During the fight at the Valley Of The End, A Blue, and White Portal opens up and sends Naruto to the Fallout Universe, After 210 Years after the bombs were dropped. Naruto falls next to Vault 111. Where everyone was frozen in a cryopod, He now has to find a way to survive in the nuclear fallout, But he isn't alone.

Q1: "I could have trained in my mindscape for 210 years. Maybe the radiation could have that training and made it physical?!"

A1: Naruto was stuck in the portal for 210 years therefore he trained in his mindscape he couldn't move since he was constantly falling but rafts of the Fallout universe kept on opening leaking radiation into the portal.

Q2: Otherwise just take your time developing your story and from there I think you can build up well Curious about how the NCR is going to be popping around in the Commonwealth if they're coming this far out East, leaves imply of what's the current state of Caesar's Legion and whatever had this NCR Expedition discovered through the states leading to Boston like the Midwest.

A2: The NCR Will be popping up here and then they're not prominent in the east but they're making their way there. Caesar's legion was crushed at Hoover Dam and soon fell apart but there is a resistance called Caesar's Resistance which takes place mostly in southern New Mexico, west Texas, and A little bit of North Mexico. So technically Caesar's Legion and the NCR are still at war.

Q: Diana is American and Naruto is Japanese so how do they understand Each other because of The language barrier?

A: let's just say for the plot Diana knows I said 80% of the Japanese language so she can understand but for Naruto let's say that the radiation helped just for the plot because I can't think of anything right now if you can then let me know
