Jackson, I understand you're an expert on myths and folklore. The two of you can exchange some information. Mainly, she's looking for information on whether any of the cultures out there have stories about the kinds of things we deal with. It could help us determine if breaches have occured elsewhere. Or they could just be stories passed down from when their ancestors were last on earth. Either way, figuring it out will be useful. Like with the rest us, don't underestimate her because of her youth, she's got a 160 IQ."

"Cordelia will not be going with us off world. She will remain here with Abigail while we're gone. Abigail will never be left alone with anyone other than a member of our group. That's not a knock on your people, General. Given her abilities, as well as the threat of kidnapping, we simply refuse to take chances. Her safety is paramount."

"Jesse will need to meet with your Dr. Fraser to discuss in depth medical procedures that are acceptable and which aren't in case of emergency. Because of our heightened healing factor, somethings could make things worse. Also, CPR doesn't work on us, unless one of us does it. Unless you shock, of course. A normal person can't compress our rib cages enough to do it."

"We need a great deal of exercise, we normally patrol the city for four hours a night, walking the entire time. Two couples patrol at a time, with one having a night off. Faith rotates which couple she patrols with. We welcome sparring with your people and since we spar with people without our strength often, we know how to control ourselves so we don't harm anyone."

"This is as much an experiment for us, as it is for you, General. We simply have no idea if we're going to be able to handle traveling through the Stargate. How our heightened abilities will react. It could overwhelm us, leaving us incapacitated on the other side, making us a liability. So we need to be cautious. We don't want to cause problems."

"I understand your concerns and I agree with them. I also have no problem with your people meeting with mine. Will you be requiring your medic to accompany you in case there is a problem on the other side?"

"Yes and Willow too, so she can conduct research with the people we will be meeting. Don't worry, Uncle Rory made sure they could handle weapons too."

"Very well then, we're planning a test trip in four days to a peaceful planet. It's uninhabited, so it makes a good test planet. That gives us time to check you out on our weapons and for your people to meet with ours. If that trip is successful, we will plan a second to an allied planet, where you can meet the people and Miss Rosenberg can do her research. After that we'll discuss any additional trips. Does this work for you?"

"Yes, it does."

"Then I will have my people show you around to help you familiarize yourself with the base. There are Classified areas you can't go and they will point them out to you. If there is nothing else, then I'll conclude this briefing."

"I can take you guys to the armory so you can check on your weapons now, if you like, while Daniel takes Willow to his office so they can get started, although you might not see her again for while. We tend to have to remind him to eat and consume something other coffee." Colonel O'Neill said.

"Willow isn't allowed coffee. Ever. A squirrel on crack is the closest description you'll find to what it does to her. She talks fast enough as it."

"Xander!"

"Sorry, I promised the General I wouldn't lie."

"I appreciate that Mr. Harris."
