Zabuza and Haku were both feeling rather nervous as they walked to Konoha, Kakashi had told them he had messaged ahead to the third about everything, but they still felt the same.
F-Naruto was kind of helping, explaining that they would treat Haku like a little prince if he just dazzled them with a little ice trick. Zabuza was also convinced that things wouldn't be too bad, since he wasn't evil to Konoha.
Sasuke and Sakura were both constantly mentioning how great Konoha was to live in, Kakashi and both young and older Naruto, were all flinching at several points that the two pointed out.
Naruto, both of them, remembered several 'nice' bakeries that the two mentioned that had actually chased them off with a broom. Kakashi knows how bad things can be since he was one of them that saw the darker side of the villagers.
In the end, there were hardly any responses from the two blonds though the two did insist how great Ichiraku's was. Kakashi barely mentioned places either, though he did promise to take Zabuza to the shinobi bar that he and the rest of them visit when in need of a drink.
Zabuza would at least have someone to have a drink with while he was on probation, if his handler wasn't a prude.
F-Naruto had also spent a good portion of the trip deflecting questions about the future. Y-Naruto was still trying to trick his older self into telling him who he marries, Sakura doing the same. Sasuke was looking one more deflection away from outright demanding he teach him his techniques.
Kakashi was kind of fine, his students weren't pestering him, which meant more reading time.
He only felt a little unloved due to his students ignoring him.
This was what the trip was like the entire way, even somewhat through to the Hokage's office. Kakashi had forgot to send his twerps off home before getting there. Which caused him to be on time for once.
Hiruzen was surprised over this.
And so they each got to give a debrief, F-Naruto took over for a second and made it a little challenge between the three genin.
The genin of team seven got to go home, while the other four got stuck explaining more.
Hiruzen, after hearing the story, decided to contact the two junin that he knew could deal with this.
Zabuza had to allow the Anbu Cat take care of his sword for the duration of his probation, though knowing she was one of the top sword masters in the village did ease his concerns about his blade being mishandled.
And they were then introduced to the person 'babysitting' them. Anko Miturashi.
They didn't complain too much. They were allowed their own two-person apartment, Anko given the spare key.
As Hiruzen was left with just Kakashi and F-Naruto, they were finally allowed to get to that issue.
"According to the nine-tails, I don't have a lot of time left. I will be leaving some gifts behind for my younger self though. He will be able to get them in the month before the finals of the chunin exams."
Hiruzen smirked. "You sound rather confident about making it that far."
Naruto stuck his tongue out at the third. Kakashi sighed.

F-Naruto watched over his team as they blazed through the exams like a burning broken wooden wheel.
He was in all honestly annoyed with how bad his team did their first time through, and how terrible their luck was.
It brought back some pretty bad memories.
And then he watched Neji vs Hinata again, and he could honestly say it hurt worse than anything he could remember.
His final memories of Neji were stained with this reminder.
Neji watched as Naruto and Kurunai were fretting over the girl, only for another blond to step up and just shrug off the medics that tried to take the girl away.
With just poking the girl's collar bone with his pointer and middle finger, similar to his own strikes, his fingers glowed golden for seconds as the girl regained consciousness.
Hinata just sat up and stood as if the battle never happened. Y-Naruto shouted happily as he just picked the girl up in a hug before twirling her around. Which caused the girl to faint and throw the boy off balance when her head fell into his own.
They both wound up out cold laying on the floor. A medic did ask F-Naruto why he didn't do that with anyone else.
He just mentioned that she was gonna have heart problems if he didn't. He refused to use the technique on simple boo boos.
They could go cry to their mothers if they were gonna cry about such injuries. They could kiss them better before getting a bottle for them.
Of course, the man also failed to explain why he didn't help the other genin that had horrible injuries. The man's response was he wasn't a miracle worker, he couldn't fix stupidity.
Needless to say, the man left many irritated people, but some were amused.
The only other time anyone saw the man, was when he placed his palm on Lee's back when the boy stood back up while knocked unconscious. Lee turned to look at the unknown man, only to receive a smile and a thumbs up. "Flames of youth that burn brightly will always burn in a way to brighten others."
No one really understood what he meant, but Gai and Lee still hugged the man, with a sunset over a seaside cliff behind them. While they were inside a building, in the middle of the forests that were in the middle of the continent.
Gaara just stared in confusion as for once, Shukaku had nothing to say about it.
Biju were supposed to be immune to genjutsu.
So Hiruzen went through his speech about the exams, and they went through the selections. Which Hiruzen took note were just as F-Naruto told him. He was now glad he didn't take the bet.
Y-Naruto ran up to Kakashi, but before he could speak, Kakashi started. "Sorry, I know what you want, but I will be teaching Sasuke, while the future you said he has something to give you. He will also give you more details about why I can't help you. I did convince another junin to watch over your training though. So when your future self is done with what he needs you for, he will drop you off to meet your new temporary instructor."
Y-Naruto just turned around when he felt a hand on his shoulder, to see his future self. "Actually, you should cancel your plans with Ebisu Kakashi, I found a more suitable teacher for him."
Before Kakashi could ask, the two were gone in the blink of an eye, and a golden flash.
Y-Naruto was face to face with a sand wielding red head when he next blinked. F-Naruto smiled widely as he spoke to the sand team. "Hey, I need to borrow Gaara for a bit."
And suddenly, all three were gone leaving behind a couple concerned and confused sand ninja.
Hiruzen would curse the older blond later, when he had to deal with the sand ninja complaining about how Gaara was kidnapped, and later when he had to deal with a drunk Ebisu crying about being a bad teacher.
Jiraiya later came by and started to complain after he was told Naruto found a better teacher.
Y-Naruto and Gaara were both left confused when they were taken to a training ground that was obviously protected with a barrier. Which as F-Naruto explained, they learned was a space-time technique that altered time within it. Allowing them to have more than just a month to train.
Both the younger shinobi had the same question though. "Why did you bring Gaara?"
Gaara didn't say anything, but he did raise an eyebrow. This was the man that healed the Hyuga girl, as well as his own green clad opponent.
F-Naruto smirked as he smacked his right shoulder, causing a cloud of smoke, which cleared to reveal a scroll as long as his arm, and as thick as his torso.
Unrolling the scroll revealed some stasis seals. Which he released three. What appeared actually caused the two younger boys to back off.
From the stasis seals came three tubes that were big enough that a five-year-old could stand in comfortably. The content of them however, looked to be nothing but breathing blobs. They appeared to be conscious as they wiggled within the tubes.
Y-Naruto and Gaara actually took another step back as the blobs looked to be 'looking' at them. F-Naruto started to explain.
"These are what I call amalgams, they are indeed living and breathing, but none hold consciousness. They also don't possess a chakra core. This is what you get when you create life without a plan for it, they hold no soul. If I were to feed them some DNA, they would take the form of the person the sample came from but hold none of the memories of that person."
Y-Naruto gulped as Gaara began to ready his sand. F-Naruto smiled, before palming Gaara's head as the boy froze. "However, if I were to feed them a soul fragment, they would copy the person fully. Memories and all."
As Naruto pulled his hand away from Gaara's head, his sand skin appeared to weaken and fall from him. F-Naruto palmed Gaara's stomach for a second as all of Gaara's sand fell to the ground.
"You will need this time to recuperate your control over your sand. Shukaku should be on a better leash now. He is bound better but will have a bit more comfort in his new cell."
Gaara and Y-Naruto watched as the older blond pulled his right hand off Gaara's head, before turning to one of the containers. When the blond opened it, the amalgam within jumped out and absorbed the glowing orb within his hand.
As F-Naruto threw a sheet over the wriggling and bulging blob, he turned towards Y-Naruto. "You have two soul fragments within you."
F-Naruto slammed his right hand into his younger self's gut. The five-pronged seal was just dispelled as the seal master altered the seal holding the Nine-tails. There was now a hole in the orange jumpsuit that he usually wore.
The shiki-fuin was only altered slightly, as two orbs were pulled from the seal. F-Naruto walked over and repeated what he did with the last one. Opening the two containers, giving an orb to each, and draping a sheet over the writhing forms of the amalgams. F-Naruto than proceeded in resealing the tubes before he started to explain.
"First things first. Gaara, when your village sealed Shukaku in you before your birth, you also got a chunk of your mother's core. Shukaku has a powerful soul, which shoved your mother's into unconscious action with your sand."
Gaara looked at the woman that came from the soul that was in his sand. Shoulder length sandy-brown hair and indigo-colored eyes. As she stood up, she slightly panicked when she noticed she was naked out in public, before staring at her son.
Gaara was about to start asking questions, before he was cut-off when the woman rushed forward and held him in her arms as she cried about finally being able to hold her baby boy. He also felt weird as she showered him with kisses. The before mentioned nudity did not help.
Y-Naruto watched Gaara's reunion with his mother as F-Naruto kept talking. "As for you my young counterpart. When the fourth sealed the nine-tails in you, he also sealed in chunks of their chakra to act as fail-safes. The fourth for if the seal begins to fail, and Kushina's for when you confront the biju."
Naruto looked to the other two sheets as they shifted to show a red-headed woman, and a spikey blond. Naruto recognized the Fourth Hokage, but not the woman. Before the youngest blond could question his older counterpart, he was subjected to the very same thing Gaara had undergone and was still dealing with.
Y-Naruto was left speechless after he was called son by his personal hero, while he could finally put a face to his mother.
F-Naruto smiled as he watched the scenes before him. "I would love to just walk away and let you all experience this for as long as possible. But I still have some things to explain."
Noticing everyone giving him their attention, though the mothers still held tightly onto the two boys. "Alright, first things first. Biologically, you guys are all unrelated." F-Naruto had to catch a fist headed straight for his face from a certain red-head before he continued.
"You may have their souls and memories, but your blood is completely new, so any blood seals you had before, you will need Naruto's help." Kushina calmed down after the explanation. "I gave you all brand-new bodies, so you may have to adjust to them. You were born mere seconds ago after all."
Minato had covered his mouth to hide his chuckle at the statement. "Well, with a bit of blood from Naruto, I would rather go and get some clothes from our home soon. From an outside perspective, this looks like a couple kids caught their parents in a three-way they had in public."
That caused plenty of blushes for everyone besides F-Naruto, who just shrugged and tossed Minato a knife and bottle. So, with a small cut and a full bottle, Minato was on clothing duty. Kushina and Karura both just sat with their sons, introducing themselves to each other and Kushina explaining how her current self was already caught up on Naruto's life.
"Are you telling me, that my parents watched everything that went down in my life? From day one?" Kushina smiled sadly as she held her son closer. Minato returned as he heard the question.
"I owe you an apology Naruto. I trusted the village that I loved to watch and protect you, but they spat at my sacrifice." Y-Naruto just stared at the man, now dressed in his junin attire. "I had asked that you be seen as a hero for keeping the beast at bay, and not only did the village ignore my request but our family and friends failed to watch over you as well."
Kushina was forced to let go of Naruto when Minato handed her a set of her clothes, and then an extra set as he nodded towards Karura. Kushina grabbed her fellow mother as she took the woman towards some trees, where she set the two sheets up as curtains for their privacy. F-Naruto proceeded with his explanations now that everyone was back together.
"Just figured I would remind you all about the chunin exams. I should also mention that Naruto here is gonna be needing some major aid to fix the neglect that they did in the academy. Which leads me to where we are."
F-Naruto gestured to the clearing around them. "As Minato noticed when he snuck into the village to get clothes for you, we are off into a training ground that nobody else has access to. I placed a seal all around the area that displaces time to extend how long you can all train the twerps."
Kushina and Minato both looked to be interested at the mention of seals.
"These seals will last till about two, maybe one and a half days before the third exams. So you can all spend time here together and figure everything out and train the two shorties for them. Gaara was mostly an after thought for this I will admit. But he deserves a second chance as well."
Young Naruto turned to look at Gaara, noticing that he had been crying since things were explained to him. Apparently, the boy thought he murdered his mother, and she hated him. Talk about getting the short straw, at least he was never straight up told he murdered his parents.
They just died to the beast that everyone called him.
Naruto and Gaara both got the short straw with everything. F-Naruto continued. "I am not gonna survive my next action though. Not even gonna last the day. The only reason I am still standing, is because of the time dilation seal. So this is goodbye."
F-Naruto raised his left arm, showing that it was turning grey and beginning to turn to ash. Y-Naruto stood up and stared in shock. "Wait, what?"
Before anyone said anything else, F-Naruto laughed. "Don't act like I'm dying, I changed the past too much for me to continue to exist, which means that I am going poof. We will meet again, every time you stare at the mirror kid. Just listen to all three of your teachers."
And with that, F-Naruto touched his fist to the shiki-fuin on Naruto's stomach, causing it to shift and look more like a star was breaking out of the circle that it used to look like. "With this, you will have all your inner potential unlocked. You just gotta learn how to use it. The nine-tails will be able to explain everything."
F-Naruto suddenly fell backwards as he shattered into nothing but ash.
Kushina and Minato, after watching everything, and being able to view it all through their son, took a moment of silence for the boy, both feeling proud at what their son accomplished.
Minato ruined the moment however. "He waited till he was about to return through the time stream to do that, so he had to answer less questions. He also unlocked Naruto's potential like that after pulling us out so we couldn't see what all he can do, while allowing the Kyubi to get all the answers."
Kushina stopped crying as she realized what Minato said. "That asshole!"

Hiruzen had been stressed all month long. He couldn't locate Naruto or Gaara, with the only clue being the fact that they both were taken by the blond from the future.
Hiruzen had been pushing Jiraiya to work harder to find the boys, today being the deadline. If Gaara did not show up today, Konoha will be accused of tampering with the other village candidates and could be in big trouble.
They needed to find the boys, because if Konoha was no longer trusted to hold the exams, they would also be barred from sending their own teams to other villages. This could actually hurt Konoha's image in the eyes of the potential clients that were watching.
Hiruzen almost got up and danced when he noticed the sand cloud swirling into the arena and deposit two young boys. Both looked different than the day they were 'kidnapped' but in one piece non the less.
Gaara had switched his black body suit, for a reddish-brownish one while Naruto also changed up his wardrobe. Gone was the orange jump suit, instead he wore pants in a similar style as his older counterpart, the orange along the sides being a bit thicker, and he now sported a red long-sleeved shirt.
What caught everyone's attention however, was the short-sleeved orange cloak, with golden flames lining the edges.

Alright, next time is Naruto vs Neji, and I will reveal a bit about what happened during the training 'month' I put quotes there due to the seal I mentioned during said point.
I figured I would end it here because I have held this chapter hostage long enough and figured I would just let you guys have a little cliff hanger instead of making you wait longer.
Halloween and inspections have been slowing me down, got to make sure the apartment is spic and span for not only the trick or treaters, but the guys I am renting our apartment from.
Update on the pat re on stuff, I have the page up, but because there is no one there, I couldn't ask if you all wanted this as a half chapter or would be willing to wait for the full one.
So I give you this half done chapter, that I pulled together from what I have. Originally, I planned to spill the beans on some of the training, and maybe get through the Neji Naruto fight, which would mean that the invasion would have started off next chapter.
Pat re on will have the details on what I am gonna be putting into the next chapters on each of my fictions, and you can all give me feedback and opinions as I am writing, which will help me out immensely, instead of everyone waiting for me to half bake a chapter and we wind up in this position,
